TravellerThe good: Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and serviced regularly. Shower was broken on arrival but fixed quickly on request. The not so good: Bathroom was missing hanging hooks, and bed base was an exposed wooden box. WiFi seemed to drop in and out but otherwise fast. Beachside rooms very noisy due to nearby busy street, would benefit from double glazed windows / doors. I enjoyed my 11 night stay and would likely return.

A 4-star hotel should be able to assist with concierge-type requests (e.g. liaison a motorbike rental) -- don't expect much if anything from Clarion in this regard. 2k baht deposit is antiquated -- I've noticed other hotels have stopped doing this, which makes sense given they have your cc and passport copy on file but Clarion still does it. Room smelled weird. Shower was moldy, and soap dispenser did not work. Cleaning staff did not replenish bottled water everyday (yes I left daily gratuity), and they also removed our room slippers mid-way thru our stay and did not replace which is strange. Overall, it's a 2-star experience at a 4-star price.
TravellerNot good. Hotel had nothing available (no cutlery, no room service, no ice). The room was not clean- lots of old dirt stains on the glass, mirror still dirty and stains all over the comforter. Not good customer service- housekeeping would clean the room And skip the bathroom. Instead of replacing a towel the lady put it outside on the balcony to “dry it” for us. We would call for towels because housekeeping didnt come on 2 of the days we stayed there, and they would bring ONE towel 20 mins later. (There were 2 of us). Overall will definitley not be returning and not a good stay. Couldnt wait to check out

A fantastic hotel in a perfect location close to the beach and nightlife. great distance to the beaches south and north of Patong. The staff make sure we have a good time. big thanks to the staff Nada and Film who work on the rooftop restaurant. 5 stars to them.

Ta med dig öronproppar om du ska bo här! Vi bodde på högsta våning nära rooftopen där de spelade hög turkisk musik till midnatt varje kväll, en kväll spelades det till 02. Vi bytte till ett rum två våningar ner men stördes fortfarande av den höga musiken. Så rekommenderar inte detta hotell om ni har barn eller åker på par-resa. Åker ni ett kompisgäng och ändå planerar att vara ute till midnatt spelar det ingen roll. I övrigt var det toppen! Bra service, bra rum (standard var något små), bra pool. Dyr mat och dryck på hotellets egna restaurang.

Room and balcony is very small. Close to many amenities, pool is great and the restaurants food was amazing. Breakfast was not really appealing for the prize and our taste.
