Massive room but kitchenette had nothing in it not even a plate or fork?? Generally comfortable but quite dated and tired in places. Breakfast a bit odd. Staff a bit unfriendly. Location is decent given the mall over the road and Ubers make it easy to get anywhere else otherwise you are kind of in the middle of a massive junction. My room was cleaned and tidied beautifully every day though and they found my missing headphones. WiFi wasn’t brilliant for working.

The hotel is few meters away from Abdali boulevard, and shopping mall, as well as a lot of dining options. Bed is very comfortable, junior suite is spacious. staff are friendly.

No Longer a Good Place to Stay

This hotel is now dated. Our room had carpet that was dirty. Our suite bedroom door was held open by a pillowcase someone had stuffed between the door and frame. Room service botched our order by excluding our children's meals. Then, when I requested the missing items, I was told the food would be delivered within five minutes. Based on what we ordered, I KNEW that was impossible. Of course, our food NEVER came. I had to go to Abdali Mall to get food for my children. I would not recommend staying at this hotel now. It was great a few years ago, but that time has passed. Book your stay elsewhere.

Very Basic breakfast. Menu options are minimum. No swimming pool.

The staff are absolutely wonderful! Our flight was canceled and they easily extended our room. They are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Great selection of arabic staples and your standard eggs, potatoes and fruits. They also will make pancakes on demand. The room was very spacious and with ceiling to floor windows we were entertained watching Amman traffic lights all night and enjoyed panoramic views of the city by day. I would definitely be back here and highly recommend Coral Towers!

the junior suit is very nice. breakfast is ok, adding Egg station serving fried eggs and omelet will be an added value to the buffet. keeping the client at the lobby during check out till Mini bar is checked is not a smart idea.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone it’s really bad please and they don’t give you were you booked for iBook president suite with two bedroom and then I go out Suite 2 bedroom and they never keep their word a horrible service Do you research before you book with them

The hotel is great and great location but doesn’t have AC that was my only complaint.

The Hotel has very nice view and overlooking Abdali Boulevard. breakfast is good, service is good as well, and I liked my room a lot, and for sure will come again when I am in Amman.

No help

The first day was ok, but on the second day they switched us to a different room and told us they have maintenance to do but the room they got us smells very bad. I had to wait almost 6 hours to get another room. And we got switched to a junior suite but I paid for exclusive suite. And I didn’t get a refund for the difference of the price.

The Hotel is facing the Abdali boulevard , cross the street . junior suite room was spacious . breakfast is acceptable , can be better . parking is free . in general the hotel is new , nice .

Coral hotel

The rooms and service is ok, the bathrooms should be cleaned better. Bad view from the room and Wi-Fi didn’t always work.

The hotel is new and rooms are big and with amazing view for Amman. The location next to boulevard is so great and the staff were very cooperative. I like this hotel

Excellent location

- Be careful when you request hotel private car (each reception personnel gives you a different price!) - Breakfast seemed like a 2 star hotel breakfast not 4 - Room had very bad view and hotel refused to change! - Location is good if you're interested in nearby restaurant area and shopping mall (but you need to cross the street - which is not considered safe from my perspective - no traffic light nearby) ...or take a car/ taxi for short trip... - concierge/ doormen were friendly and helpful

Good hotel hut they did not have the electric converters that’s they were supposed to have. So I couldn’t use or charge my devices since I travelled from the United States

I was lucky

The first thing happened to me is meeting my friend there who booked this hotel 25% higher price than me. He booked with another application and they charged him for fee and taxes which is not the case her. About the hotel nice, comfortable, expensive if you booked in the hotel, and they have good stuff and friendly.

The room was clean and had enough amenity. In the walking distance, there was a huge shopping mall where I enjoyed shopping and lunch.

Great stay in Amman

Out stay was great. The hotel room was very clean, had signage about reserving water usage through less washing and had plenty of room to move around. The food at the restaurant was well prepared and the staff was attentive. We did have some hiccups with room service and an airport shuttle that may have been due to language barrier-and even then, hotel staff was eager to fix the situation and helped us get what we needed. After 2 weeks of non-stop traveling, it was a wonderful place to wind down before going home.

Great location and helpful staff. Not very comfortable room although large: only one power socket, too many lights (hard to turn off), either too cold or too hot.

The staff was very helpful and the location is great. The rooms are large and the hotel is nice. However the room was not really comfortable, either too cold or too hot, and the toiletries were hardly restacked.

This is new hotel at famous Abdali neighborhood. I chose it because of its good location near shopping ans restirants. I was particularity pleased with their staff who went out of their way to provide excellent services. They were very kind in extending my checkout time. Their in-room serviced breakfast was so good and had many items. It was a nice discovery and would recommend it for all.

Dommage que dans cette gamme d’hôtel, il y a pas de personnel avec juste un peu de sourire à la place d’un totale respect du client. Chambre très spacieuse et propre mais le miroir de la salle de bain est tout rouillé, ça choque avec le reste Pas un super rapport qualité prix 👎

Bra läge, men dålig frukost

Rummet var bra. Vi hade en juniorsvit och den var stor och fin med härlig utsikt. Frukostbuffén var dessvärre inte lika bra. Där fanns mer att önska. Hotellets läge var bra.

Mitigé, ce pourrait être bien

Chambre double avec salon 2 nuits. La photo ne correspond pas à l'appartement obtenu. Dans l'ensemble, assez bien mais bruyant (la rue et la TV du voisin du haut), un des lits grince aux changements de position et litige sur le petit déjeuner normalement inclus mais que l'hôtel a refusé et facturé, hôtel.com s'engageant par ailleurs à les rembourser. On verra et je le signalerai. De plus, ces petit déjeuner étaient bien médiocres 3/10. A signaler une kitchenette mais aucun ustensile, seulement 2 verres et porte du frigo bloquée. 2 salles d'eau très bien. Assez bon choix pour 2 couple d'amis en raison du salon et des 2 salles d'eau.

Muito bem localizado, atendimento rápido. Hotel muito limpo e organizado, próxima a diversos restaurantes e shopping center. Recomendo!
