Very disappointed on this place starting from check in to check out! Most dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at and did not understand why 4th floor had no AC. To top it off at 10:55am on check out day I get a call to the room from front desk, she was calling us to let Us know we needed to check out at that time! I didn’t understand that call!! I’ve stayed at several several hotels and never in my life front desk has called to check out before my check out time. Very disappointed in this place, it’s dirty rooms very disgusting and beds seems they don’t wash there bed sheets. It’s very outdated and poor AC and please let’s not talk about the staff is horrible!

Quiet But the restroom wasn’t clean well and I found a flea on one of my beds Room #316

The staff members were extremely friendly. Always smiling and ready to help. The room was not spotless but ok. Over all it was good. Especially for the price.

To be so close to a major theme park I was excited to get to the room and relax and shower but there was hair strands from someone else on the toilet. The microwave had grease smears, the air condition vent was filled with dirt and dust, there was hair strands on the bed when you pulled back the covers, and the space between the fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very good while. Even the windows outside the room had a good collection of dust that you could visibly see where they haven't been cleaned in awhile. I wish I had chosen a better location for my family's staycation. I didn't trust the property to ask to move to another room. I just want my money back.

Not a great stay.

We arrived at the hotel for a 2-night stay and check in was ok. The front desk clerk was very polite and professional. The lobby smelled weird but we were not that concerned. Within 20 minutes after entering our room I had killed six roaches. I called the front desk and the clerk was able to move us down the hall. The room wasn’t that much cleaner and we didn’t see another roach until the second night. We also skipped the breakfast there because we saw roaches in the lobby and hallway. My advice-don’t book here, and PLEASE hire professional pest control!

Good value for location. Room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was breakfast, not very much to choose from, very scarce in comparison to other property's complimentary breakfast.

Bad

All linens were stained and the carpets are filthy. Keeping linens cleaning is literally the minimum the hotel should be doing. We only stayed one night and 7 pickup trucks got broken into. This is complete and utter negligence on the hotel. I almost didn't book this hotel because I did see the reviews that people reported break-ins at this hotel. I thought maybe it was an isolated incident, but to have seen this for myself, this is a problem. The hotel knows they have a problem and they should have security onsite patrolling at night. I will never booking here again.

Very quick and easy check in. And the stay was pretty good. It was quiet and breakfast was good

The hotel management is good but cleanness of the room is not so well. Bathroom was very disgusting molded . Dust was eveeywhwre in the room . Few lights qere out . And smelled like smoke .

It was easy to get there and a lot of options for dinning or shopping around, but the building needs some upgrades, appliances as well, also some German roaches were having fun in our room. A crack mirror and some big crack on the ceiling of the room. Other than that staff and breakfast were super good.

The gentlemen at the front were very nice and accommodating. However, we found several roaches in our first room. We requested a different room but that one also had roaches too so we opted to not stay the second night and just drive home. I guess this is a "you get what you pay for" situation.

My stay was awful. There were roaches and other bugs crawling around the room. Shower was nasty. And the hotel in general stunk

ROACHES - Terrible stay. Stayed one night. Checked in late at night. Woke up to a bunch of roaches all over the bathroom and nightstand. Terrible customer service. Front desk simply said we should've cancelled the night before if we were bothered by the roaches. Expedia reviews were not bad which is why I booked, CHECK THE GOOGLE REVIEWS, roaches are definitely a common theme

Here for work. They broken into my truck twice in one week. No help from the property personnel. They need to have security.

We found spiders on the night stand and bed. Tried to get another room and they said they were completely booked so I ask to cancel the reservation and left.

The staff were friendly. The inn itself is outdated. Other than that is was a nice stay.

For the price, this place is horrible. I should have taken pictures.

Staff was friendly, poorly managed property though. I saw & killed a German cockroach when I first opened bathroom door. Also killed another bug that may or may not have also been a roach. Asked a staff person cleaning rooms to please wash a sheet and/or replace with clean one. Assurance was given, nothing happened all day. Literally had to go downstairs holding giant dirty comforter myself. There was no soap in community bathroom downstairs. Helps set the tone for the place, knowing all people that use the bathroom (including staff if they do) don’t wash their hands.

