Best motel bed

Spotless room and bathroom, bed was so comfortable. Room furnishings modern. Will stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade. The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We dined at the Botanica restaurant next door which was very nice.

The ladders of the pool are too steep.

Staff very personable and competent. Upgraded room.

Very helpful at booking in and upgraded our room. The room was very clean and spacious and very well equipped. We also enjoyed the large swimming pool and gardens. Unfortunately being a public holiday the restaurant was not open but we were directed to a pleasant alternative.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, pool available. Walking distance to cafes in cbd or along river for breakfast then walk back to work it off. Shops take away stores nearby.

Booked last minute. Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to assist.

Good size room, clean. Outdoor pool. Only ussue was noise from trucks on main road.

Excellent stay despite being a last minute booking. I had a little trouble with the WIFI at night but was working the next day so not sure if it was a glitch or user error.

Not the biggest room, but certainly the cleanest we’ve seen the whole trip - finally a team that is thorough! Reception staff are great, even phoning to check our arrival time and ensure our check in is smooth. Lovely internal courtyard garden and pool area. Could benefit with a microwave in the room and possibly wall mounting the tv to provide more bench space, but otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Value for money, very clean, rooms with the view of the common garden... but overall, very well managed by a most friendly manageress with a great sense of humour. I would definitely recommend.

The area was just perfect for me. My husband and i stopped over on our way melbourne.

Couldn't ask for better service

The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable but the highlight of our stay was the accommodating and very friendly staff. We had some specific requests due to our car breakdown which were met with a high level of empathy and consideration. One small negative is that there is a bit of truck road noise at night so bring earplugs if that bothers you, despite this I would definitely stay again. Also the adjoining Botanica restaurant is excellent !

GREAT LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN & SAFE

We had a great weekend away in Mildura. The motel was clean tidy and well positioned on the main road. We were in room 1 right at the front near reception and we’re worried about the noise but when in the room we could barely hear anything and all staff were respectful and quite when walking back and forth past our room to the staff area. The room was clean tidy and well layed out. The bed was fantastic and really comfortable. The bathroom was clean but could have been a touch cleaner but that’s just us being picky. The only issue was the pillows. They were flat as pancakes and very uncomfortable. Definitely bring your own pillows.

Staff very friendly and genuine willing to help with enquires. Clean and tidy all round. Close to facilities. Only one thing needs attention is the bed. Not too comfortable but not really bad either. But overall very good place to stay. I won’t hesitate to stay there again on next trip.

Loved the garden. Sat outside with a coffee and just enjoyed it. Room was lovely, staff were really nice. Definitely stay again.

The garden area & pool we’re just lovely & made you feel very relaxed. The room was comfortable & furnished lovely . The bathroom could do with a facelift. There it’s bit of highway noise. The restaurant Botanica is excellent. I would stay there again.

I understand covid has affected many aspects of tourism but basic features are important like The pool being green when it was 36 on arrival at 4.30 pm and no milk in fridge for coffee Plus paying 175 for night in Mildura on a Sunday night after driving for many hours with no Dinning or in room service was disappointing and being told “Dinning is shut”. Prbs not the best experience

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful after a long drive. Pool chairs and lounges could use some cleaning as they were a bit dusty. Overall very happy with our stay.

Half way stop on way to Adelaide. Loved the pool after a long drive. We got room service for dinner and it was absolutely delicious.

The room was perfect, the fridge freezer doesn’t freeze, but we had a wonderful stay. The pool is amazing…….to look at. It’s so cold though you can just barely tolerate a dunk and then you’re out. Wish there were water tubes on the roofs to help with the temperature. It was 40.° outside but freezing in the pool???

Ok size room, clean room with foxtel access. Close to shops and not far from city centre.

This was a very well presented hotel with a friendly reception. Spacious room and a lovely pool under a shade cloth. Very nice for hot days.

Comfortable motel away from the CBD

Pleasant and comfortable room. Tastfully decorated - although the bedside hanging lamps are a trap as they are too low. We regularly bumped our heads on them when walking past. Front desk service is very friendly and helpful.The only negative is that the motel is a long way from the centre of town. Fortunately there is a very good restaurant next door.

Mildura Stay

Good hotel in central Mildura . Only negative thing cars sit in the sun all day, no cover or trees.

Modern rooms comfortable bed and clean the property had a great pool for those hot days Recommend booking all your nights I accidentally shorted myself a night and the guy was trying to charge me way more than I’d paid per night so I had to go to another but what can ya do was a good place to stay I’d stay there again

Excellent Rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent mini bar contents, very happy with our stay will stay again although the pool was a little chilly.

Reception service was good and polite. Thus issue i had was the airfresher in the room was overpowering and too strong. I couldn't unlock and open the windows. I couldn't find where it was coming from to turn it off or tske it outside. I felt sick all night.
