Terrible management, for starters; would not even recheck my reservation for payment, it took 2hrs to check due to an argument. unclean bathroom, terrible bedding, let alone the fact my tv didnt work and the heater barely got warm.

It was horrible the gentleman at the window took for ever to help us didn’t find our reservation demanded cash money payment trucker me into a deposit with cash demanded I stay in the second floor even tho l have l a disability and sexually harassed my gf in the morning accusing her of being a sex worker!!

A/C unit was not working. Bedspread was stained, walls were disgusting with stains everywhere. Carpet had stains everywhere. Shower was semi clean.

First of all they will ask for ID for every guest that will be part of the room u reserved not just the person who reserved your room. And Second, 10am is check out time and at 10:00am on the clock they will start knocking non stop with maybe a 15 sec pause then keep knocking until u get out. Was funny for me because of the urgency they had of getting you out. But other customers for sure will be annoyed. small compact parking lot area, but felt safe.

They wouldnt allow check in because they dont allow you to even smoke outside. This was not stated anywhere. There was no smoking in the rooms, but outside is obscene. They would not refund my deposit even though I requested it back because I coukd not check in.

This was no smoking place and the area is not good place to stand in front and smoke and the guy was rude to use.there was bugs flying around the check in window also it was bird poop on banisters to hold going up the to room

I stayed at this motel for 4 days, I had went to go visit my girlfriend who is around the area. The motel looks pretty big in pictures but it's not really that big. The room is kinda small, it's clean forsure. My only complaint isthe shower, when someone from down stairs used the toilet and flushes it gets cold and or hot. The walls aren't sealed so you can hear people walking around and flushing toilets ect

The bed was comfortable, room was clean and the management was more then helpful. For what I needed it was prefect. The only complaint was there was no coffee pot but both McDonalds and burger king are close by

I’m not sure why people are not happy. Overall the room is clean. There are some ants but they’re black ants that aren’t going to bother you. The old man is grouchy but it’s probably because he’s old. The young guy was quick and friendly. The bed is hella comfortable. They have 2 USB built in chargers on each side of the KING size bed. It was actually a king and it was a memory foam mattress. Very comfortable, Very soft. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in that area. I like that there is no carpet and all hard surfaces so it’s easily cleaned.

Good stay for the pricing. Don't expect much for the cost but no complaints.

I found a someone’s hair, but other than that, it’s great. The area itself is a bit sketchy

Nice room recently redecorated and very clean. Fast WiFi, nice big flat panel TV. The room was great, very quiet, not the biggest but I slept well and would absolutely stay there again.

Don’t let the area scare you

I only stayed there for 2 nights and I had no trouble with area. I walked to market for walk and snacks and felt safe. Bus 51 and 52 will connect you to blue. The room is basic but clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Couldnt even get a kay for the room said oh ill buzz u in and out like if we were in prison my wife refused to leave the room

They had bed bugs and I am pregnant and I woke up with one in my face and I told the owner all he said was sorry doesn’t even offer to send me to the doctor

The parking lot is awkward and really small. You check in through bulletproof glass on the outside of the office. The glass is so thick it's difficult to see someone on the other side of it and worse if its sunny outside. I could hardly hear the lady when she spoke. I was given a room with a noisy guy and his wife were given a room after me right below my room and a drunk guy with a very drunk prostitute got the room next door. Why we were all huddled together in the same area when there are other rooms to spread us out, I don't know. The room was very small and hot (and this is during winter). The A/C unit is located near the ceiling next to the bathroom where you have to stand on a chair to reach the controls. The bed only has one mattress. It's lifted off the floor with pieces of wood to make it look like it's a real bed. There was a very tiny nightstand next to the bed that couldn't be used for much. On the nightstand was a book left by the managers on how to worship elephants and monkeys and achieve enlightenment. I used it as a drink coaster. The blanket on top of the bed was very ugly and cheap looking. The pillows were terrible. The room has one single light in the middle with a light bulb bright enough to get a suntan from it. The toilet in the bathroom probably came from an airport. Had no water tank. The shower flooded with water, hair, and who knows what else. It was so disgusting. The neighborhood is ghetto and terrifying with sirens going off day and night.

I did not check into the comet motel. I paid on expedia then he tried to charge me again. I am waiting my credit back from you guys be sure to check that for me. This man that run this motel told me that my peircings were not permitted on his bnbproperty

Nice little motel. Rooms where of a good standard clean, just a room really, the only thing that lets this motel down is the area its in. Its not the most pleasant this was confirmed as we heard gun shots and numerous sirens throughout the night, and was warned by out taxi driver not to go out at night.

