All the employees were very professional and friendly.

Clean room

I really like the pull out couch in the room. When we asked for bedding for the pull out couch we were given twin bedding that did not fit. The breakfast in the morning was the worst. There was no kitchen staff, only one staff member was running around to try and keep up with the kitchen and dinning area. The garages were over flowing, they ran out of everything and were really slow to restock anything. The pool area had no towels stocked on the shelf. Overall one of the worst hotel stays and we stay in the area every year.

Friendly staff and clean room

Disappointed

We got to the hotel about 40 minutes after the check in time and our room wasn’t ready. They did upgrade our room for this. The bathroom made weird water noises constantly, there were feathers coming out of one of the sink faucets, and the other sink faucet didn’t have a screen. The water coming from the faucets had a strange color. The pullout soda sleeper had ripped plastic over the mattress. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa sleeper. When I asked for some I was told they had bedding but no pillows and I would have to go get it because there was only the front desk staff working. When my husband went to get the bedding he was only given a sheet and had to request a fitted sheet and blanket. The pool area did not have any towels and we were told they didn’t have any more. There were used bandaids by the pool and hot tub. We have stayed here before without issues but this was very disappointing. We probably won’t stay again unless there are no other options.

It was easy to get to from the airport and everything I needed at the moment.

short stay in redmond

Our stay was short but the room was clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself is located in a perfect location for flying as it is right on the road to the airport. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Great room with balcony access and hide-a-bed. Extremely convenient for our family.

Incredibly welcoming front desk staff! Very kind and happy to help. It was cool outside and it seemed the building heat was over powering my room’s thermostat as it never felt cool enough in the room. Maybe because I was right off the balcony to the lobby and the lobby heat was rising up. I was taken back that at breakfast some food items were low or gone and staff seemed annoyed that we asked when they were going to replenish. Still, a good experience.

Mostly a great stay

Stayed here on a business trip. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was clean despite undergoing renovations. Only improvement would be the breakfast. Waffle machines out, but not mix available on both mornings. There was not much for those with any kind of dietary restrictions.

My sister and I both thought the facility was very well kept, clean, and up-to-date. The staff was friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze.

Izzy was amazing upon check in she was very helpful and just all around a joy to engage with. The location was conveniently located. And had a little river canal that was just behind the hotel which made for an amazing view from our rooms windows. If we ever find ourselves in Redmond again we’ll definitely be back!

The property was located near the venue that I was attending. It was nice and quiet.

This was a two night stay for business. The room light switch was glitchibg, slow to turn on, however, for me it was not a deal breaker. Breakfast was complimentary and it was just right, the lady managing the kitchen was attentive. The desk staff was great as well. Would stay here again.

I liked the river right beside the hotel and the breakfast. I didn’t like the construction at 7:30am, the workout room and pool were closed, the stained/torn couch, the dented/broken lampshade, only one bedside lamp worked, the stairs were closed and on terrible condition, and the hallway ceiling was exposed.

The price was decent on Expedia. The new lobby was nice and the employees were nice. We couldn’t get our key card to work. Our room had a massive bush right up against the window and there was garbage right outside our window as well.

We liked the white water canal next door. That was nice.

In the middle of construction, so would have been a better experience, but otherwise fine.

A friend and I stayed there while visiting for the Sister’s Quilt Show. The location was good although it was kind of close to a major road. It looked like they were going through a remodel and our room was newly done and clean as expected. The free breakfast was standard and ok, but I enjoyed that the breakfast room was right next to a river and they had the windows open.

Room wasn't ready right at 3pm, but staff did all they could to get it ready as soon as possible.

No parking, thing didn’t work like the elevator bad condition. They were under construction and dust everywhere.

It's under renovation so that's a thing...

There was no warning or notification that facility was under construction. They charged same amount even though no pool or hot tub available. They also had audacity to not have functioning water from 11-3 for patrons. Absolutely ridiculous we were charged same amount and not notified prior.

The property is under construction and very noisy

Upon reserving this Hotel, I specifically looked for a hotel that offered a pool with a hot tub. When I got to this hotel, an entire floor was unavailable, including the pool and hot tub for renovations. I did not see a mention of renovations for this hotel when I reserved it. It was too late in my day to cancel and move on. I was very disappointed in this transaction and the lady was just blah to my disappointment.

The site was under construction. Pool and hot tub were closed. I was not aware of this when we booked.

