The room was fairly quiet, very clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The main drawback was location, up a steep cobbled hill and would be fine if we were 15 years younger. Walking to Ortakoy centre would take about 20 minutes. The only sensible transportation was by taxi.

Never again.

Terrible, this is not a hotel, this is a kind of prison like roomed shelter. You cant be thinking spending your money and risk your life …

It is a nice, clean hotel with spacious room. The room was silent and comfortable. The only problem is slope. There is a public transportation near hotel but due to the slopes, it is not easy to walk. Taxi is the only option to go around.

It was a nice hotel but it was a bit more expensive than it's worth. Location is quiet and safe. Only certain rooms have a view. We had to request blankets and sheets because the beds were only fitted with a light blanket, but they happily provided it for us.

Хорошее расположение отеля, в тихом спокойном месте. Вся инфраструктура в10 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Прекрасный вид из окна, особенно с террасы - Босфорский мост. Специально искали отель в этом районе, чтоб выпить кофе и позавтракать с видом на пролив - мечта сбылась. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. По запросу предоставили трансфер из аэропорта. Мпасибо работникам отеля за из гостеприимство и внимание.

Our stay here was amazing. If you want to relax and enjoy the view of Bosphorus and Camlica while using the tub at the rooftop then book the Room 601. We even had food delivery and got it dropped off outside our Room. It was a relaxing and happy stay for us.

Where to hotels is horrible location no transportation I went Istanbul for medical reasons it is on the hill middle no where You have to very strong walking steps uphill Olso down rooms was not clean properly I booked only 3 nights I stayed only 1 night i check out next day i booked different hotel Expedia they told me pay money back they never did

Short Stay

The hotel is 10 min away from the restaurents and bars. Its a steep uphill walk back. The neigbor hood is average. Rooms were large and clean. No restaurent or food at the hotel, you have to order out.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating especially when requesting taxi service. Room was very roomy, comfortable, with a beautiful view and very quiet.

Class Hotel, Bosphorous

We chose this hotel because it had a roof terrace as we wanted to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. Unfortunately the location is very high making it almost impossible to walk so we had to use taxis which added to the expense. The major problem was the overuse of air freshener in the reception area in particular. This prevented me from sitting there because I'm allergic to the chemicals. We didn't find the staff particularly friendly even on New Year's Eve. There were cotton wool wipes under the sick when we arrived and they were still there when we left. The shower also was not properly cleaned in the corners. The pillows were hard and our room was extremely dark.

Class hotel, more like NO CLASS hotel.

Awful, more like NO CLASS hotel! Staff here, couldn't care less! Wouldn't even crack a smile or a good morning, 4 guys here just sat in the lobby or crowded around the small front door smoking.. in regular clothes. stand-offish, hardly helping, everything was an effort for them. very unhelpful men. It was the night before our wedding, on website hotel said they had laundry and iron service.. not true! They saw my wedding dress, and couldn't care less.. it needed steaming and they didn't help at all. ended up steaming my own dress with a burnt out iron.. for hours. no drinking mugs, glasses, spoons in the room. wifi was spotty, bed was creaky, dusty room..floors were extremely dirty. on arrival there was muddy foot prints on the floor. decor was tacky and worn out. awful smell of fried food in the morning (despite NOT offering a breakfast) and hotel was up a huge steep hill, nothing round it but homes. nowhere to eat or drink or a market. had to rely on hotel's minibar. 80 TL for 2 waters and a fanta.... really disappointing as it was our wedding hotel. and it was more expensive than a really nice hotel that we had in taxsim. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We really felt like we were treated like s**t

Small very clean hotel perfect for where we need to be in Istanbul. A very steep hill to get up but not a problem.

No frills propery on a quieter side street that is a short 10 minute walk or a 2-3 minute scooter ride to the main drag. My room on 2nd floor had a great view of the Bosphorus. Some highway noise.

This place is great value. Super clean. Bed was comfortable, AC worked and good shower pressure.

The hotel and staff are great, the location of the hotel is uphill so keep in mind that the roads may be difficult to go up during the winter and parking is more difficult since it is a residential area. The standard rooms are a bit underground so make sure you are aware of this. Helpful staff, AMAZING view from the terrace.

None of the staff were wearing masks ever during our stay, which was very uncomfortable. Also, the room was in a dark basement, which was nothing like the photos. I did like the location, and could walk anywhere we wanted to visit.

Most importantly the service and staff are unbelievable, for a person that had traveled to 54 countries, this property treats you like a member of a family, need food, need taxi, need covid test, need supermarket delivery, they got you covered. What a Gem with a fabulous view!!

I am a travel professional and a big part of my job is to assess hotels and tourist venues, so I fully understand that the success of a hotel is much linked to guest expectations are managed and hence my detail comments. This hotel is a new and beautiful hotel tucked on a hill in the lovely Ortaköy town at only 20 minutes by bus from Beşiktaş station. Guest need to understand that the hotel is located in an area away from Tourist crowds so getting around by taxi or car is ideal, unless you don't mind the asteep 400 mts walk from the town centre which on the way down is actually a nice leusurely walk.. I highly recommend the rooms with a view but all guests will have unique opportunities for selfies and photos with the spectacular view from the toplevel terrace. Please note that there is no lift so if you are looking for a one night stay with heavy luggage this may not be your best option. For me particularly, the stairs were us was not an issue as we had a long stay and the reception helped with luggage handling. The manager Mr. Hakan has gone out of his way to ensure we have an enjoyable stay and has been one of the most hospitable hosts I have experienced in Turkey during the last 10 years I have been visiting here. So, I highly recommend Class Hotel Bosphorus for those discerning and independent travellers who are looking for a value hotel for long stay (3 nights or more) with lovely spacious rooms and an outstanding view of Istanbul city and the Bosphorus river.

