It was excellent value for money. Very pretty and relaxing, pool areas and beach area was beautiful. Staff was super attentive and nice. Food was just ok, but everything was really great overall.

The hotel is very good but the staff is terrible there it was never like that people speak in a bad way try to scam your money don’t go any trips with them and the all inclusive is not worth it breakfast is from 7 to 10 and they say there is dinner but there is not so I eat twice a day

Its impossible to be a five star resort. Air conditioning is NOT working, they don't even have AC in the lobby. Staff is very unprofessional. Rooms is very outdated. They rely on the guests coimg from a specific nationality, and i'm sure they get it with very very cheap rate. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights, but we checked out after 1 night. Its very bad

The pool area was nice and the staff around it were entertaining. The beach party was amazing. The hotel taxi service was convenient. Yasmin and Katrina at the reception were pleasant. I liked the hotel cruise which i booked. Dining options could have been better. The hotel overall was lovely. But very disappointed at the beach.

This is a really good hotel, very friendly staff. Kitchen staff really accommodating.

Grounds were well kept and clean. Property was stunning, not tacky like some older hotels. Very aesthetic and modern. Food at buffet was great. Italian Al a carte restaurant wasn’t our favorite. Save time and just stick with the buffet. Went on 6 dives over the span of 3 days. Had a different instructor each time and they were all great. Staff was super accommodating and always offered a helping hand with anything we needed: Loved our experience here!

One of the best all in resorts in Sharm - the staff and flawless service is what makes this hotel special. The foods generally good, although more effort could be given in the a-la-cart restaurants. The coral reefs by the beach are amazing and entertainments are world class!

Sharm Nabq Stay

Hotel was clean and very tidy with staff continually maintaining the public areas. The food was good with an excellent choice every day with different specialties every day so not like other all inclusive where they sometimes do the same foods every day. As you’d expect in Sharm the level of attentiveness to customer service was of the highest level. Making my stay a thoroughly enjoyable one.

Everything is excellent in order…

Cleopatra Luxury Resort is a very nice hotel to stay. The first impression was amazing. When we arrived at the hotel lobby, which was beautifully designed with fresh flowers, we felt the luxury. We were also satisfied with the check-in. It took a maximum of 15 minutes even with the transfer to the room. The hotel uses golf carts to transport guests. You don't have to walk anywhere. The gardens are beautiful, the infinity pool is top notch. The staff and bar tenders also the lifeguards are very nice and helpful, of course if you can appreciate their effort and you $, they will give you everything. The room was nice, had a good standard. The housekeeper in our section was very pleasant and always very helpful. Market buffet is ok, some staff are very nice and very friendly. For me, the food at the resort was good. There are not as many options as in other hotels we have stayed in before, but there was always a choice and the food was well prepared. A la carte restaurants did not suit us. Our kids like the Hippo kids klub, animators was friendly and kept eyes on them when we wanted to relax on sun. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your resort.

Modern

The staff, especially Manager Osama and his team, are extremely helpful. The environment is lovely, making it one of the top resorts for a holiday.

Our stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort was amazing. All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We stayed at the hotel with the beach as opposed to the adult one. It was only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The facilities within the hotel were worth the fee we paid. The buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner had a variety of selections. The hotel itself was beautiful. Excursions werent far - we booked through the hotel and they were good value for money. Main attractions were within a 30 minute drive. Would recommend grabbing taxis from outside of the hotel as these were half the price. Overall an amaxing experience and would definitely come here again.

It’s not luxury if one has truly experienced luxury ala Dubai. That said, it’s functional and the staff decent and good. Had a great 10 days and would recommend it with the caveat to manage expectations with regards to the ‘luxury’ side of things.

It was nice except for the lady in guest relation

Staffs and hotel are amazing but the lady at the guest relation was very rude.when we came hotel late midnight they put some breakfast in my room but when we opened the mini bar it was empty. We went to guest relation desk and asked the lady why is empty she said cause you are all inculisve and ıf you order we can put some drink inside mini bar. yes we knew we are all inculisve but maybe we want to drink something late at night in our room we want to pay money ıf ıts extra. But she didnt listen us and nobody put any drink to our minibar and her behaviour is very rude and terrible otherwise except this lady other staffs was very helpfull and amazing. Thank you

An excellent hotel. It has a seaside beach. The rooms and food are very clean. There are flavors very similar to Turkish dishes. Future Turkish friends should not have any reservations. The employees are friendly. We would like to thank Mr. NASR at the reception for his help. Mükemmel bir otel. Denize sıfır plajı vardır. Odalar ve yemekler çok temiz. Best hotel with excellent service

Best hotel in Egypt! We love this place and since last year they have done a lot of renovations.

