Everything was great. Walls a bit thin so can hear people walking on hallways but besides that no complains.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!!

Dirty towels from previous guest on closet floor and wet. Used takeout containers in the cabinet. Wet mildew scent on the first floor. Only redeeming quality was a hot shower.

Right next to North Woods Ice rink, walkable. Breakfast was clean and plentiful. Two waffle irons would be better.

The beds are absolutely cramp, the toilet got clogged on our second night there & no one came to fix it and to make it worse, these kids we’re playing ding dong ditch both mornings of our stay and no one told them anything even after it was reported to the front desk. I would definitely not stay there again.

I regret staying for 2 nights.

Hotel room feels old and outdated. The bed was sunken in the middle, could feel springs and frame of the mattress. The pillows were small and old. The towels were rough texture. Everything just felt old in the room. At 11pm night, kids were playing in the hallway and being loud.

See my nice hotel not brand new but updated. Not quite sure about the neighborhood. Wouldn’t wanna walk around after dark lots of suspicious cars parking behind the hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Stayed here before. No real issues at the time or this time. Walls are kind of thin. Stayed on the second floor and you could hear people stomping around on the third floor seem like all night long.

It was all good except for getting to it. We could see where it was, couldn't find how to get to it. Even using GPS

They state no pets allowed. Yet the worker behind the desk had a giant dog behind the counter. Horrible for people with allergies. My room bed sheet had a stain and one of the towels was dirty with make up. The carpet floors are all stained. The bathroom had broken tiles and wall falling apart. I will never use Expedia again or stay at a”comfort” property.

San Antonio golf trip

The hotel only had one elevator functioning so it was a bit of inconvenience because we were on the 3rd floor. We would have asked for a room on the 1st floor had we known that. The hotel wasn’t as clean as it had been the last time we stayed there. It also appeared that a vehicle had been broken into when we first arrived. We tried parking closer to the hotel because of that but those were the parking spaces that filled quickly.

Was a bit dirty. Elevator bad. And very unsafe. Truck was broken into along with 3 other cars and trucks and management could care less about it. Was told they couldn't do anything about anything. This included the dirtiness and bad elevator. Also the a/c barely blew any air and yes it was set properly. Would definitely not recommend this place

Staff was very nice and attending. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Close to mall and walking distance to shopping and movie. Will stay again if come to San Antonio for visiting next time.

Great location

Overall good hotel, location is perfect everything is near the hotel. The only thing is the beds and the bed sheets, beds are hard and blankets aren’t comfortable and cleaning is bad.

The rooms are outdated and the beds are not very comfortable. My room was not cleaned properly.

The staff was friendly and efficient, the property and the room were clean and well maintained. Our only semi-complaint is the lobby and elevator area had a chemical-like smell, similar to resin or epoxy before it dries. It slowly lessened over four four day stay.

Nothing to like about it. Everything to dislike and hate it. Dusty, moldy, unhealthy. Sheets and towels were stinking. Shampoo and conditioner were not replaced but left half used ones for the next customer. Ridiculously dirty place. Reused the key sleeve. Disgusting and gross environment.

The stay was good. The inside of the rooms needs to be updated. Need better sheets on bed. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was tucked away in an area that made for a quiet stay. The rooms were spacious and many have been/are being renovated for a more comfortable stay.

Not worth the money

The room was ok! The breakfast was so so with dry powder eggs under cook sausage. I know this property is going through a management change and new owners but they have a long way to go. The new TV service did not work and I even told them and they just said ok. We have stayed at this property many times before and it was great, but this time not so much.

Great Rooms at an Affordable Price!

The rooms were very spacious and clean! We found out when checking out that they finished renovations not even a week before our stay and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Great price for a Comfort Inn and Suites. Hot breakfast items. Fresh smell. TV kept going on and off so it was very hard to follow the story line. Comfortable bed.

The property was great

Weekend stay. Hotel was in a good area close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

New management is updating everything. Nice quite place to stay.

Room was pretty clean, the tv and tv stand could be updated because it’s an old tv but it does the job. The breakfast is decent, the Texas waffle was really cute and tasted good. I enjoyed the fact that on the weekends they keep the breakfast room open till 10am. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great trip to San Antonio

I was traveling with two coworkees for a business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean for the most part- one piece of trash was hiding behind the luggage bench. We slept well, and enjoyed the breakfast in the AM. Thanks for the stay, Comfort!

The staff was amazing. The rooms were cold and perfect. It could use a little paint touch ups but nothing bad. It was in a great area conveniently located near shopping and food.

The staff were all wonderful. Accommodating and friendly, and very helpful. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The room was clean and huge. Bed was comfy. Plenty of pillows and such. Had everything you need: hair dryer, toiletries, Ironing board, small kitchen area with a fridge, small sink and microwave. Large bathroom with big vanity to put your things out on. No complaints here!

