Great service
Quick and easy check-in and check out service. We also used their airport shuttle service to and from hotel. Everything went smooth and the service was good.
Propert was spotless and close by to everything , shops , restaurants, bars and staff were very helpful at all times
The staff was wonderful and kind. The hotel room was so spacious and really nice. I will only stay there when in Rome
It was very loud and noisy
Very nice property in a great location
Perfect location
We were very pleased with this property. The staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom was a good size. The quality of bed linens and towels was adequate. Good storage options. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to so many places including Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, lots of shopping and dining around.
Good hotel / apartment
Good hotel / appartment. We had the apartment. Very spacious and great location next to the Spanish steps. Walking distance to most things. Metro near by. Kids enjoyed the space. Would stay here again. A few things that could have been better. Very dusty sofas. Not all TV remotes work.
The staff is really friendly and helpful in providing advice , such as arrangement for transportation . The cleanliness of the hotel and the room is impeccable !
Fantastic hotel. 2 minutes for the Spanish Steps & slap bang in the middle of the designer shops and countless little restaurants. Staff couldn't do enough for you, and the room was clean with fresh towels every day, perfect for a shower after 30,000 steps a day. Will DEFINITELY be staying at the Condotti agai. Grazie Mille!
I love all about the hotel. Helpful staff and convenient to everything.
Condotti was a fantastic place to stay! My husband and I loved how close we were to shops and restaurants—just one block from the Spanish Steps! The location was incredibly central, allowing us to walk everywhere, even to the Colosseum. Despite the lively area, it felt peaceful and wasn’t as overwhelmingly crowded as spots like the Trevi Fountain, making it the perfect place for tourists. The nearby restaurants were excellent—I highly recommend them! Our room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Overall, a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay with them again!
Love this place! The breakfast was also great! Location location fantastic! Staffs were very nice. Thank you so much, I highly recommend this place. And I will be booking this again whenever I visit Rome.
Rome was fun
Lovely room. Very helpful reception
Great place, walkable, right around Duomo, shops and cafes everywhere. Amazing staff!

Room was in a different building; the room was tiny and there was construction in the building. The door room inadvertently opened on it’s own one evening and the building next door was a club that was loud and we could not sleep.
I’d rather not
Our stay was not bad but we felt the annex was not like a hotel. The breakfast does not suit this property it it held in a “restaurant around the corner with very dirty seats”
Literally the perfect location for shopping and restaurants. Great facility and staff. Would stay here again.
a clean, nicely decorated modaern room in a historic old building next to may shops, restaurants and cultural venues
The hotel although it’s in the shopping area with all the hassle of the shoppers it’s quiet once your inside the room. A lot of food around the area. The train station to Vatican city and St. Peter square is just walking distance as well as Trevi Fountain! There is also a shuttle you can arrange for pick up/drop off at airport. I am definitely recommending this place.
I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. I booked a private transfer from airport and they accomodated us with our delayed flight. I mostly will book this hotel again when I go back.
Great place! I’d stay again. Super chic. The main building is the nicest. And the suits building. I will say, the beds and pillows are super hard. I’m from the states. .so maybe that’s just how all of Italy's beds are?
Rooms are ok But the major problem overall is the noise. You can literally hear people in the halls and rooms all night like if it was right outside the room. Also hear restaurants and store mornings and night dragging setup
Excellent property! Highly recommended! Best location and walkable!
I highly recommend this place. Exceeded my expectations.
We stayed at their apartment which is in a separate building. Super convenient for families. The Rooms were spacious, we had two bathroom and a small kitchen. The Hotel/Apartment is centrally located, with tons of excellent restaurants, pharmacy, small markets and endless stores. We walked to many of the monuments. Area is super safe and just beautiful. We didn’t have much interaction with hotel staff since we were off site, but the one time when I really needed them they were prompt. My son got a REALLY bad case of tonsillitis, and at 6am when I was desperate and didn’t know where to go, the hotel staff prompted me to a near buy urgent care. I am extremely helpful for their assistance during this difficult time. I truly have nothing negative to say about my stay. This hotel and Rome were perfect!!!
