Amazing staff, all friendly, clean and comfy bed

overall is excellent. Staff has warm welcome and responsive. Only one small issue that the aircondition outlet direct to the bed and blowing to sleepers all over night that not feel confortable.

We arrived on a late flight, check-in was straight forward. We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was spacious and very comfortable although a little dated. Our room faced the park side. Whenever we called for anything, service was always prompt. Location is convenient and walkable to Sanlitun. We would stay at the Conrad again.

Location not good

The hotel room is old and far from the tourist attractions. Not many food nearby.

Fantastic hotel and staff

Clean and spacious rooms! Five star amenities and service too. Traffic in Beijing is pretty mad though so if you want to visit touristy areas might be better off staying at hotels nearer to those areas. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights at Conrad

Good service

Super nice staff and room layout/ facilities

The property looks old but it is not. Rooms are pretty good, beds, pillows are pleasant. Lounge are expected much more. Place looks good but hours to enjoy are extremely ridiculous 5-7:30 pm. Normally a 5 star hotel provides a service up to 9-10 pm with food and beverages. Disappointing.

Great Staycation

Conrad is a great hotel. The service is wonderful, the room was very comfortable and clean. Also the bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet and dark in the morning from the black out blinds.

The Conrad is a wonderful hotel. It made our stay in Beijing very comfortable and I will stay here again when I return to Beijing.

From start to finish we enjoyed our stay here. When checking in Lisa was attentive and polite and made our stay special. We would stay here again.

The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff were very kind and helpful! The location was perfect and facilities were super satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Beijing!

Great stay

Great stay, service, conceirge and amenities. Also great dim sum on the first floor restaurant. Gym is well equipped and underground pool area is great. Rooms have high ceilings and are very spacious. 5 minute walk to Huajialou station (6 and 10 subway lines) and surrounding neighborhood full of great restaurants.

Great stay

I had three days in Beijing and this hotel was perfect. Great location, spotlessly clean, excellent service, delicious breakfast, cool modern design, and a wonderful swimming pool. I arrived early from an international flight. Since my room was vacant they granted me access early without an additional fee which was quite classy. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

good location, very new hotel, good breakfast, overall good

I enjoyed the view, free upgrade, and spacious rooms of the Conrad. It was a pleasant stay with them. The staff were friendly and all spoke English which was convenient.

Guest smoke on the non-smoking floor

Unfortunately, some guests smoke on the non-smoking floor. Three out of six days of our stay can smell cigarette smoke in our room and in the elevator lobby of our floor. But I appreciate your staff for providing the air purifier to us immediately.

Beautifully designed hotel. The room layout and furniture was very carefully detailed. Breakfast room is impressive and the food presentation in a simulated library setting interesting. The outside facade is very interesting. Our only disappointment was the lack of a sauna and steam room in the hotel. The hotel said that new regulations prohibit having such services in a basement level. That would be strange, as many spas in the country are in basement levels. It seems it was planned that way. Sauna and steam room should be a standard offer in a hotel of this category.

Nice comfortable hotel, poor surrounding

Very comfortable stay. Nice big room. Lot of space. Room had slight smell and hotel immediately provided air purifier which works. Shower tap was loose and also technician came rapidly to rectify. Very clean. However, hotel do not seem to be near walking distance shopping area. Need to take a cab. Some nice restaurants about a 10min walk. Also a 15min walk to Chaoyang acrobat theatre.

Excellent stay. Staff was excellent. Food was amazing. Would go back in a heart beat.

It was a good stay overall however it was a Messy check in, didn't have the room I booked and the room smelled of cigarettes. Very comfy bed, amazing bathroom and minibar a bit too short of options.

I'm a fan!

I normally don't write reviews but this is an exception because Beijing Conrad is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in China. The room was impeccably comfortable, clean, quiet and just aesthetically pleasing. The attention to details, from the tea pots to bath salt to the design of the night lights made my stay extremely pleasant. I'm now in a hotel in Shanghai and really misses the Conrad.