Great place to stay. Close to shopping center and movie theatre. Room stayed cool and no issues.

Overall it was okay.

Looked like there was mold on the walls in our room. The clocks didn’t work. The gym equipment didn’t work right. There were no cups for the water dispenser in the gym. Overall cleanliness of rooms was subpar (dirty and rusty corners, etc).

Our family only stayed one night but we enjoyed our room & the breakfast options! We'd definitely stay at this location again!

Im so sorry to say but this property its really bad, location is bad, super dirty , in the parking lot is very bad too, breakfast is ok nothing like the pictures, this place needs alot of love and attention

Property was not clean especially the restroom. Carpet was also filthy. Did not end up staying here went and booked somewhere else.

I was disappointed by the pool. I was looking forward to swimming with my kids, but there was too much algae, and my complaints were ignored. We couldn't swim throughout our entire stay

Aside from the ice maker not working and the arms on the desk chair being loose, the suite exceeded expectations. My family would definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed in this hotel throughout many years. Over the years, the appearance has just steadily declined. It’s not a bad hotel if you’re just need a one night here there. It just has gone downhill.

Super budget hotel

The location for me was ideal with all the nearby shops for me like HEB. The look of the building was not good by a long shot. It’s a budget hotel for a reason. First the building needs exterior cleaning all around including landscaping since the grass is overgrown. Line stripping was barely visible and had shipping containers occupying most of the parking lot. Upon entering they must have had water damage that they never finish repairing. As you walk down the hall the carpet is full of stains and gum. As we went upstairs we kept smelling marijuana in the hallways. Once in the room it was a good size but the cleaning could have been better. There was no towels at the pool. Seems to be a few many homeless people around the area so don’t see things improving. The staff was nice but owner needs to spend money keeping up with this location before it ends up looking abandoned.

The gentleman at the check in desk, David, was very kind and welcoming to us. Check in and out was a breeze. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and polite.Thanks for making our visit to San Antonio very COMFORT-able (see what I did there)! Unsafe the man in front desk he asked my my car information for what ? I told him the parking it's dark and unsafe and a some people drunk in the parking . Run away. If he don't asked my my kind of car maybe I don't feel in dangerus

Felt like a $50 hotel that costs $150, smelled musty. Front staff confirmed my late check out and wrote a note in my account for the following morning. Next morning they rudely told me I had to check out at 11 and there was no note on my account.

We booked with expedia and requested pet friendly and they weren't. There was some damage in the shower ceiling from moisture. We had to find another place to stay in order for our pet to be with us.

Weekend Getaway

Like the Hotel Staff was friendly, Hotel seems clean for the most part. Does need some repairs and done the right way not the cheap way as there were some already done.

The hotel was very busy with families. We enjoyed the stay. It was convenient to the interstate and less than 15 min drive to other attractions.

Pool was nice but the step were broken and had some sharp edges. The lid to the filter had two screws sticking up right where everyone walked.

The property is in need of some OLC. But was priced right. New carpet and some landscaping would go a long way.

Rude front desk staff

After driving for 5 hours after a day at work, we were excited to finally find the hotel and go to sleep. I called the hotel around 930 pm multiple times to alert of a late check in and no one answered. When we entered, there was no one at the desk and a sign that said they had stepped away and to please press the call button for assistance. I first pressed the button at 10:30pm. At 10:55 when still no one had come after multiple button presses and another patron entering also wanting to check in, I called the corporate number. The corporate person told me he would call their “emergency phone”. 5 minutes later a guy walks around the corner, acts and talks like he is on illicit substances. He then asked me “what do you want?”. I told him I had been waiting for 30 minutes and need to check in. I told him that I had pushed the button multiple times, and his response “well it’s obvious that it’s broken”. Then he starts saying he has 400 people to take care of at the hotel (there were only 15 cars in the parking lot) and that he had been busy for the last hour helping a woman get out of her wheelchair?!? Huh?!? Then when I asked him to please just check me in instead of making excuses he walked off and said I was being rude so he wasn’t going to check me in. This is after I had been standing in the lobby now for 45 min. It was now past 11:15 pm. No more choice hotels for me.

This hotel is conveniently located for me. Is a little weird getting to the actual hotel from the major highways. The hall carpeting needed to be cleaned or replaced. The breakfast was decent.

Excellent hotel in a great area. This is the fourth time we have stayed here while visiting relatives. Excellent dining options within walking distance. Typical breakfast buffet included.

The room was hot the ac did not work the shower head was clogged and when called the desk I was told they would have someone there to look at it and no one showed we left a day early due to all of this

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I was put in a room on the fourth floor. There was a problem with hot water and I could not shower when I wanted to. The staff said as peak hours when most people shower they run out of hot water. That was not very helpful. I had to wait two hours for the water to warm up and even then I just had one minute showers before the water went cold again. I would not stay there again.
