The cleanliness is exceptional, beds are very comfortable, staff members are so down to earth, very helpful. I wish if there was a bigger space for breakfast that would put icing on the cake.

Cute motel

This hotel was directly on a very short snowmobile trail or biking trail. There as there was plenty of parking around back. Conveniently, there is a BRP dealership across the street. St. Hubert is directly beside as well. In 1.5km on the trail, you can access Metro and Petro-Can. OR these 2 spots are 300 metres down the road. Breakfast was basic but included toast, bagels, oatmeal, nutrition bars, yogurt, bottled juice, and coffee—all that you need to get you going in the morning. The front desk staff was very polite, and I did bring a small issue forward, which they attended to immediately.

Near the Bike Trail Petit Train du Nord

Séjour désagréable dans cette chambre au prix trop élevé. Trop de bruits extérieurs. Le signal wifi était quasi-inexistant. Il y avait un trou dans le garde-robe. Dix trucs pré-emballés sur un bout de comptoir qu'il faut ramener dans sa chambre parce qu'il n'y a pas de salle à manger, ce n'est pas un déjeuner inclus. Le personnel à l'accueil a été distant et arrogant. Coût abusif pour la présence d'un chien (30$) sans aucun service offert. Menacer les propriétaires de chien d'une amende de 100$ s'ils ne déclarent pas avoir un animal avec eux est tout sauf accueillant. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Seulement une nuit pour un tournoi de golf. Je vais à votre hôtel à tous les ans, trois jours, pour un tournoi de golf de femme au golf Le lièvre et je reste toujours à votre hôtel.

A la réception (Karine; je crois) nous a très bien acceulli. Mon mari et moi avons terminé la piste cyclable du Petit train du Nord dans l'ouragan Debby. J'avais communiqué avec la réception et Karine m'avais dit de l'appeler en cas de problème. Aucun problème, sauf que nous étions trempés de la tête aux pieds. La préposée de l'entretien a tout fais sécher nos vêtements et même ceux dans notre bagage. La chambre était très propre et le lit extrêmement confortable. je recommande fortement cet hotel le DIX80.

The Wi-Fi did not work even when I told them to fix it the way they could not. And no restaurant there include in the price only a table with food to being at the room.

Staff & room quality were excellent. Room furniture was beautiful retro that looked new! Location was a busy street. Lobby was tiny. Breakfast was minimal but adequate, just have to take food to room. Nice door restaurant was very good. Staff were exceptionally nice & helpful.

Hotel property is outdated, but rooms are really good. Clean, big, and newly renovated. We stayed for the night, just passing through and it was perfect for us. No complaints!

I booked thi property for a work travel. We needed to add nights depending on the work progress and the staff was so helpful and collaborating.

The rooms are nicely renovated! Two chairs to sit outside in the evening was nice! The young lady at the front desk was very friendly & efficient!

I like the service, easy check in and out, clean room, parking, and many facilitites around. J'aime le service, l'enregistrement et le départ faciles, la chambre propre, le parking et les nombreuses commodités aux alentours.

The room was clean and big. The breakfast was... well I've ate.

I am confident it will be great once totally remodeled. FYI; Put salt on icy areas around the entrance and going down to the rooms area. I was pleasantly surprised, will return and recommend it.

Super cute standard room. Stayed a weekend and would definitely stay again! Private entrance with 1 parking right in front of your door, which made it super easy to unload and pack up the vehicle. Only 2 things I would say that would’ve made it a complete 5star for me, was if they had a laminated sheet explaining how the tv and cable box worked cause once I turned it off the first night, I couldn’t turn it on again and get any programs, blackout curtains (they were almost sheer and not enough privacy, and extra pillows and blankets. There was only 1 extra pillow for 2 beds, I’m lucky I brought my own blanket cause if not I would’ve been very cold as the temperature dropped over night. Other than that it was a cute little stay, it’s close to so much in walking distance, and the staff was super friendly and helpful when you needed.

