The room was the size of a shoebox, next to a noisy lift, with no breakfast included for 250 Euros per night. Go only if you want to be in the center at a walkable distance. The photo of the property and especially the room shown on the front page of Expedia is not the same, nothing comparable. I made a mistake while booking, due to time zone differences and flight arrival timings, and had to pay an additional day which I could not cancel just 20 minutes after booking on Expedia. Both parties kept blaming each other for not being able to cancel and rebook. I was even charged accommodation tax for that day, when the room was empty besides the 250 Euros paid for not occupying a room. Staff was average, not enabling or friendly.
Great Latin Quarter Location!
We selected this hotel as it was in an excellent location for walking to many sites. The room was a bit cramped but for the price and our budget and it being Paris, I believe it was a good deal! The desk clerks assisted in having coffee made earlier than normal as we had to leave early in the morning. They were all helpful and friendly!
Room was perfect and had a great view
Like: The hotel located on a main street in the city center and very close to most of interests, good transportation near by. Dislike:The hotel has a lift but it does not connect from the ground floor to the top. Guests have to walk the stairs to floor 1 then take a lift to other floors. Therefore, the hotel is unavailabe for disable people or family with baby stroller. The room fees are a bit overpriced for an average hotel. The high price is for the location instreat of the room. After booked, I found out, for the same room price is cheaper and included breakfast, if I book though the hotel website
AMAZING location ! Right by several streets with multiple food options, right across the metro and bus stations, walkable to Notre Dame and other big attractions. Facility was clean and gorgeous. Couldn’t be happier with my stay, will be visiting them soon.
I Love the area around Cluny Sq. A lot of places to eat, close to Latin quarter areas, Landmarks known to visit ❤️.
The bathroom shower was very low and uncomfortable.
Lovely property with excellent views of the mountains and the waterfalls. Friendly staff.
Amazing room overlooking the Cluny with a very comfortable bed and balcony. Great stay.
Decent
Room was smaller than expected and meed to walk up initial set of stair to get to reception.
Very comfortable small hotel room reasonable price
Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Nice little room very comfortable. Nice Korres toiletries. A kettle is available if you ask to make hot water for tea. Good value for the area.
Good bed, noisy room
Nice room, smart decoration, comfortable bed. Two downsides; - noise from outside was very loud. - also no spare plugs to charge anything.
Nice hotel, in great location, easy access to all tourist attractions. Nice friendly staff.
The woman at reception was very rude - we asked to stay another night as our flight was delayed but they could not and when we asked her for suggestions of close hotels she miserably said no - when we checked out she was rude too - no hospitality and we were very disappointed with her attitude The room was TINy - no room for suitcases to even open - would not stay again Very noisy
Very nice location, rooms were small but renovated and clean and very friendly staff.
Boutique hotel...nicely furnished...comfortable bed
Perfect location to access the Metro and RER.
What a great pearl in the center of Paris, everything was awesome. Only concern is for the bathtub, it needs improvement as it's way too high and unsafe to get in and out of it. I'm a young man in shape and yet I had trouble making sure I'd not fall.
Great stay in Paris
Our room was on the 1st floor, overlooking Blvd Saint Michel and Blvd Saint Germaine. The noise from the street didn’t bother us as it was barely heard when the windows were closed. The location is perfect for walking to most sites, and the RER B train from CDG airport stop at the (underground) metro station right outside the hotel entrance. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathtub was amazing - perfect for soaking and with plenty of hot water. The hotel clerk, didn’t get her name, was super nice and really helpful. The only negative was that, at the time that I booked, the listing on Hotels.com stated that there was a self-serve laundry - which was a main criteria in my search for lodging. There is NO Self-Serve laundry. They do have a laundry service where you pay per item. However, the amazing hotel clerk directed us to a nearby laundromat (10 minutes walk).
Location wise perfect as it is accessible to many train stations and walking distance to airport train stations. Also walkable distance to many good eating places and bars. Also felt safe late in the night, so are many areas of Latin Quarter. Staff is very nice and friendly, they also let me keep my bag even after checking out. Room size is very small which I think is very normal in Paris. Overall I will definitely go there again if visiting Paris.
Great location
Just okay
Hotel cluny square was located on a noisy street but we had no problem sleeping. The room seemed clean but there was bad smell coming from bathroom pipes and the shower had no door which led to slippery floor after each shower.