Construction, no pool, charged for parking

It was very quiet at night which was wonderful. During our stay the hotel was under construction and it was loud during the day, the pool wasn’t open and it was hot this weekend. I would stay again when the hotel is finished construction.

Nice place to stay!

The desk person was not welcoming

Lots of construction noise. Stayed 2 nights - supplies not refurbished even though second night was same price as the first. Poor parking. Overall a poor value.

The bed was very comfortable. However our coffee pot was broken, hair dryer did not work, and there was no stopper in the sink….don’t drop anything in the sink!

Nice place and really close to First Interstate Bank Arena

The free breakfast was good, even for us-vegan. We liked that at this location there wasn’t a homeless camp in back. A good location at a good price!

It’s one of the nicest places in Redmond

The breakfast was super with a good variety. Room was clean and staff was friendly and efficient.

Clean convenient to the airport. You could not call the front desk, always busy, probably on hold. Electronic doors did not work well, had to change keys several times, very hard to open outside door. Nice pool and hot tub.

The Suite was sweet!

This was a very clean and comfortable place, really liked the layout of the hotel and lounging area, Breakfast was great and the dining area was roomy and food was replenished quickly. Staff were great. Pool area was very fun.

Sleepless in Redmond

I am a grandparent of nine and consider myself a pretty patient person but above me was the loudest group not a group to put above someone traveling for business who needs sleep.

The rooms are large. The breakfast is good. Bed was comfortable. Starting to need some updating, but still okay.

Great place great people

Broke down in Oregon on road trip they went above and beyond to to help in every way.

We just stopped here for a night. Check in was easy, staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfy. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, the fried potatoes were very good and the kids enjoyed making their waffles. Would definitely stay again.

Lower level door is not working well and there is limited parking on the ground level.

Clean, comfy, close to shopping and restaurants

Nice hotel. Close to freeway, shopping and lots of restaurants. Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good and varied over the 3 mornings we were there. Eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal and breakfast pastries, bagels etc.. sausage,potatoes one day, biscuits and gravy another. Bacon and stuff to make a breakfast burrito. The big downer was hot tub was out of order. I had for specifically to get the hot tub because I am in chronic pain. When I asked how long it would be out and why she said they were “having trouble with the chemicals.” That’s not a good excuse. We have a hot tub and fixing the chemicals is easy. You do a test strip and add what’s needed. Not a good excuse at all. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

No black out shades which was unusual— only “sheers”

Overwhelming smell of urine when I walked into the room. I pulled the fitted sheet up from the bed and the mattress pad and mattress had the same urine stain, meaning it had never been washed. The window was open probably to help with the urine smell. They assigned me another room after I addressed my concerns with the first and they second room had not been cleaned. Needless to say I did not stay.

We have stayed at this hotel many times while visiting Redmond. Very close to airport. Friendly employees and clean room. Would recommend.

I don’t normally stay at Comfort but this will be my new go to for budget/business. Nice hotel, great room w a couch, good desk, fridge. Staff was so nice, free shuttle to the airport, great breakfast offering with good hours (6:30-10). This particular location had nothing walkable, so I had to do GrubHub for dinner that was a 2 hour, cold expensive disappointment. That’s the only downfall on this location.

A great stay!

The room was large and spacious, the facility was exceptionally clean, lobby and breakfast areas large and inviting. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections. Rooms were quiet, our room overlooked the bubbling/rushing canal beside the hotel, it was very relaxing. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful. This is well cared for and well run property that deserves the highest rating.

Great place to stay. Easy access from the highway. Clean and breakfast is great.

It was a great stay. The only thing was that the pool needed to be cleaned at the time we were there, but that could just be the timing of our stay.

Had a couple of issues with the keys for one of our rooms. Otherwise everything was fine.

We were in town for the music festival and the hotel was very conveniently located. The staff was nice and helpful and there is a complementary shuttle to the airport. The exercise room was sad and basic, with 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical and a cable cross. It did the job though. The rooms were not the cleanest. You have to ask for the rooms to be cleaned. Even when we did they did a half-assed job making the bed, did not change the sheets even though we asked them to.

Very good location and everything was in very good shap and a very friendly and accommodating staff.

I didn’t like it that I had to call for help to close the curtains. I got a quick response but it was irritating. It would have helped if the material I got from Expedia had shown a map to the property.

The place was really nice, the pool was nice but the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. The front desk girl was new and had no idea what she was doing but it wasn't her fault, we were just tired from driving all day.

All great. Washers all broke. Staff awesome
