Good stay overall.

The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

I was kinda disappointed with their breakfast. Very limited choice

The area is noisy. I kept hearing the train through out the night. I will not be returning at all to this location.

it was the perfect hotel room for our night. it was quiet, peaceful.

Area around the property was vacate. Seems that other things are coming. Lack of breakfast chooses. Always the same eggs and sausage and pancakes. Would be nice if we got bacon or ham sometime.

Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful, and we appreciate her kindness and willingness to help us out with our room. The hotel is beautiful and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was good. But the pictures display more modern rooms, and they aren’t.

We were visiting our son at Fort Sam Houston, and this place was conveniently just a short 5 to 10 minutes away depending on traffic. We arrived early and was able to check in so that was a plus. Our hotel room was clean and crisp, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Highly recommend this hotel it is very affordable, spacious, clean. A lot of restaurants nearby and a very quiet area. Definetly staying here again!

We were there for a military graduation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. The staff was excellent!

It was super clean and spacious.

We were put in a handicap room right next to the front desk. The shower allows water on the floor which is a slipping hazard. Have to be careful getting out of the shower to prevent falling. There were a lot of stains on the carpet. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. The curtain did not have blackout so sun was bright in the mornings.

I don't like being lock out of my room around 9am ish to 10 ish. Check out was until 11. No reason to lock me out.

The hotel was immaculate. Someone was always cleaning something. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed.

Clean and spacious , safe and peaceful.

This was my first time staying there and we will be back. We had room 208 located near the elevator but still it was quiet! The only thing was the rooms ceiling needs a touch up. The paint was falling near the AC on top. The AC was good and the breakfast menu needs to add oatmeal and boiled eggs. Thanks.

Good nights rest

Spent five days in San Antonio and it was nice to know that I was going to get a restful sleep in my room. Bed mattress was just right for a good nights rest. Breakfast could have been better but most hotels have gone to the same food.

I can’t think of both names Ms Bea is one but there’s another staff Hispanic lady tends to work in the mornings always helpful great attitude and just seems to have a heart of Gold. She’s truly a blessing when coming in

They provided a nice breakfast with a good selection. The property was very clean and roomy.

This hotel was a real gem - clean, well equipped large rooms, nice lobby area, good breakfast. Only negative were some of the people roaming around the parking lot area but they did have security at night. This will probably be our hotel to stay at on future trips to San Antonio.

Fairly new property, the room was in very good condition. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's a little out of the way but I liked that not a long way to downtown and not a long way to the airport and Hill Country. Overall enjoyable stay

There was no bathtub. The shower had no shelf or cubby. The shower door by the faucet did not open so the cold water that came out first while you had to stand in there hit you. Cheap flimsy towels and not enough provided.

That there was a security all night. We checked in like 3a when we arrived in San Antonio. It was assuring that there’s a security guard and we didn’t need to worry about our car.

We stayed here because the rooms looked nice and even though we had to drive a little further into the city the area was nice and quiet except they have construction going in the back but other then that we had a nice stay.

The people above my room made so much noise we could not sleep. I alerted the staff but they were unable to quiet the room

We stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights and the staff was awesome everyday. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our rooms were cleaned everyday with out us asking. Parking was nice, close and safe. Breakfast wasn’t bad either. Our second time staying there and we will be coming back.

The bath towels were undersized, ragged, and you could literally see through them.

Hotel wasn’t busy, and a great price. Nearby trains woke me up several times during the night.

The hotel stay was great. No complaints. We arrived after dark so didn't see much of the area till early morning when se set off. Nearest gas station was sketchy at best. Some early morning characters that were giving off a really bad vibe. Stay strapped or gas up/grab snacks out of the immediate area.

Property was clean and comfortable. Room was nice. Limited dining that was in walkable distance, definitely need a vehicle. Good free breakfast lots of choice and a staff member kept the food area immaculate.

After checking out of a very dirty/unsafe room a block away, i booked this room and it was a brief but wonderful stay. As a solo traveler, i felt very safe here.

Enjoyed my stay…2 nights. Close to Downtown San Antonio and the places to which I enjoy going. Easy drive to get there. Quiet, comfortable, pleasant!

Loved this hotel. So clean and spacious. Sri upfront was super nice checking us in. Great location too just of the highway but it’s not loud. Would definitely stay here again.
