Stayed at six or seven different motels in Windsor over the past year while there for work. The Comfort Inn was my favorite.

Good value for the price, clean and close to highways, shopping and fast food options with lots of parking. Rooms very small but good storage and breakfast same each day. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade definitely.

Easy on and off an expressway. Allowed my EV to be plugged in trickle charge. King Bed super comfy, felt like a cloud. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Now has laundry service. Award winning location. Best pizza place across the street.

Stayed here several times on business the past six months and the only disappointment is the ice machine is on the second floor and with my bad knees and no elevator. I always request a room on the main floor. I end up going to the second floor anyway, but at least not with my suitcase.

Unfortunately the hockey team’s parents decided to hold an impromptu party in the breakfast area till 4:00 am and two women had piercing voices and laughs. Not much sleep was had.

Clean, convenient location

Great hotel at a good price. Only wish they had a second ice machine on the first floor. Don’t like walking up the stairs for ice, but it’s better than carrying my suitcase up the stairs.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable. All we were looking for.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Walls are a bit thin, you can hear everyone coming and going, if you’re a light sleeper you will have to go to bed when everybody has calmed down

The staff from the cleaners to the front desk were wonderful. They set a nice happy atmosphere.

We were in once and out once in the morning, so didn't interact with staff much or take advantage of the free breakfast. That said, the hotel was clean and had everything we needed. We'd defintely stay here again.

Everything was what I would hope for. Rooms clean, comfortable, well equipped (I forgot my shampoo so nice had on hand in shower). Really enjoyed in room coffee and warm breakfast options

If you're looking for a nice,clean room, close to major thoroughfares this is the place for you, if you don't mind loud door banging from your fellow travellers. Wide variety of restaurants in the area. Just cable TV, but nice continental breakfast, scrambled eggs and sausage, good coffee, but get there early shuts down at 9AM

The beds and room were comfortable. The washroom isn’t as clean as it should… especially the shower, where it had a green gum in the right corner. The caulking is messy and making it look dirty type of thing. The staff was very nice and friendly. They do not have an elevator for the 2nd floor rooms.

Good clean with nice breakfast. We’ll be back next week for another trip.

Staff did not reign in noisy guests (having a tailgate party outside of my window) and I received little sleep for two nights. I don't recommend this hotel if you need a good sleep or have small children. This hotel seems to cater to a lot of contractors who don't care about others around them. .....The breakfast was ok.

This hotel never disappoints. Travelling alone, I always feel safe at this location. Quiet, excellent staff and 24 hr te and coffee. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Always stay here when in Windsor.

We had a nice stay came for a Wedding. Very friendly staff. Very inconvenient having no elevator our room was on the second floor. A nice staff member helped me carry my luggage upstairs she was so helpful . Room was nice and clean and beds were comfortable Location was close to everything .

Stayed for one night, I was happy but did have some issues with people going in and out of their room and slamming the doors. I was woken up by a speaker with loud music playing around 3am but turned the TV on and it wasn't an issue. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I will be staying again.

My experience with Comfort Inn Windsor was excellent . I was greeted warmly by Gurpreet . I was also granted an early check in without an issue as they had the room ready . Will definitely recommend this place

Nice and clean bed was comfortable and pillows were great too. Was quiet and bathroom was clean too and had good toiletries as well. It was a pleasant stay. If I have to stay in Windsor again I will stay here.

This hotel is conveniently located for access to anything in the Windsor area. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast provides a variety of fresh food to start the day.

It is affordable; we like it!

Only issue was that refrigerator in room was noisy and I had to unplug it to sleep.

The hotel needs an elevator, as well as telling visitors that breakfasts close earlier on weekdays.

The staff was friendly, the property in good condition and clean. Breakfast was nice. If we come back to Windsor in the future, we would love to come back to this hotel. Definitely worth the money

There were people in a van outside my room drinking and speaking loudly until after midnight. Felt uncomfortable in the space. The staff were wonderful and the room was clean.

The best ability is dependability....they have that in spades!

Handy location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Bathroom was rough looking (tile grout and calking). Air conditioner was so noisy I couldn’t sleep.

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, there was ample hot water. The breakfast was adequate. Everything you'd expect at this price point was there.

The property had an odd smell. Not bad, just stale. Breakfast was good—scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, toast, fruit, cold yogurt, and cereal—with lots of choices. The beds were clean and comfy.

Wanted a room for a quick overnight near the border, this was a good choice. Comfortable and clean, not a lot of thrills but this is very fair value for the price. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
