Great hotel will stay there again. close to all attractiins

Just amazing. 5 star quality and service

location is very strategic and breakfast very good

the swimming pool access for children is too short i woul recommend 8-12pm window hour. bathroom amenities too little especially shower and shampoo. carpet dust not clean well. takes so lobg to call for service on the phone. the hotel location was superb along with breakfast. Also concierge is very good.

An excellent luxury hotel.

This hotel is not cheap but it is worth every penny. Everything about the venue and the staff is absolutely first class and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Outstanding

Very much felt like a 5 star experience. Hotel was immaculate, rooms were enormous with full walk-in closet and heated tile. There was turn down service each night. Appreciated Dyson hairdryer with attachments. Sadly did not take advantage of the free breakfast but it looked lovely. Hotel was very convenient to National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Covent Gardens etc in a beautifully maintained and quiet area

Out of this world Hotel

AMAZING hotel. Room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. There was a minor inconvenience but the staff handled it spectacularly and provided us with options.

I now always stay at this hotel when in London. Yes it can be expensive but the quality is second to none. Rooms are spacious comfortable clean & luxurious. Hotel is exquisite & most staff are very friendly & efficient. The spa is one of my most favourite in the world and I have been to many top rated spas. I completely recommend this hotel

Our second time at back to our favorite hotel in London. Loved our stay here. The hotel is beautiful and service was excellent. The location is great and walking distance to everything. Enjoyed lunch at the North Hall and drinks at the Velvet Bar and couldn’t be happier with the service at both. Truly our favorite hotel.

A 'classic' hotel in the true sense of the word - amazing home from home. Great food - a feeling of being special as you walk through he doors - possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed (and we have stayed at the best hotels in the world) - we would love to spend a future Christmas in one of the suites - it would be so special. Thanks to the staff and to the Lithuanian lady who served us cocktails in the amazing special drink bar- such a warm and wonderful person -

The Corinthia is a beautiful hotel with everything that you could want from a luxury stay and the staff are excellent very friendly and accommodating nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel room was stunning and clean with all the commodities you would need for a stay away from home. We had a lovely stay at the hotel and would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very nice rooms that were clean and comfortable. Velvet bar is lovely too. But had to wait for a table at breakfast and it felt overrun. Afternoon tea was very good but it leaves no room for hotel guests to sit all afternoon.

Reception and check in was extraordinary. We arrived early in the day and they were hugely helpful and booked us in early with coffee. At every turn the stay was terrific.

I booked this hotel even though it was expensive. However, it met all my expectations and more. Staff very friendly and they anticipate your needs. I recommend but it is a higher end hotel so it won't come cheap.

Staff were all very welcoming and made our stay pleasant, and the food options were fantastic (including the daily breakfast and a lovely afternoon tea) We also enjoyed the ESPA spa facilities to relax. Great stay and look forward to next time!

Out of this world and cannot wait to be back

From start to finish, this stay was spectacular. I’m not sure where to begin. The service from every member of the team was outstanding. The hotel absolutely superb and stunning. Every detail is just picture perfect. The room was beautiful and immaculate. The food in kerridges was unreal. Drinks at both bars perfect including the atmosphere- the spa … possibly the best in the uk? In summary - I think it’s incredibly good value for what you actually get as a hotel - it should be a 7* hotel in my opinion

Terrible service

The Corinthia hotel was top notch. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when visiting London. High recommend it.

Pros: Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, convenient and, aside from occasional train noise, relatively quiet. Room was a nice size, and had a comfortable layout. Nice turndown service, and excellent water pressure. Cons: bed and bedding were very uncomfortable. Could hear occasional train noise. Difficult to dry and/or style your hair, as there weren’t any plugs (other than for a shaver) in the bathroom. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay, and will likely stay again.

Staff was amazing !

