I liked everything about my stay. From the staff to my room. Everything was completely acceptable. The only thing that I didn't like was not having shampoo to wash my hair, I had to use soap. Hotels need to be consistant so that travelers know what they need to bring.

Clean facilities

Facilities were clean and niceBathroom was well stocked with towels. Staff was awesome at check in. Only problem I saw was lack of power plugs near bedside table between beds (I am a CPAP user). Other than that excellent stay for a gymnastics competition

We loved the size of the suite and the jacuzzi tub in the room! It had a full size kitchen, a little back patio and a grill out back that would be perfect for a weekend getaway with the kids or friends! Did not have any shampoo or conditioner in bathroom so just make sure to bring your own. We were impressed with the size or the room and amenities for the price, would definitely go back.

Staff were very nice; quiet property when we were there. Our place was very comfortable. We didn't have a car and there aren't places you can easily/safely walk so that was a downside.

The room was nice and clean. Check in went smoothly. The only complaints would be the overwhelming strong smell of cleaner when entering room. It was so strong it gave me a migraine. We had to air the room out an entire day to get rid of it. The other thing is they said there would be coffee, tea and hot chocolate every morning in the lobby. It was only available the day we checked out. Not a deal breaker but would've been nice. The room was clean and good for our needs.

Well maintained, quiet, security on site. Note they do NOT supply hair shampoo or conditioner which surprised me.

I highly recommend Club Sevilla. The staff is beyond remarkable. Michelle is thhhhhheeeee best hospitality manager I’ve met and I am almost 60. Her team is fantastic. This is a RCI time-share resort. The cost is low budget motel. The value is remarkable. The bedding and towels are pristine white and fluffy. Beautifully decorated—-old school. The employees go over and beyond to make your stay fantastic. Sam’s club, Walmart, Wawa’s… everything is accessible. Club Sevilla is a hidden gem.

Best value on Eart. 24 hour pool and hot tub! My only gripe was checking in late results in no shampoo and conditioner. Those items are held by the cleaning staff that keeps normal business hours and doesn’t stock them in the room. Great hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Feels like this hotel should be $120 a night.

The desk clerks claimed that the property was was full, so they couldn’t provide me a room on the bottom floor. If Expedia allowed me to show you pics, you’d see that the parking lot is mostly empty. Other than that, this place was a fantastic value. Clean room, quiet property, and I felt very safe. I’ll be a repeat customer.

Just stayed a night, but it was quiet

The property was nice. The 24 hr access to the pool and hot tub with security on site made it feel safe and comforting. The only thing missing is some sort of onsite dining option. There should be at least a continental breakfast offered. Also there is a pool bar but not sure if it is used as it was closed up for my stay. No mention of it.

This is my spot if I tell everything it will be everyone spot 😁 just know it's a 5 star place to me

We was so excited to get in the pool ( that was the only and main reason for us to stay here) surprise!!! No pool available. Without the pool theres nothing to do. we didnt have plans to go nowhere just grill and be at the pool but we have to make last minute arrangements.Other than that everything was fine. Front desk ladies did a great job checkin was fast and easy . Even when I feel disappointed this time this still my best place to stay always clean and quiet .

There needs to be an elevator, and we were put in an area where it seems the building was coming apart and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs , and when we were checking out it was raining so there was poodles of water we had to go through the rain because there was a big hole in the roof. The pool was good though!

It appears they put effort into the upkeep of this property but it is clearly older. I was alone and chose a "room', essentially the equivalent of a hotel room with two beds; I had average expectations however the AC unit was exceedingly loud on and off all night & the room was generally warm because there was a random vent in the closet which appeared to be venting only hot air from the adjoining Villa(?). It appears the room was once part of a multi-room villa but has now been sectioned off as a "lock off" so it didn't have a regular AC system, just a hotel Style unit by the window and no AC in the bathroom ( which was directly connected to the closet that had the heat vent so it was also hot).

I like everything is very clean the staff r amazing but i have a little suggestion for better future i think people with small kids shouldn't be put in the second levels cause they make alot of noise for the first level the kids running and throwing stuff around the floor late at night thank you for the good service

Out dated check in process, room has bugs, room as a musty order, responsible for taking out your trash to the dumpster (that is crazy)! Front desk staff is rude

We stayed in building 8. Which has the jacuzzi in the room. It was a welcome treat . The front desk staff were very welcoming. The grounds were clean, the pool was crystal clear. Since our room was in the back. We were able to see some wildlife while sitting oit in the patio.

It was very clean, though the shower didn’t work. The TV didn’t work, but they did replace the TV right away The AC smelled kind of moldy, but for the price it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and it served its purpose.

All in all good for the price. Not a lot of frills, the room was out dated but it was clean well maintained. Staff was nice too. If you need an inexpensive place for a night or too it’s definitely a decent option.

Only stayed 1 night, didn’t use any amenities. Staff at desk was nice and courteous.

Room was comfortable and clean. It is off the main road and quiet. I was a little put off with the 150 deposit required. Receptionist told me it was in the email. It was not in the email I received, and it was not noted on hotels.com. It is an older RCI property.

It was a quick and frugal stay and I felt safe even though I arrived by myself at 1:30 in the morning. Very friendly staff, and the property is very well maintained. I’ll stay again if ‘m ever in that area. Great value.

We absolutely loved this place and will definitely go back. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the place was meticulous.

The staff were super friendly and check in/out was super easy, however there were trash bags all over the place outside when I got there and they were still there the next day when I left, that was a little off putting. The room itself was nice for the price but it was pretty loud throughout the night.

This property was super clean. I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue for someone who didn’t plan on staying over in Orlando was it would be nice if they had a place like an alarm clock or lamp with usb for phone charger. Staff was super helpful and friendly. No complaints.

Fraudulent customer service!!

I email, called, and even Hotels.com called to cancel my reservation because I would arrive after the receptionist leaves at 9pm. They wanted me to give them my credit card information over the phone. Red flag! So I wouldn't lose my money, I went there after I arrived in Orlando. The security guard wanted my credit card info, address, full name credit card number. He wanted to COPY my credit card and drivers license and not my federal ID. When I refused because my address isn't public he refused to let me check in and said I will not get a refund for the night!! Outside talked of weed, the police were patrolling looking for someone. This place is the shadiest ghetto trap I've ever seen.

The pool and hot tub were great. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. But, I felt safe on the grounds. The wrist bands used for identification were troublesome at best. They tighten and don’t loosen and if they are loose they come off in the pool. Plastic clip on ones would be better but over all I thought it was as a nice lace and a good value

I enjoyed my time at Club Sevilla, the room was immaculate, the pool area was amazing, very relaxing. Everything was great except the 10am checkout and the front desk clerk was not too friendly. She could have been kinder to a quest with an apparent disability.

No shampoo. Floor was a bit dirty. Problems with door opening at arrival.