Small room, great service, perfect location
The hotel is located just blocks away from the Notre Dame Cathedral & the Cluny La Sorbonne subway station is conveniently located directly outside the front door. The hotel rooms are tiny, but clean & well maintained. We had a travel crib for our 1 year old, and that took up whatever space the bed didn’t. Apple Maps takes you to the backside of the building when you use walking directions, so i attached a pic of the front door. Overall, we recommend it. Friendly staff, good location, and convenient subway placement for east travel
Fantastic location. Clean and very nice. Cute rooms, friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.
Nice hotel, good room and bathroom, good location, good value, no surprises!
Stairs to first level, very comfortable
Great location. Our room was small but very comfortable. Be aware that while there is an elevator on levels 1 and up, access to level 1 is via a small winding staircase, which will not work for people with mobility challenges.
This little boutique Hotel is very hard to find even by local taxi drivers. It is, however, in a very convenient place to walk to many sights and to the Metro and train stops. Rooms are small and the ones situated along rue St Michel are very noisy! But they are clean and the beds are comfortable and the staff is helpful and nice.
We didn’t stay in the room much there was just too much to see and do. But the hotel was a good location for us and an easy walk or metro ride to everything and anything. Our favorite part of our room was the Eiffel Tower views, we were able to watch it sparkle every night.
Right in the middle of the best neighborhood in Paris
A very pleasant stay!
Excellent location with tasteful vintage aesthetic. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff and service were always friendly, helpful and polite. Nice gentle mood lighting in the room which, while not too harsh on the eyes at night, might be considered a bit dim depending on the person. Minor accessibility note: there seems to be no elevator access to ground floor entrance, only 2F lobby (reached via spiral staircase from ground floor) and above. Generally wasn't an issue, but guests with mobility concerns or extra heavy baggage may have a harder time, be forewarned.
Room with a view
The 5th floor with the little walk out balcony was cool. We could see the Eifel Tower.
Liked the location. The room amd bathroom were overall nice to stay in and had a decent view. Would stay here again.
Great value for money , the shower was great . Location was awesome with plenty of good bars around
Cute, Clean & Comfortable
Cluny Square was an amazing choice for my first solo trip. The room was pretty and comfortable with a very clean bathroom. The hotel is located in the heart of the Latin district with countless restaurants nearby. I walked to the pharmacy, supermarket and train station in under 5 mins; and I walked to several main attractions in 20 mins - Louvre, d’Orsay, Luxembourg Garden, Notre Dame. Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe are a train ride away. As a solo traveller, I did not feel unsafe walking around the neighbourhood, which was always buzzing even at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked about nearby sites and museums, and during the night when I couldn’t connect the TV. The hotel overall was very clean - masks were required and hand sanitisers were provided at the main entrance and in the lobby area. I didn’t like that to get to the lobby, I had to ascend a flight of stairs - though it was no bother for me who was travelling with one backpack, I can imagine it would bother other travellers who are not fully abled to ascend the stairs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d return. Oh yes, the breakfast was filling 😊
Great little hotel, amazing decor and really friendly staff!! Even amongst the outbreak they helped us with everything we needed! Made a tough stay much better!
all rooms
Rooms were really, really small! There wasn’t any place to put our luggage. Bathroom was nice and we had a cute little balcony.
Sadly, not impressed.
As I was only staying one night, I chose it for ease of access via metro on arrival and departure. The room was cute and great insulation from exterior noise, but the walls were very thin inside. Reception is accessed via a narrow, circular staircase which is inconvenient with bags, at the very least. If this was stated beforehand, I missed it. The gentleman at the desk did not offer any greeting at all; when I checked out he didn’t ask how my stay had been - only advise me of the city tax due, so all-in-all not exactly welcoming. Unlike the other three hotels earlier in the trip (Caen, Rouen, Rennes), there was no coffee maker or hot water kettle...given I was in Paris, I guess I expected just a bit more. It has potential, but there are so many great hotels in Paris and the effort just was t there.
I loved the view and the window would open to see more of the street view of Paris. Room very clean, small but clean. Staff was ok. Their not very friendly but that’s ok, but don’t expect for them to be talkative. Our flight arrived early (10 am)and unfortunately we could not check in earlier than 2pm.