The Corinthian Hotel is. Complete delight. The hotel lobby, restaurant and spa facilities are stellar, and their staff is as friendly, helpful and professional an any hotel I’ve visited. The entrance, the tea room and the flowers, all the flowers…We had a spa treatment, which was so lovely. The kindness and skill of the therapist was particularly touching. My husband and I get massages regularly and had received 5 treatments over the past 6 weeks of traveling, biking and hiking in France and Italy, and Anna’s was in the top percentile Kerridge Bar and Grill exceeded our expectations. All the things we love best about foods from the most talented chef and staff, yet so approachable, so delicious. Even the interactions with the cleaning staff were delightful. Location was perfect for walking the river, going to the theatre, visiting SoHo, Buckingham Palace and so much more. My husband I and find that a few select facilites are so beautiful, welcoming and satisfying that we’re at danger of never leaving the compound. Corinthia London, we find you guilty as charged.

I was highly recommended by my close friend to stay at the hotel. My room was supposed to be upgraded room. About 1 hour after check in my room lost electricity. Nothing worked. I was in the middle of getting ready to go for a dinner so needless to say wrong timing didn’t serve well. Maintenance tried to fix it as I was getting ready. Ultimately, after couple hours I received message that I can either stay or preferably they would move me to another room. I asked to be moved however, they didn’t till I came back. Room I was given was worse then the one I was in but it did have working electricity. I asked if they have a better view and to my surprise they had a higher floor and better room available. If I wouldn’t have asked I wouldn’t have gotten it. Overall experience was subpar. I visit London 4-8 times a year and I could recommend a hand full accommodations that would provide a better experience.

Wow! I’m sure this has been said by many other guests…but the staff cannot do enough for you. The quality of the rooms, bedding, bathroom is top notch. Splendid in every way! One small cheeky charge that I think is unnecessary at a $1000 a night hotel, the 5GBP ‘cover charge’ at the velvet bar (even for guests?)…with cocktails up to 48GBP each I think this extra charge is a bit, as I say, cheeky!

Excellent stay.

Stayed here for a week with family - simply blown away by the property, the timeless elegance, the service, and the experience of old school British luxury. Staff is simply amazing - very courteous and prompt with any requests - from housekeeping to reception to wait staff at the restaurants. Don’t miss the high tea here! Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome. Freshly made granola and freshly squeezed juices were the highlight for us. Beautiful lighting in the restaurant, so remember to take some pictures! The hotel smells amazing. Fresh flower arrangements through the interior and exterior of the property. Fitness center - top marks. Well equipped with Technogym treadmills, entire weight machine collection, and 2 Peloton bikes. I just wish they had a lap pool, their current pool is way too small. Overall an exemplary experience! Will absolutely positively be staying here again!

Great location, great amenities and food

The Corinthia is definitely one of the very top 5* hotels we have enjoyed in our travels; we were NOT ready to leave!!! Each staff member we met was exceptional in professionalism, service, and understanding how important the little things are ... it's part of the Corinthia culture, to give each guest a reason to return, to surprise us with unnecessary necessities! It is better even than the YouTube or website describe. We were spoiled the minute we arrived from a 10-hour flight, with lovely receptionists, great housekeeping (Rita), in-room amenities, the lavish breakfast buffet (Guillaume) with THE best fruit you can imagine, the tasteful table outside our door, the electronic privacy light, the wonderful smooth linens, views, on-site restaurants, the BEST complimentary spa, the luxurious BMW transports, little daily madeleines, the gentlemen at the doors, and so much more. We hope to get the opportunity to stay again one day.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, they exceed all expectations.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff and service

The room was amazing, with lots of little touches that made it extra special - the lavendar on the bed, the super powerful shower, etc. The spa was phenomenal, Tanya and Carla were both amazing and the treatments my wife and I received were very special. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the food was fantastic, especially the afternoon tea!