Good
Excellent location; plenty of room for a family of five; great service and amenities. Would highly recommend
Location is great close to Spanish steps and a bit further Trevi Fountain, we also walked to cclosseum and Vatican. these are further but totally doable. Your room may not be in the area of the hotel reception our room was about 200m away in another building, possibly common in Rome, don’t be put off it was all fine and the buildings are very secure. The staff are super helpful.
We loved our stay here! Extremely clean!!!! Great location and easy to get a taxi. Staff is very helpful and kind.
Awesome place
Reception staff was not friendly.
Location is key!
Superb for a short getaway. We had a gorgeous room on the top floor with a balcony on 2-sides of the room - what a treat! The staff is great, rooms are clean and work well if you're ok without a dresser, and breakfast around the corner makes it easy - I loved the way this place works. The rooftop on our building, across the street from the main hotel is lovely, and the location worked really well for us as we enjoyed our 20K of steps daily from this location. I would steer away if you have kids or are looking for gym/salon/spa-type amenities.
I’m so glad for all the ppl works in the front desk and the guy help with my luggage
Really great location and services but loud street noise and no ac.
Very spacious room
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Highly recommend it.
Staffs are all very helpful They speak English. Room was clean.
Excellent service. Excellent location. Beautiful room.
Loved this place and would have given it an even higher rating, but the shower didn't have hot water on 1 of the days we were there
I just wish it has Elevator to get to our room, the stairs is pretty steep but then again that is very common in Italy, that is my only complain but everything else was excellent.
Rooms at their second location don't match the photos when you book. It is comfortbale but not quite what you expect. Helpful to have an elevator on the premises, though it was quite small so we needed to make several trips. Staff were helpful and very responsive. Location is great!
Convenient location in a city center within a walking distance to major sightseeing. Great customer service. Would love to stay again
Friendly staff. Nice area. Good location.
Very well maintained
We loved our stay at Hotel Condotti. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Don’t miss a drink at the rooftop bar!
It was convenient to sites and shopping
Small cramped rooms
Gem of a hotel
Beautiful little gem of a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend, great location right in the centre of action. Lots of nice , reasonably restaurants within blocks
Great location - close to the Spanish steps. Hotel was great !
Professional staff, beautiful and convenient property! We will return.
Great location, stayed off site to the main hotel, great food options. Convenient to all major tourist attractions, quiet despite location and safe!
Excellent location in the heart of the Centro Storico with a welcoming and accommodating staff.
Friendly staff. Clean room and property.
It was in a great area, close to Spanish Steps, metro, and plenty of restaurants and shopping.
Great location
Location was perfect
Great location, very walkable to a lot of places. However we were placed at a building 500m away from main lobby, this should’ve been made clear during the booking. Staff helped us with our luggages but heads up luggage wheels don’t do well with uneven cobblestone roads. Felt like staff service was below average, refused to help us call a taxi.
My favorite place in Rome. Staff was really nice. Loved their option for breakfast. Clean.
Overall, the room we got was nice. However, we were in a large group and everyone had different rooms on different properties. The selection process does not state that you may be placed in a different building blocks away and not in the main building. Very confusing for all of us. We selected a Junior suite with terrace, however the evening we checked in , we did not have a private terrace like photos showed online. Only a shared terrace with the rest of the patrons in the building. Front desk was not as nice as they could have been. When trying to get transportation for various reasons, we were first scolded by the front desk and were made to feel horrible about asking for transportation “last minute”. Not all transportation is needed days in advance. Will not stay here again.
The staff was profoundly and very helpful’ the hotel was close to shopping in restaurants and walking distance from the attractions
Really good location, room was clean and well put together. Comfy bed and air con. We had a twin room, standard and it was the perfect size for sleep and get ready for days out. Modern also.
I reserved a suite with 323 square foot, I was given a room with 160 square foot. When asked about this, they said that1) contact Expedia,2) take it or leave it, and 3) it is their mistake. Also, one of the front desk managers was impolite, loud and totally unprofessional.
I liked that this property was close to many famous sites that were within walking distance. The rooms were clean and air conditioning was excellent along with the WiFi included. Staff were very helpful and nice.
Condotti Hotel Sales then as a boutique hotel but it’s more like a B&B which I’m not against to it, but for the value they charge that should be more clearly as is not worth it. I got an issues in the shower which the drain was blocked and they didn’t sort it right the way. That’s was very frustrated but they didn’t care at all.