Staff is nice. We arrived early and they took care of us nicely.
Nice little place, nice location.
Good value for the money, easy walking access to much of the central and Paris sights and further south. Easy to walk passed as the front is only as wide as the doorway. Staff was a bit standoffish, but not unfriendly. Room was clean, bathroom nice, though the tub maybe too tall for some to access. Wifi was not the greatest.
Cluny Square December Stay
Very good location. Room ,although very very small ,comfortable and cozy. Bathroom very clean and great towels. TV channels great.Very good heating . Reception desk needs more welcoming atmosphere, very distant no eye contact and perfunctory attendance , a simple smile and bonjour goes a long way. I would stay here again.
Great location, Great staff speaking English. Clean rooms. Lots of great restaurants within 1 minute walk.
Perfect location but NO lift to Reception area
The location of this hotel is excellently located in an animated area of Paris. It is steps away, literally under a minute walk from the entrance of the metro. Around the corner are streets lined with restaurants and small mom and pop shops. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was newly renovated. Some noise can be heard if one chooses to sleep with the window open as nightlife is very active on the streets. The downside I've experience with this hotel was that there is no lift from the ground floor to the reception area and the stairs is winding. This could be a problem for elderly unless the receptionist or another hotel employee would give assistance in carrying the luggage.
Good location. Cute place. Clean. However Hotel rooms are Too noisy in the mornings as the doors of other rooms were slamming when people went in and out.
There are better places out there!
Service was absolutely horrendous just like previous reviews mentioned (its true she didnt bother to look at me when i arrived to check in and later to pick up my key). I booked a bigger room for myself even though im travelling solo but was given a smaller room than described on site. Photos were not matching to what ive booked at all. Front desk reception lady blamed hotels.com for inaccurate info so i dont know who to complain to here! Front desk lady can care less about the situation and talked to me in such a condescending tone it was utterly ridiclous to speak to her at all. Room comfirmation stated to have bathtub in washroom and spacious 3 window room with city views BUT i got a much smaller room with 1 window only shower and facing the alley!!! Ive been travelling Europe whole month staying in more than 10 hotels and this place was the WORST mistake to book ever. Never again!!! SKIP IT
Totally Happy
Excellent room in an excellent location. Close to restaurants, Metro and sites
We liked the location, very centric in the Latin quarter of Paris (5 min walking to Notre Dame). The room was nice and cute. Very small, but that is the norm in Paris. You have to carry your luggage one flight of stair since the reception is upstairs. The staff is ok, some are nicer than others, but overall not too nice and/or helpful.
Cluny Square
Great location, kind staff, very clean room and updated facilities. I enjoyed having the balcony - would definitely come back!
Nice hotel on loud street near Cluny metro
When we arrived the man said better to book directly from the hotel then the breakfast would have been included. The front desk man tried to give us a smaller room 206 but then I went back down and showed him the Hotels.com paperwork of the turquoise room with more windows that I thought I purchased and thankfully he gave it to us. The turquoise room 204 has the 3 French doors with flowers on the long narrow balcony comfortable bed and we enjoyed our stay. The snacks in the room are available for purchase. The hotel is right above the Cluny metro which is also easy access to the RER B train to and from the airport. Walking distance to Latin Quarter and Notre Dame. We also thought it was an easy morning walk to the Louvre across and down the river. Very noise road below so we had to sleep with glass doors closed. Local Restaurants and grocery down below including a McDonalds that local teens frequent at night. The Medeival museum is across the street. Be prepared to walk your luggage upstairs. That was not a problem for us since we traveled light with backpacks. Maid service wanted to clean our room after we arrived back exhausted from touring Paris all morning so we didn't get a room cleaning during our 3 night stay, but we kept the room clean ourselves. I liked this hotel very much.
Good hotel in great location
A comfortable hotel very well located close to public transport and heaps of restaurants and cafes. It was great that they had a computer available in the lobby with a printer attached. The bedroom was lovely and light with good air conditioning. The only problem I had was with the bathroom which, while it looked modern, did not have a plug in the hand basin (not too good if you wet shave as I do) and the shower which was hand held with the bracket down at waist level so no standing under a stream of water.
