I just have to say thank you to Gloria the staff I met yesterday. She welcomed me and ensured I had a good room and even booked Uber for me at 6am this morning to catch my flight to Lagos early

Clean, comfortable and polite staff.

It's clean and smart with nicely finished decor. Staff are friendly and efficient. It's in a great location for getting to the airport and is not bad for getting to the beach by taxi. Surrounding roads are easy. The pool was closed and completely drained when I arrived which is a bit disappointing but I would stay here again hands down.

Pretty ok hotel

The hotel was at best just ok. The hotel in general was pretty rundown. They didn't have that much to offer in general, i.e. they didn't have several food options to offer although it was in the food menu (no fruitsalad, no ice cream, no smoothies, no pineapple pizza, etc). They also had 2 pools (actually 3, but one of them was completely shut off during our entire stay), but after a couple of days they started maintenance on them and they were also shut off. No compensation or alternatives for the pools being shut off, no nothing. Before that the pools were dirty, they didn't cover them so all type of insects found their way there. Entertainment at the hotel was non-existent. They had miniature ants in the bathroom and the drain in the shower was not working properly. The windowshelf was dirty and clearly not cleaned for a while. There was a terrace to the room, but it was locked and therefore unaccessible. The positive thing with the hotel was that the staff were nice and serviceminded. And the location was good; close to all the places one wanted to reach and it felt like a safe environment. The room was big and pretty good.

This establishment is excellent, well-maintained, and exhibits a friendly atmosphere. It provides easy access to the community, and the transportation options are exceptional. The hotel experience was truly fantastic.

They cancelled my reservation for without telling me at all despite calling on the phone two days before to confirm I was still coming and I arrived late at night and stranded. The manager had to put me in another hotel that the staff was so so ruled and with no manners. I feel let down by the hotel because this is not the first time I reserved accommodation there and arrived at night from UK.

Excellent room, pool and dining area. Private and cozy. I hope they open that second pool.

Everything I saw on the website was actually real

The hotel is very nice with great customer service especially from Mavis and the bar staff. Fast and super Wi-Fi. Nice secure and serene location with beaches and shopping about 15 minutes by taxi. Will definitely stay here when next in Accra

decent stay

We stayed at this property for over a week and in general we had a nice time. We felt relatively safe during our stay. However, I sincerely doubt that we will stay here again. A few minor issues included not having an extra key to the room and a strong odor coming from the bathtub drain that staff sprayed prior to us getting settled into the room. That smell lingered into our room for the entire stay. The bathroom had a see-through sliding glass door which made it very difficult to preserve privacy during the stay with another individual. There is an on premise restaurant where the complementary breakfast is prepared. Every breakfast included egg omelets and chicken sausage that unfortunately got repetitive very fast. We also found that the kitchen did not always everything on their menu which made it hard to decide upon meals quickly. Outdoor area around the restaurant was nice and kept well. The grounds were nice and there is a gym where there are morning and evening workout sessions that I did not learn about until the night before we left. The property is not really walk-able but the roads in the area are largely smooth if not paved (roads around the property were unfortunately unpaved during our visit).

IT WAS VERY NICE ROOM, CLEAN, ROOMY, COMFORTABLE, GOOD AMENITIES AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN I RETURN.👍

the staff was nice but stayed there 5 days they didn't clean my room empty trash change bed sheets had to ask for towels

A beautiful hotel for the price, the pool was nice, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very comfortable with smart tvs and great water pressure in the showers. They also had a good comforter on the bed which was nice in comparison to the other places we had stayed.

Rahel was amazing in helping me get dinner while I was on my way there before the kitchen close and she also made sure my reservation was intact since I reserved the last room available and may people went there ahead of me but she made sure it was secure. Thanks Rachel for your amazing service!!

Horrible mattress.. Kitchen kept getting my orders wrong. Cleaning staff great! Never had the breakfast that was on the menu was not right!

Dream about cocktails @ Cocktails and Dreams Hotel

Out of alcohol, NO cocktails. Items on food menu weren’t available as listed. Fixed daily breakfast w/o other options. Order but not received as ordered. Bathroom drains w odor of sewage. Pool ladders missing steps. No trash bin at pool. Tabletops at pool unattached and dirty. No staff around pool to offer food or beverages. Staff nice, apologetic for guest dissatisfaction but no compensation. We stayed 2 nights at another local hotel even though our room was paid at Cocktails and Dreams for amenities, accommodations, food and cocktails as listed.

I loved the area it was in, the facility is well maintained, the comfort of a pool, bar and food! I literally didn’t have to leave the property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I shall return

The staff was awesome. There is a chuch on the next block and they blasted music from early in the morning to late night. The food in the restaurant was hit or miss. Depending on who is cooking. It took over a hour to get a sandwich and i was the only person there.

Can improve on cleanliness

Our stay occurred just as a huge internet outage hit the entire country. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us find alternative methods to access our banks. The pool and patio area was a welcome bonus. Good music and great service. It's quite a bit from Accra but would stay here again!

The staff was helpful and mind their own business. The property was very safe and secure. All of the facilities worked well. Water was hot. My rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area is nice, clean. They even had a live band during the New Year's Eve. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good place and great people work there.

I got my money's worth however all the 5 treadmill machines NOT working at the fitness center was very disappointing. Access to the gym was the reason for booking the hotel. I will be back next year.

It was ok

The kitchen sink still didn’t work after people came to fix it. The AC was not cool enough and I complained several times, no one came to fix it. Had power outages a few times. It still wasn’t bad for the price I paid.
