The service is good. Breakfast serving is good with pre-order option available the night before as we had to rush to the airport at 7am the next morning. Water pressure in the hotel was the best i have had as compared to other hotels in hanoi. Room layout is decent and clean. The only inconvenience i had was the hotel was located in a no-car road zone. This makes it inconvenient to call a cab or minibus drop off especially for family with children or elderly.