Great location ,very clean ,one staff member not very welcoming, great to have a bath not a shower and dressing gowns , air conditioning unit very noisy!
Just a couple of days in Paris..
Paris in the summer, Metro not working for some lines.. crazy busy. But this area on the Boulevard St Michel is great. Arrived at CDG and train took us straight to the Metro we needed. Popped up onto the street and Hotel Cluny Square 20 metres away.. perfect
Convenient Location
Excellent location, just steps from metro station and at a lively neighbourhood. Can be noisy but the windows block the sound and there's powerful AC. Bed was firm, shower was good, wifi was fast. Negative points: 1) there is no elevator from street level to reception and rooms, so undoable if you have mobility problems; 2) not very clean: there was an ugly stain on the bed throw and some foreign hairs among the pillows (!) also one of the pillows smelled like wet dog. Staff was friendly enough.
Great place to stay in Paris! Literally steps away from the Metro, easy to get to and from the airport. Lots of dining options right nearby. Room was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again!
Lovely weekend in Paris
Great location , small but very clean and comfortable rooms . Nice people at reception. It was our second stay in this hotel and we will definitely come back there .
Nice hotel in a great location
Nice hotel in a convenient location. It’s a straight shot from CDG airport on RER B. This hotel is right next to one of the exits of the Saint Michel stop - it doesn’t get easier than this. Lots of nice restaurants in the area and very close to Notre Dame.
Biggest issue is reception is on the second floor and there are no elevators to that floor. Had to carry luggage up the stairs.
Great location, no service
The location is great. Just 5 minutes on foot from the Notre Dam and just at the entrance to the train to the airport (watch out there! - I was pickpocket there!). I didn't feel any service what so ever. They didn't even look at me when entering. They just showed me the room key without even bothering to take a look at me. Almost the same when leaving only then they had to charge the city tax... In the room there was no mini bar or kettle to boil water. It is tiny hotel but it was pretty clean.
The beds were very short, moved during the night and split apart.
A Great Hotel!
As is the case in much of Europe, there was a flight of stairs I had to climb with my bag, the room was small, and the bed was a bit firm, but I wasn't bothered by any of that. The room is clean, comfortable, and cute and the hotel is just 10 minute walk from quite a few tourist spots, right next to a few different metro options (a 5 minute walk to the RER C to Versailles and the RER B to the airport/Gare du Nord), and surrounded by great places to eat. All in all, perfect for tourists who don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room. My only real complaints are weak WiFi (not that I was in the room much to use it) and that the walls are thin so I could hear my neighbor and there was a bit of noise from the street, but I'm a deep sleeper so it wasn't an issue (someone else might need earplugs, though).
Decor was very nice. Great location! Didn’t like that you needed to use stairs to get to reception and elevator. Very difficult to use stairs with luggage.
Small, quaint, lovely hotel. Perfect location. Great area for food and drink not too expensive. Great value for money.
Sweet hotel but bored staff
Just in Paris for my Grandmother’s funeral. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable and I even had a little balcony but found the desk staff unfriendly. Seemed bored and were not welcoming. But if that doesn’t bother you then the location and standard is great.
Great location! Rooms are very small and the showers were very difficult to use.
The rooms are quite small, but very clean and tidy. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, with plenty of places for dinner, drinks and entertainment. The hotel is perfectly fine, but the staff were not the most friendly.
Great staff (poor staff)
Great room , great area and great wifi and UK TV, but the staff spoiled the experience with their rudeness and lack of cultural understanding.
Great location! It’s in the Latin Quarter (5th arrondissement) but borders on the 6th arrondissement, so it’s easy to walk around both areas, and it’s a longer but doable walk to the 1st arrondissement with lots to see on the way. There is a fair amount of street noise outside the hotel, even from my 4th floor room I could hear it (it’s at a highly traveled intersection), so if you’re a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs to help sleep.
Absolutely the perfect location and superb service!
Decent hotel with lots of cafes
Not too bad i guess, but staff could be friendlier.... Room I booked was rather small. But there may be bigger rooms for this hotel. And there are steps to climb to get to the lobby. Not ideal if u have heavy luggages to lug as the hotel reception staff not really helpful to offer to help with luggages. And when i asked for help, he did so with no smile and does not make us feel welcome. Most likely will not book this hotel again as overall experience was not great. Would have helped this rating if reception staff were friendlier and forthcoming with help. Have definitely seen better friendly staff elsewhere.
good location but a bit noisy.