Wrong charges , a/c easily could have caught fire!

First off hotels.com charged our CC 150. The motel issued a reciept for 122.00 We rebooked, requesting a pet friendly room. The air conditioner wasnt working and could have caught fire had we not removed some of the dirt. When we advised the staff the next morning, they claimed we did not pay for our dog and should not have been in the room we were in! This was the 2nd time we stayed there. First time 0 issues, 2nd time within 3 weeks and this hapoens. VERY Disappointed.

Clean cheap place.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. No hot water. Ran tap for a number of minutes. Fridge worked well. Old style CRT TV.

La douche était sale. Il y avait des cheveux sur le mur quand on est arrivé. Le rideau de douche n'avais clairement pas été lavé depuis un bon bout. L'évier de chambre de bain était bloqué.

Stay was fine my wife forgot her Apple Watch charger called back the same evening while we were unpacking. Still waiting for a reply!!!

An oldie but a goodie.

This is an older property. Many rooms are updated and mostly in great shape. I was in an older room and it is in need of some TLC. Nice enough not scarry but a little time worn. However the price is reflective of the older room and is excellent for the updated. An excellent choice for the night. You won't regret it.

Cozzy , comfy

Easy to check in. Bedrooms decoration was nice. Beds are brand new so they are comfy. The only negative point is the cleaningness. There was many hairs & the floor had many crumbles…

Tout d'abord, il y a eu un erreur dans notre réservation. Nous avions demandé une occupation double mais nous avions un seul lit. Étant donné que l'hôtel était plein, il était impossible de nous offrir une autre chambre avec 2 lits. La personne à l'accueil nous a proposé un lit d'appoint qui coutait 20$ supplémentaire. Ceci m'a déçu et je lui ai répondu que le problème venait d'eux et que je m'attendais tout au plus à ne pas être obligé de payer ce supplément et que même je m'attendais à recevoir un crédit sur le tarif pour les désagréments. L'employé a communiquer avec le propriétaire qui a accepté de réduire la chambre de 20$ et de ne pas payer le lit d'appoint. Finalement c'était ok mais je ne retournerai jamais à cet endroit. C'était propre mais aurait besoin d'un peu d'amour pour remettre le décor au gout du jour.

Nothing unique. Cigarette burn on the bed cover, old and not so clean linens and towels. Place needs to be renovated.

Will not return

I got at the hotel at 3h15 pm after a long drive and,front desk lady told me that the arrival are only at 4pm even if the hotel was empty. I WAS FURIOUS. And then no tv remote in the room,I ask for one and 2 hours later,I was still waiting!

Not impressed

First room given was not even made up. Second room was not as clean as it could have been. Cobwebs in the corners, ceilings, and floors needed better sweep in the corners. VERY noisy all night long. Three guys were outside smoking and talking very loudly. Called the lobby and asked for help. Promised to talk to the other occupants but didn't. Went home at around 12:00 am. No help here. Called again and reached the hotel centre where the lady only spoke French. No help here as well. Next morning, other travellors admitted it was very noisy and got nowhere with the staff. Stay away from this place if you want sleep at night. The breakfast included is a bag version of a continental breakfast. Not as advertised, but covid is their excuse.

Bonne acceuil, propre, bien situé, facile et rapide d'accèes

We book for the signature one , we arrived and they give us a standard room.My wife insisted that wasn’t the room she booked.They gave us , a better one,but we never got the signature one cause it was ready rented to an other person.Overall the room was clean ,the bed was ok, it’s not very good soundproof and for the breakfast we never knew there was none except in morning cause of the covid.

The room smelled like cigarettes, there was spider webs by the air conditioner, a mouse trap in the closet and about a half dozen house flies in the room. Needless to say - we didn't stay the night!

