The staff were excellent. Efficient, polite and friendly. The location was fantastic and the indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. In fact the Spa had everything; a well equipped gym, a sauna and steam room and an indoor heated swimming pool. The massages were excellent. You couldn’t ask for more. A great place to have a relaxing holiday.

Good

The whole customer service experience was sevond to none. Nothing was trouble for the staff, who always friendly, helpful and courteous. A special mention for Valentin, Mahammad, Vipay and Sital who became our friends more than staff members. We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at Constantinos the Great and will be returning soon. Thank you.

Arrived to a warm welcome and room already. We were here for ny daughters wedding. Excellent service, friendly staff a lovely stay.

The rooms are nice and spacious, we had a lovely view of the sea. We all enjoyed the holiday. The staff however were a little bit rude on occasion, we heard staff being shouted out in the buffet dining hall and also the poor cleaner outside our room. The food was ok, not bad and not great. The sun beds are very run down with broken parasols. the hotel needs redecorating and looks a bit shabby in areas. No mini bar, no in room dining menu, internet has a poor connection, they also didn’t provide fresh bathroom towels unless you asked. The lifts also took ages and there were only 2 for the whole hotel which is very big with around 500 rooms. Not really service and facilities you would expect from a 4/5 star hotel. I would comment on the entertainment being good and the bar staff being very friendly. The location is great being on the beach and it’s a very short walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back to the area but not this hotel unfortunately unless something changes.

Good hotel

Great hotel, location and price. Good choice of services and things to do. The only part that let down the hotel was the selection of the food and service taking dirty plates away during meal times. Other than that really enjoyable time with family and friends and will visit again!

Not 5* Hotel. Food needs improvement. Staff rude and not interested in helping.

Not a five star hotel. Condition of bathroom was appalling. Cleaners were not that bothered. Sheets should have been changed every three days but only changed on request by day 5. Would not stay here again poor value for money.

I would not put this in the category of a five star hotel. It is a very mixed bag. The restaurant food was excellent. The staff were not all good. Twice when I went up for desert I went back to find my table had been completely cleared including my drink. Sheets were meant to be changed every three days, mine were changed once over 10 days at my request! The bathrooms are appalling. Brown rust stains in the toilet bowl, the bath plug, and bath overflow. The cleaners didn't seem to care very much. The bath was not actually cleaned at all during my 10 day stay - I knew this by leaving a couple of hairs in it each day which went undisturbed. When I complained, the sheets got changed once, but there wasn't really any improvement in the cleaning. The cleaners were not at all friendly, apart from the supervisor who certainly has her work cut out for her, as the cleaners (for the bedrooms) seem as they just can't be bothered. Such a shame at what I am sure was once an amazing hotel. I would not pay a five star price for this hotel again.

The hotel itself was very dated and was not a 5 star hotel it might have been once when it was built but the hotel has not been maintained and the carpets in the corridors were stinky. There was no outside toilets near the pool you had to walk through hotel to the nearest ones. The atmosphere was chilled but could do with a good clean and up dating

Our favourite hotel in protaras - fab loungers

We’re regulars at this hotel and was greeted by the staff so friendly, we only had a one night stay as we took a morning boat trip locally from protaras pier. I had booked the front sea facing room and added notes for a high level floor. Sadly we were allocated level 2 which was my only criticism- breakfast was lovely as usual - the lovely lady Adel in the Spa is always super friendly & cheery when collecting pool towels. We shall be returning soon I’m sure. The best pool and location hotel along protaras promanade - the pool team in the bar Andreas & Paul are always our favourite faces to see - 100% worth staying

Would be nice to have a lighter weight duvet or an optional blanket, as the ones we had were too warm, but a sheet is not enough.

Property is dated. Expedia should provide a better description of the rooms to reflect the types of rooms at this hotel more accurately. We booked a Seaview room thinking it was going to be a full Seaview however we got a partial Seaview. We changed to a Seaview and paid the difference

5 star location 3 star for everything else

Food is average and 3 star at best, for a 5 star there should be show cooking and fresh food. They serve dinner in a “banquet hall” food sits in the warmers a long time. Breakfast I never had a hot bit of bacon and the bread was not fresh and always tasted stale. You couldn’t sit in the breakfast hall as the extractor fans didn’t work and it was smoky making my daughter cough everyday. The hotel needs a full refurbishment it’s tired the carpets are stained. The rooms are acceptable but the not cleaned to a good standard at all floors were dirty and we had to request towels numerous times. If you stay here and expect a 3 star and not a 5 star then you will be OK.

