I did had a pleasent stay, staff at the restaurants were nice, unlike the ones at the bar, who who wrote themselves the tip after we signed. We did not had a table, we came for a beer and walk away at the bar station, they gave us the bill we signed and they wrote themselves the tip. Restaurants are good but room bathroom need attention. Very moldy and dirty.

Very convenient location

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff was very friendly, my room was always clean, the breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant at the Hotel.

I didn’t like the stuffy smell of our room

I booked the executive floor, the 9th floor. Shower was a nightmare. No water pressure, zero. Water kept coming and going. Stay away from the 9th floor.

Good location, nice staff, great breakfast but the facilities, linens, towels, etc. look old. Some of the areas have a weird smell.

Me gusto mucho el lugar la pasamos muy bien pero lo que no me gusto es que las habitaciones no tienen mucha iluminación me dieron una habitación que daba a una terraza horrible y no veo que le den mucho mantenimiento ya que esta muy viejo y se ve feo.

I had stayed at this hotel many years ago. I remembered it cleaner and nicer. I was a bit dissatisfied because the hotel did not smell good. The carpet was old and the rooms need remodeling. While I enjoyed staying here before, I am ready to move on to other hotels options in Tegucigalpa. I did like having the spa available, breakfast included and the service was good.

The hotel is quite expensive for the conditions that is in. Needs an update. Also, I had some gold earings that went missing and nobody could help me about it.

They were professional. The food is good. I’ll come back.

It was safe some employees were friendly specially Brian from the main door.The only thing I didn’t like that room it was missing hair dryer, microwave , fridge and bathroom didn’t have a fan extractor.

The staff was very helpful and nice.

I believe this hotel has potential and can use a refurbishing of the rooms. They maintain the look of it pretty good but it’s time for an update. The staff is super friendly and always accommodating. I enjoyed the hotel buffet breakfast eating a delicious traditional Honduran breakfast. I recommend this place for its price and wonderful staff.

Nice overall. Towels could be replaced..they looked old. No refrigerator in rooms. Good breakfast!

Everyone was so nice

We stayed for a weekend and there is a beer garden at the pool area at night. We got to go on an unexpected day with my husband without leaving the premises. We had a nice stay overall

The best service!

The best customer service! When we arrived the person who checked us in went above and beyond. He walked us outside to point out the best food options, looked up our next destination, and prepared us a taxi for the next morning. Simply amazing!

Standard rooms should have a mini fridge.

Regular room with a king bed. No mini fridge or microwave. They asked me for around $30 more a night for the business rooms which I have heard have at least a mini fridge. I don't remember the list of things that were included in the upgrade, but nothing that I had to have. Lower floors are the regular rooms. Higher floors are the "business" rooms and have a mini fridge. Asked for extra towels and I believe we had a language barrier problem but was fixed by asking a housekeeper.

The reason why I rated 2 stars is because we left our AirPods on the night stand after checking out and we called to notify this and they said they were not there and they never showed up.

This was a great and affordable stay for our family. We loved that there was a pool, continental breakfast, and great dining options nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has a nice property, but service has worsened over the years, the Restaurant quality is poor both in service and food quality. The water is not safe for drinking or tooth cleaning. The security staffers are not polite and manage the customer relations in bad manner, specifically the one in charge of the pool/restaurant area. Ana in front desk in a complete exception as well as Rosa in housekeeping

Bathroom was bad, pillows are old beds are old. better mattresses wud be better.

Overall good especially location I feel safe walking around. Staff very helpful.

The was issue with hot water, had to come twice to front desk and ask what’s going wrong, pool full from outsiders, they rent pool area and guess can not enjoy the pool, phone at my room not working, hear dryer defected, they just set one bottle of water for two persons.

The stay was great, and as per my review it was an average stay. The beds are great. But the hotel needs a renovation fast. Also need to up the ante on the staff. Kitchen as well very slow. Waited one night over 1hr for a pasta and nachos.

I liked the location and proximity to several places I did not like the lack of acoustic control in the rooms (you could hear everything in the halls) and the noise in the pool area.

Hotel was fantastic in terms of cleanliness, decor, amenities and staff. Major downside is that there is a nightclub downstairs and on 2 nights we were woken up at 4am by partygoers coming back in... slamming doors and talking loudly etc. Traffic noise is also pretty bad and walls are thin between rooms. Bed and pillows could also be softer (staff couldnt give us a replacement).

I found the parking area to be very tight, but the personnel are very helpful and patient getting us into parking spots. The drain system in the room was absolutely slow and backed up, I filled the sink while I was shaving and got water all over the floor from the shower curtain not working as it should. I couldn’t turn the air conditioning down either, it was always warm in the room and didn’t need all the blankets to say the least. All of the employees were exceptional!!!

El Staff dan un buen servicio, los cuartos estan bien, pero en las noches el Lobby es como andar en una zona de bares de calle. Bastante gente pasada de tragos, y gente en estado inconveniente. Sin duda dejo de ser un Hotel para famila. Ahora si tu plan es agarrar fiesta sin control, seguro este Hotel si te conviene.

I was in this hotel with kids and it was too much noise at night from the bar since music is too loud and loud and even at 7th floor we could hear it. Other than that, everything else was good.

Elevators are in terrible condition. Only one worked and not in the rught way. Too much noise from the pool till very late at night

At 12:15 am I was woken up by the sound of water coming in my room through the ceiling from the air conditioner onto the carpet. A maintenance man came and recommended to turn off the air conditioner, who said this was normal.

There are great dining opportunities nearby, however if walking, take caution.

Just had a problem with the toilet getting plugged. They took care of it quickly. Evelyn was wonderful and took great care of us.