Best place to stay near all shops
The room has great air conditioning and was clean and quaint. The elevator was incredibly small and the square toilet isn’t comfortable but the services make up for it.
Whilst the hotel is in a great location, the rooms are less than comfortable, small, drain smelly toilet, horrible carpets, hard beds, poor showers and unpleasant decoration. Wouldn’t stay again.
Wonderful service
We like everything!
The location of this property is very convenient for shopping and dining and sightseeing.
Very nice room Friendly staff
Always solid. Not fancy.
Nice location. Not fancy but very functional. Good staff and lots of character.
What a beautiful hotel, I stayed in 2 different hotels in Rome, this hotel was the best! Clean, elegant, quiet, and the best part was the price, sadly they didnt have rooms available when I landed in Rome thats why I had to stay in another place before, for my next trip Ill make sure i book in advance to make sure i stay here again :)
Loved the location, bit noisy and the bed was hard. Hotel staff was great!
Amazing
Nice hotel close to the Spanish steps. We stayed in the main building and the room was clean and good air conditioning. Our last day we left at 6 for the airport in a car. We accidentally left a bag in the lobby. Someone from the hotel drove the bag to us at the airport after discovering it was still in the lobby.
I just wish they had valet parking
We were surprised at how amazing the staff, hotel and area were taken care of. In addition room was amazing, service was 5 star and area was the best. Steps from Spanish steps, 10 min walk trevi fountain and 10 mins from Colosseum. If you want to book in Rome book here.
We finished our Italy trip with 6 nights in Rome. I booked this place for the convenience location, safety etc. Beautiful hotel ,but we stayed in the one across the road. Breakfast was included and lovely. They state they have a laundry which was not the case. So they suggested somewhere else, walked there was closed. Then spoke with staff & the gentleman was not very warming with his response. As we are tourists i am not aware of summer holidays for Italians . So we found one about 15 mins away. Bedsides that everything else was good. Please state you don’t have a laundry available .
Overall, wonderful! Extremely clean. Staff was lovely, helpful and attentive. Location was amazing & close to everything. We would definitely recommend Condotti!
A gem of a hotel, very central
A lovely 3 night stay in Rome. The hotel is very close to the Spanish Steps and the hotel staff were excellent.
very happy
Great place in the middle of old town.
Hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. They were very eager to help. Room was amazing and very clean. The location was awesome. Literally a few steps from the Spanish steps, shopping and dining. Would definitely come back and stay here again.
The facilities were kept nice and clean.
Very good
Great staff, location , very comfortable!!!
Great property with exceptional rooms, parking is a little tricky given it is in the city center
Beautiful property very clean and safe. friendly helpful staff! the location is very close to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, designers shops and restaurants, my kids 23,19,13 loved that everything was so close. Will definitely stay here again, I recommend this hotel to everyone couples/family/Business.
This is a great place to stay if you want to feel like you're staying in a studio apartment in the middle of Rome but not if you're expecting things like a lobby or a gym or some of the other things you get used to when staying at "regular" hotels. The room was nice albeit too warm with no ability to adjust the cooling below 18 degrees and an obnoxious noise coming from somewhere every 30 minutes or so. I had also requested adjoining rooms with my 2 children and even though the room numbers seemed to be adjacent (303 and 305) their room was all the way down the hall which wasn't ideal. Also the elevator was too small to fit a normal sized suitcase and a person inside so we had to carry our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. On the positive note the location was awesome and very affordable. In retrospect I still probably would have rented the rooms, just a little surprised by the set up.
Good location, we stayed in Via delle Carrozze and had a great time exploring the city on foot
Hotel room ad a really bad smell and the carpet inside was so dirty and sticky im sure the smell came from there rooms are small all over Europe so not much could be said about that and the shower water pressure was a real turn off but the hotel staff are very friendly and the location is in the heart of rome shopping and walkable to major attractions. Personally i would not stay again due to the room smell
Lovely room
Beautiful area. Very close to dining, shopping, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The room was large enough to accommodate family of 9. The room was very clean, beautifully furnished. The staff were very helpful. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer.
