Great place to stay. Super clean. Really comfortable beds and unbelievably cheap for how nice it is!! Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a Marriott type of room for the price of a motel 6.

Easy access from the freeway. Staff was very polite and have the front desk area decorated very cute and festive. We will stay here again!

Kind of get what you pay for here. Pool hours are nice check in was a little bit hectic and a joke cause they were throwing a birthday party downstairs and see more concerned with completing the party than checking me in and rooms. Weren’t that bad they could use a little bit of upgrades. We got a spring broken in one of the mattresses and the curtains are shredded All in all like I said, you kinda get what you pay for her.

This stay the tv didn't really work, it kept going off for every couple minutes for updates, so we didn't get to use it. the breakfast was terrible too

This place is clean, convenient, friendly, extended hours to the pool and hot tub. Did not get all stars because there is a shortage of parking space, no counter top in bathroom, and extremely limited free channels in TV. And If you are a tea person, bring your own. Overall good. I would book it again.

This was a quick stay on a bigger trip. Hotel was quiet, clean and reasonably priced.

Awful

I did not get good customer service. The receptionist was not only sitting in the back while me and another customer stood there for 15 minutes but she was rude. I booked it under my legal name but my card was still under my previously married name and she wasnt gonna let me stay, luckily i had another form of ID with previous name. However i feel this should be something they have posted for future customers. The rooms looked clean but didnt feel clean. The overall experience was awful. I do not recommend.

Great staff, great facilities!

We have stayed at this hotel several time over the last year. Every time there is some maintenance issue, either the tv or the door lock or this time it was the card reader on the side door didn't work. The location for us is convenient and the bed is comfortable, but it would be nice if they were a little more on top of maintenance issues.

I stay here every time I come into town for work and have always had a pleasant experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Bed was hard

It was over all great except for the other guests staying on my floor were really loud all night and I didn't get any sleep or relaxation. My floor was very loud and disturbing

I canceled my reservation within the 24 hour window with the hotel due to car problems. They accepted the cancellation and told me to call Expedia. I was on extended holds and missed the 24 hour cancellation by 20 minutes. The hotel refused to refund my stay and I had to pay for another hotel that night. Disappointing and unethical.

Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable

There was no hot water when I took a shower at 9:00am. The vending machine has all kinds of drinks, except water bottles.

Disrepair

Place was clean. Our room main door to the hallway was in disrepair. Door didn’t fit the frame and there was no weatherstripping around the door frame so you could see and hear everything in the hallway. Notified the front desk and they said they had no other room available, but they would look for some weatherstripping to help seal the gap and reduce the noise so we could sleep. Told me he would get back to us either way. Never heard anything from them and nothing was done. Front desk told me he would discount the room. Picture taken at night is with the door shut, locked and dead bolted.

We had a great stay except the pool was not accessible because the only employee who could open the door was off the last 2 days of our stay. We were looking forward to the pool and hot tub but didn’t get to.

Convenient and friendly staff

Our GPS took us for a drive through another hotels parking lot that wasnt marked for our hotel. Checked in at night. Looks nice, great bed. Can't figure out why the shower head is only 5.5' high

Above average for the price!

Stayed for a basketball tournament. Was kind of a high maintenance guest. Asked for extra towels, asked for a roll away, asked for an early check in. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. I was late checking out and they came to tell me and were very kind about it.

Check in was fast and easy, all of the employees were very nice! The only negative is the hot tub needs serious work, the steps and seating spots are crumbling apart!

Had a great stay was quiet staff was friendly would stay here again.

Clean rooms only down was heating the other guests come in and out their door.

Great stay, but key card reader issues

The only thing wrong was the card reader on the door didn’t work properly. When i first went to het into the room it took about 20 card slides for it to work. Then in the morning i went down for breakfast and it didn’t work at all so went back to the lobby and got new keys made, still didn’t work so went back down to the lobby and the frobtdesk staf came with me with his door reader and let me in. I was on the third floor so that was alot of time wasted getting into the room when I had an appointment at 8am. Besides that everything was great. Clean, very cozy, and the staff was very nice.

Tricky to get in and out. Staff was accommodating but it is just a basic hotel

We have stayed here two times. Easy check in, nice pool. Parking can get pretty full but we’ve found a spot both times. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Lovely staff. Warm and welcoming.

