Had Better visits

Stay was okay. Upon arrival there was a cockroach on the wall. Room had lots of scuff marks and pillows not comfortable. Overall okay. Stayed out here many times (every year the past 5 years), will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Stove it’s not efficient and refrigerator blocked with the corner of wall

The property was very pretty to look at and they’re a good dining around it, but it’s not well kept and many things inside of the unit were not working properly.

Nice, calming rocky beach. We took nice photos on beach. Just loved gathering stones. We had great meals and fun shopping. Macari Vineyards was also a good time

My family & I had a great stay at this property. The size and setup of the rooms was perfect for our family. The property was well maintained with a beautiful view of the water & steps to the beach. It also had a nice pool area. The first night we where there we where surprised to find out that a food truck was coming and there would be a movie playing- what a great surprise! I have already recommended this property to others and will definitely be returning in the future!

I stayed here with my mom and sisters for my mom’s birthday and it was a beautiful condo and so close to so many wineries and shops. The place was big and very clean. There were 2 balconies overlooking a beautiful view and it was right on a small beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Had a great stay. The property is near many wineries. Monday a pizza truck made a variety of pies forfree.

Well to the naked eye the property is great. But one week after our stay, my family developed molluscum on our skin. Usually transmissible by towels or sheets. Highly spreadable virus that usually shows up 7 days after exposure. Needless to say the sheets and towels are not cleaned well. I’m grossed out and can’t believe I exposed my kids to such grime.

Excellent location with access to private beach

Beautiful landscaping and ocean view, comfortable bedrooms and nice terrace. Kitchen is small, stove is not powerful to cook a meal quickly. Shower door did not close all the way causing some water leak

Clean, beautiful place on the shore of the ocean, very comfortable apartment for a family, the bedrooms are located far from each other, each bedroom has its own separate toilet and bathroom, there is a shower and a bath, the apartment is very clean, cozy. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are many good restaurants and cafes in Greenport, tasty and not expensive. I give this rezoot 5 stars

Had issue with check in. Nothing sent to phone as stated because of limited cell service in area. Had to go to office to get room and code. They have wrong room and had to go back for correct room. This was frustrating because it was after the check in time, which is later than most properties. The unit was fine, bare bones with decor etc. shower in one bathroom was leaking. I have stayed on property few times. This time was definitely less impressive.

Always a very nice time staying at this property. The sunset on the beach was amazing. Convenient to all area restaurants, wineries, breweries and Matchbook Distilling.

The room was very clean. Quiet area. I just wish they put an outdoor hot tub there someday!

Property and unit was clean. Awesome access to the beach and sunset which was beautiful. Totally worth it. Only complaint was mattresses in both rooms were uncomfortable, bad pillows and in the living room, the furniture was outdated and wobbley.

Due to a mixup, I never received the info (until far too late) to be able to check into the property. I believe it was a mixup between Expedia and the property managers. I ended up camping in a house of someone we knew who had been moved to hospice. To be perfectly fair, this was a last minute reservation due to the hospice individual rapidly failing suddenly,

The complex area was clean, and family-friendly events ran at no extra cost during the summer.

The property itself is fine. The management team is terrible. The manager should be replaced.

This was our second stay and we are already planning our third with more family for longer next year. The condos were very clean and well appointed. Any staff we ran into were very friendly & hospitable. Perfect for families. I would recommend requesting a second floor room if the litter patter of children’s feet bothers you but otherwise it’s been extremely quiet both stays. Also, do a little research if you want a view. We rolled the dice & booked through Expedia both times. We lucked out with a second floor room and excellent view the first trip. We were on the first floor this year with a view of the tree line…planning to book through the resorts booking site next time. The beach and sunsets are extraordinary. There are plenty of beach chairs and mid week there is plenty of space. The pool area is comfortable & clean but plan to enjoy the company of lots of little ones. We don’t mind them at all. I almost hate to say but my only negative feedback is the condition of the stairs down to the beach. The cliff seems to have eroded since it was constructed and several footings are literally floating. It felt solid enough to go down, but really seems like an accident waiting to happen. Regardless, the beach area is so gorgeous that even if it’s not fixed next year I still plan to brave the stairs to get to it.

We really enjoyed the room and the location. Our only criticism is that we were not able to access our room until 5:00 and we had to check out by 10 am in the morning. We basically lost at least half a day.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the garbage wasn't emptied so there was garbage in it.

The 2-bed condo was perfect for taking our young family out for the weekend, and contactless check-in/out was a breeze. The property was clean and offered more flexibility than a hotel/motel. Because the check-in time is late and check out time is early, you would enjoy the property if you stay at least 2 nights.

Could not get into room three times with code. Called front desk - no answer. Maintenance man came out three times to fix and gave us new code each time. Couldn't watch tv in one bedroom because no remote. Been here many times. Very bad experience. Would like sime kind of reimbursement. Room was even cheaper than when we booked. I know I won't hear back from anyone. Maintenance nan was wonderful. Thank God for him.