We loved the location of the hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful.bHowever, the experience was more for a 4 star rather than 5 star rating. The food was average, and the facilities needed updating. The sea front was excellent which is what we came for, so the whole experience was worth it!

o improve on smiling and being more pleasant. Beds are terrible. I did not get one nights good sleep. Mattress are old and should be replaced. Half board is not recommended. Charging of water and soft drinks at the pricing charged is not proper. They should increase the half board pricing and include drinks during these periods.

5 star price with 3 star feeling. An expensive hotel with no premium feeling or service at all. Be prepared for housekeeping to just walk in on the first day and wonder about your room whilst you are in there! No smile or any greeting from the front desk either when checking in or out. Pros: - Good location. - Big pool. Cons: - Dirty run down rooms with stained bedding. - Hair dryer is like a clogged vacuum cleaner. - Shower that belongs in a 3 star or less hotel. - Bland lunch buffet where the most tasty item is the tomato ketchup. - Water issues with bathroom apparently affecting the whole floor and front desk saying maintenence team will get to it tomorrow as if that's normal and guests just suffer. - Hotel bar that cannot make drinks, they say no to making a margherita and just about any other drink you ask for. - Front desk where nobody really cares.

Pleasant few nights stay back in May. The lobby area is beautiful, good facilities, nice pool area and beach just outside the hotel. Good selection of shops and restaurants around, few minutes walk from the pier. Friendly and very helpful staff - especially the lady with curly, dark hair. Good breakfast, but can't say the same about dinner (maybe it was a one ott, but we swapped dinner for lunch going forward and ate elsewhere. Lunch was also good). Our room was very functional and decorated nicely, balcony was a great size and we've enjoyed spending evenings there. On arrival we've noticed the bedsheets are unchanged, but this was rectified in no time after speaking to a friendly receptionist. Overall a 4 out of 5 and a good value for money.

I liked the facilities at the beach, fruit and vegetables fresh at the buffet. However the hotel cannot be categorised as a 5 star hotel it is maximum a 4 star and the rooms are in need of renovation. I asked multiple times for a twin even before the holidays and when i arrived they gave me a queen. My partner got a pair of running shorts taken from the room. The room was very humid and the toilet not in a great condition. The bread at breakfast and dinner was stale. Elevators were a nightmare Overall i enjoyed the location and the beach facilities - staff needs to get better trained and the hotel needs renovation

I was disappointed that only a bottle of water were given during my stay. Many hotels I stayed in the past provided me with them every morning so I was expected the same. The pool and the beach were nice.

Lovely upgraded rooms on top floor - stunning

We only had a short stay this time - our room was ready super early and we were permitted a early check in / as repeat customers our details were on the system so this only took 5 minutes - we requested a high floor as the views are amazing both sides of the hotel. We were promptly given room 436 one of the newly refurbished rooms. Our room faced the flamingo hotel next door which gave us the late afternoon sun on the spacious balcony. The newly refurbished rooms are controlled by a push button control panel - remote curtain and light features helped once rested in bed. We did struggle with the AC panel found by the entry door. I guess a longer visit might have been needed to work it out better. I do like the new walk in shower feature but feel it could do with more shelving to hold the bottles of wash & hair products. Only a minor cosmetic change needed - I also think too much shower spray gets into the toilet area so extra towels or mat could be added / if you’ve wet feet the room flooring becomes extremely slippery. My only niggle would be to upgrade the pool towels - they’re very scruffy and tired looking. The whole team of staff both external and internal are super professional / we particularly enjoy the poolside activity chap who takes the water aerobics - and the busy food & beverage team by the pool. Andreas and Paul work tirelessly all day pleasing all the thirsty guests. Can’t wait to visit again.