No reimbursement

I stayed at Comfort Inn to which they had roaches and i was supposed to get reimbursed for a room that i only stayed one night in but still got charged for two nights.I also would rather talk to a real person for my concerns and or issues. I was told that my issues were resolved but found out after looking at my bank receipts online i got lied to.

When I woke up this morning, I sat at the desk and opened my laptop. Within minutes, ants were crawling all over the keyboard! When I picked up my laptop, there was a smashed bug! I took my shower and was greeted by crawling beetles around the vanity. I reported it to the hotel staff who said, “Sorry.” YUCK! Do NOT stay here. I left without breakfast as I could not imagine what might be lurking in the breakfast area.

Nothing much but the breakfast was awesome.

Worst hotel we've stayed out in San Antonio: - Light fixture was hangin from roof - Bath was grimy - A sock from the previous occupent had been left in the bathroom, evidence that the room had not been cleaned propery - Dirty curtains, with several examples of what looked a lot like bloodstains When we raised these issues with the staff, they did not take any ownership of the issues and did not apologize or note the concerns down. This is a terrible hotel and it's run very poorly. Please avoid.

Roach infested!

My family and I had two different rooms and we both had roaches in our rooms. There is NOTHING I hate more than a nasty roach. Prices were cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. I just hope we didn't bring any of those nasty creatures home with us. Also, my son and his family's room had no cool air. It was just a miserable stay all around. Definitely won't be returning back or recommending this place!!

Building needs lots of repairs. Sheets/blankets not laundered commercially (stains/odors) Pool area slippery, lots of water damage to ceiling. Staff was very nice and fulfilled all requests.

We booked a double queen room, upon check in our key card didnt work. We went back down to the lobby and they changed us rooms. We ended up with a room with two full size beds. The shower rod was bent and you could not close the shower curtain

The room appeared clean, pillow case had blue stains on them, curtains were ripped and had red, i assume, paint blotches on them. Air vent in restroom was packed with dust. Door when i left room i had to ensure shut because would not shut correctly unless i manually did it. The Ice bucket had a lid and if you look in bucket was clean but flip the lid to see inside was disgusting with food rotted onto it. When i first got there i was asked to wait a moment while the Hostess took a personal call. Other than these issues the staff was good and the saty was quiet and fine.

The were painting the floor I was on but it didn't present a problem and I liked the new color! There was a little paint smell but that's understandable

Location was great. Wasn’t to pleased with putting us in second floor when painters are painting the walls so that gave me a slight headache. Room was clean. Shower knob was old and hard to turn off and on. Loved the A/C

Comfortable and quiet

The room was dirty and had a bad smell. As soon as we walked in and turned the light on small roaches crawled away from the beds and nightstand.

Friendly staff nice rooms no complaints. Stayed here for Air Force graduation. Only 15 mins to get there with traffic so it was really convenient. Would definitely stay here again

It looks like they’re starting a renovation but the place is just nasty.

The carpet stunk and had stains everywhere. The bathrooms were old but worked fine. No cleaning only every other day per room. The guests were super noisy and were pushing the doors and the staff didn't say anything to shut them up

Our vehicle along with 3 others was broken into and the staff didn’t seem to care and was not helpful in providing any video evidence to the police. I would avoid this place and other surrounding hotels.

It was ok…

We loved the layout of the room. The restroom could have used some upgrades. Also the previous ppl who stayed in the room left their clothes hangers and housekeeping didn’t remove them. The dresser was missing a drawers and there were scratches all over the furniture

Good people, but the rooms need a bit of work (e.g., faucet sprayed water; poor internet).

Was a great place to stay with my kids. Breakfast was hearty and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Area felt very safe.

Older but not kept up. Not as clean as I’d hope. Bathroom: tiles broke, sink drains extremely slow, shower old. Empty beer cans found left in closet.

Pool disappointing

Room was fine, but indoor pool was NOT HEATED and COLD.

Upon check-in everything on the exterior is decent. Had a room on the first floor, first night in there was a small cockroach crawling on the dresser in the living room area. Had the room booked for a week and discovered the small cockroaches were coming from behind the mirror at the bathroom vanity. The ceiling in the bathroom was literally rotted from a water leak and a sad attempt at painting over it was made. Each time I showered pieces of the ceiling repair would fall into the tub. Overall, the motel is decent but the rooms need work and a good bug spray. I am not sure I would recommend it to friends and family.