There is no lift from the ground floor to reception, so difficult to carry heavy case. there was only a hand held shower, would be so much better if attached to the wall! The room was quite small but as we were only there for a night it wasn't a problem
Affordable, clean and convenient hotel
Pros: The location was super convenient. The bathroom was lovely. Affordable. Friendly staff. Cons: It was right on the corner of two busy roads so it was a little noisy. Small room (by American standards). The pillows were hard.
Perfect location
Perfect location. Rooms small but expected in Paris. Would go again
The room was a bit small, but over all was very cozy and great view of the street. Close to very good restaurants and very close to the metro. Overall great for the price and location. Would def stay here again.
Small room but charming.
rude staffs, dirty room, unavailable for wifi
Location, Location, Location!
Located on the intersection of St Germain and St Michael this is very handy to:the Metro, restaurants, cafes and bars, a supermarket, the Seine and Notre Dame. The hotel is quaint and although near busy roads is protected well from street noise thanks to the double glazing.
Great little boutique hotel
We LOVED this little hotel and our room. Our room was tiny (think NYC-size) but felt much bigger due to the two large windows that opened up and offered great street views. And the windows were completely soundproof when closed, which was amazing. The layout of the room and bathroom were carefully thought out, which is vital for a tiny room. The front desk was helpful and loaned us a bottle opener when we brought wine back to the room. You have to mount a narrow staircase with your luggage to get to the lobby, but we knew that and we’re fine with that since we were already doing that on the metro. We would definitely stay here again—in fact, my husband didn’t want to leave! Great location too—close to a metro stop, the Notre Dame and in the heart of a lively neighborhood. Really great value for this part of Paris!
Terrible begining
We had a problem in our reservation, part of that Was canceled and They arrenged us in other hotel near by. The other days were great, the room had a nice view.
Our Paris Hotel for the past 15 years
This is the only Hotel we stay st in Paris. So far three times. Other family members twice in the past 15 years. You can’t go wrong staying here. The breakfast is a bargain for the price
Great location!
Great location for this boutique hotel. Easy to walk to various spots. Dining and shopping near by. Front desk was helpful. We had an issue when we first checked in and they took care of it immediately. Rooms are small, but this is Paris. Decorated very well. Bed was very comfortable. We knew before we checked in that the front desk is on the 2nd floor (have to lug all your luggage by stairs to 2nd floor and then you can take the elevator for higher floors) -- not good, but we knew! We were there for 6 days and we would make a reservation there again.
LOVE Cluny Square
Cluny Square sits at the heart of everything. 30 sec to metro, surrounded by restaurants and walking distance to museums. Very clean and quaint. I stay at Cluny square every time I visit Paris.
Nice
Very central, perfect, very good if you wanna visit the town.
Ok
Very typical Paris hotel. Good location. Clean room Dont like how they keep your luggage for you if you leave it there not safe
Great stay
The Latin District in Paris is the ONLY place to stay. The Cluny Square hotel is 1 block from the bus station and 10 yards from a Metro station. The Latin District filled with shops, cafes, and restaurants. The front office to the Cluny Square hotel is on the second floor, with entrance via a spiral stair case only. However, there is an elevator accessing the upper floors. The room was slightly small, but exquisite, and the bathroom with bathtub was amazing.
Go elsewhere
The hotel is conveniently located, however, the street noise, staff noise, tiny room, and very unfriendly front desk made for a poor stay. The consition of the room was fine, but I'd definitely not recommend the hotel. It was extremely expensive for what is was as the pictures are quite misleading.
Flying visit
This hotel was in a fantastic location very close to lots of the sights and surrounded by many bars and restaurants. The rooms are quite small but typical for Paris and there was quite a lot of noise from the road. The rooms are beautifully done and the bathroom was lovely with a fantastic shower.
