The woman at reception is very helpful and looked the map for us to tell us how to reach our destiny.

A great convenient location

Great room. Went for a better room standard and it was worth it. Could use y Netflix account on good smart TV. Left an item behind and was promptly called to advise me so I could collect it before returning home.

This was a great place to stay for my trip to Auckland, and I would stay here again except I would request a quiet room as the traffic is quite noisy both early and late. Also I would recommend bringing your own shampoo / conditioner as they only supply an all-in-one hair and body wash.

The staff were friendly and it suited our needs.

Great spot, right next to a huge park. Staff are kind and helpful. Amazing utilities such as: microwave, plates, forks, fridge. Best water pressure and temperature. Highly recommend

A delightful place with a very hospitable welcome and lovely welcoming entrance with orchids and other plantings. Very convenient location and we were able to walk to our restaurant. Highly recommended.

An Excellent Stay Always

Room was spacious & well equipped. Service was prompt & excellent !! And appreciated the free use of an AT card for travelling about locally. Unit was very clean.

Convenient to the city and also close to Cornwall Park for a walk in the morning.

Cornwall Park Motel

Comfortable motel, well located and reasonably priced. Our host was welcoming and helpful. As a repeat customer, we would definitely stay again if in the area. Would recommend asking for a room away from the main road.

Wonderful Motel and Staff

Lovely big room. TV wasn’t working but lady on reception was lovely and let manager know and manager replaced tv and gave us bottle of wine and lovely note as apology for inconvenience (was so nice as we were not expecting anything).

2 bedroom was very spacious

While I can’t really complain I also have nothing I can praise.

It is such a great location whether you are travelling north or south

This hotel is a bit overpriced given its location and lack of entertainment. Best suited for business and sales reps rather than couples on holidays.

Presence of large truck in parking area was rather incongruous and make customer parking difficult.

The motel had an excellent location. Unfortunately there was a box outside the door for smokers to put their buts, the smell permuated into the room.

Lost its lustre

Ive stayed here a lot over the years but this this time was a dissapointment. Most of the little things that made it feel plush have gone. I went to use a plate and it was dirty. There was only 2 pillows on the bed, the bedspreads are not as nice. Its a bummer as it was a great spot.

Room was clean and serviced every day. The room had everything I needed. Close to work and all amenities. I had a quiet room the bonus was the bed was very comfortable. Parking was free which is always a bonus in town.

The staff were very friendly breakfast was good but we stayed 2 nights arrived at 7pm so already dark. When we got up we were in a unit that didn’t have a ranch slider but the lounge wind looked onto a very messy backyard & room very dark. Asked to change to unit opening out front & pay extra but none available as my husband had an operation and had rest all day. Very depressing room You couldn’t anything from inside the room - cold

Great location, the room was rather dark and the breakfast table broken on one side. Clean but dating a bit. Our upstairs studio was closest to the road and their was a little road noise. Friendly check in and staff. Thanks CJ

Not a bad Motel...... needs a bit of an update, and if this was done it would be a really nice place to stay! Comfortable enough, good heating and cooling, nice soft bed and close to Newmarket and where we needed to be.

Nice facilities. Clean and friendly staff. Good local restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and handy. Tap water fowl but you can not help this. Perhaps a couple of bottles of drinking would be nice as ran out.

The room had air con which is awesome on a hot day. Clean and tidy and as we were in a room far away from the road noise was quite! Friendly staff as well