Location was good but that was about it. Reserved a room with a sofa bed and they didnt provide it and said they didnt have anymore available. The dryer was bronen. So was the knob on the microwave. Carpet was dirty. Air conditioner did work good. Had my own pillow and housekeeping took my pillowcase when they cleaned room and changed the sheets. Told front desk they said housekeeping had not been in my room called them early in the morning before 8 am since arrived in my room late at night. Front desk stated no one had been in my room. I explained again our beds were made and we didnt make the beds so yes they were. 3 hours later go down to front desk and still ko pilliw case they tell me they have supposedly looked. I tell them theyvwill have to reimburse me for a set if new sheets and 20 minutes later they miraculously find it. Doesnt even give me a receipt for my check out. Not impressed dont recommend staying there at all. Not sure why they had good reviews

The bathroom looked disgusting, the bathtub looked old and dirty! The toilet moved when I sat on it and had brown stains inside.

Outdated room, stains on carpets and iron board, water wasn't hot in the shower.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The AC didn’t work, there was a bugs in the bathroom. Also had leaks in the ceiling which made the room smell like Mildew. Tried to get a refund or discount the manager wouldn’t do anything.

Gross Hotel

Absolutely a horrible stay. Dirty room dirty everywhere else. To top it off Microwave was broken. Called the front desk and was told to bad. Nasty place

Took forever to get checked in! Bathroom faucet n tub were clogged! It is very outdated. We had been driving for 17 hrs, wanted to bathe n sleep. We were to tired to complain or get moved to a different room, Very disappointed. To check out no one was at desk had to ask kitchen lady to call for someone. Would not stay here again.

Great location that is safe for families. Dining that is in walkable distance. Good location and friendly front desk clerk. Cleanliness was sub par. Rooms were sufficient for our needs. Ran out of hot water quickly and water faucet did not turn off all the way. Over all experience was positive.

This was my second time staying here . 1st time was in 2020 during the pandemic . First time was strange . This time around was better and more open .

Comfortable.

Hotel was clean and staff was really nice. No parking issues and the only issue was the water wasn't that hot. Rooms are a little dated but overall it was good experience.

It was a great place...except it didn't have hot water. That is the only bad thing I can think of. Otherwise, it was a great place. Nice people.

Not clean. Our room had multiple roaches. Seems like an older comfort inn property that has not been kept up with the times to provide basic amenities and maintenance upkeep. The staff try their best to make it a pleasant stay but it seems the ownership has no interest in maintaining the hotel for basic needs of customers

Our room had a broken toilet seat. Our room phone did not work. Two lamps were broke lack of lightbulbs , not enough towels ripped up furniture

Hotel Need Upgrades & Not just patches

When we were checking in the front receptionist was rude & had a attitude. Also the light fixture in my room was falling out & I was worried it would fall o my head.

We stayed at this hotel while we were visiting sea world staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Floors were dirty, there were no trash bags in the trash cans, toilet paper roll was empty, shower was in disrepair. Holes in walls, cracked/chipped/peeling paint. The curtains were covered in stains. The mattress itself looked like it was from a horror movie with how stained it was. As much as I paid to only sleep there it really should have at least included a bathroom that wasn’t falling apart. The night check in person was also rude and spoke to us as if she hated being there. That should have been the first clue that this was not going to go well. The breakfast included sausage, eggs, cereal, etc. probably the only good thing about this place.

Very conveniently located near Sea World and near freeway. Property is well-structured with indoor pool which is huge plus. Room was quite. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, ( coffee was not coffee and orange juice was water) but a convenient store within walkable distance is where i found my coffee. Customer service was great. I took One star out due to weak / no wifi signal. If your life depends on wifi, i suggest look else where, or use your own data. But overall, price-wise, i like it and will stay again.

Very nice place good area a lot stores near by. Easy access to freeway.

Don’t Come Here Please..

This place was infested with roaches!!The moment any type of food packaging was opened, microwaved they (roaches) came from any and everywhere.They don’t use bags for the trash cans!I asked the front desk for bags they handed me some cheaply made bags.I never write reviews. One of the pics I uploaded,my daughter dropped some of her coconut pieces I literally walked to the bathroom to get some tissue to get them up …it was a roach at the coconut pieces in seconds.. We should’ve left but we were at SeaWorld all day..The only thing about this place is that’s it about 8mins away from SeaWorld..
