Damp in plenty of area's in the room
Really was not impressed - stains on bedding not enough bedding or pillows Man coughing next door and opening and closing door till around 4 in morning Room very small Dont think will be returning
Ok for the price
I needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours for an early appointment in the morning. For the price, this hotel met my needs. The bed was uncomfortable, but the room was clean.
I feel safe since it’s open 24 seven a lot of dining places nearby. I will stay here again.
Nothing fancy but did the job
It was fine. Budget, but suited our purpose.
Stop over
It was handy place to rest after long haul flight from Japan, staff let us leave our bags with them till we checked in. The room was okay, kinda small especially the bathroom but we were just happy to have a bed to sleep.
Location, Location, Location. A perfect hotel for a single traveller wanting to see the sights of London. The hotel is situated in a quiet street near Victoria Station and only a short journey to a vast array of London Attractions. Unfortunately my trip coincided with an endless array of roadworks, closed roads and missing pavements and London will look alright once it is finally finished.
My hotel room was smaller than expected. The photos were a bit deceiving. There was barely room for one luggage in terms of opening it up to get our stuff. When it came to the restroom, that was extremely small. I sat on the toilet and was able to touch the sink and floor of the shower. When it came to cleanliness, I got an “icky” feeling and just didn’t feel comfortable. They also have cleaning supplies in the hall way like vacuums and clean towels. I would not recommend this hotel during warmer weather as there was no proper air circulation. Also, no elevators which I don’t mind but carrying suitcases up steep stairs isn’t ideal. Some pros: Staff was nice during check-in. Decent location with a 10 minute walk to Victoria Station which was nice as we took the Gatwick Express.
Affordable, clean and great location
Very friendly and helpful when I arrived. The room was fine, a shoebox but clean, it was on the ground floor which makes me a bit uncomfortable as a woman and had to keep the window closed. The TV had a light that was flashing when it wasn't on which was a tad annoying but minor stuff. Good shower. Price was very affordable. Location great.
Good.
Simple and Cozy
The area had a lot of lighting. I felt safe on the street going home at night. There were many other people walking around which also made me feel safe. I would have liked a simpler TV. TV is important to me to unwind at the end of the day. The step down from the bathroom/shower area is too high making it dangerous. That's such an easy fix. I liked that the window could open for fresh air.
BEDBUGS!
The old saying “you get what you pay for” describes my experience. My room with ensuite was very small. The staff were polite and helpful.
General stay experience
Toilet and shower very clean and lovely though quite tight. The bed frame in my room was shouting for a change. Other than these, it was a lovely stay and I would come back but definitely staying in another room.
worth the money
A small and comfortable room in a central location and close to public transportation
Eventhough I booked the room for 4 nights, I just stayed at the hotel for just 1 night the bathroom since in our room was super small almost same size as one in air planes. The hotel has no elevator so hard to carry big bags in our room on top floor. I will appreciate if you returm back my money for 3 nights I was really not expecting this kind of room. I booked another hotel from 18th Aug to 21st Aug 2024. The location is great if somebody don't mind the discomforts I have mentioned
Reception is good, room was a bit scary because the window can easily open from the outside but it was quite clean. Comfort room was too small, that you have to bring your own soap. It was nice for a budget friendly stay.
Price was good
Tiny toilet. Smell of food.
Positives: Good location to Victoria. Friendly staff and quite enough. Negatives: steep staircase, very small bedroom and even smaller toilet. It was the smallest I ever been, I could hardly move and I am petite! Only two small bath towels that smelled of foods. No hand towel provided. The taps on the sink are mixed up so the one marked with hot water is the cold water and vice versa.
Great for a budget friendly stay. Room was clean abd the hotel staff let us hold our bags before check in and after check out.
This hotel was great for me because of walking distance to Victoria bus station and #25 bus stop for big bus hop on hop off. There are also a few food places close.
The property is very basic and dated. Although expensive it was the lower end of properties locally so be prepared for the style, amenities and standard to reflect that. TV didn't work, rooms very dated. Fire doors propped open. I'd probably not stay again but was all that was available for the dates I needed to be close to the Royal Chelsea Hospital
The air in the rooms needs to be refreshed more often. Other than that everything is ok.
Would happily stay again when on a budget.