No elevator to Lobby - No heavy luggages
I arrived to this hotel, and he lobby is located on the 2 nd floor (Floor 1 in France) But THERE IS NO ELEVATOR to the lobby!!! But tiny spiral stairs. I had 3 huge luggages ( fashion week... ) , when I went upstairs someone helped me The problem was the next morning, I had to bring all 3 luggages downstairs to set up in my showroom, I asked for help, but the lady said I am the only one, no one can help you at the moment, I almost fell carrying those luggages, Called expedia to canceled the rest of trips but manager was not there, so did not happened. After check in the lobby on the 2 nd floor, there is elevator to guest rooms. Room is very clean, but no sound proof from The whole way. Location is pretty good.
It was nice
Overall, the room was nice. Could have been a little bit cleaner - saw a used qtip still hanging out in my bathroom that must have been missed by the housekeepers. Please note: there isn't a lift/elevator that will bring you and your luggage up the stairs to the reception floor. I had to lug my heavy suitcase up for one flight. However, they do have a lift/elevator that will take you to any floors above reception.
Extremely convenient location
The Hotel Cluny was in a fantastic location for nightlife and great access to the public transportation system. The room I had was very small, but beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very nice, and extremely clean, with an actual bathtub, not just a shower. Although the room faced a busy street, the new windows made for a restful, quiet jight. The only detractors were the lack of an elevator from the ground floor entrance to reception on the first floor. There was a lift from the first floor to the upper floors. Also, there is no outdoor seating or a courtyard of any kind in which to relax privately. One must sit in public cafes.
Best location!!
Location is perfect. Everything is so close. Staffs are very helpful. Rooms are quite space compared to most Paris hotels.they are also very clean and bed is so comfortable!!! Will definitely stay here again.
Amazing location. Clean, small room. Weird shower.
Amazing location. Lots of great restaurants and shopping around, grocery store, and metro. A few blocks from Notre Dame. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice quality but extremely small. Room is mostly just a bed and a desk. Hard to walk around when you have suitcases as well. Bathroom is a good size but shower head is not from above, only hand held, which is very odd. Great view and fair price.
A nice spot to nest in Paris.
We had a lovely time at Cluny Square in Paris. The location is convenient for metro, airport connections, and restaurants. The rooms have a squeezed in feel, as does the hotel, but hey this is Paris, and most of the hotels are like this. Overall, the service and comfort will bring us back to Cluny Square.
Close to La Sorbonne-Cluny Metro and Latin Quarter
The Cluny Square has an amazing location. It is easily accessible to the yellow metro line and really close to the RER B train line (which also runs to CDG airport). The hotel is located on the edge of the Latin Quarter with numerous shopping and restaurant opportunities. Notre Dame Cathedral is only a few blocks away. If you are an American traveler, this is more of a "European" hotel (this is not meant to be offensive). The room did have private bath, but the shower head is located at the bottom of the shower (which I've never found in a hotel in the United States). Also, the electricity in the room is operated by placing your hotel key in a switch by the door. The hotel asks that if you leave your room, you return your key to the desk each time. This wasn't an issue ofr us, but you can't charge anything electrical in your room while you (and the key) are out of it. On a side note, you do have to walk up one flight of a spiral staircase to get to the lobby (which is located on the second floor). If you are older and have multiple pieces of luggage, this could be an issue. There is an elevator (lift) by the lobby that will take you from there to your room. Room size is comparable to any larger city (NY, London, etc). The hotel staff was friendly and did understand our English (we are not fluent in French), but they didn't offer any advice or tips on travel suggestions, sightseeing, etc. Overall, the biggest perk to this hotel is location.
Paris Stay
Clean hotel in a perfect area near notre-dame and a train stop. It was very good.
Great short stay in Paris
We had 2 comfortable nights at Cluny Square hotel. The location is great, price reasonable, room was clean, staff friendly. Room is a drop on the small side but still comfortable. And this is Paris, so you are probably not spending much time in the room. Recommended
Efficient for early morning fight. Small rooms as expected and efficient staff
Central and just right
Comfortable room with clean and renovated amenities. Just perfect for a place to come and go from in the centre of Paris.
Charming hotel
This is a charming hotel with a lot of character. It is close to the pedestrian area of Orleans, but you can park on the street right by the hotel (fee parking). Our room was upgraded to a superior room when we arrived, and it was a lovely, spacious room with a large, very clean bathroom. Greatly enjoyed our stay. The only reason I gave it a 4 is the lack of an elevator--so be prepared to carry your bags up some stairs! We would stay again.
Good Location
