Quick trip

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. The lemon water in the lobby is always very refreshing, Easy parking and access to main roads.

Property was clean however walls had a hole. Towels had a stain. Over all average amd wouldnt mind staying there again.

Found empty chip bag behind a table when looking for an outlet. Also, a blob (shampoo?) on the shower curtain. My TV never worked. However, the staff were all very kind and friendly, breakfast was good.

No storage in the room. Our Microwave did not work. WE COMPLAINED AND THEY NEVER FIXED UNTIL WE LEFT. Some service personnel were very good others were pretty lazy; didn't do the housekeeping properly.

This property was very warm in the hallways and in the breakfast area. I’m not sure why they couldn’t keep it a more comfortable temperature. Our room was also warm upon arrival. Through the night we set it to be cooler but it must have had a reset button because the temperature kept going back up.

Nice place to stay

Leaking a/c

Stayed here because the fee for dogs was more reasonable than other places. When we got up this morning it was wet all over the floor by the window. First thought was when could the dogs have done this, they were never out of our sight or out of reach. After cleaning it up shortly afterwards, there was more water. Figured out it was the a/c. And noticed that there is mold on the wall around the a/c. And strange thing, housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9:00… uhhh check out is 11:00. Never had that happen before.

This place is disgusting! I reserved this as the most expensive in the area and highest rated, only to be greeted with moldy smelling hallways, elevator, and my room was even worse. The staff was unprofessional.

Good price for dog

I think this would be a great place to stay, and ours wasn't bad, but the ice machine wasn't working on our floor. The elevators were down so everyone but the first floor had to use the stairs. The property seemed clean. We would probably stay here again even with the flaws. They said the elevators were fixed as we were leaving.

Very nice facility but our room wasn’t too clean. A lot of hair and dirt on the floor which is not carpeted so it could have easily been swept or vacuumed. Shower was not very clean either. Sheets were fine and clean, sinks and toilet too. Just floor and shower we had issues with - especially floor. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good. Quiet stay.

The staff is always amazing when I stay at this hotel . The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable . The elevator was having issues my first stay so I choose to only stay on the first floor . Otherwise every was great . I have not used the pool area but it wasn’t at nice at the picture on the website

Stay was great, breakfast was great, staff was nice (except maybe one). Only complaint I have is one of the 2 queen beds was squeaking with every toss and turn I did at night.

I love the room I love the cleanliness the privacy the first floor near the end by the parking lot but best of all I love the tile floor.

Not a good stay

There was no hot water in the hotel. Tried to shower late at night and early in the morning. Nothing but cold water. In the morning the elevator went to the 1st floor made a loud noise and then the doors would not open. (Eventually they did, but is no fun to be trapped) Clean, comfortable and safe should be the least to expect from a hotel. This one failed on two of those marks.

Toilet was broken. Very slow to refill. Not all outlets are functional. Door to room would not close right and when closed was very hard to open. I would imagine someone older would have a very difficult time opening the door. Door lock did not work. Sheets and pillows smelled like very little detergent was used.

Rooms were clean staff very friendly overall I could experience bed was comfortable no issues I would stay again.

Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful with our question about Victoria. Our room was clean and comfortable, and well maintained. Also, because we had a small dog with us, we we placed close to the rear exit door. One of the nice surprises was a tasty,full country breakast and free coffee all day. Thank you Confort Inn, Victoria.

The property was decent enough for the one-night stay that I was there for. The bathtub seemed a bit worse for wear but everything was clean.

My family had a comfortable stay at this clean facility.

Seemed as if had been recently been remodeled and was nice. Furniture was in great condition beds comfortable and room was clean.

One night Stay.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and roomy. The king size bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There were many choices to choose from. The only down fall was the window only had 2 side window panels and a blind. You could see through the blind. The lights from the parking lot were keeping us awake. We finally had to use the clips from a coat hanger to push the curtains together to give us some privacy and block out some of the lights. I dont know if all rooms were like that. We were to tired to ask.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the complimentary breakfast: there were a lot of food choices and the tables were clean, with comfortable seating. I was glad I chose to stay here.

