Service could be a lot better.

The problem with China isn’t the hardware but the software. The service at this hotel is an example. The front desk lady who checked me in could do a lot better. She was mostly non-communicative - not even a perfunctory hello, didn’t bother to inform me she was charging a deposit (even though i had expected it but she should have at least informed me the quantum she was going to charge), and didn’t bother to tell me where the elevators were located.

Close to railway station and airport within walking distance. Close to the mall too, you can find lots of shoppes and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to metro too. Great value for 5 stars standard.

Clean, nicely appointed hotel, in the middle of a purpose built business district, near a major train station and large mall. Room was spacious and very clean. Good selection of restaurants in the area.

Stuffs needs a lot of work. Front desk is slow and not experience. Gave me the wrong room type I had selected. Guest service is ridiculous is transport charges.

Clean and modern, walking distance to Hongqiao railway station was able to avoid long taxi wait lines and traffic.

They over charge for laundry . Might as well buy a new pair of clothing .

Great hotel, poor wifi!

I stayed here for business. My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable which allowed restful sleep after long hours of work every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I will re-consider staying here in the future only because of the wifi connection. I had a hard time connecting, and the connection kept dropping. I was surprised about this issue since this hotel seems to cater to business travelers and wifi is very important.

Convenient location to railway station with good facilities around

Close to convention center and the mall, subway and train station. You can even walk to convention center, about half an hour walk. But if you’ve walk all day at convention center it is a heck of a day walking ... the only thing, in the morning it’s hard to go down stairs and order a Coffee Pot.. Americans Love Pots Of coffee not Tea cups of coffee .. everybody Was Super Nice, and friendly

The service is probably the best I’ve hAd in. Jina and I’ve been in China 15 years. The team on the executive floor - Doris, Michelle, Meggie are all fabulous . Only negative is the distance from city so if you need a business hotel this is a great option. If you plan on taking taxi’s downtown you will hot traffic and it’s expensove . Overall a great stay!

Everything about the hotel was great! The staff are very friendly, the location is great (right next to 虹桥 train station and a nice mall with good restaurants), the room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the list goes on and on. Would highly recommend, and my wife and I will stay here as often as possible when we go to Shanghai.

Generally it is acceptable. However, as Cordis is meant to be a business hotel, especially it is located next to the airport and high speed train station, its business related resources is not "friendly" enough. The wifi could not be connected easily The noise insulation in the room is poor The water in the shower room is weak It is not comfortable to sit on the "Chaise longue" to work The front desk personnel are not friendly and helpful enough The concierge is very friendly and helpful

My go-to hotel in Hongqiao area. Steps away from the train station. Airport shuttle available. Nice and comfortable rooms with elegant décor. Staff are very professional and fast in check-in and out.

It’s the second time I stayed here. The hotel is minutes away from the train station by walk. I really like the style of the decor. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. I will keep going back when I’m in this area

Clean, great location, everything you would need for business

Nice staff - friendly and helpful. New and clean. The workout facility is nice also. The air conditioning in the room is only one setting - cold. There is no way to make it warmer. The room has an open design, so there is no privacy when using the bathroom or shower. There is no mirror over the sink. The shower room at the workout facility has only room temperature showers - not hot water.

Excellent hotel at hongqiao

The hotel is 5 min walk for Hongqiao airport terminal 2 and train station. The facility is excellent and the staff are very nice. Nice Gym and room. Would definitely visit it again

Everything is so great. The location is wonderful. Subways and Hongqiao airport are all within walking distance. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Clean and Comfortable Room in Great Location

I love the location of this hotel. It’s very close to the Hongqiao Airport and literally next to the Hongqiao Train Station. Take the underground passageway from the train station or subway station if you have luggage’s. Hotel is next to lots of restaurants and shops. I can see them from my room. There are more shops and restaurants a couple blocks away. The hotel is far from the downtown Shanghai. I would probably want to stay closer to downtown during the days I want to explore the downtown areas. But this hotel is very convenient during the days I have to travel to other nearby cities by the train. Room is very spacious. It’s clean and comfortable. Amenities are nice. There is a mini fridge and a safe. Staffs are very accommodating. I didn’t use the lounge, restaurants, swimming pool, SPA, or the gym, but I believe these should be really nice as well.