The rooms was a bit on the small side and was incredibly warm but, it was very cheap for three nights, the bed was very comfy and the staff were friendly. Its in a great location for some sightseeing and underground stations. The housekeepers refreshed rooms to a high standard both afternoons.
Good budget hotel in a very convenient area of central London. Lots of dining options nearby and safe area. The hotel is basic but it's nice to have one's own space without overspending. Would happily return.
Stort Stay
Ok experience perfect for short stays or working in Victoria or Victoria train station. The hotel cleanliness was adequate
Great location, walking distance to central London and tourist attractions. The little tiny TV was just cute. Terrible video quality but we laughed.
I do not recommend this place. It's not good staff are rude not polite and room so unhygienic and smell so bad it's really not worth it the money I don't like it and there is some noise every time and facilities nothing.
Budget hotel. Small bathroom with no racks or hooks to place towel or clothes. I don’t mind the TV being so tiny, but it’s way up high . Would be nice if it was lowered so that I would not get a neck pain. Room with a kettle and a hair dryer.
Good location but the facilities are basic and the room is very small
I messaged about an accidental booking on the wrong date (very early in the morning and was accidentally booked for that day instead of the next) and was hoping to amend this. No one responded to my request.
El hotel súper pequeño y los colchones se le Sentía el Resorte d la cama no fue muy buena mi estadía adicional de que tomaron mis sandalias del cuarto por error o por lo que sea No me gustó para nada 😣
Avoid
The bed was uncomfortable, bathroom small, and not well maintained. The shower was held together with a plastic water bottle….
Bring your own soap
I really liked the staff. The cubicle-sized private bath is a bit claustrophobic. Comfortable bed. and clean.
Stayed 3 nights. Never again! Whoever was on reception one night was either on his phone or someone was outside and he was shouting, arguing and swearing for hours in the early hours of the morning. Me and my daughter were terrified. It was as if he was right outside the door. I almost called the police as he was very aggressive. VERY VERY unprofessional, rude and intimidating. Shameful place.
Easy to find and not far from Victoria station. Lent me a spare phone charge plug. Upgraded my room at check in! Very nice staff. No air con during a hot day and could barely get a cell signal in the room and surrounding block are my only negatives. Otherwise would stay again if passing through London for the night
If you are looking for absolutely no frills, cheap, and pretty close to some attractions, this is fine. However, be aware that it is not the cleanest, there is no elevator, and it gets hot in the room! The bathroom of the room was tiny and you’re basically showering right on the sink and toilet, but again, I can’t complain because of the proximity to things and the price. You get what you pay for.
Close proximity to everything
Needs a good clean and decoration
Was great 👍 thanks
Great location , sadly room was far too hot .
Room was extremely hot . Unbearable to sleep in , price and location was lovely but sadly the temperature of the room was not manageable .
Would recommend for those on a budget.
It was a good hotel for the price, no aircon but clean and easy to find. The location was great and the area felt safe. If you plan on being out and about this hotel is perfect. The area is relatively quiet and good for people who want to explore london.
Prenota solo solo se hai un buono spirito di adattamento
Staff was very friendly and kind. For a very reasonable price you get access to the city. Minimal amenities, but that's to be expected with the price range. Great if you're a solo traveller or a young person just looking for a solid place to stay the night.
Great Location but tired and in need of updating
I was fine in the room good size but very tired and I think the bathrooms need an update big time this wasn’t as clean as I like it but fine for one night I was in the basement room and mainly all problems I had refer back to the bathroom but to be honest it was good for me to get to the coach station early great location and staff were friendly and helpful.
Fair value for London accommodation
No frills accommodation. I was a little concerned by previous reviews but found the room clean and comfortable. I would have liked to open the window for some fresh air but couldn't. It was fine for a one-night stay and fair value.
Don’t stay here.
The reception did not help at all, no maps, no talk, here is your key and see you… the room was old and dirty with a lot of dust, the tea machine has rust inside… and the bathroom is awful.! It’s expensive by what them offer.. Reason I stay it was near to Victoria, next time it worth going other place out of Victoria.
This hotel gets quite bad reviews, but if you want a very basic, no-frills room in a very good location for a good price then this is fine.
Our sheets were dirty :(
Good Value For Money
Check-in was difficult and laborious. The hotel was as expected for price and area; good value. Great area for food and drink, and travelling around.
