Convenient and great breakfast options

Very nice stay, breakfast was great, was a little busy which meant a little noisy but besides that very comfortable and will stay again.

Property was easy to locate, good parking, clean for the most part; found wrappers in drawer and left over food item in fridge. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Clean, convenient

The front desk woman was very nice checking us in! However, we got a room that was directly below the stairs. The walls are very thing and we could hear the room right next to us and everyone stomping up and down the stairs. The pool and hot tub were nice but it seemed like neither of them were filled all the way like they should have been. Nice for a short stay!

Hotel was very nice and quiet

We have stayed her several times and its always great service from the front desk to the breakfast in the morning. Clean rooms and nice lobby area. Lots of little touches that make it feel like home.

Room was in terrible shape. Vent fan was sticking out of wall and fridge was frosted up and not working very well. Hotel tv was terrible and kept dropping out. Not worth the money and felt ripped off when leaving.

Comfy beds and a great breakfast.

The breakfast was a nice change. They had quite a bit to offer. Most places aren't that way these days. The price i got off of here was far cheaper then calling them directly. The only 2 complaints i can offer is the toilet wouldn't flush properly so it kept running all night. An the beds were too hard.

Generally a good place to stay. They seem to have ditched the complimentary hot cocoa in the lobby, which is sad. Easy access to the interstate. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff could be more welcoming.

Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Hotel was clean, well lit and cozy. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was pretty big with good seating. Only downside is you couldn't access the bathroom from the pool. The hotel was in a great location to get on and off the highway easily. Would stay here again.

Stayed overnight to spend Christmas Day with family.

Breakfast was delicious. I consider myself to be a connoisseur of hotel breakfast waffles, and these were some of the best along with some of the other offerings. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Nice hot tub and pool

Wonderful stay

We wanted to watch MAX and we’re not able to access it on the TV, when I called the front desk all he had me do was was reboot the black box. When this did not work all he said was. Well I don’t know what’s wrong then. Sorry. He did not offer to our room to see if he could help figure it out.

Clean, good breakfast, amazing staff!

The inside lobby was very inviting and decorated really well for Christmas, the property outside was very clean and inviting as well. The room was nice and cozy and clean as well, a great value for the quality of the room. I will continue to stay at this hotel as I've been to this one several times - the employees are very friendly as well.

Nice stay

Very clean hotel! Spacious rooms with comfy pillows. Bed was pretty firm. Beautiful big bathroom. Breakfast service was par for hotel continental breakfast: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal or cereal options. Bar was closed Sunday night. Heated indoor pool and hot tub were lovely. Sauna was barely warm. Parking lot has some decent pot holes, but ample spaces to park.

Stay was great.

The stay overall was great. The staff was wonderful and the roim was great. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint was the breakfast area lighting was very dim, making it hard to see sone of the items at breakfast. I also ended up with a piece of hair in my eggs on the first morning of our stay. I had to go back to the breakfast line to get something else as we had taken breakfast back to our room to eat.

Quiet, reasonable prices, free breakfast.

The bathrooms and amenities are a little dated, but completely working. So that’s a plus!

Always like to stay here. There isn't much around, but the hotel itself isn't far from things to do. I love the hot chocolate in the lobby and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Staff are always nice.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel!

We loved the shuttle to Bentlyville, it was so convenient and made our stay in Duluth so much easier! We liked the breakfast provided, lots of options! We were able to check in a little early since our room was ready. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Staff here was nice and halpful. Assisted when i had questions before arrival too. Only downside was pool was cold! Breakfast was spectacular

One of the best hotels is have ever stayed in! Everything was squeaky clean and I could tell the staff cared about the facility. The pool and whirlpool were great and very clean. The only thing I wish was better was the sauna, which could only go to 80 degrees. Way too cold for a sauna. Still, the breakfast was amazing and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I would stay there again!

This was a very simple check in. We only needed a one night stay. My son said it felt more like a Home than a hotel. We would definitely come back again. Thank you

Super clean and very quiet.

Only things that weren’t 5* about this place were the thin walls and the sauna took over an hour to warm up. Other than that the rooms were comfortable, hot tub was great, breakfast was expansive.

Loved that there was a pool and hot tub. My child loved swimming. My back loved the hot tub. Comfortable beds. Quiet and clean place.

Loved everything about our stay

The only thing I didn’t care for was the pillows They were the tiniest pillows ever. Definitely needs an upgrade!! Also the cocktail thing could be different hours. But everything else was very nice! :D It’s a really nice area also I think. Easy to remember where to go also!

The location and the room wasn’t very clean

We really liked staying here! Very clean, updated, nicely decorated too! Loved the little details like a rounded shower curtain rod, pillow top mattress covers, the lobby is comfortable with music playing softly like your at home! Other things like offering chocolate milk, blueberry waffle mix and little tiny Nutella packets at breakfast! Never seen those anywhere in hotels! Overall loved our stay and will be back again! Definitely found our new favorite Duluth home away from home! Nice and close to I-35 as well but without the noise:)

The breakfast could have been better.

Located right off the interstate so very convenient to hop on and off, however it is in an industrial area so that means there isn’t a lot of options right there except there is a Perkins right across the street and gas station on the next block, it’s a little drive to get to the canal and shopping areas. The hotel was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. We were there 3 nights so it works well if you don’t want to be in the busiest part of town.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. The entry area, breakfast area, and pool area were all clean and inviting. Everyone was friendly. Pool, whirlpool tub, and sauna were very nice.

Great hotel for the price you pay! Was pleasantly surprised and the room itself was nice and clean. One down side is that they charge for a later check out and I’ve never heard of such thing before. Overall, a great experience!

Loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was very attentive to the breakfast. Front desk was awesome.

Staff were very polite, rooms were clean. The water from the tubs facet was cloudy but after running the water for awhile it seemed better and probably just needs a filter change and the sink water was clear. Otherwise I'd definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, check in was quick and easy, front desk staff were friendly, hot tub was nice. Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable but overall not bad.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The desk chair in our room had a few tears out of it but other than that the room was in good condition. Everything was clean. Breakfast service was good and we purchased discounted tickets to local attractions through the hotel which was very helpful. Our son loved the pool.

Great stay. Breakfast have different options each day. All good options. Pool was good too. Only hotel I know that had a sauna. Great stay!

Had a great experience staying here with my family. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was friendly at check-in. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods to eat. The pool and hot tub were nice. It’s also a convenient location, very close to all the great restaurants and breweries in the west side of Duluth and Lincoln Park, and right off of I-35. We plan to make this our go-to hotel for future Duluth trips.

Great staff, nice small pool. Breakfast was great staff are very attentive to every need. The only problem was a humid smell I don’t know if it was the carpet.
