The staff don’t care and pics in advert are wrong of room when u book. It’s a crap hotel and u can hear your neighbour snoring. The online advert when booking with Expedia is wrong as I booked a family room and the customer it showed was nice. When I got here the room was not the same. When I confronted the manager he began blaming others and silly excuses. I said I will take this up with Expedia and the hotel general manager and took the details
The bathroom shower had mold, dust all over the picture frames and light fixture. The wood framing holding the fridge was rotten. No elevator, being pregnant and with a toddler having to go up and down 4 flights of stairs was miserable. The whole building and room had a weird smell. The stairs rails are really flimsy and some areas you can see they had split and they did a very wonky repair that’s barely holding together.
This property DOES NOT have elevators and it has around 5 floors. A lot of work to go up the stairs with luggage. Cleanliness is not good at all. All the person does is bring you towels and straighten the sheets. You can see old stains on the walls and around the bed frames. The staff of really nice but if you are looking for a hotel where you feel clean then this is not it.
SEMEN ON THE WALL! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND A HEALTH HAZARD. There was blood on the floor an semen on the walls. This place has never been cleaned and after being promised a refund I have been told I have no right to a refund: we didn’t even stay in the room; we left after 30 mins and had to go spend 600 pounds on a new hotel on Christmas Eve I have photos to prove everything
Overall is good. Recommended.
Good location. Good balance of what you are paying. Some of the facilities are old and damage, need to repair.
terribble mold smell in the room when checking-in, mold in bathroom (possibly due to the broken fan in the bathroom...)
Great comfortable room close to tube and shopping
Nice hotel, close to underground and Westfield shopping centre, plenty of eateries, room has fridge so can pick up bits in local Lidl/Sainsbury's
The hotel manager was very helpful and friendly and the room itself was recently renovated and very good compared to the standard of most other hotels in London. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I'm in London.
It's a budget hotel
Hotel room was as you expected for a budget hotel in London Room smelled of cigarette smoke when we entered although duvet covers were clean and fresh however upon inspection of inside the duvet we noticed it was heavily stained of blood and looked yellow all over which showed signs it hadn't been deep cleaned in along time. All fixtures were wonky on the walls and had dust and cobwebs all over them showing no signs of cleaning. Staff there were very friendly and got us extra pillows without an issue. Toilet in bathroom was lose on the wall and the shower has some mould on the sealant as well as limescale around the base. The sink had toothpaste on the outer side towards the shower, showing no signs of thorough cleaning between guests. Fridge in the room didn't work, but internet services were decent and worked. The floor initially had been cleaned over however in the corners there was dust, wood chippings on the floor around the mini fridge. There was some yellow drip stains on the wall near and around the window, due to the heavy smoke smell this looked like tobacco tar. For £79 for two people it was okay, however wouldn't want to return due to the conditions which mainly come down to the room not being in a clean enough condition.
Clean and comfortable
Nice find, clean and comfortable. Floor above was creaky so could hear the guest walking around. But little wrong with this place.
Clean and comfortable, a good solution for budget travel. Nice neighborhood, convenient to transport and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was all good for the orice
Cheap but not cheerful
Room was clean but very tired. Lots of furnishings and flooring damaged and not looking great. Bathroom hot water took untill i raised an issue to get hot water. Toilet flush kept breaking 3 times. Gave up reporting it by the end. We weren't in the room much which helped massively. Wont be staying there again
The hotel seems a little tired and needs sprucing up. I was only there for 1 night so it was ok. Would I stay there again ...no probably not.
Not worth more than £30
I wouldn't recommend this stay. I paid £82 for one room and this was not worth it. Check in - No issues went to the hotel next door; waited for 5 mins before someone came down to the desk but very speedy check in regardless. Room - The twin room I was given was room one on the ground floor at the front of the building. There was a weird smell in the bathroom so I had to keep the door closed. No hand soap and the shower had a weird yellow, brown stain on the floor which was concerning so I didn't use. The 2 beds themselves the bases of them were both covered in white mould which is gross. The bedding was clean and I had no issue with that. But the mould was quite large and very concering. Safety: If you are on your own and a single woman do not book this room. As I mentioned previously it is on the ground floor right at the front. There are stairs out the front of the window right outside your room that anyone can access which was really scary especially as the outdoor light kept going off through the night which was concerning.
Don't stay here!