The resort was so clean and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. We felt so comfortable and so much at home. The facilities were remarkable from the variety of choices in the buffet all inclusive meals. My children also really enjoyed the Hippo kids club and the staff there were equally friendly. Overall loved the resort and would definitely come back again.

You pay for what you get. food Was ok, fresh, not a lot of variation. Kids club had limited activities for children and it wasn’t really Advertised you had to go look for it. Lovely pools, beautiful beach. Nice service, waiters great! Service at the pool fantastic. drinks Bought to the table. Nice cocktailsAnd local beer ok, wine not good! Check in took a very long time and it wasn’t busy at all. Although, free upgrade was very much appreciated!

Brilliant stay with staff who made it an absolute pleasure!

Resort was ok, the executive suites have not been refurbished, they are very old, damaged and tacky. We changed over to a junior suite even then not all that nice, the smaller rooms were better condition. Check in took 1.5 hours for some reason. Staff were very nice and friendly. The lady at the spa counter was very rude and unprofessional.

We have just returned from a two week stay at The Cleopatra Hotel. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, the customer service was outstanding. Every single staff member go the extra mile to ensure you have the best holiday. Our room was clean and spacious with cute towel art which amused our littles ones ( aged 5 and 3). We stayed in room 2110, our house keeper was amazing and the added extras he provided never went unnoticed. We spent most of our time at the activity pool. The lifeguards were so assertive and the pool bar staff were all incredible. Foam parties were a firm favourite. The family pool at the front of the hotel is always quiet, it has the inflatable assault course which proved so much fun for the children. The infinity pool is simply stunning and huge! Kids club was welcoming, Anna, was much loved by my two... mini disco which she led so enthusiastically each evening was a highlight of the day for our little girl. We enjoyed wonderful lunches at the beach bar looking out onto the sea. The staff at the Pilli Pilli bar were incredible - George and his team were all so attentive. Mina and Ahmed at the lobby bar were also shining examples, providing exceptional service. The food was to a very high standard, the a la carte restaurants were both utterly delicious. Special mention to Mr Eid in the restaurant who made sure our time at the Cleopatra was the best it could be. A true gentlemen who provides outstanding customer service.

We had a lovely holiday at this resort. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food in Fellinis was superb as was the beach grill restaurant bar. The only setback is you have to book Fellinis and the Red Sea wharf restaurants. Make sure you book as soon as you arrive otherwise you might not get the opportunity to eat in these places. The pools around the resort has something for everyone. The Red Sea is great for seeing a variety of fishes. I would recommend this resort if you are visiting Sharm Al Sheik.

This property is not 5-star and not a 4-star, as positioned in Expedia and Trip Advisor. 1st, there was a minor booking error on our side which resulted in an extra charge which was not resolved by Expedia. 2nd, the sea is not accessible from the beach as it has a shallow bottom with sharp corals/stones coated with slippery seaweed. 3rd, the food selections were plenty, but most of the food was oily or loaded with sugar; the “diet” table’s food was scary to touch; “free” drinks were not drinkable, and even water was supplied from large canisters of unknown origin; most of the food was dumped into the waste containers at the end of the meal hours. 4th, rooms had outdated facilities/furniture, even in the most expensive units. 5th few businesses on the site run in circles offering the same services again and again, which was annoying. The reception staff appeared disorganized and not cooperating; to meet the 4-star benchmark, all staff needs to be trained to understand how to behave and avoid showing their attitude. Overall, long way to improve to achieve the 4-star level.

The property is amazing! Lots of different pools (including an infinity pool), various restaurants providing fresh delicious food and right next to the sea to do lots of snorkeling. The hotel was clean and safe and staff were all friendly and helpful - in particular Reda Amer who was always helpful in taking care of us and our room!

Stunning Red Sea location with 3 large pools and lovely clean environment. Staff are wonderful whether or not English speakers.