Very rude staff. Know one present in office. I rang the office doorbell for 20 minutes ( I got in at 11PM). I was told there's a no smoking policy over 10 times ( I dont smoke) and accused of smelling like cigarettes.

Flight got canceled and I didnt Want to sleep at the AirPort. Wasn’t a bad experience. Just your average motel.

It would be perfect if it wasn't so small. Couldn't prop my legs up comfortably due to the placement of the bed and television. Water pressure is a joke, I have to stay under the water just to lather up, longer than usual. I see 3 DishTV dish at the office, and I have not one channel from it to watch it. Don't get that. The phone number (323.361.4503) on the Hotels.com website is wrong, it goes to a hospital. The other phone number (562.706.3292) only goes to a Voicemail system. Nobody calls back. This is not a great way to help customers. Could also use free ice.

I'm happy, room price was below average cost which is good, no extra frills but a clean room and your basic amenities (shower, towels etc.) I would definitely return for a 1-2 night stay, I would hop on it if I see a room available, it books fast apparently

There was no parking at the hotel I had to park 3 blocks away and walk to the hotel leaving my car on a side street in a bad area which made me feel uncomfortable

It was disgusting. There was hair in the sink from the prior guest. Not just single hairs but hair like when you shave or cut your hair. Also the shower had a film of greasy dust on it that when I leaned against the wall to balance myself while shaving my legs, it left a hand print. If i wasn't so exhausted, I wouldn't have stayed.

F this place

Terrible. The sheets and blanket were obviously not washed after the previous person stayed in the room. And they stole my security deposit even though I left the room in the same condition that it was in when I arrived.

Excellent for the price

Very small but cozy. The staff was friendly and fast. Considering the price, best motel I’ve ever stay at. You can tell they keep up with the place. The only downside I saw was that the pillows on the bed were alittle flat but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

I had to ask my guess for 30 dollars In CASH because that was a deposit I had to have in addition with the rent of the room. And they need it on CASH. Do not stay if u don't have extra cash

Great hotel for it price.

Great hotel for it price. I stayed there for three nights. The hotel is located not too far from the downtown LA. The room was nice, clean and renovated. Good working and not too noisy air conditioner. Lady who works at the office was nice. But I would not recommend you to walk on the streets in that neighborhood, it's not safe at all. But if all you need is a room it's a good place to stay.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Staff was extremely rude and continuously accused me of smoking in the room. I told the agent I don’t smoke and he said “well people lie” I believe because I was young and black he was accusatory. When it was time to check out the next day, the manager actually went to my room to check to see if I smoked in the room and checked for damages. The manager did not check anybody else’s room. Horrible experience. Check out is at 10am which is way too early if you are on vacation. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

Quite a surprise

I was really surprised that everything inside my room was working properly. I visited six or seven other motels before this one and not one motel was in the same good shape as this one. The room was very clean, also the shower was very nice and clean. The power outlets were in perfect condition. Quiet over the night. No problems whatsoever. WLAN worked perfectly.

Very basic- but very clean and new bathroom, carpets and freshly painted walls. Great if you just need somewhere cheap to lay your head for a night or two.

Run down place not worth the $65 per night

Honestly, I understand Los Angeles is expensive, but this place is really, really not worth more than $30 per night, and I paid more than twice that. The room I stayed in had no window and only one ceiling light. To make matters worse, the place charged me the deposit TWICE; they claim we smoked in the room and I didn't want to argue with them since it was only going to be $35 but they ended up charging my card twice. I called them to ask about it and the woman just kept saying that they charge $70 not $35 and I was telling her she needs to make her customers aware of that, because they had misled me into thinking the deposit is $35. Very unprofessional service. Also, the sheets had cigarette burn marks in them, so clearly they have had issues with people smoking in the rooms before. To be honest, the location the place is in and the condition of the building - anyone staying there is a smoker or if they aren't, would not mind that the rooms are smoking. I think they should just accept that they are a shabby smoking motel instead of trying to alienate every single customer that goes there. I will never stay here again.

Better than it looks

Not sure if it's a particularly safe area at night, but the motel room was comfortable with a nice bed, inviting bedding and a decent bathroom. No tea of coffee, but good if you just need a place to rest for the night. Parking off road too.

I enjoyed my stay except that the heater wasn't working enough for me but overall very comfortable an safe thank you.
