Didnt get too stay every hotel ive been too has accepted my debit visa card for the deposit. The young women at the counter was very rude about it and turned me away when i asked too speak with a manager she grined at me and was incredibly condescending.

Its a bed, shower and parking spot. If thats all you need with free breakfast then this is top pick. Its near the highways to easy to get to and from around the GTA.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this hotel, it was terrible experience. Ants everywhere in our room, doors were broken and loud AC/Heater.

It was a nice hotel the service was good, the rooms were clean. The only thing is there was no option to not have the towels changed every day.

Room decor looked tired and dated, but surprisingly the chair was quite comfortable. The mattress was supportive and comfortable. The pillows were the smallest I’ve ever seen.

Not bad for an airport hotel. Staff very helpful, but not in the best of locations for a meal or a beer

It was clean and quiet

Major construction zone. Hard to get into the parking lot. People were nice. My room was completely different than what I booked. They told me no shower only a big bath. No big bath but it had a shower. So bizarre. The room by was nice though. I couldn’t change room, I could refund.

Loved the breakfast and the rooms. Staff was excellent. I missed having a table to sit at in the building somewhere so I could study. The parking lot was pleasant but construction around it was not. The hallway carpet could have used some TLC. First time for us to stay in Canada and it was a lovely experience. We come from a small time so it was sweet to meet people from other countries.

The room was great, just a couple of things I noticed but wasnt a big deal for me because i was only there for one night. The drips of nicotine on the bathroom door, previous customers might have been smoking in the bathroom, i also smelled stale cigarette smoke in the room. Long hair around the side of the mattress was probably missed by housekeeping. Staff very polite and friendly.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Replaced our fridge no questions asked as it wasn’t keeping things cold. Good breakfast.

Food at breakfast is very low quality. Boiled eggs had a fish flavour accirding to two family members. Omlet tasted like it came from a box of powdered omelets etc. There was restaurant and no food nearby. There was coffee and real cream so that was good. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Very clean. Love the small pillows. Bed was super comfortable. Has a microwave and fridge and included breakfast though I left to early to try it.

Clean place to sleep

Three days stay at this hotel was good. Clean and polite staff. The room was cleaned every day and the beds well done.

The facilities were good. I can recommend the rooms. The difficulty was the check in policies of the hotel. I have been travelling and my credit card was full. It could not take the deposit. The room was prepaid. They wanted $50 deposit. I offered cash or debit but they refused to accommodate my situation. They would prefer to send a traveller away from a prepaid room than try to find another way to accept a $50 deposit. Basic human dignity was lacking. All business and policy. No customer service or humanity.

It’s very noisy and could sleep

Was the absolute loudest and noseiest place I have ever stained in .When leaving the place 2 hrs before I wanted to as we were kept up all night , I told the front desk upon leaving and they so oh ok thank you very much …..

Shuttle service to and from the airport would be convenient

It wasn't a comfort night as expected.

The hotel is located right beside the street and my room was facing the street, so the noise from cars driving by would affect to our sleep at night. The pillows aren't soft, so we weren't felt comfortable when we slept. The A/C has the auto fan function but it's not really worked, it liked turn-off function.

The property seems very new - everything is clean and modern. Even the pool looked cleaner than most. The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a short stay.

The staff was outstanding! The person on the desk was very friendly, efficient, patient and accomodating. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful and took great care of my room. The breakfast room was well-stocked with fresh and cooked breakfast items. The only negative was the road construction going on around the hotel. Detours made it difficult to find with gps but once figured out, it was no problem.

This was our last stop on a seven day holiday visit before we headed home. We were travelling with two service dogs. The man at the counter ignored us for four minutes after making eye contact with us before finally asking us what we wanted. We were informed they didn’t accept pets even though both dogs were clearly wearing service vests and leashes. He asked for proof that they were service dogs. He gave us a room on the first floor, highway side, in the middle of a construction zone. A coworker came up when he was checking us in and said something to him about the construction and he said “oh the room will be fine for them”. The room was okay, not great but we were basically just there to sleep and head home. Someone knocked on our door at five thirty in the morning upsetting my dog who barked, waking everyone up. When we were packing the car we were stopped on the way out and asked what room we were in and again told dogs weren’t allowed. Again both dogs were clearly in their service dog vests and leashes. We felt so uncomfortable we didn’t end up going back in to eat breakfast and grab a coffee. We just left. I don’t think I will ever stay at a comfort inn again.

Staffs were excellent. It was located in a remote area, however if you have a car, it would not be a problem.

We stayed for my cousins funeral. The staff were caring, friendly, and outgoing. Hotel was very clean and comfy rooms. The food was not your typical continental breakfast, it was eggs, bacon, make your own waffles, toast, and then your regular continental breakfast items. I would definitely stay there again

The staff was very efficient and kind. The room was cleaner than some other hotels I have been at, which is a bonus and the breakfast they provide was very good. It was also close enough to downtown Toronto that I could enjoy the area without having to be in the middle of the busy city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
