The location was closed months ago and in the process of being resolved so we weren't notified. We're fortunate. Somebody directed to a sister hotel. The golden nugget, which is where we stayed and there was pretty good. But it's embarrassing that hotel.com wasn't aware of a hotel.

Beautiful location & view, outdated, rooms, did not provide toilet paper, people very friendly but not to effective

When we arrived, no rooms were available and they had no record that we were coming. After showing pre-paid reservation number... still no rooms. Sorry. After begging for help, they graciously arranged a room at a 'sister property'. The substitute room is on the other side of Negril, has no running water and, so far, two giant and newly crushed cockroaches. We are not prima donna travelers, enjoy a good aventure and generally go with the flow. That said, future adventurea will not being us back to any of the 'Coral Seas Properties'. We hope you all have a more favorable experience.

While this is not a 4 star property, it is a very good value for the price. We’ve stayed here twice now and would come back again. The staff, though, minimal, is very friendly and accommodating. The property is well located. The views and snorkeling from the property awesome. If you don’t need all the frills, I highly recommend Coral Seas Cliffs.

I love being able to see the water when I wake up.....i also love hearing the waves crash through the night. Th staff very graciously accommodated me by storing my grocery purchase in the freezer and giving me a microwave.

Didn’t like that renovations went on beside and above for the whole time

Worst place ever, no amenities, bugs, water leakage in room then no water.

Property was ok I guess I got what I paid for . The rooms need a lot of upgrading the bathroom was horrible.

The property was clean but smelled like mold and did not have running water in the sink. The manager Mrs. Reid was not available to voice our concerned which was very unprofessional.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. My reservation was for an oceanview room, but that was not what I was given. Breakfast was also to be included, but unfortunately, the restaurant was out of service at the property. The room was not comfortable at all. The curtains had stains on them, the bathroom fixtures were very old and had lots of rust.

I stayed in Room 602. The door was stuck and had trouble getting in and out of the room. I stayed in this same room during the summer and had the same problem. No microwave or fridge in the room. Problem getting towels. None were available at the property had to sent from another property. No pool towels for us. The property is beautiful but this needs to be addressed. I had two rooms for a wedding and my guest could not go swimming.

Location and views are exceptional! My room was very spacious! However the property is very dated. I would stay there again because of the views! I love the small restaurant shack next door.

It’s a disgrace it’s like no one works there at nights, it says free breakfast yet I havnt seen a dining area,was supposed to check out early no one was there at front desk

Close proximity to everything. Friendly staff. Getting to the hotel was easy. Lovely view of the cliffs and sea

Office staff was really quite blase. Hot helpful. Overall, place is very nice for the price and walking distance to some great places to eat.

GOOD Facilities are clean. Pool is warm so i never wanted out. Property upkeep is good Location is great, with link to two other properties so there is Garden . Cliff. 7 mile Beach. BAD Swim at own risk If there is a space for kitchenettes then put it in and dont leave the obvious spots with pipes. Area was not unsightly but it was missed. Rooms need kettle for tea

Crystal checked me in and remembered me from a sister property. She greeted me with such warm hospitality.

Abandoned

My reservation was cancelled by management without verifying with me. I was left out in the parking lot at 10pm at night. Security would not call the owner/manager it get us keys. I even called and spoke with TJ the front desk clerk a month prior to our arrival to verify our room and reservation. Our lives were put in danger with no place to stay! No apology.