Nice north shore resort

Nice place. Close to vinyards and town. A bit pricy, but slpit with friends its affordable. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , a nice patio overlooking the pool, and a small kitchenette. Even though its small, it is better appointed than some I've been to.

Beautiful condos and close to town.

Great apartments for a very reasonable price. Close to the Kontakosta winery and a quick drive into the heart of Greenport. Very easy check in and it was ready earlier than I expected which was nice. The only thing that could have made our stay better was a later check out than 10 AM.

Quick trip by the sea

great location on the shore of long island sound. Apartment was large and generally comfortable . 2 bathrooms was nice. the bed was very uncomfortable too soft a mattress for us and we could hear the people next to us. would have preferred a room the faced directly towards the water but it was stil beautiful with a nice terrace. The grounds to walk to the stairs to the beach had animal droppings all over so it wound have been nice if that was picked up. but it was a lovely overnight despite these things!

What! No access to pool in beautiful Sept. weather

All was well EXCEPT the pool closed the day after Labor Day..... in beautiful Sept. weather, the pool was closed. My handicapped husband couldn’t do the 15 or so steps to Beach. Couldn’t even sit in lounge chairs by pool! Was not notified of pool closing. Manager stated it was a seasonal pool only open Memorial Day til Labor Day. Sooo disappointed. We were however refunded some of “amenities fee” after I questioned. Beware pool only open on weekend in June. I informed manager that many “baby-boomers” are now visiting before schools are out and after they go back.... not all can take the steps to Beach! Need to listen to your customers..... won’t return unless pool is accessible. We liked the condo, but not that policy!

It is NOT a resort nor is it luxury and very expensive. No help and the person on the phone was unaccommodating and rude. Cheap furnishings, small pool, laundry area filthy, you can hear every movement from the unit above - no sleep - all lounge chairs on the beach removed 24 hours before the storm - the only good day of a wash out weekend. Not worth it and won’t be back. View is beautiful but it is the only thing justifying the high cost.

The only thing I didn’t like the the hard queen mattress

Beautiful property! Didn’t want to leave! They have some daily events which we didn’t know about while we were there which was a bummer, but definitely ask someone about them when you arrive

Check in process needs some work. Had a frustrating time when I did not receive my check in instructions until 5:05pm. I arrived at the condos at 5:00pm to find the office closed. Had tried on numerous occasions prior to 5:00pm to reach a live person to no avail. I left them voice mail and sent an email. I was fortunate to run into a caretaker who was doing some work near the office. He was very helpful and reached out to someone who in turn was able to send us the link. Let me say also that 1:05pm, I did get a call from someone asking if it was ok to put the balance due on my credit card. I said yes and was told I would be getting a text with check in info. As I said above, only received the text after 5:05pm and numerous attempts do so.

Every time we called the front desk no one picked up.

The property is beautiful on the water and there was plenty of space for the three of us in the two bedroom, two bath condo.

The people above us were very inconsiderate and noisy. We were told since the young kids there was nothing they could do.

A must stay!

Exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend. Room was beautiful, small private beach with lounge chairs provided. 5 minute car ride to town! But honestly you never need to even leave this place. The sunsets are beautiful!

No refund due to Covid

We had to cancel because of Covid and were very disappointed when the hotel would not refund the deposit.

Very pricy with no turn down service or replacement towels.

We were so pleased when we walked into the unit. It was beautiful and very well appointed. We were with a group of girlfriends but only 3 of us were staying. Everyone was jealous and we will all come back together to visit wineries. Loved the layout and comfortable living room. Just wonderful.

Modern, clean condos with a view

Incomparable views of Long Island Sound, nice private beach, don’t forget water shoes because almost all Sound beaches are rocky.

More efficiency than condo

Nice condos (more like efficiencies with tiny kitchens) in a nice location, but Hotels.com has some facts wrong. There are no elevators, no daily maid service and the pool closed on Labor Day, You have to check in between 4 & 5pm and at 4:09 they were texting me to see where I was. The check in desk was not helpful and gave no important information such as how to work the A/C since it was turned off and that there were washing machine in the building basement. I found that out on checkout. The location is beautiful and there is a beach but it’s a little too rocky to swim. It’s a perfect place to stay for winery or brewery visits, though it’s small and a bit overpriced.

Average at best.

Overpriced for what it is - and lacks charm + warmth. Unfriendly staff. Had issues with blinds in room, broken beach lounge chairs, and no beach towels available. Only real perk is good location.

Property is older and for the amount paid not worth it I think this is a general observation of the area itself

wonderful vacation at cliff side

exceeded my expectations,everything was lovely . Eileen checked us in who was very friendly ,sweet and accommodating even checking us in 3 hrs early . Pool is okay nothing special or luxurious . Beach is nice ,gorgeous sunsets but that wooden staircase Gave me anxiety I have a fear of heights and it wasn’t fun for me haha . Overall I give this resort 5 stars and my only complaint is the horrible pillows, everything else was just perfect
