Cleanliness and helpful staff. Though the selection for breakfast are limited for those with dietary restrictions. Shuttle with a set fee from the go station would be great. They could run every 2 hours from 10am -7pm

Really clean good service

It was quiet

The pictures are deceiving in how it reflects the quality of the hotel. Dated rooms although the beds were fine. The pool was dirty - hair floating everywhere and looked murky. We were grossed out to go in it. The hot tub was even worse - yellow looking water and flakes of something floating around. The hallways and elevator had an awful smell. Disappointing when your expectations are higher when looking at the pictures. It need a good Reno and clean up!

The only minimal downside to this property is that the pool should be maintained. The sides are a bit dirty and peeling paint.

Deposits and parking fee were not informed upfront at the time of booking. $20 for open parking lot, no vehicle safety. There is no river view as advertised.

Excellent Room & Staff is very Cooperative. Have good business in summer.

It was in a very nice walkable area to the OLG stage venue.

The hotel was nice and quite clean. The breakfast was faitly decent. I found the staff to be quite rude and for a nice hotel they had a small tv and not very many channel options.

This hotel was amazing! It had a pool/hot tub, the rooms were clean and comfortable, it was right smack in the middle off everything you could want to do in Niagara, it had free parking and wifi, and the stay came with an amazing complimentary breakfast. Unless I’m in absolute need of a hotel with a room that has a view of the falls, I will definitely be staying here from now on when I visit Niagara!

Good location

The younger gentleman working in the parking lot made the stay amazing. He was friendly, informative, and overall outstanding. As for the breakfast staff, they came off very rude. Regarding the stay there should be better enforced rules regarding the pool area. Hard to swim with your family while 10 younger teens are jumping into the pool and won’t listen to anyone else there. Shame that’s it hard to make it an environment for everyone paying to stay there. The location is perfect, close to everything. Would be 5 stars if not for the breakfast staff and the pool situation.

Building quite old, only have one slow moving elevator, the air conditioning unit quite noisy, but the breakfast provided by the hotel wasn’t too bad.

The room was right by the pool and the buffet offer for breakfast is nice.

The room was decent, but the staff were rude and made us feel unwelcome, as if we weren’t paying guests. Despite requesting a falls view, we were given a room on the opposite side. Overall, disappointing service and unfulfilled requests.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Great location close to many restaurants and attractions with in 15 min walk time.

It was close to everything , the room was roomy and such a comfortable bed and just a small walk to the casino and to many restaurants. My stay was very short so did not go to the pool or had breakfast. The only I will do next time is to request a room with a balcony to view the falls and the lights from other tall buildings.

I tried to cancel My reservation due to a family emergency and I couldn't get though to anyone and tried the on line process with failure as well So I'm out almost $100

Pool area will cared for easy to access and great for any age! Parking was always available good restaurant in parking lot and several other dining options nearby! Obviously an older style of hotel but fantastic deal!

We had a emergency call after our first day there, our son inlaw had to be taken to Hosiptal, We payed for two nights, and stayed one, talked to the manager , he said sorry nothing I can do , maybe a little discount next time you come, parking 25 Dollars , room over 100 and never had the breakfast. I feel discounted.

The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioning/heating unit. It was way too loud and impossible to sleep with it on. Had to turn the unit completely off even if the room was cold otherwise I would be up all night.

I stayed on the first floor near the door so in the morning was quite nosy otherwise was a nice stay.

Great location in the heart of all the action. A couple minute walk to the gondola and lots of restaurants around. Very close to the casino. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Not family friendly

We went over the march break for a family trip and was really disappointed. There was a woman at the pool who wasnt wesring any bottoms , who then proceeded to get in the pool and start taking videos and pictures for over an hour. When I expressed my concern that children were around she then yelled at me and body shamed me. She was chatting and sending pictures for onlyfans and admitted it . I went up to the front desk and explained the situation and they did nothing about it. While I was checking out she was in the lobby and I again expressed what happened to the front desk and nothing was said to her nor was there any remorse for my situation. She yelled at my 10 year old because she expressed how it made her feel and they acted like nothing was happening. I would not feel safe going back with my family.

Location is excellent. But the hotels a maze have to walk around outside to get to the front desk or for Breakfast or you walk through the pool area which there is signs that say you can’t. As well we went down to the pool at 9:00pm and there was kids running around through the pool area going from one building to the other yelling. Not nice to relax.

Came to Niagara Falls for a show at the Casino. This Inn was convenient to that as well as the Falls and restaurants.

Staff was kind and treated us well. Rooms clean. I could use a desk and a chair in the room. Got shocks from the sheets, they are not cotton. Location is great and overall experience for the very low rate we got was excellent.

Room was sparkly clean, front desk always do their best to accomidate.

Super affordable, very very pleased with what they offered.. upset there was no microwave in the room. Appreciate the free breakfast!! Some fresh food/fruit would be nice. Hot tub was nice and hot.. could use a little upkeep.

The pool didn't look overly clean. The elevator had an odd odour when inside. Price was exceptional.

The service was fantastic and the manager Puneet went above and beyond to make my best friend’s 40th birthday celebration special!

We upgraded to a family suite and the unit they put us in was quiet disturbing. After I called to complain that this was not the room that was advertised and that we would be leaving the front desk agreed to show us a new room. This new family suite was much nicer and the one we saw advertised. I have no idea why we were not given this room from the beginning considering I made it very clear to the hotel that I was travelling with a baby and a small child and even paid for an upgrade. I would highly encourage anyone to avoid staying in unit 231. Also, bring your own baby crib as the one they provided was disgusting. Once our room was honoured, the hotel stay was great. The hotel is in a great location, family friendly and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great.

Won’t stay here again. The smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana was very obvious in the room and hallways, the pool was packed and loud, also looked murky. The line for breakfast in the morning was so long that we didn’t bother.

Great Customer Service!

Hotel was a budget friendly choice. Breakfast was really good, with an option to make fresh waffles to go with scrambled eggs and sausage. Front desk was very accomadating, making check in and out very easy. The kids had fun in the pool and hot tub! House keeping gave us fresh sheets to our liking when needed.

There is a lack of maintenance. Staff did not welcome us when we arrived and it almost looked like he was upset. He changed me for parking in my credit card without even telling me. Harddly talk or explain anything. Very rude.

Had a great time at comfort inn for a 3 night stay. For the price this is an excellent choice. We came for the pool and free breakfast and were not disappointed. Had hot options like eggs and waffles. There can sometimes be a line but the cost of breakfast at a sit down restaurant anywhere else could have you paying 50 for 3-4 people. The cost for parking is also really great, especially when there's a hotel across the street charging $50 per night. Not sure why people complain so much.. maybe go to a different hotel and pay 3-4 times the price? The staff are also exceptional. Had a great time.