Not great

Location is good. The hotel is really run down - says it was renovated in 2019 but the quality is appalling. Wobbling railings, curtains falling down, cracks and holes everywhere. Some staff are amazing but most have no idea what's going on - speak little English or Greek and seem miserable. The worst thing however is the noise. The rooms aren't soundproofed and the music blasts out until midnight. We paid extra for a family room and ended up above a wedding - the music was terrible and kept the kids up for hours. Complained to reception - their advice was to tell the manager when we left

Loved the view from my room with a calm sea

The hotel had a good location feels like you are in Lavgas, the beach is very clean, and clear water to go for a swim. The hotel staff are friendly and of big help to me on arrival. My room was great, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and dinner just need a bit of work but it was ok.

For someone who never reviews- I felt I had to with this one. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Don’t let the price and 5 star distract you, it is 3 at best. The front desk staff directly Maria and Adriana were the most unfriendly people I’ve ever meet and talked to me horribly. The first 2 weeks of my month stay I had worms in my shower every night with no resolution until I called every night and they got sick of it. Breakfast mediocre, and housekeeping walked in on me changing/showering many times. Also AC was turned off my entire stay so was either a sauna every night or mosquitos bites. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pool cues were broken..a little difficult to play.. We made it entertaining.. Money also got stuck in the machine. Cat sleeping on a coach and food being given next to it.. Although cute.. I don't think a cat is much appreciated in a 5star hotel. Otherwise, lovely hotel and setting!! Beautiful, relaxing view and furniture.. Would definitely stay again.

Definately not 5 star. Great building but no 5 star treatment or attitude. Food was good until more people arrived, then it declined. We decided to eat out. Not a place for children, but loads arrived, just running around screaming. Chamber maid service was not good, linen not changed as they said it would be (each 3 days). they ignored do not disturb signs and expected you to get up and out to suit them. The locals know its run on a buget & the owner (owns loads ofnearby hotels) pays the minimum he can.

The best holiday ever

It was an amazing place to stay the food was amazing the staff were excellent and the owner of the place absolutely amazing men! We glad went there and we had an awesome time thank you all !

Hotel surely is not 5 stars. Had wet bed sheets put on my bed. When asked to change - was given bedsheets and asked to change them myself - Bath Robes not changed for 6 days. Mostly the room cleaning staff are terrible - front desk staff amazing. Great spot though - pity it’s a 3 star hotel pretending to be a 5 star hotel. I’m from Singapore and I’ve lived in 5 star hotels around the world. But if u are ok with a budget 5 star hotel then this is your go to hotel.

Great location. Not true 5 star - probably 4 star. Food is not good. Staff could do with being more attentive. Evening entertainment was lacking. Kids Club is non-existent - not a good hotel for young children. Massage was terrible/

Requested pool/seaview dissapointed didnt get it. Extremely noisy neighbours (russians) had to complain about the noise 3am 3 mornings this happened. Apart from that a very pleasant hotel.

Substandard and definitely NOT a Five Star hotel

This hotel is in desperate need of a facelift, communal areas are clean and pleasant, it has ample parking space, location is great and it has a decent pool, however, the rooms are not clean, carpets are filthy, sun beds have burnt cigarette holes, we stayed in room 437 the springs in the mattress dug into us and for some utterly bizarre reason dirty laundry was left in the corridors until very late at night. (The picture attached was taken at 11pm) In my opinion definitely not a 5* hotel, shame really it has potential.

Perfect location, great pool, amazing beach. When we arrived we found out that sheets on the bed are dirty, there were some dirty spots on the walls in the toilet as well and weard smell in the room. Views from balcony were great, stuff was helpful as well.

Superb hotel great by name & nature

Such a fantastic entrance and building - impressive swimming pool area. Quite possibly the most comfy pool beds I’ve ever used. So much space and relaxation areas. The poolside music was so relaxing it made it easy to snooze off.. it’s a shared dining hotel so it’s wrist band frenzy when the bar opens are 10:30.. there’s so much choice of restaurants nearby and super convenient to eat out. The beach is directly located via a garden with extra comfy beds. There’s a clean boardwalk allowing a prom walk past many restaurants & hotels. Here you can book boat trips and beach massages. Many clean toilets to use along the way and a Costa coffee concession hut next to the hotel. The staff we’re super amazing especially the towel lady and Maitre De in the breakfast lounge. So much choice for breakfast you won’t go hungry. I shall be returning here again - top marks. I do agree the bathrooms could do with a spruce up but it hasn’t lost any more than half a point for it..