When we arrived in our room there was hair all over both of the beds. It was kind of gross. My daughter thought the same and refused to sleep under the blankets. The heater thing was frustrating as well. It wasn’t consistent and every time we would leave and come back to our room the room smelled stuffy and had an odor. I wouldn’t stay her again.

Money issue

It was good stay. Except. I had no knowledge of deposit security cost . They say it is the "policy" and will refunded back when im checking out. Im strapped on money budget. They should have lower deposit security cost! Complete BS

Very nice, sidewalks were very icy.

The property and room itself were fine. Unfortunately it was the girls wrestling team that made that made our stay unenjoyable. They were in rooms right beside us and above us. The desk staff did deal with the issue but it still took until midnight for things to get quiet.

Great value!

The hotel was very clean and was decorated so cute for Valentine's Day! The bed was comfortable, breakfast was adequate. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was east to access. Walmart was close by. Crispy Cream was right across the street. What’s not to love?

Great staff. Rooms are confortable. Stayed a week. Requested housekeeping and it didn't happen.

Blackout curtains did not totally close and there were bright lights shining directly towards our room. I think this would be an easy fix though.

Expected more

Previous reviews led me to believe our stay here would be on par with our usual stays at 2.5 star hotels. It was not. Staff was friendly. Bathroom and bedding were clean. But the carpet was gross. The entire room is somewhat outdated but the carpets definitely need to be replaced. Pool and hot tub were nice and big which my kids enjoyed. Breakfast offerings were pretty basic. Nothing special. And another guest came to breakfast in bare feet. Which is more gross for her than anyone else- but it just kind of summed up the entire experience. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Wouldnt stay again

The shower water was cold. The phone didnt work. The tv wouldnt work. Beds were uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, nice central location

The place seemed a little run down. We were there for 3 days, and requested to have housekeeping. The front desk confirmed that they would send housekeeping that day, and nobody came. Extremely disappointing.

Nice and clean

It was really good. Pool was very nice and clean. There was breakfast. That wasn’t mentioned in the amenities, so it was a nice surprise.

The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is clean, and the temperature is just right. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is a wonderful bonus—I’m truly impressed!

This is a nice place! Enjoyed our stay. At checkout I questioned if they'd done some remodeling since we last stayed? The answer was no that it's those that clean the rooms are doing their job! They do a very good job! I loved too how the room smelled great! It didn't have that cleaning gross smell or something sprayed to cover smoking smells. definitely will stay again!!

The hotel overall was clean and the front desk service was friendly. Easy no hassle check in and out. The room was great and clean. I would recommend this place for families as well.

Our stay was very pleasant. Our room was exactly as we requested. We did feel bad for a man who had his vehicle towed overnight because he had not placed the paper on his dashboard that identified him as a guest of the hotel.

Overall it was great. Parking was kind of confusing , but once you figured it out, it was overall good.

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable.

The staff was friendly and kind. The hot tub is huge! Great pool area. The room was a little dated but clean, the curtains were falling out of the ceiling and I had to see a chiropractor after staying in the very hard bed.

Helpful patient staff, the room was fine the bed comfortable, breakfast was pretty standard... but most off all dog friendly.

Comfy at the comfort inn

The beds were comfortable, the pillows were soft, the towels were nice, not scratchy, but the walls were thin and the children were loud and the babies were crying. You could hear everything.

The hotel, the room and the service were perfect. However the breakfast is not enough selection.

I could not check in when I arrived. They were busy and the front desk man had to leave to take care of some tv’s. I had to be to ballgame so didn’t have time to wait. When I came back to check in they were still very busy. I did finally get checked in. I was given an handicapped room (which I had last time but didn’t say anything). I asked to be moved to a regular room which they could not do, they were full. Very disappointed in my stay. The front desk was really good and apologized. I think they need more help so he didn’t have to leave to do something else when he had people waiting.

The property has a convenient location. It is clean, well-maintained. The staff are friendly. I just wish their breakfasts were better. If they would use real eggs, alternate the meats (bacon would be nice once in a while), and get a better coffee maker, that would be nice. The

Comfortable hotel but needs some love

The room as spacious, clean and served our needs. The breakfast was basic, not overly appealing as the cereal was off brand and all mixed together, the hot food looked dreadful and the bananas were so black that they would have been better off baked into muffins. The pool was ok, definitely needs attention/repairs to the stairs as they are all chipped. The pool deck needs a good scrubbing, it’s quite gross.