Trip between sisters

We spent 5 days at the Cleopatra, we had a blast, the hotel is very nice, beautiful gardens, pools and beach. The staff was friendly and gave us space. The food was great. We had a family room, which was clean and spacious.

I just love this resort, this was my first stay there and definitely not the last, pools were great, room was clean, spacious and had a nice view, food variety wasn't bad and tasted really good, staff were always helpful and cheerful, they always raced to go the extra mile, so clean, I wanna give a special shout out to Ahmed Eid (Restaurant Manager) who was so welcoming and accommodating since our first minute there, Awesome front dest staff, Wonderful Azza and Ragabo from SPA, and the friendly animation team, long story short, best hotel staff I have ever dealt with, and the whole stay was just amazing, totally recommended.

Hello Everyone, we preferred incredible Cleopatra luxury resort and came to hotel with my friends on 15march at midnight. The staff welcomed us and the very kind gentlemen staff Mr Muhammed/Mohammed at reception gave very special assistance for arrange good rooms and check-in ,he was very helpful and did everything that he could do. Specials thanks to Mr Muhammed/Mohamed and to all hotel staff for giving us the best quality and amazing times at hotel. Also the environment is very magical , beverages are good,the vibes are so relaxing! There is a very nice pool bar where you can seat and chill and order any drink you want! Also I recommend the hotel for families with child. I hope will be back again... So appreciated thanks..

Amazing holiday!

We had an incredible stay at Cleopatra with our 4 young daughters in February. The staff were amazing, and our every single request was taken care of straight away. From the very moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost hospitality. Our family suite was very luxurious. Mohammed Gad at reception was very helpful with organising anything we needed. Reda at the Market Restaurant was so attentive and looked after us well there. We loved the food at the Beach Grill and A la Carte restaurants. The snorkelling is amazing, no need to go anywhere else! At the unheated pool close to the villas, Nabil at the bar and Momen were very friendly and helpful. The life guards at the heated pool were amazing with our kids and went out of their way to look after us. Special thanks to Mohamed Thabet, a life guard at the heated pool, who even organised a birthday party for our twin daughters, and spent time teaching them to swim! We will definitely be back for another wonderful holiday!

This property was amazing. From the staff to the rooms. Food, dining area and kitchen staff,amazing. Always there to make sure you need anything . Greeted with a smile every time. Amenities were amazing. The Cleopatra spa was wonderful and relaxing. Amazing Morrocan bath an massages. Always felt safe and secure in such a large property. I would recommend this hotel greatly. I plan to come back with some girlfriends for sure in the future

Love the stay

Beautiful gardens and wonderful swimming pools it is definitely a hotel we would consider returning to. The highlights include definitely the spa and wellness centre we had an awesome hamman and went back for further massages. Also the staff in the main were very friendly and very family-oriented the animation team were brilliant and made us all laugh repeatedly. Room for improvement includes the front desk who agreed for us to have a late check out but that never went through the system and led to a discussion on our final day unfortunately. The food is okay sometimes a bit same each day but the two à la carte restaurants were not as good as we expected them to be and in future we won’t buy the bottle of wine it was no better than the house wine.

This resort is a Paradise! Excellent structure, atmosphere, staff, food, super clean... It has been one of the best holiday.we will come back for sure!

Good place to stay, nice and welcoming staff that have managers and are not rude in the slightest. Wifi was not great of you are near the sea rooms, the resorts needs a shisha bar or shisha lounge and more entertainment such as night club but overall really good place to stay.

It’s a great family hotel. Kids really enjoyed the stay. Just that the beach is rocky, but they more than make up with great service.

great stay

we stayed for a week. hotel is great, people are friendly. few issues though, the internet is really really bad with no connections most of the time. room service trying their best but usually it takes almost one hour to get a spoon or cup. we stayed in a villa but unfortunately, the kitchen was completely empty, no plates, no cups, no forks or spoons; nothing at all. there is no microwave in the unit which is annoying for someone with kids. Another problem is that the pool operate only from 10 am to 5 pm and it's August !!! i would be nice to be able to use it after 6 when the weather is slightly better. the breakfast was good but unfortunately, it's the same buffet every day. I couldn't use the phone in the unit to make local calls and there is no public phones at all in the lobby ! so, i had to use the reception's phone every time i needed to make a local call.

Great staff!