Check is was awful and the manager made me cry. Said we'd booked for the wrong date, but my app had correct date. When we returned later were locked out as they had not processed my payment. 5.30 fire alarm so stood in street. Pillow cases were scratchy, from was boiling, it was all terrible.
Nice clean hotel, close to Empire and nearby shopping centres and tube stations
Staff were nice and friendly, room was attended to daily but was areas of muck left and areas could do with repair or repainted
Polite staff, but not worth the savings.
This is a tough one to review. Staff were very helpful and polite, gave us a fan and extra toilet paper when needed. Check-in was a bit rough as it was a new employee and a language barrier, but we got it sorted, and he was very polite. We forgot to put the 'do not disturb' sign out and came back to bed made and fresh towels. With that said, the room absolutely needs a deep clean. The carpet is stained, the curtains are stained, the bathroom grout lines have black mold on them, and even the walls have stains all over. I understand that deep cleaning every time would defeat the point of a budget hotel, but there should be some sort of weekly or at least monthly deep clean. Also, being on the basement floor, in the front of the building, it would be a good idea to instruct the cleaning crew not to open the curtains. I appreciate the gesture, but the street is very busy, and literally everyone could see all of our belongings in an empty room. Security should always be a concern on the ground and especially basement levels. On the 3rd day of our stay, we were verbally attacked by a vagrant on the front steps that told us tourists need to leave. We told him to move along, and he did. No fault to the hotel for the lack of effort by the London police and local government, though. Perhaps some no loitering signs and clear CCTV will help. Overall, the savings weren't worth it for us, but it wasn't a bad stay. It got the job done and saved us a couple hundred pounds.
The pictures look nothing like the room, it smelt of damp and mould, stains everywhere, the lobby smelt overwhelmingly of BO and the walls were so thin that the person snoring in the room next door kept me awake until 6am. It's cheap but not even worth that price.
I bought cleaning supplies to clean the shower. It was disgusting and had residue on the walls. The walls and floors were stained and I felt itchy from the bed sheets.
We liked the location and easy access. We also liked having a plug in fan. We did not like how dirty the carpet was and the condition of the bathroom. Also the hallways smelt like weed.
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and tidy, all staff were really pleasant, they added new towels and emptied the bin the day after our arrival. I’m sure they would have made the beds if I hadn’t already. It was easy access to the tube and shopping, which is an absolute plus. We would definitely stay there again.
Good - Convenient in many ways. Bad - Police sirens every 5 - 10 mins. When there's events, every 2 - 4 minutes (I was 2 miles away from the Notting Hill carnival).
Fantastic stay here after four night room cleaned daily local to all amenaties
The hotel was ok. Close to public transport, huge shopping centres, very close to grocery store. Our room was clean but very loud, you could hear the noise from the street and also your neighbours who were also staying. But the worst was the bathroom ventilation- it was soo clogged that the noise it was making was unbearable! And it was connected to the bathroom light so you had to use it! It was full with dust and really not working properly. But other than that the room was very nicely equipped- there was kettle and teas/ coffee, daily housekeeping ect. Just the noise!
Room was good for family of 5 comfy and clean only problem i had was staff cleaned the room and left the windows wide open with all our belongings inside we didn’t get back to the room until midnight so it was a bit scary wondering why the windows were open so wide and it was raining. Other than that stay was ok.
It’s ok I think
Room was filthy, marks on walls, damp, mildew,no hot water. Asked reception about this and it was hot for one day then cold again. Shocking place. Basic is ok but filthy, old, worn out is not acceptable
Value for money
Very good accommodation for the price. Great housekeeping staff for rooms. Reception is in another building, so not entirely convenient. Internet connection dreadful. I was at top of building with a huge number of stairs and no lift.
Great location.Terrible smell from bathroom.
Arrived and no one at reception to check me in. Had to return 30 mins later. Gentleman behind the desk was polite but not very helpful. Requested and paid for an assessable room due to a knee injury. Was given one on the top floor. Up several flights of stairs without help with luggage. Room was ok,but the smell from the bathroom was beyond anything i have ever experienced. It smelled like someone had died in there. It took buying an air freshener from sainsbury over the road to get it bearable. The location is excellent. I was going to a concert at the empire so it is just a short walk. But the hotel has obvious issues with the bathrooms and drainage. It was one of the hottest days of the year,so the industrial size fan in my room was a blessing. The noise outside during the night was constant. I wouldnt stay again.
