This was really a hidden gem. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and all the staff provided ex Ellen service. Thank you to Habibe at the reception and Cherry for taking care of our breakfast.

The Manzara Hotel is very comfortable very well appointed 4-star hotel in a quiet location 5 - 10 minutes' walk uphill from Bodrum beach and restaurants and shopping. The rooms are good size with a separate lounge and good bathroom. The breakfast selection was very wide with an egg station for hot food. The pool complex's are very good with great views over Bodrum Bay - great for a beer or wine!!

Nice hotel, much better service urgently required

Very good position for a nice view - up a hill, for those who enjoy a post-dinner climb! - and within walking distance of the seaside and the old town. The hotel is cute, the rooms comfortable. It could definitely benefit from friendlier, smiling staff and better customer service, a bit of training would not hurt. Not great for cleanliness if you expect your bathroom to be cleaned even once during a one-week stay - it just didn't happen, though we asked twice. Amenities were replaced only on daily requests on our part. Nice hotel, much better service urgently required.

Nice property, but we found hair from the previous occupants all over the room so low points for cleanliness. Staff at check in were friendly, but we found the man at breakfast to be rude.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in awhile!!! We will be back!

Myself and my boyfriend (in our 20’s) stayed at the Manzara for the week. It was in the easiest location, a less than 10 minute walk down to the beach, everything we needed was right on the doorstep and we didn’t find the hill up to the hotel as challenging as others have mentioned. The pool area was particularly nice and relaxing. The bed was slightly uncomfortable as it was very hard and the staff were rather quiet/serious. But overall these were minor negatives for an overall great experience and we would visit again. Thank you.

Such a beautiful place, perfect attention to detail. It was heaven sitting around the pool with the amazing view. Breakfast was very good, excellent coffee. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was ideal. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. We arrived to be checked in by a rude unhelpful and unfriendly manager who didn't change throughout our stay. The staff were all very nice but lacked efficiency. Only half the sunbeds were supplied with towels first thing in the morning, a napkin had blown into the pool was picked up by a swimmer but then sat on the edge of the pool for 3 days. Our room was not properly cleaned during our stay - only the bed made and towels folded. The rooms and pool area were not very clean. A shame as the hotel is very pretty and the rooms feel new and are very nicely furnished but someone needs to oversee the day to day running to improve things.

The Manzara is a gem of a hotel perched on a hill with amazing views over Bodrum. The staff are first rate and the rooms clean and comfortable. I enjoyed using the pool and the restaurant is excellent. It's an easy walk from the hotel into the centre of Bodrum but quiet and safe. Highly recommended.

Incredible property! Amazing views looking over Bodrum central and the bay. Two minute walk to the center of town with all the restaurants and shopping by the water. Hotel staff was so friendly and spoke English. Pool are is beautiful and the wait staff will bring you drinks by the pool area. The restaurant at the hotel was great. Adorable rooms with a porch area. I loved it!

There is a club right outside and they played extremely loud music until 3am. Most of the rooms are facing the club, have thin walls and are not sound proof. Hotel staff just said there was nothing they can do. You have zero chance of sleeping until about 3am if you stay in most of the rooms facing the road here.

Pros: Clean and nice pool areas with sea views, helpful pool side and restaurant staff, good size room, quick reply by staff on WhatsApp Cons: Not great value for money - breakfast options are very limited, WiFi is poor, rooms are not cleaned thoroughly daily, hotel is at the top of a steep hill, reception staff did not provide clear information about things like check out times

Great views, lovely pools

This hotel was in a good location and had excellent views. I liked the swimming pools. I’d booked a Junior Suite, and it was very comfortable if a little smaller than the impression given by the photos. I thought the cushion on the room terrace needed cleaned. My only complaint is about the airport transfer company that the hotel uses. When they picked me up they went to the wrong terminal and on the drop off, they were 10 mins late and the driver pulled over at a store without checking with me first, and he got grumpy when I told him to drive on and not go into the shop! My tip would be to use the transfer service for pick up but there’s a taxi rank in front of the hotel so use that for your return journey to the airport.

Lovely view, convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice pool

I liked so much of our stay here, breakfast and pools were awesome. View incredible, location was perfect. Service at breakfast impeccable. Only the horrendous advice from Conceriage left me with a bad taste and lowered my rating. Truly, her advice nearly ruined our entire trip to Bodrum. I encourage her next to to simply direct people to Bodrum beach, which is in fact also the closest beach despite her confusion. Furthermore, if insisting people take a taxi perhaps ensuring they are armed with a number to get taxi on the other side would be useful, especially if sending out of the city to an area with a homeless encampment. I would come back to this charming hotel but I would never trust a word from Conceriage again.

