Property is ok

Property is ok, clean enough, beds, pillows ok, but thinking overall quality has changed. I've been staying here for years for work, but this time was in different room on top floor and no heat. Called front desk and they did bring me another blanket and a plug in electric heater, so made out ok. Not sure I will stay again, not as good as previous owners.

The room was cold on my feet. Nice view of the river. Have to drive to go out for a meal.

New bathroom but rest could use updates. However clean and quiet and good location.

Old not kept up cigarettes butts all over full ash trays sitting out side the rooms smell would go unto the rooms management. Did not mind

Everything was amazing. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location on Hwy 16 is convenient. We would definitely recommend this place

Lovely staff. Had booked a rom with living room and kitchen on line— gone when I got there. The room I got was ‘good enough for just me’ as the man said. Great location. It wouldn’t hurt to fix the hole in the wall having done such a nice job on the bathroom

Great place to stay!

Older but spacious and very clean. Excellent set up for our pre and post fishing trip meet up. Cabin well set up for cooking. Will be back:-(

Very comfortable, clean and homey

It's definitely not a luxury hotel however the property is nicely maintained and the rooms were clean. A pleasant surprise is the updated washrooms. The room beside us left their garbage on the floor outside which wasn't pleasant to drive up to but other than that no real complaints. Beds were comfortable and the property feels safe

Trees, river

Big bang for your $. Coffee, tea, full kitchenette, Queen bed in separate room, full couch/bed, kitchen table & chair, complete TV programming, Clean... All for less then $100- incl. taxes Bathroom was abit dated and worn

Easy to get to. Quiet with being just off the main highway. The place is very scenic in the morning. Our room was overlooking the Copper River. The desk clerk was very welcoming and informative!

Kind welcome and nice clean rooms. Had a kitchenette and nice bedding.

They gave a us a small Christmas gift, were very friendly and respectful.

This was the cleanest motel we have ever stayed in. The owner and the staff were exceptional, so polite and respectful and helpful. When a guy wears a crisp white shirt and bow tie, you just feel kind of special, even though it's a motel. What a lovely man! Our room was huge. It had five beds and two bathrooms, one with a soaker tub. The kitchen was perfect with two fridges. Nice big living room. A really excellent place to stay for our film crew. We will stay there again!

Mom & daughter road trip

Excellent, this is the second time we’ve stayed here!! Bob, the manager is awesome! Very accommodating and helpful. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Cute little place

Great little hotel. Excellent easy checkin. The proprietor saw I was with my 2 daughters and upgraded us to a bigger suite than I had originally booked. The room was clean and comfy. It is right by river and has nice views. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in terrace!

The room where the bed is really small and one can't get around the bed easily at all. There is no A/C so that made a very uncomfortable stay especially for our 7 month old when the temperature was over 30 Celsius. The rooms are clean but just wasn't functional for us.

Wonderful

This place was far better than we expected. The view was incredible, it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Quiet and Clean

Always a nice place to spend a night. Staff here are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. The owner, Gloria, is a very friendly lady and great to deal with. They've done a good job at making sure their guests are comfortable and happy during their stay.

WiFi sucks. Everything else is decent for the price.

Short notice, neede a place to crash. This would good enough. Staff very nice.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. While staying with my dogs, the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

This motel is an excellent place to stay for it's convenience and beautiful setting.

Beautiful location

We only stayed one night but wished we'd have had time to stay longer! Robert at the desk was wonderful and a wealth of local knowledge! He made sure we parked our van and trailer in a safe place, made sure we had enough coffee, and recommended a wonderful place to get a good meal! We'd had a rough, hard day traveling and the Copper River Motel made our last night in Canada and wonderfully restful one!!! Oh and he made sure our dog was well cared for too!

Older, Quaint, and Great Value

We arrived in the dark and left in the dark the following morning as we were enroute to the Yukon. The room was very 60ish with a bed in the front and a bed in the room off the front room. The room was very well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. Slept like a rock and left early the next morning. Good value for the money spent.

Friendly staff and clean rooms, but make sure you have some wheels to get around as it is a little out of the way.