On-site picture of room was not like the real thing (much smaller). We were put into a room on the 3rd floor (4th floor american counting) without notification, which for older guests with heavy bags was horrendous, as the steep and narrow staircase went on forever. Tried to change to a lower floor level but not possible, with no offer of assistance with the heavy bags. Cleaning staff excellent.
Small Room, not very Clean Carpets and TV out of service
The room extemely tiny too much stairs
It's not a 5* hotel, but doesn't pretend to be, bed was really comfortable, had all the amenities I needed. Staff were excellent, polite, amazingly helpful. The only downside is the cleaner walked into my room at 10.00 am when checkout is 11, good job I was dressed 🤦😂 would definitely stay here again ☺️
Nice budget hotel
Another nice budget hotel for work trip. Booked single room for 2 nights stay. Room was small but fully functional. Hotel did not have a iron as other guests had not returned, which was a little frustrating. Close to food outlets and shop right opposite. 10 minutes walk to Shepherd Bush underground. Would stay again.
Rude staff uncomfortable beds
One of the filthiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!!
Do not stay in this hotel! Filthy, unkempt, tacky, dirty and just nothing like the pictures. Wonky stairs leading up to narrow corridors, bath room door didn’t have a lock, toilet had stains running down the front, shower dribbled out water, bed had dust all over the floor, mattress was cheap and springy, bed linen had stains and so did the walls. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Service was non-existent and unable to even get an extra pillow. Avoid Avoid Avoid
Hotel placed with in walking distances of Three Zone two Tube options, all was as expected, clean room was on the small size so was hot most of the time the room had a stand alone fan. Comfy bed and linen, Ensuite was a priority, room service everyday changing fresh towel, easy check in and out, mini fridge for water, milk, juice etc and tea/coffee making facility. TV took an age to tune, the ariel is in the room needed securing higher up and against a curtain pole to get more chanels. Bedside light required a bulb, it was mentioned on first day to reception It wasn't replaced after five nights.
Great location good stay
Great location, very handy for three tube stations. Lots of restaurants, cafe/ bakeries, sainsburys near by. Short walk to a district line - hammersmith so great for visiring Wimbledon Room 13= Beds very comfy, tea n coffee in room, TV good size worked fine, great fridge that kept items really cold. Nice toiletries pack. Nice clean good condition towels. Checkin was quick and friendly at Europa hotel across street. Things to improve: cleanliness of bathroom this was ok but what let this modern nicely tiled bathrom down was grout in shower needed a good scrub with bleech- vital cheap and quick maintenance.
Transport
Ok
No air conditioner no elevator/lift. Shower dirty.
We were in the basement and had trouble carrying luggages up and down to our room. Also it was quite noisy with people smoking and chatting most of the time
Rooms smell funny. There is not buffet but in the pictures it makes you think there is one!! Bathrooms smell and cleanliness was bad. Too expensive for the price
Keenly priced but good enough!
Use this one on trips to London. It’s well priced. Shower water pressure was a bit on the low side but it was peak shower time! It’s keenly priced so you get what you pay for.
Excellent Location. I came for a business conference and meetings. It's very accessible from the nearest railway station and lots of restaurants and shops near by. The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to help us with anything we needed.
Average hotel reasonable price
The reception was snappy, he only gave me one key card for two adults two children and when I asked for one he shouted at me asking why I needed two keycards. They left coffee sachets and things for making coffee but there was no spoon.
Our stay was awful. We did not get the room we were supposed to have. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, the sheet had a stain on. The curtains were full of dirt & dust and the bathroom had mould and a dirty shower!
Conveniente location, good quality for the price, walkable from underground transportation and bus stop. Deli grocery , pharmacy, liquor store nearby
Great spot near the metro!!
Great location close to several metro stations. Made getting around town easy. We were a day delayed due to an issue with the flight but they held the room and accommodated us well. We would stay here again. Family of 5. Two full beds and a twin.
We booked a family room which was only one available and we were only three people. Family room was originally for 5 people could fit in. That was quite impossible even for three of us with our luggage in. Such tiny and unclean room.
Broken tray and curtains. Missing spoons to make a coffe.
It was good
The cleaning lady.
