They have breakfast and you can make your own waffles

The hotel was perfectly located for our needs. The room was clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. We, especially, were happily surprised by the breakfast!

Everything was great. Was pretty upset that the pool wasn’t open and wasn’t informed of until after booking and checking in.

Walls are thin. Heard what neighbors were saying in rooms on both sides of the room I was in.

I was told at checkin that because I reserved the room via Expedia, I was required to pay $150 deposit for the room in addition to the $50 reserve for incidentals! The pool is not working & hasn't been working for some time. Probably won't stay here again.

Bad desk help!

The night desk clerk (katie?) Is rude. We overstayed in the pool area qnd rather than say hey u cant be in here, she was very rude. When we tried to apologize again at the desk, she still had an attitude problem. (My phone gad died and theres no clock in the room.) Pool is quite cold. There was never any pool towels clean every time we went down there they were always dirty.

It was great, but my only complaint is that the metal bed frames make loud noises when you shift/sit on the mattresses. And my toddlers kept banging into them, making loud annoying noises.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean. The pool was a biggie for us as it was main reason we booked here; the pool was clean and warm! No hot tub but the pool was the main thing. The stay was pleasant. Only down fall was because we booked through third party there was a $150 hold on card which was more than the price of room. Very steep in my opinion, I can see $50 or maybe even $100 but $150 is too much!! it was immediately released on Monday. Overall nice stay and good location.

My only"complaint" would have been the noisey children. But that is out of the hotels control so all in all - we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice staff, good breakfast, went for a swim but the water was cold. Still had a good time with my Grandson but others wouldn’t go in. It was clean and quiet and was able to sleep very well. My daughter’s truck was side swiped while her truck was parked. Hopefully management will look at security footage and something can be done about that.

Was clean and staff at front counter were very nice. Only Complaint is you have to ask for new tiles every day on your own as it is not their policy to give you new towels, which I find berserk.

Very pleasant person that checked me in, very clean. Room was nice and clean, it was very quite when i arrived, but it got very loud as it got later into the night. But it did not last long.

Its not a 5 star hotel but it was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as good as you could ask for! I would for sure stay here again!

Check in staff was helpful, and pleasant. No ice Bucket, not surecwhy, bed frames were metal bit noisy getting in and out, i am a bit short, matteress slid off frame a bit. Would stay again.

Rooms are spacious with nice amenities, and the price is very reasonable. Free breakfast is not great, but very convenient. Highly recommend a visit to 127 Brewing down the street.

We didn't like the scramble eggs and sausage for breakfast. The rest of our stay was good. I also liked the lemon water they had.

Check in was quick. Room was clean and large for four of us in town for a baseball tourney. We would for sure stay there again.

Very happy with my stay

The service was great, hotel was very clean, everything was great except the food... Which was pretty awful. The "sausage" tasted like steamed "meat"-ishness. One could call it the LeCroix of breakfast sausage. The eggs were labeled as eggs but again.... No taste. The sausage gravy kinda tasted like white gravy with beef jerky in it, and the biscuits were small hocky pucks. Waffles were tasty, and there was a nice variety of yogurt. Coffee was hot, brown, water. Otherwise our stay there was excellent.

They had no disclaimer letting you know that their pool was closed before booking. Upon arrival, they were very unsympathetic about the inconvenience. The room itself smelled bad, we found leftover trash from previous people and the beds were really hard. I’d recommend this property if it cost less than the other, nicer hotels nearby. But it’s about the same.

Our bed sheets smelt dirty & so did the pillows. The pool was closed. But the front end staff are really nice & the continental breakfast was great. It’s just the cleaning staff that needs improvement.

Did not know pool was down for maintenance, would have chosen different hotel for price. Not the best neighborhood behind hotel, our room was facing the neighborhood. Facilities seemed a bit outdated.