Not worth the price. Bad service and condition

The stay was not good. The room was smelling very bad. We had to call the front desk for a room freshener. Staff were not very helpful and the breakfast was not good. The bathroom did not even have a shower gel. They charge you even for water. Definitely not worth the price. Only plus is the proximity to bodrum marina

It was perfect for my needs.

A lovely boutique hotel with amazing views over the marina and castle. Nice room, swimming pools and very attentive staff. This would have been a 5* review had it not been for the poor housekeeping. We stayed for six nights and even though we always keep our rooms clean, the bed was never made nor the bedding changed. The bathroom was cleaned once and this was only the sink - the shower was never touched. The management should look at this as a priority as being a regular traveller I have never experienced lack of housekeeping that was experienced of this nature.

Beautiful boutique hotel overlooking the sea. I highly recommend staying at such a beautiful property with gorgeous views, bougainvillea, olive trees and two very nice pools. The hotel feels serene and removed from the action just down the hill and within walking distance to town. Bodrum was great with non stop shopping options, a great beach and endless choices for restaurants on the beach. I hope to return soon.

This hotel was giving all the aesthetic picturesque vibes. Quiet intimate setting, pleasant guests and staff. Room was cute and the little patios give such an upgraded feel. Location was great right next to the bazar, near the castle and beach, lots of food options. There’s a small park just nearby to (beware no shade). Hotel set up transport for us and helped book us a Hamam for only 20€ which was a great experience. Only negatives are food wasn’t great and they can’t deliver ice to your room without paying for something.

Room facilities could be a little better (coffee machine, filtered water/reusable bottles, TV opposite sofa and more comfortable sofa,for example). Hotel beer ridiculously expensive. The hotel is walking distance to the town centre and the Bodrum public beach. It’s a sweaty climb on a hot day, but once you arrive it’s worth the walk. The hotel has great views of the harbour and Bodrum Castle. Our room had a spacious balcony and a separate sitting room from the bedroom. The breakfast has excellent choices, and is well staffed with friendly and attentive servers. We extended our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Manzara was a wonder stay for our family in Bodrum. The rooms were great, clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the pools and the breakfast buffet had great variety and was delicious. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was a few minutes walk to the marina, restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend Manzara.

This is a wonderful hotel. We stay there two nights and the premises are in perfect condition and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

This hotel was an unexpected gem we happened to stumble upon. The location was fantastic, just far enough away from the main town and bazaar that it was quiet, but also close enough that it was a short walk to all the attractions and shopping. The staff were lovely and very friendly, their English was a little broken but we managed to get by! The rooms were lovely and big, we had a junior suite overlooking the pool and the city. They made up the couch as a second single bed for my daughter which she said was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet style with delicious options varying from local cuisine to international standards like eggs and toast. The hotel had two pools to choose from both surrounded by sun beds during the day. One of the pools was then transformed into a lovely restaurant at night with amazing views of the castle. I would definitely book and stay here again.

Amazing property in terms of location . 10 minute walk to the sea front , shops and dining . Views from the restaraunt especially sunset and aunrise is simply beautiful Quality of construction and design which gives a very oasis type of feel perfect for seaside vacation. Clean and spacious rooms , very comfortable bed and quality linen . I would rate this better than many brand name chains especially for the price . Staff is very respectful and very service oriented . Breakfast is fresh with a variety of options and food at Dante is of high quality . If I return to Bodrum .. this is where I would stay . The only downside is that the walk back is up a steep slope which may be an issue for some . Taxi rank is just outside and there is plentiful of street parking around the hotel .

Ok stay, but if you can avoid it why not!!!

Let's start with the positive stuff : 1- Breakfast crew were amazing and beyond expectations. 2- Food was good and the service was very professional too. 3- Good location surrounded by many restaurants and within walking distance to the center. Now for the negative stuff: 1- Terrible housekeeping service. They just replenish your toilette paper and towels. Nothing more , nothing less. They dont clean the room or vaccum the floor. I NOTICED that they never changed our coffee mugs, but unstead they just flip them around. 2- Rooms aren't sound proof and you can hear the loud music and the footsteps of the occupants above you. 3- Breakfast variety was ok, but it was repetitive every morning. 4- Terrible management, if you were to end up with a delay or some travel inconvenience make sure that you will not receive any support from the management nor a compensation.

Great view. Nice staff. Clean and quiet room. Great breakfast. Would recommend. The only bad thing is a small hill you have to walk up. If youre old or injured it would be difficult or impossible without a taxi. Being on the hill is also what gives it fantastic views. We would stay again.