Oda sigara kokuyordu. Odada içme suyu yoktu. Su ısıtıcısı vardı ama fincan yoktu. 2 adet kaput bardak koymuşlar. Havlular çok eski ve sertti. 4 gün boyunca havlular değişmedi. Banyo özensizdi.El havlusu asacak yer yok, tuvalet kapağı uyumsuz,banyodaki elektrik düğmesi kırıktı. 4gece için 2 kişiye 3 adet küçük şampuan, 1adet vücut şampuanı koymuşlar.Saç kremi yoktu.Oda manzarası sadece bir camdan kısmen boğazı görüyordu. Üst katta teras var manzarası mükemmel ama masa ve sandalyeler pis. Resepsiyon görevlileri lobideki koltukta sürekli uyuyorlar.Otelin bulunduğu sokak çok dar ve dik bir yokuş.Araba park yeri bulmak zor

klein aber feines Hotel

Ein sehr kleines Hotel, welche man nur schwer erreicht, aber ansonsten sehr sauber mit traumhafter Bosphorus blick!

Wir haben die Panorama Suite für 6 Nächte gebucht.  Alle Zimmer riechen stark nach Nikotin, welches sich an Möbel und Gardienen bereits angehaftet hat, weil drinnen wohl geraucht wird, obwohl es einen Verbot gibt in den Zimmern nicht zu rauchen.    Staub und Flecken auf Tisch/ Boden/Schalter/ Bett/ Gegenständen in allen Zimmern, auch im Bad. Liegengebliebene  Haare der Vorbesitzer. Der Boden sowie die Möbel waren betroffen. Aber am schlimmsten waren die Haare unter dem Bettlaken, an der und in der Bettwäsche. Dort waren die hygienischen Missstände am stärksten.  Vor allem wenn mit allergikerfreundlichen Bettwäsche geworben wird, kann das erhebliche Gesundheit gefährden Risiken mit sich bringen. Im Bad waren auch noch Flecken von den vorherigen Gästen zu sehen.  Um den grünen Daumen zu fördern, wurde auch nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir mussten drei Tage vorher abreisen, da die Missstände nicht behoben wurden. Leider wurden uns diese drei Tage begründet durch die Hygienesituation von Hotel Betreiber nicht erstattet. Die Aussicht auf den Bosprus von der Terasse war atemberaubend, einmalig. Man zahlt eher für die Aussicht als für alles andere. Da es auch weit oberhalb am Gang liegt ist der Fußweg zurück zum Hotel sehr anstrengend. Es fährt auch kein Taxi hoch, da sich dieser kurze Weg für die Fahrer nicht rechnet.

Keine Park Möglichkeiten zum parken, ständige wasserausfall

Muy amable toda la gente del hotel, se descansa bien. Puntos malos, hay que caminar 15 minutos de cuestas duras para llegar. Y por ejemplo la mampara de la ducha se ve muy sucia y algunos otras partes del baño.

Die Zimmer rochen mega nach Zigaretten, mehrfach die Rezeption darauf angesprochen, jedoch keine Hilfeleistung erhalten. Zwei unerfahrene Jugendliche führten förmlich die Leitung des Hotels. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Der Service war einzigartig!

Ausser der schönen Aussicht auf die Bosphorus Brücke hat das Hotel rein nichts Gutes. Die Unterkunft war dreckig, wir fanden Haare im Bett, am Boden und Badezimmer. Am nächsten Tag, waren die gleichen Haare immer noch am Boden. siehe Bilder. Die WC Schüssel dreckig. Die Vorhänge riechten nach abgestandenem Käse. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem abgelegenen Hügel. Das einzige Transportmittel, welches hochfährt ist ein Taxi (dann noch überteuert). Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Wir mussten 15 Minuten den Berg runterlaufen um ein Lebensmittelladen anzutreffen. Essen musste via Uber Eat bestellt werden. Das Personal konnte kaum deutsch und täglich standen Esswaren vor den Hoteltüren (Uber Eat Bestellungen), das ganze Treppenhaus des Hotels stank. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!! Wir reisten nach nur einem Tag ab.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Singles und Paare. Die Lage ist top! Das einzigste was mich persönlich gestört hat das man einen steilen Berg hochlaufen muss. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Sauberkeit mangelhaft, manche Zimmer sind im Keller, so dass man nicht Tageslicht hat oder schwer Luft beim lüften reinkommt. Zweimal wurde innerhalb einer Woche geputzt und trotzdem war der Boden total dreckig und es wurden Haare hinterlassen. Kein Hotel Gefühl, man fühlt sich als würde man stören und in einem Familienhaus im Keller schlafen. In dem Hummer wird geraucht, auf Nachfrage hin wurde man nur belächelt, dass das normal ist. Es stand mega.