Staff was amazing. Very professional and helpful. Beach and reef was nice, great views of the Tiran strait from sea view rooms. Free wifi only in common areas like pool and restaurants. In room wifi requires rental if a wifi router for a fee.

Cleopatra is a stunning resort and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The food is decent, the rooms are spacious and amazingly cleaned on a daily basis. The resort is right on the beach which has an amazing view. The only complaint is the constant presentence from the salesmen on the beach for the beach excursions. A lot of people travel from all over the world to enjoy a relaxing vacation and being harassed all day a the beach or the pool is necessary. Other than that enjoy yourself because the resort overall is beautiful.

We loved it here!

Racist racist racist. They accused me of charging something to my room while I paid cash for everything as I went along my stay. No one from management considered that it could have been an error. I was kept for 40 minutes trying to explain and almost missed my flight. I just ended up paying the extra charge so I could leave and catch my flight. not too many guest of color were there during my stay and I was treated like I didn’t belong there.

We enjoyed our stay at cleopatra luxury hotel as a family, the rooms were good with nice views, we loved the food and the service at the restaurant was professional, a lot of places to enjoy ur time at the hotel, but the most weired thing is that they refused to open the pool umbrellas, they said it was falling from the wind, and we had to take all the sun during the day.

It was excellent.! Very nice view, location....! And we enjoyed it..!

Our stay was really amazing. The staff were extremely friendly especially the staff at the reception who were very helpful during check in and late check out, the guy responsible for the towels on the beach, and Mohamed in the Italian restaurant. The food taste was very good and various not only each day but also from breakfast to lunch to dinner. The resort was really satisfying and neat, the room was clean, the pools were lovely as well as the beach where we enjoyed snorkeling. A big thank to all the staff for making our vacation enjoyable.

Firstly hotel is more 4 star rating compared to international standard. The hotel has lovely view of pool and sea view. I was upgraded to luxury sea view for my family group of 11 people. I received a lovely surprise cake and card for my 10th wedding anniversary, much appreciated. The food is nice, mainly the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner, could do with more variety. Staff are helpful although speak little English, the facilities and rooms adequate and cleaned daily. Beach is nice but has corals so not ideal for young children, older children and adults can swim off the jetty, lovely for snorkelling. Money exchange best rate available outside hotel turn left second ATM Banque Misr machine. Shopping mall 4 minutes sultan market turn right, Mcdonalds 25 mins walk. Naama bay 30 mins by taxi. Dolphin Park 15 mins. Airport 15 mins. Overall a nice hotel, not quite 5 star but has the potential.

Beautiful hotel located right next to the beach. The staff was really friendly. Everything was perfect about this place. I will definately be returning soon!

The property was gorgeous. We could only stay one night during our transition after a dive trip we took. Great staff, great food, great price. Gym was great too:) If you are traveling for business just know you must stay 3 days to purchase day wifi pass for your room. If not you’ll pay for hourly rates. Wifi is free and great in lobby though if you don’t mind doing work there. Techno music played below our room loud til 11pm but honestly other than that it was a gorgeous view and a wonderful property. I would stay again just ask for a room not close to the show area at night.

Disappointed experience

Our family was relatively happy with the accommodations. There were several areas that we would have liked to see differently. Between main meals there were very few options for food at the resort and the only option closed at 4pm which many days, especially days when we were out of the hotel on excursions, we could not get food until dinner started at 7. This left our kids hungry and crabby. Water was so hard to get! Each room only got 2 bottles of water a day and getting extra was hard and you could only get it from calling the front desk. We felt like we couldn't get water the entire trip. Wifi- awful! So slow all the time and it only works in the lobby... sometimes! We needed to get work done on the trip and rarely could connect. Drinks were very subpar if you are hoping for adult beverages and we assumed were watered down. Pools closed at 6pm!! So early. We would have loved to have enjoyed them much later. The property was very pretty and kept clean, however I do not feel we will stay here again.

I don’t recommend even to think about stayin there

I booked a more expensive room for 7 nights coz of sea view but my room were very far away. I can’t see the beach. I barely could see only the sea horizon! I booked via Expedia and requested smoking room and they gave me non smoking one. A/C had a problem I reported about it few times and nothing was changed. The water stopped few times for long time. It was totally bad expirance.

lovely hotel and the staff made it extra special they could not do enough for you ismail at the pool bar was constantly topping our glasses up and looking after us. ahmed from the towel stand put our towels out daily for us, and looked after our lilos over night without asking the spa was so helpful and the girls give the best massages

The Best Place in Nabq, Sharm to stay.