Great place to stay for the value! Located fairly close to rail stations that can take you anywhere in the city for cheap with the tap of your cc. Very accommodating and friendly staff here also which made check in nice and smooth.
Depressing stay
This is a very grim place to stay. The room was large and the hotel is close to shepherds bush but that was the only up side.
Although the hotel was clean there was no breakfast included as advertised on the website and at check in all we were told is the room number and that it’s top floor of the hotel across the road. Bed was quite uncomfortable and the bathroom was very dated and in need of some attention.
Great hotel in fabulous destination
Much nicer room than I expected and had a fridge so I could get some things from local supermarket, location is short walk to tube station and Westfield shopping centre, also smaller shopping centre opposite underground that has wetherspoons which I went for breakfast
If you need an overnight stay, this is perfect. If you are staying longer, not so much. You can hear the people walking around in the room above you. No soap or shampoo. The room is tiny and I mean tiny. Some restaurants and the subway is a few blocks away. No elevator and the stairs allow for only one person at a time.
Good value, clean and tidy accommodation with excellent transport links
great location with markets, places to eat and transport close by
Was good
Price is good; room is not
We stayed in this hotel as it was slightly out of certain with an amazing affordable price. There is a reason for that. Check in is no negotiable till 2pm which is stipulated so was fine. I said I had booked a double room which was fine when I was myself (male) however when my boyfriend appeared we were asked if wanted a twin room instead and upon agreeing that we were happy with a double we were asked again if we were sure. Upon entry to the room first impressions were good however, the carpet was fraying everywhere and featured large odd coloured stains. Bathroom floor followed suit. The room comes with a variety of appliances kettle (that has nowhere on the unit to plug in), a hairdryer which doesn’t work, the shower which takes 10 minutes to heat up. However, we thought we could live without the appliances and didn’t want to kick up a fuss after already feeling uncomfortable at reception. Upon getting into bed and waking up the next we realised after we had pulled the duvet out from being tucked in that the mattress casing was unzipped for some reason and the inside was split into and showing all the springs and coils. Overall, hotel is cheap however, not very clean and following apart. I have attached one photo from under the sink as a small part of the whole place.
Had an electric shock in this hotel.
When I was about to check-in, I was told to wait around 45 minutes, as the room wasn't ready yet. With a lot of luggage I had to carry and a lot of traveling, this was unacceptable. When the room was ready, I checked in and the room was very nice. However, when I went to switch the bathroom light on, the power tripped and there was no light. Nothing was connected to any plug sockets, apart from the TV and fridge. Power tripped the second time, so I went to reception to report it. I was asked to unplug everything and go to the power box to see if it works. I had an electric shock. We were offered a different room at the Euro Hotel. The room was better, in which we appreciate. However, all the cups were dirty. No spoons, and no hot water. The shower was freezing cold, so we couldn't have a shower. In the morning, the shower was only lukewarm. I informed the guy at the reception that my hand hurts because of the shock, and I might need medical help if it gets worse. He dismissed it numerous times and just said, "Here's your new room." We received no apologies for the inconvenience. Because of the power trips and electric shock injury, Comfotel is currently unsafe to stay in, until the electrical issue gets fixed.
I wouldn’t book here again
Very dirty carpet kettle was very dirty Fridge was not fit in properly, it was in bad condition. Fridge came out when I tried to open its door. Curtain not long enough to cover the window. Not good enough privacy as people from the main road could see inside. So tea spoon left tea cups. Milk pots were not topped up for next day. No one answered the costumer service number. Tv didn’t work 1st day. Door lock was not working properly so had to push hardly and had to check each time. Didn’t felt safe inside. The only good thing was bin changed and bed tidied every day.
This hotel was not good at all. There were stains on the walls and carpet along with a lingering odor. The floors even had old crumbs everywhere. I was only given 1 towel which was changed out every day. The tiny mini fridge barely got anything cold no iron or microwave just an electric kettle that looked old and dirty. The water pressure was a joke. At one point during my shower the water completely cut out. Same with the sink while doing my morning routine the water cut out. The toilet leaked and the drying rack is right next to the toilet with pointed ends. I literally scratch my butt cheek and it was pretty deep. I had to maneuver around it to keep from scratching myself or putting my hand there which has left my hands scratched. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.