Comfort at its Finest

Extra spacious rooms with all of the amenities you could need. After a long day of travel, a hot shower and the amazingly comfortable bed was exactly what this weary business traveler needed. The breakfast - recommended by a colleague - was out of this world. I read a previous review that it was below expectations. Nonsense. It has both Chinese and English/American fare and nearly everything you could desire. One caution - I don't recommend the spa. I ordered a hot stone massage and I'm not sure what massage I received but it did not involve a single hot stone. Due to the limited English of the spa workers pluse cultural differences, I chose not to debate the issue. I just paid and left. Unless you speak Mandarin, you might want to forego the spa services. That being said, it is a very nice facility. I just did not receive what I requested and, while disappointed, didn't really have any avenue to pursue it to be corrected.

Clean, Comfortable, and Modern

Hotel is modern and overall in very good condition. Room had ample space and was quite comfortable. The exterior design of the building is unique and makes it easy to spot from a distance. The staff were all friendly and did their best to help, especially the concierge member on duty during my last day there. He helped me get a ride to the airport a little after 5am on the first day of Chinese New Year (no small feat). The pool and fitness center on the lower levels are actually quite nice and worth a visit. I tried the Chapter restaurant in the lobby which was pricey, but the food and service quality made it somewhat worth it. Easy walk to the nearest line 6&10 metro station.

It is a beautiful hotel with good service and nice breakfast. However the wifi broke for over 24hrs which isn't acceptable when on business. Also the AC broke down consistently and they didn't seem able to fix it.

Favourite hotel in Beijing.

The Conrad is a great place to stay for business or leisure when staying in Beijing. Good location and because it's a relatively new hotel, all the facilities are of a high standard.

Everything was very amazing

Good location ,this hotel is nearly CBD and SKP shopping mall. The room very spacious. The decoration very new.

Luxurious hotel in a better area than expected

First time staying in a Conrad - and it was very luxurious indeed (tv in the bathroom, walk in wardrobe etc.). On first glance it seems like there isn't much else around the hotel, but across the road there is a large-ish park and about 5-10 mins walk away is Sanlitun Village which has some excellent restaurants (e.g. 1949, Restaurant Rouge) and bars. Overall, very pleased with the hotel rooms and location. Only point for improvement - extend the free wifi to rooms (not just in the lobby).

Conrad BJ is my preferred hotel in Beijing

This was the first time I stayed at Conrad Beijing. I wa surprised at how nice and modern the room was. The restaurant was very nice and the staffs were amazing. Will continue to stay there in the future.

It was difficult to pick 5 star hotel in Beijing. I selected Conrad over Opposite and Rosewood. The Conrad was great. The room was big and modern. One night, the bath tub was filled with water and white rose petals. Very romantic. We ate at 29 Steak restaurant and had excellent meal. 15 minute walk to San Li Tun (shopping and food district).

Luxurious but reasonable place to stay!

It was 10 to 15 min walk from Sanlitun and we were able to have great time there! The room was spacious and the view from our room was awesome! Swimming pool was clean and well managed. So far i stayed in Hyatt, doubletree, and few other diffnt hotels and so far this was the greastest! All cab drivers had difficulty finding the hotel(which i think its quite easy though). Overall i will stay there again next time! Btw breakfast was below our expectations though

Wonderful wonderful wonderful

Wonderful wonderful hotel. Love the interior design of the room - bright, comfy and chic. Not the biggest room ever but the decoration and arrangement was perfect. Love how it has a long sofa with lots of cushion at one side of the room. The bathroom was great too, the shower was perfect. Nothing to pick on in the hotel room. Check-in and out was a bit slow which was probably due to the Golden Week travel peak season. Helpful staff. 15 minutes walk to Sanlitun and 8 minutes walk to MTR. But it's a new hotel so some cab drivers haven't heard of it. The hotel has a unique design outside so you can easily see it if you drive pass (it's right next to main road but not noisy at all). I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Beijing, especially if you want to be close to Sanlitun.