Beautiful hotel

This hotel is very very nice and the location is outstanding. It’s a five minute walk to the town centre and all of the shopping as well as the castle and the harbor. The area around the two pools are beautiful and the breakfast by the pool was outstanding. Literally this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed And I cannot recommend enough

A Good Hotel in a Good Location

We booked three rooms. Rooms were spacious, clean and serviced every day. There are two lovely swimming pools that have loungers - if you want a lounger, then get out early as they get occupied! We found the location to be good - a short walk down to the many restaurants and stony beaches. All in all, a good place to stay. Just don't buy a fake watch from the shops - they break within days, despite the many promises made by the sellers!!!

We had a good time here. However there are some issues. Firstly there was a smell of sewerage in the bathroom which is unusual given the hotel is on a steep hill (it all runs downhill). I finally found the problem. There is no U bend under the bathroom sink. This means that every time the toilet is flushed, the smell makes it way up though the bathroom sink - you can even hear the flush through the sink drain hole! It is basic building code that sinks must have a U bend in the waste pipe underneath which gives a water seal from the rest of the plumbing. This is unhealthy and the hotel needs to URGENTLY fix it. The Turkish breakfast is initiallly great but after a couple of days starts to wear thin. Unless you are happy to eat a lot of cheese, pastries, salad, dips etc every day, you will find a longer stay needs some variety in this area. There is also a very steep hill to walk up - we didn't mind that as it was good exercise but if you have mobility issues you will need to look elsewhere. Views from the lovely 2 swimming pools and the outdoor dining areas were fantastic.

Hotel is in perfect location if you are looking for cities vibe. The workers and atmosphere is very pleasant. The rooms are on a smaller size, but neat, clean and very comfortable. The views are breathtaking. Looks like a perfect spot… But … at the checkout time we were asked to wait while they will check our room. Before we’ve been asked if we took anything from the fridge. We said no. The answer wasn’t enough. Workers went to check .. why??!! You don’t trust your guests? You had a bad experience about it? I don’t know. But it felt uncomfortable. Never experienced that before, Another issue was at the breakfast table . We witnessed a situation when 2 guests just arrived at the hotel and was denied breakfast service, because they arrived early and check in is after 2pm. It means that day breakfast is extra. But despite that they got early check in .. and why not to give them complimentary breakfast?? They are your guests already! They just took off.. to have their breakfast somewhere else. It wasn’t pleasant situation witnessing that knowing how much Turkey is famous for their hospitality. Overall nice place, very well kept grounds and pools.

Magnificent views from the Main pool deck. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Multiple mini supermarkets close by for convenience. Modern & Clean and competitively priced for what you receive in similar establishments. Concierge always helpful with enough staff on deck to attend to your needs. the hotel staff are so rude and not helpful at all, I have to call the reception 5 times to get a towels!! the breakfast was so limited and poor, at the checkout, they accused us that we used the minibar(we didn't and anyone going should check the items are not open) the hotels location is good but the staff need redeveloping to deal with customers

The Manzara is a solid three star hotel. Rooms are small but clean and it’s two pools are well maintained. Breakfast is simple and adequate (with a great view of Bodrum Castle) and staff are kind and generally knowledgeable about the local area. Public beach is 400m down the road and good for a quick swim. Although only 10 minutes to the busy bazaar area, the hotel is far enough to be quiet at night. Do not expect to lounge about your room in the day as you might feel closed in, but all in all good value for money.

Reviews This is a gorgeous hotel. Way more than a 3 star … beautiful surroundings & lovely views. The bedroom & bathrooms were just fabulous. We had the junior suite which had a sofa and separate bedroom. Also a terrace. We would definitely stay here again. The staff were all very kind, smiley & helpful. Breakfast was delicious- Turkish style & a choice of eggs. The restaurant - Dante’s Italian restaurant had the most absolutely delicious food, lunch, snacks & dinner were severed. We ate most days. In the evening you can sit around the pool and see the castle views. Location is up a hill but a taxi office right across the street and just down the hill through the alleyways is the beach with lots of fab restaurants & shopping. Great location.

We loved our stay at Comca Manzara and highly recommend staying there when visiting Bodrum. The hotel is very new with a a modern design and everything is immaculate. The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is very delicious. It's a very short walk downhill to town from the hotel. We would definitely stay at Comca Manzara Hotel again!

This was the most charming hotel ever and the entire staff was so friendly and eager to help in any way possible. I would stay again for the breakfast alone. 2 great swimming pools but the gym space was lacking. So - I just walked around Bodrum to make up for it.