Close to where I needed for my 4 days work. Bed wasn't comfy for me. Talking in the stairway echoes into the room as did the floorboards above which were loud....the room was quite small (single) and I was glad I took my rucksack and not a suitcase. I may consider staying again for 1x night but not multiple. Staff were very good though. Crisp clean bedding and towels.
TV only had four channels, hot water took five minutes to come out of the shower, only one pillow, It sounded like I was about a nuclear reactor for about ten minutes a night I think it was a shower but who knows. Apart from that I enjoyed myself and would stay again
Ghost room
The very top room which is loft and converted to a room. It was freezing like a mortuary. Extremely cold. Bathroom and room dirty. Kettle also dirty.
Good hotel for the price
There are a lot of negative reviews from people who appear to just be sensitive and hard to please. Rooms not anything spectacular, but it is good enough for a place to rest and freshen up. I had the double room and for the price, cant complain. No dramas at all
Really helpful and friendly staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and just right for our one night. Near enough to walk to the Eventim and bus depot. Will definitely use again
Fire alarm everyday
Fire alarm went off twice per day for my 6 day stay. Pillow smelled like old BO. No hot water one day. No water another day? Some plug sockets didn’t work. Fire alarm at 2 am. Had a secondary alarm on the top floor that went off from 12pm-9am… had to sleep with a pillow on my head. Another day; another fire alarm, this time at 5am. Cheaper than an alarm clock I suppose.
Staff were all very kind
checking in with the staff was fine, however once in the room there seemed to be what looked like a blood stain on the carpet, strange stains on the walls, inside of the drawers were mouldy, some of the lights didn’t work and we woke up with rashes on our faces/necks from the beds
The room itself was dirty, marks and stains all over the walls, only given one pillow which had a stain on, one towel each for a whole weekend, the Tv had a big crack in and was put up wonky. The bathroom was clean. The room was tiny and when we asked for an extra pillow we were told they don’t have any. A
Get what you pay for Cheap and cheerful
The staff were super friendly & check in was easy. Location was great for the show we had. The room wasn’t that clean sadly. Dusty mugs, stained towels & the shower grouting was very discoloured. Had to ask for an extra towel to use as a shower floor mat to avoid slipping. Bed was comfy, and a cute toiletries pack was provided. The handyman let himself into our room without knocking when we were in there, which could have been very embarrassing, but luckily wasn’t. Annoyingly the room was cheaper online on the day of check in, so we ended up paying more than we could have.
The property was just average but the one fantastic thing was the maid called Alina. I accidentally left my purse behind with my work keys and NHS smart card in. After calling the hotel several times was told the maid did not find my purse and when I asked if she had checked on the floor by the bed was told I would have to wait until 1pm for the maid to clean the room , even though the occupants check out at 11am. Very uninterested and dismissive. Upon further questioning was told that the maid had checked the floor. Not content with this answer we waited at the entrance of the hotel for someone to come out so we were able to get back in. My son found the maid , Alina , who immediately went into the room we had vacated and she looked on the floor next to the bed and found my purse. I am so so grateful to her. She was so helpful and kind. The nicest employee in the place. This review is for her. Thank you so much
Large and warm room. I would just add a mat for the bathroom floor and a shelf in the shower bubble bath.
Low cost and good for west London!
For the money in west London I have no complaints!
The room was fine for a very basic stay but it would have been useful to know in advance rooms were several floors up with stair access only. The room had had a basic clean but toiletries from the previous occupant had been left in the bathroom, tea and coffee holders were full of dust and the sachets looked like they had been there a long time. The bedding was clean but also quite basic with a summer duvet which wasn't really enough for a stay in January, and the hair dryer didn't work. If you need a basic place to stay just to get your head down this was fine but absolutely no expectations of anything better.
A little rough around the edges but very safe and secure place to stay. Great staff and gave us a free upgrade.
Hotels looks like it was refurbished but badly finished, a lot of stains on the walls and bathroom shower door was falling apart. Hot water takes ages to start coming through. Room was quite dirty and sheets were not changed from previous guest or cleaner got them dirty while making the bed. Asked them to change them, but cleaner was problematic and tried to blame my clothing and all sorts of things, she even initially refused to change the duvet cover AFTER dragging it through the carpet and putting it on sheet she had just changed as apparently they only change them after 3 days of stay even if those were dirty from the beginning. She also through my half full bottle of shampoo to replace just with soap. Heater didn't work, but luckily was given electric one. Mug was dirty and had to clean it myself, spoons are just plastic one use instead. Tea packaging that was in the room looked like someone has just picked it up from trash and some of them were partly damaged. There is no sound proofing so you can hear your neighbor sneezing. Mattress also had some stains. Hotels.com asked for partial refund on first night, but it was denied as according to them their rooms are clean even when those are not so read other comments regarding that as those are true. Also platform didn't help me much to resolve the issue of the refund despite being gold member so bear that in mind before booking.