Got to say when it comes to an honeymoon majority people tend to go to the Far east and places they have never been, however me and my wife decided to go to Sharm-el-Sheikh, Egypt. With the current flight ban we flew via Istanbul. Upon arrival into Cleopatra we were treated like a King and Queen, with refresher towels to fresh juice of local produce. It only took 3 minutes to check in and before we knew it we were ushered to our room which they had upgraded. There were rose petals fruit basket and a Choclate cake and a warm welcome card. The service was fantastic and trust me the hotel staff strived every moment to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

the experience wasn't good as i expected-first it take about 1 hour after i arrived the hotel to get in a room (i arrived the hotel at 2.30 PM after the check in time with about 30 minutes !) final they put me in the room at 3.30!!!! after that it's was garden room not a pool view room (as i choose and booked) i had to call the reception more than 2 times to till them about the problem after that I went to the reception and waited and gone with one reception staff to see another room, which was already busy and used by another guest !!!!!!!!!! Then we finally get in another room, at 5:30 PM!!!!! It took nearly two hours to reach a suitable room !! another problem with my friend at his room he complained about the TV remote control that wasn't working he complained and complained and complained for more than for more than two days !! finally they sent someone to check the problem and they told us the batteries need to change but they didn't changed it and we check-out and the batteries still wasn't changed

Lovely hotel grounds, 2 great pools! The staff were amazing so attentive! Food was 4* not 5 we thought. Freshly made omlettes in the morning was great.

A wonderful hotel

We had booked another hotel it was the pits booked this hotel while staying in other hotel ! Jumped in cab to this hotel from the time we walk through the door to the time we left we were treated like kings and queens.

Nice hotel

This hotel is good, it needs some upgrading a lick of paint will go a long way and the infinity pool is in desperate need of repair although I understand this is being done in October. The staff are amazing they work very hard to make everyone happy and give them a good holiday. The food is very good and varied the Italian is a must visit at least once, the beach grill is nice for dinner and the staff work tirelessly to keep you happy. The grounds are immaculate the gardeners do a wonderful job.

Great hotel but food is terrible!

Great facilities and plenty of space to spend time by the pool or beach. Snorkelling at the end of the jetty was fantastic and a real highlight. The only downside was that the hotel seemed to only cater for its Russian guests. The food was terrible! We did half board and this meant every day we had to eat the same thing. As two girlfriends going away for a weeks break we were also hassled by some of the staff at the beach. They became a nuisance. The photographer was also very annoying towards us at the end. The entertainment (Top stars) were shambolic and also only catered towards the Russian guests. Every day they tried to persuade us to go to a beach party with them and they didn't seem to get the message that we just wanted to be left alone to relax. What a bunch of cretins!

On The Beach, Not Too Far From Local Shops Further

We stayed in April 2015 with my wife and son (15 months) and the hotel was pleasant, staff and animation team are excellent. I felt the hotel was a good choice to travel too with my young son as I was wary before booking weather the standards would be good. Rooms are dated but have a modern look. Only thing is a bit more dusting needs to be done. Linens changed daily, waiters, staff we met were fantastic and always had a smile although most possible work day and night. We were given an upgrade but I paid extra for sea view and found the view limited but we didn't mind as the room was spacious and clean. Shops are not too far but we only find out on our last day and spent £10 a day on a taxi to Naama Bay everyday :-(

Nice stay, good food selections at the Market buffet restaurant, animation team not pushy. Stuff always available but discrete and well trained, beside the chefs everybody is smiling and happy to answer to you. In the evening and on Friday, they dress the chairs and tables for an elegant dinner, with lovely colors. They check the water in the swimming pools every day, and there is an army of guys sweeping the whole area all day long.

Good, but not 5 star

We enjoyed our week and the majority of staff were great. I wouldn't go half-board again; all inclusive will end up being cheaper as the food etc there are charged at UK prices. Checked beforehand about yoga and a few other activities and it all got lost in translation... The yoga I was promised in reality was "poolside stretching" on loud music with an audience. But for the price you really cannot fault it. Be prepared to holiday with mainly Russians.