The sea and the beach are very nice. The pool and the garden with sun loungers were also fine. We have never experienced such a bad All Inclusive anywhere in the world. Minibar in the room empty, water and soft drinks in bottles for a fee, several mixed drinks and a large portion of alcoholic beverages for a fee. Conclusion: We will not go there anymore.

Hotel was nicely located and spa service was good. Very nice night atmosphere and friendly bar service. However, as a hotel that claims to be 5 star, the cleanliness, front desk staff and food were below accepted norms. Our room was cleaned only upon request. The housekeepers only changed the towels and did not replace the used toiletries. The shampoo and shower gel bottles were left open around the bathtub with hair everywhere after housekeeping was done. We had to call for towels instead of having them replaced by the housekeepers. The floor was never cleaned, the sheets were stained and we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was uncooperative. We had an issue and the staff didn’t show any initiative or willingness to deal with the issue. On the contrary they were complaining that we approached them. As for food, it was below expectations. The choice was limited and some items smelled badly. COVID restrictions were not respected despite the warnings. People did not use masks inside the hotel and elevator which drove us to use the stairs all the time. No one advised or remained the other guests to use their masks.

Very good hotel

I was surprised how bad the reviews are. Probably coming from guests who only stay in 5-star hotels like Mandarin or Ritz! well, this is 5-star Cyprus style - this means it is not Ritz! and they do not charge a typical 5-star hotel prices! It is a good value for money for a 5-star, it is an upmarket hotel, it is clean, spacious, modern and in a very good location. Literally next to the beach and close to other bars and restaurants in the area. Perhaps the food selection and the 'buffet' lunch/dinner are not of the highest standard partially due to Covid-19 restrictions, the food is served by a waiter and you cannot really see exactly what it is (no proper light and salad plates next to each other not easy to see over the plexiglass - but i am sure this is only temporary. Food for me would recieve poor marks and the kitchen/buffet area lacks sufficient light to better see the food selection, but the rest is of an excellent quality!

We stayed here from 24-31 august 2020 , we had a lovely time , the hotel is beautiful . It is spotlessly clean . We were made so welcome by all the staff which are so helpful , we felt so safe all the Hand Sanitiser every where around the hotel so very Convenient. The Position of the hotel is perfect it’s right in the middle of everything. I’m really convenient for the beach as you’re right on the on it. The view from the bar are perfect. We can’t wait to go back 😁

Perfect location but very disappointing offerings

Spent a week here late June 2020 and even though I guess its perfect for the all-inclusive guests, we were very disappointed that there was no a la carte restaurant, no room service and only budget options in the bar. Not worthy for a 5 star hotel.

Service very bad - pool bar very unprofessional , small fridge in the room without single bottle of water than other rooms were available 2 bottles. Waitress said that we have to pay for Wifi 10€ and the wifi was free after discussion with other visitors of the hotel

Property very spacious however it ends there. The bedroom, bathroom lighting is a joke could not see to shave, floor when wet is very dangerous easy to fall, shower unit rain head and hand held spray falling apart needs to be replaced, curtains broken and shabby spoke to reception about lighting in bathroom no response or action. Do you not have a maintenance team? In conclusion I have stayed in many high quality hotels and the Constantinople is no 5 star rating I would suggest 3 star max. Problem is lack of management and poor staff attitude, get your act together or you will fail eventually. Give the hotel the right management and staff attitude will follow.

This is not a regular five star hotel as you would find in a bigger town. It is a local five star rated package holiday tourist hotel. Certain aspects of the hotel are good such as its location next to the beach. The biggest problem is the all inclusive dining. Breakfast is good but the lunch and especially the dinner are in no way deserving of a five star rating. Food is bland, unappetising and resurfaces in different forms the following few days. We were shocked at the dinner offerings. Our room was to the very rear of the hotel overlooking the car park. Tourist pick up buses arrived any hours of day or night making noise. Talking of noise, the party bars on the high street were extremely loud until 3 am. We had to wear ear plugs in order to sleep.

Some work needs to be done!!!

The housekeeper could not distinguish the labelling on the door (please make up my room and do not disturb), breakfast very average for a 5star hotel and could not get a good nights sleep because too much noisy area (bliss club). The room got cleaned after our direct instructions to the house keeper. Reception were very helpful and kind especially a 40-50 year old lady. The kohili restaurant was very good.

