Nice quiet hotel
Nice quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of main town and within 10 minute drive from the main town and souks. Dominique was extremely helpful and advised me not to book any trips because he knows reliable tour/taxi operators who are very reliable and offers excursions much cheaper than other main tour operators ( and that saved me quite a lot of money). I did not eat much at the hotel but my wife says that the Targine cooked by the hotel staff tasted better than the ones she bought in town. One can also eat out in the many restaurants in town. We had a double room (family of two adults and two kids) which was very spacious and had air conditioning. The very large swimming pool is well maintained. We had to leave the hotel until 1900 and our luggage was looked after by the staff who kept it in a room until our taxi transfer arrived. I forgot to check that Marrakesh taxes tourist and only found out at checking out about it and Dominique gave us a very good discount of over 200 MD as we did not have much cash left on us on our last day. I have not met another hotel owner generous as Dominique. Dominique and his staff speak English, French and Arabic and have been more than extremely helpful. I definitely 100% would recommend Coco Canel to anyone visiting Marrakesh.
Lovely tranquil hotel
Fantastic staff, service and facilities. Coco Canel is a quiet and peaceful hotel located away from the bustle and hassle of the Medina. The rooms are spacious, the pool area is comfortable with plenty of loungers and the food is excellent.

Definitely not what the description said when I booked it. It was fine could do without the cockroaches though they were huge. I only stayed for a couple of hours it was cheap but definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2 and that’s being generous. The staff were amazing that’s what saved the score