Very convenient location to go to the HQ airport & train station or MRT. Walking distance about 10-15mins to the airport or catch a Hi-speed train to Suzhou or Wuxi near by city. more efficient to travel to the near by city by train to avoid the jam .

Nice hotel near Airport

New hotel within walking distance from Shanghai HongQiao Airport. The reception was good and check in was fast. The room was modern in design and was able to catch up on some office emails. Confortable sofa. There was plenty of restaurants and a reasonably big convienced store near by. The check out was fast too. The reception offered to arrange transportation for next destination

It’s was so convenient to go to the High speed train station from hotel , walking for 10mins to reach HongQiao airport, train station and MRT. Surrounded by the hotel are shopping mall , restaurants. Good location if you need to travel to other provinces

Great Stay on Long Layover

We had a brief one-night stay on a long layover. The hotel was extremely convenient to Hongqiao Airport. It's essentially right next to Hongqiao train station which is adjacent to Terminal 2 of the airport. The hotel looked new, and I assume that it was given all of the new construction in the area. The room was very comfortable and spacious for the price range. The bathroom was beautiful, if not a little awkward. It opens into the bedroom naturally and closes off with a series of sliding doors. It wasn't a big deal – just an interesting feature. The hotel connects to an outdoor mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff spoke enough English to make communicating easy. And despite the proximity to the airport (and our room faced that direction and the street on the fifth floor), our room was very quiet and we got a great night's sleep.

Nice, modern hotel

Excellent location, a short walk to Hongqiao station and walking distance from multiple shops and restaurants. There is also a subway line right outside. The hotel is new, very clean and contemporary and the room was comfortable. The staff are very friendly and polite.

很棒的酒店!

第2次入住，因為第一次的超好的經驗，所以第2次直接再次選擇這家酒店。前台和房務的工作人員都非常親切。有任何問題都很快的幫忙解決。房間大且乾淨整潔。位置非常的好購物，吃飯，交通超方便。2月份再拜訪上海時一定會再入住。推薦!

기차역과 가까워서 자주 이용하는거같아요

기차역과 가깝고 룸컨디션도 좋아서 매번 상해올때마다 머무는 호텔입니다

可步行到虹橋高鐵站，如要到蘇洲杭州遊玩很方便。房間大致整潔乾淨，唯細緻位置（如淋浴間玻璃）可更乾淨。

什麼都好就是毛巾不好。明明毛巾是乾的可是用起來卻感覺濕濕的很不舒服 建議毛巾要換一下

之前都上海出差公幹都係住呢間，近虹橋高鐵站，行10分鐘都唔使就到。 服務態度好好，又熱心幫助。 係張床有啲舊，已唔夠承托力，有點下陷⋯

離上海虹橋站非常近，交通很方便，周圍也有很多餐廳，如果要吃東西選擇也多。 缺點是泳池小、部分設備沒有很好用，像是插頭有些問題； 但整體住起來是舒適的，而且完全沒有煙味

位置于交通枢纽，附近饮食齐全，只浴室门胶边保养有待改善。

Great logistics solution

Perfect location next to HongQiao station and airport. Great breakfast. Good room. Need to improve the english language skills of the staff.

The location is great for me who arrived at high speed train station and needed to fly out from Hongqiao airport the next day. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast was good and sitting area was comfortable, not crowded at all.

日本語が話せるロビースタッフが１人いるので、便利。朝食も沢山種類があり、美味しい。食事帰りに、高価な中秋月餅がお土産として、一箱プレゼントされた。

Très bon hotel sur Shanghai

Hotel excellent situé idéalement dans le quartier du Hub de Hongqiao. Beaucoup de restaurants a proximité et très proche de la gare routière et de l'aéroport. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien insonorisé, propre et en excellente qualité. Le lit est très confortable. Qualité 5 diamonds méritée.