Excellent location

Overall the hotel was in excellent location, Breakfast and room were great. The only complaint is that you have to pay for the wifi and that’s 10 Euro a day while wherever you go in restaurants and public beaches wifi is free! and being a five star hotel we had to pay 10 Euro for the safe in our room! Enjoyed my stay as the end of November Protaras is very peaceful and quiet with one pub and two souvenir shops open. Hotel food was plentiful & hotel service was pleasant. MUST ASK FOR TOILETRIES and fresh TOWELS though, as they were not supplied after the first night. Not a 5 star hotel compared to global standard. Very happy not being there in summer where it would be very crowded. In all, had a peaceful time.

I loved the cats who greeted us daily in the parking lot; also the staff and grounds were exemplary. The first few days on Cyprus, I met several of the round the clock staff due to jet lag- and they all had time to stop and talk to me, and suggest areas of nearby points of interest for me to visit, and as an American, it was very much appreciated! They even had paper maps available, and one very kind member of the staff- Very sorry I didn't catch his name- took the time to help me pick out several villages with unique Chapels to visit! Wonderful place Cyprus, at this low tourist time of year, and again as an American, truly am enjoying this beautiful land with it's incredible weather and unabashed love of Christmas, when,back home, everyone is arguing about when it's okay to put up the Christmas Tree. My wife and are heavy coffee drinkers, and really enjoyed the extra service of coffee refills by young members of the staff at the morning buffet, which was HUGE, and covered, I am sure, anyone's special diet needs. The rooms are spotless,and again, the housekeeping staff friendly and efficient. We did have an issue with our electric tea kettle, and it was rectified within minutes, even at 3 AM! The owner came around the dining room and spoke to everyone, making sure their stay was as enjoyable as possible. I was also impressed by the impeccability of the staff dress code. We will most definitely be interested in returning!!

The hotel is on the door step of a lovely sandy beach with clear blue sea. Hotel food was in our opinion average but half board was a good option for us as allowed us to have breakfast and lunch and eat dinner out. (The hotel let you swap your dinner for a lunch voucher instead)

very disappointing stay

Everything is chargeable from the WI-FI to even the room safety deposit box (which i’ve never heard of before). The communal areas are nice, but our bedroom was out dated without any thrills, a fridge but no mini bar or the option to order room service. We asked for a double bed so they pushed two standard size singles together and placed some soft foam on top to make a double, this meant the bed was too soft and bad for out backs (and were in or early 30’s!). And the food is all buffet and was always cold (inc. dishes that were intended to be hot). The only positives were a nice pool area, the location and that about half of the staff were friendly (shame not all). Overall it was a very poor experience where this hotel should be classed as a 3* rating at best

Nice location, not worth going all inclusive

The Hotel was pleasant, not a five star, the breakfast selection was good, lunches were good, but evening meals were not so good, I would stay here again and only go half board, taking the lunch option. We stayed in a front, sea view room on the second floor, the views were amazing and it was great to have a fridge and kettle. I was disappointed with the all inclusive option, I can except local spirits only , but they were not nice and sloppy presented, the beach bar had two options for all inclusive from a selection of about 15 items on the paying menu, there was a lovely looking beach restaurant with table clothes that would have been lovely to sit at, eat and drink, the all inclusive allowed you to do this on one day and you had to book, I could never get a booking and I only ever saw 4 people eating there in a week! Staff in the hotel lobby bar were the best.

Close to beach and very central

We had a lovely few days in this very pleasing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a sea view room which was stunning. Breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice.

The location is superb. Unfortunately it is obvious that the hotel owner has tried to create a five star hotel with bare minimum expenses. Despite efforts from staff with their hospitality (which is obvious there are not enough staff) the service and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired...such a shame...

I’d stay here again

Just spent a week at the Constantinos The Great Beach Hotel - stayed in one of their sea-facing executive King rooms. Overall, pleased with my choice to stay in that room, in that hotel. Pros: Excellent location. Great restaurants all around, beautiful view of the sea, and the beach there is less crowded Room is appointed nicely, and the bed/pillows are comfortable Lots of great spots throughout the hotel to lounge around in Cons: For a five-star, limiting when you can exchange a dirty beach towel (only on M-W-F), and limiting a guest to a single towel is silly. Likewise, limiting a guest to a single keycard is just as silly, especially when that keycard is required to insert to slot in order to turn air conditioning on.... the trade off being that each time you come back from a hot, humid day outside to a hot, stuffy bedroom. Had stains on my fresh bedsheets for some reason. I’d stay here again. A few easy tweaks to eliminate those cons, though, and this property goes from good to great.