All good , just I spent a good time for myself in a good room ! 😍
Property was not at all clean. Whosever owning this business and charging so much for rooms, please at least get it cleaned properly. No one wants to see hair on beds and in bathroom. Businesses should have some moral values to deliver services for what they are charging and this property owner doesn’t meet any of it. Very bad. Had to stay coz there was no other option. Just hopeless.
Disappointing stay.
Room smelt of urine, toilet was hanging off the wall. The exractor fan was such a loud vibrating noise you couldnt keep it on. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, barely a pillow for a pillow! The pillows seemed so old and over used they were super thin. We also had loud banging wake us up from 5am due to the ceiling being so thin. Customer service was just as bad as the room, not even a partial refund was offered. When making the booking the star rating for this stay was alot higher than what it should be which was misleading.
The property was a in a good location of Shepard’s bush. First time staying within this area of London. 7-10 min walk away from shopping centre, Shepard’s bush market or underground station. There were variations of restaurants within the vicinity. 10-20 mins away from central London via the tube. Customer service was exceptional staff were polite and friendly. Good value accommodation to stay. The goods bits done just a few minor things I personally didn’t like with the hotel was carpets felt outdated, needs renewing as small staines around the floor. Please ensure all mattresses are the same throughout the establishment as I had a twin double room one of the mattresses was springy and you could feel it when sitting and moving around on it, this was not comfortable. However the other mattress was was devine to sleep in as it was firm memory foam ( no springs) which felt more like other hotel bedding I’ve slept on. The hot beverage option was a plus point, however couldn’t utilise it cause of the electric kettle was dirty which had dust and bits inside the kettle which put me off not even a rinse would of helped. Although having mentioned this there is a coffee shop on the corner of Shepards bush road as though you’re walking towards the market which is a good place to have brew. Overall experience at this facility was good. Would revisit and stay here if they just tweak a few things around they will definitely get a 5 star rating from me next time.
Disgusting room!!
Suitable location for a normal stay, not too expensive and only 10 mins walk from tube station
The room was nasty. Very strange since i stayed here before and had a nice room previously.
Staff very friendly room very clean will definitely stay again xx
I wouldn’t normally complain as I understand this is a budget hotel however I just think the cleanliness of the property could be improved. Stains over the walls, hairs over the bed, dirty cups etc I would and did pay more to go somewhere else.
I came to Hammersmith to attend a concert at the Appolo. I am 73yrs young and a lone traveller. I only needed a bed for one night and couldn't afford to pay popular hotel prices. Having to check in at the hotel next door was made very easy and the staff were extremely helpful. Looked up the tube times for me the next morning for 5am gave me a detailed map and directions. The hotel was very safe, secure and I felt very safe. My single èn suite room, 11, was ideal, clean with a comfortable bed, usual facilities, and there was even a small fridge. Excellent. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to other visitors. Thank you.
Location great but room not the best
OK for one night but beds very hard and can feel the springs, TV didn't work, lights next to the bed didn't work, the bedsheets didn't smell clean, damp patches on the walls and mould in the bathroom.
The hotel is well located, with several dining options nearby, Shepherd Bush underground station is only a 5 min walk. But the room was dirty, the carpet was very dirty and the electric kettle did work, but was not clean, it was full of dust and had what looked like dirty water from previous guests. I understand this is a budget option and I was not expecting fancier, but It should be clean and better maintained.
Short walk from cafes, train station and Westfield. Friendly customer service. Decent room with very minimal disruptions at night

Clean, a little noisy comfortable stay!
The reception was in a separate building which wasn’t clearly signed. The room itself was very clean and well presented but need a lick of paint here and there. The shower has nowhere to put anything and no bath mat, anti slip protection or grab handle. There is a fridge which was handy. The traffic is very noisy so you won’t get a good sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Sainsbury’s is directly opposite and very handy for cafes and close to Goldhawk and shepards bush stations.