Good location but room way to small and bathroom was way too small
Bring your own plug
This is the sort of hotel where there's no plug in the wash basin..... Its in a handy location for Victoria train and coach stations but the rooms are small with a caravan style bathroom. Clean enough with tv and kettle. Ok for a stop over.
Bueno para pocos días
Estancia tranquila y confortable. La ubicación muy buena
OK for a one-night stay
Was a bit noisy at night with window open and rain dripping down (we were in basement room). Also the drains outside were smelly and when showering there was smell of mould.
Walking distance from Victoria Square. Staff was kind and helped with arranging taxi rides for my trip. Also order room service, which arrived pretty quick.
Great Value
Excellent value, but room 109 was sold as a double, but was two single beds side by side!
The roof of my room was wet and dropping water from the room above me. But was everything okay
Cool place
Good location. Clean toilet. Very accessible and close to the Buckingham Palace. The room is small though
Excellent value
Excellent value
My recent stay at Colliers Hotel left much to be desired. Despite high expectations, several issues significantly detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, the condition of the pillows was appalling. They were visibly stained and unhygienic, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, cleanliness was lacking throughout the room. Dirt and grime were evident on the corner of the window frame, indicating subpar housekeeping standards. Furthermore, the promised WiFi service was abysmal. The connection was consistently poor, with frequent interruptions and instances of no internet access at all. Despite raising the issue with the reception, there was no improvement throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel fell far short of expectations. The lack of attention to cleanliness and the inadequate WiFi service were major disappointments. I hope that the hotel management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements for future guests.
Great budget hotel in a nice central part of London. I stayed in a spacious, quiet, double room in a fairly comfortable bed. No toiletries provided but tea and coffee was. They let me store my bag the day I was leaving. Would return.
Tiny, dirty, dated and warm.
I have stayed in some run down and dated hotels in my time and this is definitely up there with the most run down of them. There was no lift and being on the top floor normally not an issue but the staircase was so narrow it was difficult to navigate. There were the basic amenities such as kettle/cups/towels but the cups were dirty, the shower curtain had some very questionable brown stains on it but the towels appeared clean. We didn’t use them however as the shower head looked very dirty and as the smell of sewerage was strong from the sink we refused to shower for fear of dirty water seeping back up through the floor. The bathroom is like a touring caravan bathroom from the 1980s and scratched with red marks all over? The door had to be pulled/pushed hard to get it to stay closed and it also had a used condom on the sink!! Vile!! The bed was very hard and the sheets were clean but had holes in them, when i stripped the bed to leave the quilt was tinted blue as if it had been washed with covers before and it was very bobbly and obviously old and it made my skin crawl to think we has slept under it. There was a tiny tv which due to being so high on the wall and at an odd angle, the picture was distorted and everything looked black so you couldn’t see it but in fairness we only used it to drown out the street noise as we had to open the window over night as it was too warm otherwise. I couldn’t complain as i travelled with my daughter alone so was afraid.
No internet connection while there and no wifi no dining bathroom too small
Cool
Very good service.
Would use again
Great central location. Good if you're happy to walk short distances. My daughters both said it was in a great area and they felt safe. Bare bones facility but the area and location make up for it.
It’s okay for one night but wouldn’t want to stay longer
Return to this good budget hotel.
Excellent stay, very convenient for Victoria and transport links. Have stayed before and will stay again. Comfortable room. It is a good budget hotel.
Head down for a night hotel
Decent location about 10 min walk from Victoria. Hotel is quite tired looking but ok if you’re just putting your head down for a night. It was comfortable enough. It’s a quiet area, my room was facing onto street but not too loud with traffic. The toilet was a small cubicle type room and felt like it was wobbling when I was in it! I didn’t get the WiFi code when I checked in and the one I eventually got didn’t work.
Front desk people is helpful, I got a room in basement, kind of cold, no soap in shower, no elevator in building.
Very poor
Room smelt of sewage ,light didn't work , fire escape blocked by bags of bed linen.
Stayed here few times conveniently situated. Friendly staff.
Not a bad place
Good budget hotel
Good budget hotel, pleasant room, convenient location, transport links.