Definitely not 5 star standards:charging for the internet (24 euros for a 1 week package which they disconnected after 6 days, 10 min after my checkout, when I was waiting for my taxi in the hotel lobby). Safe not working, housekeeping forgot to put towels and it took more than 1 h to get them. Beach towel changed on certain week days(every 3days) and they refused to change them when I went on the wron day, after 4 days!!! Had to use my own towels.Pool bar very expensive compared to other bars in the area ( 5 euro 330 ml of a local beer served in a 1 use plastic cup). Breakfast enough variety but the quality of food was 3 rather than 5 star. Booked on hotels.com as a “sea-view room” but it was actually a pool/sea view room.Nice view still, but not what I was expecting and thought I was paying for. I’d call the whole experience a “low cost 5star”. Only the price was 5 star, 170 euro/night, more than 1 month prepaid price :(

Good location but very poor service.

The service was terrible and the main staff were rude. When asking questions, staff were short as if we were interrupting them. When we called on the first day to sort out a few things like towels, WiFi, the safe, etc., staff seemed frustrated with our requests. Communication was poor. There were lots of hidden costs including additional payment to use the safe and the WiFi. Beach towels needed to be reused for three days. Although this would not normally be a problem it was the lack of transparency about it that was frustrating. When we checked in, none of this was communicated. The room was really run down and all the tAps in the bathroom were broken. However location was great and the area was great. Breaks fast was pretty good.

Disappointing

Bed was dirty. Coffee machine was dirty. No hairdryer in the room. Beach towels are not available all the time. We should wait around 3-4mn to take the lift because there are only 2 lifts. However, location is perfect, staff are friendly and helpful, room is spacious. But it can not be considered as 5 stars hotel!

Amazing hotel great location overall fantastic holiday

excellent hotel and brilliant service. Unfortunately the hotel was not completely ready when we arrived. The indoor pool/gym/spa was not ready to use and there was construction going on. it would have been nice to be told about this before we arrived.

Excellent Hotel

This is a truly wonderful hotel and I would definitely go back there. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Pleasant hotel right by the beach.

The room was very comfortable with a great sea view. Staff were friendly. The food was plentiful with self-service. Only downside was the stray cats - the hotel staff and guests feed them.

We had a short break of two nights, weather for the time of year, perfect. Comfortable room. Good range of dishes on offer at al meal times.

Great beachside location, needs a serious revamp

Great beach front location and ideally located for the local ammenaties on the Main Street. The whole hotel is in a serious need of revamp with tired rooms and restaurant facilities. Staff were generally approachable but with some of the restaurant staff it did feel like you were putting them out when ordering drinks or simple requests such as clean cutlery or sauces which weren't available at the buffet. I would not choose to go on all inclusive again. The buffet breakfast was average at best and evening meal buffet was not of good quality. You can live on it but there is much better food to be had in the town. The front of house staff on reception were very accommodating, helpful and friendly as we're the fitness centre staff, just a shame this was not consistent with the restaurant staff. If you are using this hotel as a base only it is great, but if you're planning on not leaving or spending most of your time on site, there are better options. Oh and it helps if you like cats, they're everywhere!

Wet Day's in winter.

Hotel on first site is really good. but come midnight loud out of date disco blaring out is not conducive to a good night sleep. The food is as good as you get in hospital. sliced meat the same each night with a different sauce.

Nice big hotel with goof meals and a beautiful beach

Poor entertainement for this time of the year, when nothing is open arround.

A lot of the things need revamping in the rooms, for example fridge, doors, knobs and faucet in the sink too short and water leeks out. Walls are wallpapered and peeling.

Great location

Hotel was overbooked so spent 3 nights in vrissiana. Upgraded to a/I free wifi and safe. Rooms need updating,desperately! Young girl on reception really helpful. Expected more from the rooms. Vrissiana has better rooms. Could use facilities at both hotels. Food was ok, drinks were not the best, usual for all inclusive.