Loved the design of this hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was served in a unique way in a library themed restaurant. Wifi wasn't free in the rooms unfortunately.

First time in Beijing

This is our 2nd stay @ a Conrad property- the 1st time was @ the NYC Conrad. The Conrad Beijing takes the 5 star experience to another level- the room layout (love the walk in closet) and property amenities are top notch. The workout room has great equipment, and the pool/hot tub area is calming/serene and helps you escape the hectic activity outside on the streets. The breakfast is great- American and Asian items to choose from. The only downfall ( not the Conrad's fault) is that cab drivers are not very familiar w/ the property, since it is one of the newer hotels in Beijing. We will definitely stay @ another Conrad property.

Fine

Just a standard 5 star hotel room no more no less. It was quite nice that no one pushed us on the check out day ,we checked out at 2 pm. Room is bit small and the sound insulation wasn't quite good.

Definitely will go back!

Conrad is a solid brand which is defined by excellent quality standards and this location is not the exception. However we experienced some minor flaws, overall our stay was perfect. there were many things that surprised me and my family: 1. Everyone, always greet us in english and/or in chinese with a smile. 2. The concierge really tried hard to satisfy our need in a first time visit to Beijing. 3. They achieve all the request of the Conrad App. 4. We receive a complimentary birthday cake for my mom in the room since was her birthday. 5. The food and specially in the breakfast is delightful, one of the best hotel F&B I ever stayed. 6. Everything is new and astonishing. take a look of the breakfast venue is amazing! 7. We love the Conrad Panda bear that they leave in each room. What they can improve? in the room we were unable to change the temperature even that we ask for that three times, I believe is fix for the entire building... at night was way too hot! Also the housekeeping service, they still have a bit to learn... but in sum, we are 100% happy!

Not worth the money

It's a fine hotel very new but the staff there don't speak very English and are not well trained. The room is very new but in the attempt to look modern, it feels like a college dorm not a luxury hotel! Not worth the $315 per night.

First rate hotel, walking to Sanlitun & subway

Great hotel, excellent service. Upgraded broadband was slow, but the IT guy diligently got it fixed. (The WiFi base station is behind the TV.)

An exceptional new Hotel

A fantastic new Hotel with excellent staff - it has a very welcoming atmosphere. The only issue was that as it was so new, that Taxi Drivers were unfamiliar with it - I am sure that this will be rectified soon! I would definitely use this Hotel again, especially if they sort out the prices at their restaurants!

There is no special parking space in the hotel, the parking space is very expensive for guests, the entrance and exit of the underground garage are very narrow, and my car was scratched. deliverys can't be delivered to the door, which is a basic service for cheaper hotels.

Compact good five star business hotel

It is very clean cozy and compact business hotel. Elevators are a bit crowded all times but that means its well demanded. Breakfast buffet station is small but we can order a good variety of hot and cold dishes from kitchen and its served very nicely. Great location too.

Très bel hotel, confortable,belle vue

Très bon séjour. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Personnel aimable et serviable, mention spéciale à Remi qui a pu m'aider avec mes problemes techniques de téléphone et de wifi. Seul bemol: le spa. Je suis venue me faire un massage pour me relaxer. Je suis tombee sur des employées parlant très mal anglais, pas très attentionnés dont le seul but semblait être de me fourguer le plus de prestations possibles pour augmenter la note plutôt que d'ecouter mon souhait et de s'occuper de mon bien être. Comportement de marchands de tapis indigne d'un hôtel de cette qualité.

Deluxe service and feel like home

2nd time I go to the Conrad and I feel really like at home ! And especially the service is exceptionnal, and the Concierge also help me so much by booking sightseeing ! Ask for Cola, the best concierge !
