While linens were clean, the floors in rooms, hallways, elevators were not. The free breakfast did not look appetizing and was very sparse. The "hot" water and coffee were luke warm at best. Many repairs were needed around the entire hotel from the entrance way where you had to pull open the sliding doors and there were no luggage carts.

roaches everywhere, every layer of bedding was dirty with yellow stains everywhere. When I requested for extra pillows( only 3 on a king bed) they staff said they didn’t have any extra pillows. There wasn’t housekeeping staff so I had to pick up clean sheets at the front desk. there was mold in the bathroom and the ceiling was coming apart. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

We arrived tired and late after a long day of travel. The first room they tried to put us in stunk of mildew and had dirty sheets. The second room had a live roach in the tub. We stayed in the third room because it was actually clean and we were too tired to get another ride share. The water is full of rust visible in the toilet water and sink water. If we had our car with us we would’ve never stayed here.

Needs improvement

The room looked clean. The bed was comfy. It was quiet. Breakfast was decent. The room smelled musty and in need of repair and upkeep.The carpet was stained, chipped on the walls, furniture and bathroom door. A roach showed up.

Never stay here.

The place is disgusting, we stayed there because they cancelled the flight at the last minute, we paid in cash through the app. When we arrived they couldn't find the reservation. The employee said "you had to arrive before 2 in the morning." The guy didn't know what to do, he had to call someone to look up the information. 55 minutes. later they gave us the key to a room, the room had no heating. The hotel is literally falling down. Nothing works. Doors don't open, everything smells rotten, nothing is clean.

I didn’t like that they had an attitude when I asked for towels and refused to give me some, and they also had roaches in the room. I called the 1.800 number they said someone from the hotel was going to contact me in regards to the complaint and till now no one has called me.

I don’t normally right reviews but for safety of others here’s what we found. Pulled up to the hotel and there was just a hand full of potholes that could wreak a car they were so deep. Went into the building and it seemed normal and decent enough and then we got up to our room… and disaster. The room was spacious but the door security lock was broken off, the shower was leaking, the toilet moved if sat on, the closet door didn’t have a knob to open it, and we found a card on the floor that looked like it was used to attempt to break into rooms. We moved the couch in front of the door in fear of safety.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I did not sleep because the beds were too gross and there were roaches crawling around on the bathroom walls. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and walls are too thin.

Do not stay here

The momemt we walked in there was a foul smell, i immediately checked the beds and there are bed bugs and roaches on th floor snd walls just crawling. My family and I got out faster than we came in and thankfully the hotem refunded us and they did not seemed surprised as if they already know about it.

Immediately upon entering the property I noticed that nothing appeared to represent the photos online. At checkin I inquired about pool and laundry areas, and was told that they did not have either. Disappointing as a truck driver. I was given my keys and went to the elevator which was dirty and had broken components. As I walked down the hall I could smell smoke as if others had smoked cigarettes. This was supposed to be a smoke free building. Once I entered the room I was very dissatisfied with the overall appearance and smell. I walked over to the bed and saw bed bugs and a roach on the wall! I immediately left and requested a refund which was granted without any question which is probably because they are very aware of the condition! Purpose of this review is to save others from wasting time and money! DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!! FYI at checkin I overheard the person in front of me request another room because the one she had been assigned didn’t have a TV… yeah it’s that type of place.

Too tired to leave right away

Checked in at 2 am due to a late flight. Desk guy was not especially cheerful but that’s understandable in the middle of the night. As soon as we opened the door to our room, we saw bugs on the bathroom floor scurry from the light. If we hadn’t been so tired, would have left right away. Bed was uncomfortable so we might as well left. Made a reservation elsewhere 1st thing next morning & checked out.

The Worst Ever!

The hotel was advertised as having available rooms, but what it did not say was that it didnt have electricity. Hotel guests were sitting in the dark, in the lobby and smoking right outside the front door. The hotel staff was rude and short-tempered.

The elevator worked well from the first floor but the second and third floor had signs saying it was out of order. It would take you up, but not come pick you up from other floors. The stairwell from the third floor required a lot of force to open fully which would have failed a fire safety inspection.

The staff was super rude. I understand they were very busy but there is no need to be rude. We were told our room would be ready at 2. Our room wasn't ready until almost 5. They gave us another room that was ready. I don't understand why they didn't do that sooner. We had to wait 2 hours for a room. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains and holes. The elevator didn't work. The ice machines didn't work. The pool was discusing and unusable. The pictures online are very misleading. We ended up only staying one night and checked out early. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Will not stay here again.

Customer service was ok. When I arrived to check in there was a customer complaining about a bug in her room. My room was ok but the restroom was a little dirty. The doors were dirty the restroom itself needs some repair. The luggage rack was broken. The ironing board was falling apart. The room door lock was broken and it looked like it had some type of water damage. The shower curtain rod was broken. The restroom on the first floor was flooded when we got in. We will not be staying here again.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed …

There was a pile of snot like substance on the table near the front water cooler in the lobby entry which was extremely disgusting to see. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Drywall was also peeling off the walls. Finally, the walls were very thin. We heard the people being loud in the room next door very late at night. Yelling, screaming talking very loud. They were also smoking weed in the room next door and the whole hallway and downstairs airway reaked of marijuana. The staff were dressed in sweatpants and hoodies…It appeared there was a major lack of cleanliness and standards. Clearly a lack of leadership. Will never be staying there again. It was disgusting.

When we got to the property we noticed a few of the homeless living in the lobby. The music was incredibly loud, and the front desk person couldnt be bothered everything was broken. The airport shuttle, the elevators, the side door to the outside.The room smelled of terrible cologne, that gave an instant migraine. We had a room with two quuen beds, one bed didnt have a sheet on it.I asked the front desk for a sheet and they didnt have one clean. During the night, we complained several times of the fights going on above us. We were up until almost 2am waiting for the upstairs room to stop. When I went to catch my flight at 5 am the next morning, one of the homeless people living in the lobby was standing in the hall just staring down the hall. I took my dog out and came back in, I grabbed my bags and went to check out. As I started towards the lobby he tried to block the hallway. I told him my dog was not friendly, and he told me I shouldnt threaten him. I checked out and will never return. The hotel is in terrible condition, safety is a major concern.