The motel was acceptable and matched the expectations you would have of a motel. Some items in the room were a little old, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This was suppose to be a renovated room but the bathroom hadn't seen a renovation in decades the bath surround has cracks and holes stains on the walls trim coming apart. The continental breakfast is truly sub par and no place to eat had to grab toast and juice and bring it back to the room through the parking lot.

If you enjoy sleeping right beside a power station right outside your back window (and I do mean immediately behind you!) this is the place for you. Their cancellation policy is not 24 hours, not 48 hours but 72 hours! Pretty much guaranteed you won't be able to cancel in time. Staff is evidently used to customers like me, who are appalled at the thought of sleeping beside the power plant, and then quoting that there is nothing they can do, as it is "policy". I even got one of their recently renovated room and that wasn't impressive either - caulking missing around the tub and shower surround, mold coming through the new paint job on the shower ceiling, water damage on the same ceiling, ancient windows with no screens. I think it's fair to say that I really didn't like the place and would never recommend it.

The free breakfast was in a very small lobby. It consisted of 1 toaster 1 small coffee pot some yogurt, bread, packaged muffins and some fruit. There were 6 people in the lobby and you could hardly move i put my coffe on the counter and was told to remove it. There was no place to put anyting down. You have to take it back to your room ir sit on chairs outside and they were chilly mornings. The place was dated and needs some remodeling. Other nicer hotels in area.

NO ROOM!!!!!!

Arrived at hotel at 7:00 PM. Had 2 rooms reserved. They had rented out one of them, and had no other rooms available. This at the end of a 14 hour drive! The guy at the desk did call around and find us 2 rooms at a nearby hotel, but, I felt like Seinfeld talking to them about what "reservation" means. It is impossible to contact Hotels.com about this so I have to leave a negative review on the Hotel.

Very clean. Quiet. But with a 2.5 y.o. toddler i was a bit worried as the beds had no headboard only a brick wall. Also i wish the windows had screens so we could have them opened a bit without letting all the bugs in. I didn't mind eating the continental breakfast in our room but wished they had a bit more choice (ex:muffins) as they had only toast and a few mini boxes of cereal and 1 yogurt at 8am. But overall the room was clean and comfortable for only 1 night stay

Great AC , quiet and inexpensive for the night, plus we had a great meal at the restaurant!

Le bain tourbillon ne fonctionne pas.... Du moins il ne marche pas dans la.chambre 107. De la lumière nous a empêché de dormir et on pouvait savoir quand une voiture passait sur la route.

First Stay at this hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Complexe Dix80 hotel. It was clean and very comfortable. The wifi was great. Our room did not have a telephone (for local calls or to contact the front desk), which we found bit odd, since there were directions in the hotel guide for using the phone. Also, it would have been great to have a microwave in the room. Aside from those two minor things, it was great. We would definitely stay there again....no question.

Thr room was clean and big. I felt like we were in a time warp. Back in the 70. Continental breakfast was very poor. Not impressed with having to bring our prepacked muffins and cosco apple sauce to rhe room.

For the price, this motel would be hard to beat. It's not a 5 star hotel, but the rooms are updated, staff is friendly and it's very quiet thanks to the exposed brick walls. I would definitely recommend.

Clean, roomy and the cheapest in town! Just across the street from the Quad rental company Only negatives are noise from the nearby main road and our room had brick walls and no headboard on the bed???

Very expensive for the level of comfort and the location that is in middle of an empty high way full of fast food. $50 max would be more the right price. I shall never go back to this place.

Night at Complexe Dix 80

My stay was short so I didn't get to explore.

The room had a strong cigarette smell and the carpet was stained in several places. The outside entrance to our room was not cleaned of snow.

for a night it is ok overall.

I found it expensive for 1 night over 136$$ . Bed confortable but a very small tv but no information regarding the chanel accessible for the customer. Wifi not available either.... Restaurant was close for repair...But we will probably return again if we don't find another place less expensive for a night stay.. thank you