It was clean and tidy. Very quiet. Very well located with buses nearby. Enjoyed very much
O.K. for a one night stay after a London show and before an early morning flight from Gatwick (easy walk to Victoria). Wifi worked o.k. Shower wasn’t great - no soap / shampoo dispenser or even a shelf.
Room was too small. Television was rubbish. Smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. No plug in bathroom sink. No breakfast facility. Room was so small that the double bed took up all the space with just a little channel on one side to get in and out of bed.
Need improvements, starting from the receptionist.
Greatly priced and affordable room/great location
Room was clean and smelt clean (which is important) if your looking for a spacious big room I wouldn’t recommend. This room is okay if your happy for a room on the smaller side. Bathroom was clean as well as the bedding. The room was a comfortable temperature. Very pleased with the price we paid!
Never stay here
Hotel rooms in poor condition and some members of the staff very rude. I stayed 5 dias and only 2 the room was cleaned. I booked here because a las time change and it was really disgusting. Affordable price should not be a synonymous of bad attention and terrible facilities.
The property is v well located. My bathroom had a very bad smell coming out of the shower drain
Tiny stairs tiny room, very lumpy and uncomfortable bed, shower and toilet and sink in a closet
This is very basic economy conditions.
Close to the Victoria coach station. Walked to Big Ben London Eye and Buckingham palace .LI
Great Location
I would 100% stay again for the price and location. Location Location Location, i was walking distance from all the tourist attraction and train stations and many good restaurants. Beds are small, my son is 6.2 260 LBS. Bathrooms are very small.
Room stinks like a public toilet you can't breath
The room really stinks like a public toilet, sorry, it is just unbearable you can't even breath. I came too late to find another hotel, so I used double masker and kept holding the toilet freshner right in front of my nose all the time. The bed is really hard, I couldn't sleep at all. I just waited until morning and left to another hotel as fast as I can.
An overnight stay in Victoria
Comfy room, needed an extra pillow, bathmat which is alaways very nice, small space but it was adequate. No teaspoons but nice facilities for making a cuppa.
Average stay, cheap price
Average stay, for a cheap price
The smelliest hotel in London! Absolutely stinks of drains and stale cigarettes. The fire alarm went off at 4am one night with no explanation from staff. Mould and grime in the bathroom. And not very LGBTQI friendly either. Wouldn’t make my worst enemy stay here.
Stayed for 3 nights and sheet were never changed.
The receptionist are polite. The room was really small for 2 adults. Bathroom got no shampoo or shower gel. Stayed there for 2 nights noticed leaking coming from the ceiling down to the wall. Don't expect any small fridge except a kettle, no even a bottle of water. Also the hair dryer turn on for less than a minute then it dies you have to wait for good ten minutes to turn it on again for less than a min then it dies again so usless to dry your hair. Furniture is under average. The only thing its positive the price for the room for 2 nights and because it is also close to victoria coach station. And surrounding
4 out of 10 must try harder
Upon arrival the receiving person insisted that I put my passport on the registration form. Having only travelled in to London from Cardiff I didn't have one An argument ensued and eventually we got our room. Sadly this was an underground room with a 1070s era cubical bathroom. Tiny space. Smelled of drains when we arrived Cured by pouring a bottle of water down each of the u bend drains The toilet pan was not fully connected to either the plumbing or the floor. So the floor mat was constantly wet. The bed is very hard. No breakfast on offer and no services at the place.
The place is terribly dirty with very small and inconvenient bathroom. The bed state and mattress quality are impossible to accept. Though the personal is very helpful and responsive doing the best they could to make the customers stay as convenient as possible in these terrible conditions.
Rooms are quite cramped, including the toilet. Not enough space for 2 people, but could suit a single person.
Pretty scruffy
It's (relatively) cheap and cheerful, but I certainly wouldn't book it for more than an overnight stop.
Old small rooms but very convenient location close to Victoria Station Nice staff but very small and old rooms and bathrooms.
Simple & economical hotel just what we were looking for. Highly recommend and we would stay again.
Great location. Hotel was very, very basic whic was reflected in the price but is great for a one night stay.
Great location for travellers. Small space but doable for a place to rest your head!

No washcloths. You have to pay for soap. The bathroom is extremely tiny. Staff were nice. I would only recommend staying here if you need a bed for one night