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to do so this go round. My husband and I stayed at The Corinthia London for four days after our anniversary celebration weekend and now feel like we have found our new favorite hotel! Loved all the amenities, the very welcoming staff, the suite upgrade, and an unforgettable spa experience. One of the best spas I have ever frequented. Breakfast was super hectic and probably the one area that service fell a little short but that was because they were busy (not because they weren’t attentive). Despite that, I love this non-pretentious luxury hotel. HIGHLY recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Good hotel. Good spa. Comfy bed. Good service generally. Great cocktail bar. Generally a good all rounder but slightly over priced. If it were slightly cheaper it would be a great option but there perhaps better for the price

It was fantastic

Had an amazing stay at Corinthia London during the 2024 TCS London Marathon. The facilities are impeccable, staff is super professional & friendly, hotel is high-end and very comfortable. I highly recommend anyone look for a high-end luxury hotel in Central London. I look forward to staying here again.

Beyond expectations

We have stayed here 5 times now and love it more each time, the breakfast is exceptional having stayed in many 5 star hotels nowhere comes close to the quality, choice, service and atmosphere of a Corinthia breakfast. The Spa is so relaxing,clean smells divine the ESPA products are lovely. We had lunch and drinks/cocktails in the Bar all outstanding. A special mention for the flowers throughout and the ladies in the flower box we bought a lovely arrangement which is making my house smell beautiful. The Corinthia is a place to go to be totally revitalised and spoilt the staff work so hard making the hotel perfect. Which it is honestly i was trying to find a fault there just is no dirt or ware that i could see. In short I caught myself feeling so content and happy during the stay not wanting to be anywhere else , or doing anything else. An amazing break to destress and spoil yourself. (Husband had a great time too,they looked after his car)

Excellent service and nicest rooms in London

Booked this hotel, mainly because it was my first trip to London and I wanted it to be easy to get to the major tourist attractions. In that sense, the location is unbeatable. Many attractions are practically at your doorstep and taxis are lined up at the curb in the mornings if you want to travel to something further away. The hotel itself also far exceeded my expectations. I was expecting something similar to Intercontinental or other big luxury chains, but Corinthia was on another level. Check-in is much more personal and the room I was upgraded to was one of the fanciest I've ever been in. It had a huge bathtub (with a TV), electronic controls for the lights, an excellent Bordeaux in the mini-bar, and several other great features. Service at breakfast was also top notch, with so many staff around that you never had to wait for anything. Really the only thing that could have made my stay better is if there were more power plugs in the room. If you want to have your phone plugged in and sitting on the nightstand, you have to pull the nightstand away from the wall quite a bit to get at the plug. That said, it's still a five star property in my book.

Great location

Not as it should be!

This was my third stay at the hotel and i have to say that the standard of service had dropped unexpectedly compared to our previous visits. The service in The Velvet Bar was particularly slow and poor, to the point we had to chase for our drinks and when they did arrive only 3 out of the 4 basic drinks only arrived. In the end we just gave up and walked out!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Corinthia London. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The rooms were incredibly clean and beyond spacious. Loved the bathroom which had heated floors and the most amazing shower. The hotel is a great location. We were within walking distance of so many of the top things to see in London. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded my expectations.

Staying at Corinthia London was amazing. The space itself was designed for luxury and comfort. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. It all made for an enjoyable stay. Would love to stay again and highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with minor issues

Excellent hotel overall. Really good and fairly consistent level of service throughout, with well appointed rooms. Minor issues - at one point this Australian bartender was rude to us one morning (informed front desk but not much was done about it). Hotel at this level should train staff on how to speak to guests in an appropriate manner. Another little issue is that at the end of the stay, they added service charge to room charges. Wouldn’t be an issue if this was communicated ahead of time (check in) that they will add service charge that will “pool funds for all employees” as was explained when I was checking out m. However, I kept tipping all staff directly (bellman, housekeeping etc) so I don’t understand point of this. Totally unnecessary. Especially given you don’t inform the guest ahead of time.
