A real gem!

Fabulous stay for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town and is beautifully designed. The breakfast was great and we had dinner at the hotel too which was excellent. The pool and terrace are perfect for a spot of sunbathing or just chilling out. Reception staff were very helpful with booking restaurants and all the staff were very professional but friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. My husband had a massage here and said it was the best ever!

Attractive property that has been very well renovated. Retains a lot of character whilst offering contemporary quality design, fixtures and fittings. Really nice blend, well executed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast really high quality and well presented. Difficult to fault. Would definitely recommend it to others after our visit.

Stunning property & such helpful, genuine staff. Breakfast was a delight too. Very convenient location & also for bus stop too (the stop for airport A1 direct bus was 3 mins walk away)

What a trip!

Such an amazing stay at this hotel! And the bed was sooo comfy… Every member of staff was helpful and very lovely with big smiles always. The pool area was stunning and all the food and drinks we had were very tasty. Very artsy decor and super clean. We would be blessed to return!

This hotel was a dream to stay at. The hotel itself was beautiful and in the most perfect location. It was close to all the best restaurants and shops. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was 10/10 with a lot of options and the restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious.

Great location but rooms could be better

Hotel location was excellent. Staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The pool deck was wonderful and the restaurant breakfast very nice. The only complaint I had was the room. It was generally small with no storage for clothes except for a small closet with 3 hangers. No drawers, no storage shelves and nowhere to leave your luggage. With nowhere to keep even the most basic essentials we were forced to keep everything in our luggage and the luggage was constantly in the way.

Great location and beautiful hotel

Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. It's also in a wonderful location - easily walkable to all the sites. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and will be looking to stay again in the near future.

A beautiful property with lovely staff. Great location on a quiet side street for walking everywhere. In house bar and restaurant were lovely. However Tue menu only changes weekly so could be restricted if you stay for long. That said all of Palma many, many restaurants are in walking distance. From the Catalina district to the old town no where isore than 15 mins walk. The rooms are very clean,work beautifully. A little compact but you won't spend much time in here. The staff were all so friendly and a delight. The whole property has been renovated with a great deal of style and class.

Perfect honeymoon

Came here with my wife for our honeymoon. Fantastic hotel, perfect location for bars/restaurants, friendly staff and great poor/terrace area. We will definitely return.

A fantastic, modern hotel in the heart of the old town.

Beautiful hotel, boutique style with lovely features and styling. Staff were brilliant, really attentive and helpful. Superb breakfast with excellent choice with cooked options available if required. Lovely bar and restaurant, cocktail barman new his stuff and made best rum and gin cocktails. Whilst our room was relatively small (we were in attic room) this did not spoil our stay and without doubt would recommend this to everyone and we would stay here again. thank you to all the staff, loved our stay.

Not bad, could be better.

Nice location, bedroom quite small and noisy. Could also do with Blackout binds. Not enough sun loungers round the pool (4 i believe). We thought it was a nice gesture for the hotel to leave a small tube of aftersun on the room. We has assumed it was complimentary, sadly this was not the case and were charged 13euros ! Great staff. Unlikely we would stay here again, so many cool hotels in Palma to choose from.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Palma

This is my second time staying at the hotel in the past 6 months and had another incredible experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Palma. The staff, location, building, and food are all top notch! I look forward to my next stay!

Mother and daughter trip- OUTSTANDING!

This hotel was exceptional! Would stay here again with no hesitation. The location, staff, and hotel were incredible. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, a choice of self serve items and hot items chosen by menu. Can’t say more positive things about this outstanding hotel. The restaurant is Michelin star quality we could have eaten here every night. 10/10 would highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous boutique hotel for R R - single female American traveler. Very clean and luxurious, BYREDO toiletries, Juliette balcony on 3rd floor room, full length mirror, large walk in shower, lots of counter space, dreamy pool area. All staff very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again if I return to Palma. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning rooms and amazing staff.

Amazing service from start to end, exceeded our expectations by far. The front desk and the manager was exceptional. Will make sure to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Fabulous hotel, charming and good looking staff(!) Pedro was amazing at xalest and breakfast. Design is perfect. Only negative is there is just one bottle of water in the rooms- for an island where you can’t drink the tap water there should be at least 2 bedside and 2 bathroom daily. Rather than charge 4 euros a bottle! Little change to make a perfect stay. Will come again!

We arrived at Concepcio by Nobis and we were greeted by the lovely hotel manager who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. Every single thing about the hotel was perfect, the decor was SO aesthetic and the food/drinks were gorgeous. However, above everything was the service. We have never met such attentive, kind, funny, lovely staff members before. They truly care for you and made our stay so much more special. Thank you so much to the cleaners, chefs, bar staff, waiting on staff, receptionists and management! You’re all so fabulous and should be proud of how well you run the hotel. If you get a chance, we’d highly recommend staying at Concepcio by Nobis, and we would love to return in the future!

Great ambiance and a total zen experience

Great hotel! Super friendly staff, the ambiance is 10/10, so is the room, beautiful interior and all the nice areas in the hotel gives such a zen feeling. I would def stay here again, the only tiny thing to comment is the air condition in the room, that was super noisy and left a beeping sound - had to turn it off for the night.

Truly amazing

Truly amazing stay! Love the design and concept. Staff is incredibly friendly. The room was beautiful and clean. Byredo products & steamer in the room. Breakfast was to die for, quality over quantity. Buffet included variety of bread, croissants, pancakes, fresh fruit etc. Eggs were made to order. Pool area was super nice. Our new favourite hotel for sure!

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft, die zentral liegt. Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

Staff is lovely and very accommodating but breakfast service is understaffed and coffe often ran out. Excellent breakfast spread. The massage is very good. However for a five star hotel there are several points missing. The products that are supposed to be by the luxury brand Byredo are refilled with another brand. Water is not refilled in the gym and the gym and sauna are closed if there is an ongoing treatment. The air conditioning was only set to cool and we were freezing in our room on both nights. No proper hot water.

Sehr Freundliches Personal. Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und Modern.

Fantastiskt litet och mycket fint hotell. Högsta klass. Personligt med bra service, bra rum och god frukost. Fin inredning/design. Mycket engagerad och trevlig personal. Kommer mer än gärna tillbaka.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist grosszügig und lecker. Leider ist der Fitnessraum überaus klein und fensterlos; somit nicht zu gebrauchen. Zudem hat es lediglich einen deutschen TV Kanal, was für uns aus der Schweiz grad bei schlechtem Mallorca-Wetter eher unpraktisch war.

Absolutely amazing!! The best service and the kindest staff I have ever experienced. The hotel itself is stunning and very comfortable, with a very nice pool area and an amazing breakfast. I will be back!