The Comfort & Suites In Victoria was great. The only disappointment was we had a beautiful room on the 3rd floor and we had to change rooms because the heat was not working properly. The person in charge told us how to reset it , but it never worked. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Overall a 2 star. Decent room since we’re in a small town but we had a knocking sound all night. Walls weren’t in great shape and the restroom tub wasn’t great either

Room was dirty, restroom was super dirty. The bed is so uncomfortable and very humid.

Only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom. Couldn't see very well putting makeup on. Also, the bathroom faucet leaked a lot. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Very nice! We'll be back!

Room could use repair

Room was decent and clean, however, when we walked in after being out for a while, there was a weird chemical smell. I noticed the AC unit was rusted and there was even a crack in wall with mold on wall. Also, the toilet was loose and every time we sat on it, it made a loud noise. For the cost of the room, I expected better conditions. The hotel could use some repair.

Great staff

Didn't realize until late that the blinds in our room were see-through. There was no way to close the curtains because the track didn't go all the way across. Since we were on the first floor and anyone that walked by could see us, that was a problem for me and my wife. Talked to the lady at the front desk. She mived us to a room on the second floor. The TV in that room didn't work. She offered to move us to a smaller room from what we originally paid for but would not refund the difference. So our only choices were a room with no privacy, a room with no working TV, or a smaller room at the higher rate. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the Hotels Chosen By the Wedding Venue

Our A/C had a 2 inch gap in the framing where hot air came through. Check in was not real pleasant. They did move us to another room but what a pain.

This hotel is need of repair for sure. The first room we checked into had about a 2 inch gap in the A/C where hot air came through. Now, they did move us and we thank you for that; however, why would you even rent the room out. Another couple had a stain on the center of their bed. So, not just our room. Had a long black hair in our tub that just freaked me out. A/C quit cooling around 4, so did not sleep well. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel is rated 8 but I definitely would give it a 9 the only reason I don’t rate it a 10 is because the fire alarm kept going off during the night and early morning hours (3 days in a row) Which I’m sure was a malfunction on a detector on the second floor or someone was smoking when they weren’t suppose to be, other wise it was a GREAT STAY, staff extremely friendly, hot breakfast was great every morning, and fresh coffee available throughout the day Clean facility, outdoors, and indoors! Always had a fresh smell when walking into the lobby HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I had to change room because the AC was not working, carpet was wet under AC. Second room had wires exposed on AC, paint, bathroom condition not finished. Will never stay here again.

Excellent property

This is a relatively new hotel with tastefully appointed, larger than average rooms. Our King room had a small separate seating area which was very nice.

The water pressure in the bathrooms was extremely low.

Liked it and slept great

We enjoyed our stay. It seems the room was being updated because it wasn’t fully finished but it wasn’t a big deal at all. The bed was pretty comfortable and the ac worked great! Shower was nice and water was hot. Breakfast was pretty good and the people were really nice.

Easy check in, appreciated the precautions taken to keep breakfast served in a way that minimized contact.

Our room was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was typical for hotels. You can’t serve yourself but a very sweet lady fills your plate with whatever items you want.

Received wrong room that was reserved,room given door would not lock,next room given no shower curtains nor towels. Went to previous room and retrived shower curtains and towels. Room ac unit very loud, rattled and room had foul smell.Management could not or would not accomondate to make things correct.

The room and stairway smell was not too pleasant.

First room was mildew second room was much nicer

The first room we were given had a strong smell of mildew. The mildew was all over the curtain and the bedsheets. We asked for another room and they gave us one. The second room was much cleaner and well-maintained but did notice a cockroach. The workers were very pleasant and eager to please.

False advertising.

My son and I were on line booking a room in the Victoria, BC, Canada area and in the mix of local hotels was the Comfort Inn Suites Victoria North in Texas. There was absolutely no indication the accommodation was out of country and the rates were in CAD. Fortunately the manager was able to refund our money, however the website should be corrected immediately as the assistant manager and general manager commented that there had been a few other false bookings previously that same week. Please ensure this is remedied immediately.

Hotel looks clean and neat. However bathroom tub needs repair. Very visible signs of repairs. May be the one I stayed was bad, not sure.

Room was clean , but walls are thin and u can hear everything . But their then that it was fine .