The property didn’t have a hot tub even though they advertised that they did. Also the pool was out of order. I would have picked a different hotel if I knew that. Also when I checked in the front desk person didn’t tell me. She also saw my family going downstairs in our bathingsuits and still said nothing to us. She was actually pretty rude about it. The fact that the pool wasn’t operational and the staff was rude ruined the stay for me

It was advertised that there was a pool and a hot tub. There was NO hot tub and the pool was down. This is not okay considering I have four children who were counting on a pool.

One night stay

The room was pretty clean and comfortable. The breakfast food however was not great at all. The milk was barely cool and the sausage was so icky it wasn’t edible. I would stay here again but avoid the breakfast. Also the indoor pool was closed for winter. I thought that was the whole idea of an indoor pool, so it doesn’t have to close for winter.

We arrived to find that their pool was closed. We asked when it would be open and the staff said later this year! We specifically were wanting a hotel with pool. We were told that our room would be reimbursed. It hasn’t shown on our credit card as being reimbursed yet.

Exhaust fan was way toooo loud in bathroom Toilet didnt flush after multiple trys The a/c fan kicked on sounded like it was gearing up to cut deli meat. Ive stayed here many many times and this time by far was the absolutely the worst time.

I selected this property for a wedding weekend due to the beautiful spa tub shown in the pictures. When I arrived for check-in, I learned that the tubs had been removed. Disappointed, I immediately cancelled our reservation and booked with a lovely hotel down the street that does actually have spa tubs in the room. Comfort inn employees assured me of a full refund since it was their mistake for not updating the pics. I've spent 3 months sending numerous refund requests only to get denied again and again. They lie and steal your money and STILL HAVEN'T CHANGED THE ERRONEOUS PICTURES. Clearly they don't care about honest or customer service. Dont stay there or trust them with your credit card info!

Not the quality experienced of other Comfort Inn

Was not told before check-in about satellite dish problems so no TV during the during the football playoff weekend. Fixed day of check out. Or that the pool is closed due to maintenance for the last month. The bed mattress is hard and has a metal foundation that makes loud noise when sitting down or other similar movements. I didn't have a chance to try the free breakfist or the exercise room.

Was told there would be no room service unless we asked for it, the room had been entered at least twice (without request) and his cologne was taken and maybe other items that we haven't noticed. The pool was closed

Would stay here again. Front desk was staffed, which you don't have at the lower ends of hotels.

Very nice room/amenities for the price. The fitness center has great equipment.

Staff was friendly. Not convenient to food and shopping. Black mold in the bathroom. Hot tub is gone. Big disappointment after a long day. Was hoping to relax. 😒

Update the room

The bathroom looked old and dingy. Too much noise above us constantly. The room looked outdated. However the staff was amazing Stephanie and Shannon courteous and helpful.

Didn’t love the glass window at check in, felt unsafe

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I prefer comfort inns for the comfortable beds as this is very important to me. The bed did not disappoint as we both slept well. We had to get up very early for a bowling tournament so sleep was very important. The breakfast was very good. We were able to eat at 6am which was good for our schedule that day. Good choices overall. The only thing missing was sugar free syrup. You may want to consider adding this. Overall a clean property and We were very happy with our stay.

There is no water bottles for sale, the vent in the bathroom was very loud. We had to have the door closed all the time. Otherwise, the receptionist was very friendly, the breakfast was ok.

There was a huge party going on in the room next to us. The walls are paper-thin. Not very relaxing. Pretty outdated and the breakfast was not good.

The hotel is decent for the price. The only issue was I had to kill 4 spiders, I know you can’t escape them, but it was one to many for me. Also, something crawled out of the back of the toilet where it connected to the wall, unsure of what kind of bug it was, but it was pretty big. It didn’t look like a spider though. Overall, it was okay for one night. The customer service team was great though.

What I liked about my stay

For the most part, my state was excellent. If I had to say some thing I wish was different was my teenager was not able to connect his PS five to play the game to the Wi-Fi. That would be it hey
