I have booked this for my parents. They were very happy with the service and facility.

There was a party until two o'clock in the morning, the air conditioning did not work at all and they refuse to fix it and there were bugs everywhere inside the room

Before booking it says breakfast included, i called the hotel to confirm my booking they told me breakfast included but parking fee 600 000 lira. At the hotel during check in they told me breakfast not included.

Pay per stay not worth the room I was in , need uplift, ac was off couldn’t use it, and drape were damaged, room looked old

This was an outstanding family oriented resort. We stayed at a few other facilities claiming to be the best but it didn’t have the staff or quality of guests as this resort did. We had an amazing time and will definitely do it again! The staff members are extremely friendly and prompt.

Overall the hotel has great views of the sea and the pool

I got surprised while checking out of the hotel that the price of the night per night is 30% lower than the price I paid through expedia! and I wasn't compensated. As well, the room was super small and the access to the block which where the room is very hard to reach, as there were too many restrictions about access.

The hotel was dirty and very outdated. It had bedbugs in the mattress. The staff was rude and dry and they are over priced by a lot. $250 per night for this low class trash hotel is a joke. I will never stay at this hotel in my life even if it was the last hotel in Lebanon. The pool is a bunch of old people and the food is low class and high priced. This is a 2 star hotel at best. The location is in a ugly area too. I don’t recommended anyone stay at this hotel ever

Safe was not working. No plugs for iphone.TV was not working. Floor had electricity problems. To be fair the breakfast and the waiters were great.

Not the best hotel, one evening there was a wedding party in the dinner lounge and bar to which there was nowhere else for us to get food or drink unless we ordered room service! Rooms were clean and comfy, service was OK though we asked for an umbrella which it says you can get from the lobby but they had none! Pools looked nice but we were unable to use due to weather. Entertainment advertised in the book in the room was never on. Not a great area for walking distance to central Beirut.

First night in country after flight from London. Easy taxi from airport. Nice breakfast. Excellent swimming pools. Away from centre of Beirut.

family trip

good hotel with nice comfortable bed, big pool and views of the sea. It is not near corniche. Hassan at reception was exceptional and provides excellent customer service. Good breakfast with good views from the sitting area. The hotel is at a steep decline from the main road and going up and down each time and with infant stroller was a big strain. He acknowledged our situation and agreed to cancel the rest of the booking without penalty.

Value for money is good. Room was comfortable and bed was good. Breakfast was average. Employees service 9/10 🙂. 2 large and Nice swining pools. Nice sea view but not for swiming. Not very clean.

My overall experience was very good. The swimming pool is nice with a direct view on the sea. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

We had a problem with our first room but they gave us an upgrade BUT still the bigger room was old and the mattress had blood stains and in real bad shape...the hotel is not on a beach area, it has a beach VIEW but no beach, lets make that very clear. the salt water pool is real nice and best feature of the hotel. Service in the restaurants is real bad, by the pool is the worst service and expensive. nothing around the hotel you have to take a taxi...do not walk...the area is not the best..do not go right out of the hotel!!

We go usuallly to coral beach mainly for their kids pool.. The day of chekin the pool was also booked by external guests to celebrate a birthday! Also some guests were smoking cigars in the kids pool!!

The hotel is old and tarnished. Breakfast was ok to be fair but the lobby, rooms....are super old and the service is bad and it is an understatement. It was not a good experience. One nice thing they have is the bar by the pool which has a sun deck which was relaxing view watching sunset. But again very old hotel and service is super bad. I won't go back.

perfect location, private, by the beach, amazing swimming pool and restaurant don't miss the opportunity to try their fish, simply irresistible. close by everything and 10 minutes ride from Al Hamra the most exclusive shopping and dinning area. you wont regret it, i guarantee you that.

Nice hotel! Until you look closely...

I was completely stunned at the view this hotel offers of the sea. The layout of the hotel and the outdoor area with the pool are quite impressive. What really ruined it for me was the staff- they are not well trained as waiters and they seem to have an attitude. I was told "no" to the majority of my requests. This is not how customer service should run. Also, though the rooms were fine as far as size and amenities, they clearly need to do some updates. Broken pieces of moulding, chips on walls, I could list a number of things but I won't. They just need to have a handyman go through and repair, or maybe it's time for a full fledged makeover! The view and outdoor area saved Coral Beach from a one star review from me.

Very good stay

Big, nice room, directly on the swimming pool, very clean. Friendly and warm staff, everybody was always helpful. I had a perfect stay. I certainly recommand this hotel.
