This place was fantastic! A little oasis up on a hill. The hotel has a cute beach access path that takes you down to the beach, a really cute pool area, and everything else you could need for a relaxing time.

Beautiful but loud

The hotel is a really nice place with an amazing pool. The staff are all friendly. My issue with it is the noise. The walls are quite thin, and the roofing is palm, so you hear everything going on around you, and some of the music from the beach bars too.

This place is new and magical. Absolutely beautiful.

Hotel is clean and eco friendly. No elevators. No handicapped access, no recommended for people with limited mobility. A lot of stairs to get to your room. No luggage rack, no chairs in the room or on the balcony. At balcony there is hammock chair only. No TV. No closets or clothes shelfs. No mirror in bed area. Bed is confortable, bed sheets are very clean.

Es un pequeño hotel que cuenta con una pequeña alberca, las habitaciones son cómodas y agradables. Tiene un pequeño sendero que te da acceso a la playa del amor y a playa zipolite. El personal fue amable y atento.

El hotel está precioso. Tiene muy bonito diseño, la alberca está deliciosa, las instalaciones muy limpias y el personal es muy amable. Queda muy cerca de playa del amor.

Falta señalizacion para llegar, la atencion muy buena y el hotel muy cómodo.

Las habitaciones no cuentan con ningún aislamiento de ruido, se escucha todo lo que sucede en las habitaciones cercanas a la tuya

Buen hotel, respeten sus políticas.

La recepción es muy atenta a tu estadía, todo el personal es amable y agradable. Las habitación son cómodas y están nuevas. El lugar es maravilloso, tienes mucho contacto con la naturaleza. En general todo estuvo excelente. Un tema importante es respetar que si las políticas del hotel es aceptar a personas de 14 años en adelante lo respeten. Estaba hospedado un infante y gritaba mucho esto es molesto para el resto de los huéspedes

El hotel tiene una arquitectura preciosa, el personal es muy amable y el costo-beneficio me parece fabuloso

The property is good in terms of facilities. But our first night we experienced a terrible service, the general manger Agustin, received us and the. He left us because some personal issues and there was nobody else in the property. Later a person arrived that was supposed to guard at night, but he was everything but a guardian, he made some improper comments, like he saw my friend and me sleeping, and then he suggested my male friend that they can share me in a sexual way, also he suggested him not walking with money because was unsafe, like suggesting he was going to robbed him. I felt really insecure, I had to block the balcony door with a table, because I was really scared. The manager told us he was being lay off, and was a lie, he was there again the next day. So if you consider staying here, not recommended for women traveling alone. You will not feel safe.

La alberca está increíble. Muy tranquilo y privado. Perfecto para desconectarte de todo porque está muy austero, falta espejo en el cuarto y tal vez un acceso al complejo más seguro
