No Frills, Nice Breakfast

The rooms were tiny, but the showers were hot and the breakfast was nice. It's a no nonsense kind of a place. The people at the front desk are not very friendly, but it worked. If I go to Cancun again, I would go back to this place. It's not luxury, but it's fine.

They offer the choice of make reservations and pay at hotel. But when I get at hotel they don't honor my reservation. Thanks God one of the counter guys offer me to find another hotel, far from the first one , but, least We have a place to stay.

Mi reserva era inexistente en el lugar, me comentaron que Expedia en ningun momento de los ultimas semanas o meses les compartio ninguna reserva con mi nombre y que no podian hacer nada, simplemente me dejaron ahi a mi suerte.

I expected to be better

No hot water.Shower soace not clean.Tried to call reception,call eon’t go out. When it finally did after several attempts, could here clearly. In another time reception won’t answer. Receptionist was with her baby at work.

We would like to comment about sound proofing between floors where we could hear noise when someone is moving chairs, furniture, etc on the upper unit. Other than that we don’t have major issues during our stay, we dont have high demands as well and we are contented during our stay. A big compliment of your free breakfast serve everyday because of variety and freshness. Keep it up guys, thank you all.

AC not working

AC unit died in the middle of the night. Not fun.

I thought since this was a Marriot hotel would be nice. Mistake!! Horrible! The sheets disgusting. The Ac SUPER NOISY. If you want to feel encarcelated those rooms are perfect. Horrible hotel!! Im glad i only book one night!! Please those sheets and those pillows!!’ CHANGE them for new ones

It’s true that the air conditioning made a loud noise and without it the room was too hot. Breakfast is very basic. There much better options in the area. Good thing we didn’t stay long.

Simple...helpful...What you expect from a hotel...and the elevators are so quiet ( Thumbs Up for the maintenance )...Bring a working watch or clock ( with an alarm ) that is NOT Connected... some issues with the phones connected to WI-Fi ...messing up the correct time... Not Hotel related...but more of a security for peace of mind...Don't leave without sunscreen... or towels ( available at front desk in exchange for Passeport or ID ... Proper place to stay... Will go without hesitation... Breakfast included...Excellent coffee ( quick too )... Nice little pool to cool off when you arrive or spend the day to do Nothing ...Shared with the City Express next door... Family oriented facilities... Great Choice and very pleased that we chose the Junior for our whole stay in Cancun Mexico...No regrets ! ... Enjoy ! Muchas Gratias para todos !!! ... They could explore a Tours Agency at the lobby... and an airport shuttle service on the Website... The rooms and elevator were TINY. I had to leave 3 days early because the beds were SUPER uncomfortable to me and my 13 year old very tall and slim son. I would not stay there again.

Good air conditioner, and location

the worst experience I’ve ever had. They changed us from rooms twice, the A/C had a huge leak of water, mold everywhere, some parts of the room were falling apart, staff didn’t solve anything, they just behave the worst wat possible. I swear I could turn back the time to never go there.

Located in a very centric area to Plaza de las Americas and any business activity needed, banks, SAT, etc.

I rented a double room just for one night after cancjn airport and my final resort destination. The facility and staff are good. But we had a really bad experience with AC unit - it was so noisy at night so it was not able to sleep good. Also it was not able to handle the hot weather outside during day time because I guess they had really bad windows . It was like a hell

Convenient location

Friendly staff, hotel located just across America mall and next to convenient store. The gym has three exercise equipment but are all broken, no towels available at the gym but has disinfectant wipes.

Several things but I did not let comments because they ask me to full a big paper and I had to go for work, So i have not give it to them yet. Air conditioned was old and leaking!! I almost fall down in the morning really dangerous!!

Everything was ok. The place was clean. My major complaint is that the a/c unit was very very loud, so loud we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. I would’ve asked for another room, but we were there for only a night.

Not really good experience. We were aware this was a cheap hotel, but at check in they had to change our room twice because the room was not in good condition and the bathroom was dirty. At the end of the day they cleaned the bathroom again and we were able to have a decent stay...

Room in poor conditions

Rooms are in terrible state. The first room we were given, the toilet was dirty and leaked. More importantly we were being bitten by ants, on the bed and at the desk. They offered to change our room after inspection. However the the 2nd option had substantial water dripping from AC, and the 3rd had visible mold on walls. The hotel smells musty. The staff did nothing to ensure that I wasn’t charged my 2 night stay. They claimed I had to dispute it with Expedia. They offered me nothing in writing to assist me…not even the general manager who responded to my email days later.

I like the location of this place. It is close to everything and in front of the Plaza Americas Shopping Center. The hotel was good and for a very good price.

Muy malo, no había internet, podías conectarte a la red, pero la red no tenía datos. El teléfono no servía, había que bajar a recepción para preguntar cualquier cosa. El aire acondicionado está en el piso y hace mucho ruido, no deja dormir porque es muy viejo. Las almohadas son una burla, son pedazos de tela rellenos de borla, duermes súper incómodo. En dos ocasiones trataron de entrar a mi habitación a las 7am, si no es porque tenia el seguro puesto, se meten. No tiene closet, Los espacios para poner tus cosas es un tubo con una tabla pegada a la pared de 20cm por 20cm. Jamás me volvería a hospedar en este lugar.

The room was great. Breakfast was ok but no place to sit and eat. There were a few tables but some very inconsiderate people sat at them working on their laptops so people eating had to stand up. Bed was comfortable and there was a workspace in the rooms. More reason they didn’t need the eating tables to play on their laptops. If you’re going to be here for more than a couple of days, there are no drawers to put your things. It was not a problem for us. It was quiet and comfortable. I slept well.

I spent the best time of my life with the love of my life lol, and though the wifi wasn't the best and we were barely on our phones, we had each other. I love that the hotel was around so many things like the mall right across the street! And a casino with a restaurant around the corner! And a subway in a gas station right next door. I'll miss this place, thank you Cancun!

The room was too small, TV without any English channels, and with terrible terrible pillows, I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone, and definitely will not stay in it ever again!

We really liked the location. It was very convenient for us. The breakfast was nice. And it was nice and quiet at night.

We had a great time there, small flaw is that there is no mini fridge in the room for us to keep our cold drinks, however, we really wanna thank the hotel front desk staffs (especially Wilber) who give us lots of help, we appreciate you guys' help and your hospitality.

A new hotel and very clean inside. The rooms and bathrooms are a little small but a good experience and good price. Can easily walk to mall and great restaurant options.

There is nothing i like about this property with the exception that it is literally across the street from Plaza Las Americas. There was one supervisor there that spoke english (Carina i think) she was really nice but we only met her once and when asked for her the staff made no effort to.contact her for us. Check in took over an hour. The sheets on the bed were stained all over. The room was very small. Water stopped running so we were unable to take a shower when we wanted..we had to wait. We could not turn off or lower the A.C we had to keep on high. When we lowered the A.C. the floor in the room got wet bad. Reported to the front desk and they asked us if we took off the A.C. Because the A.C. has to stay on. The breakfast wasn't all that good either. The juices tasted horrible. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

It is small and comfortable place to stay. I would have liked for the room to have an iron. The place is located near the mall and the breakfast was excellent.

Solo una noche estuve ahí y con eso tuve para JAMÁS! Regresar. Los baños sucios, el teléfono no servia, no tenían plancha, los cuartos súper chicos, solo 1 toalla para una familia de 3 (no tenían toallas limpias). En lo personal solo el desayuno es lo único que vale la pena ! En lo particular NO recomiendo este hotel ..

El hotel es relativamente nuevo, edificio bien cuidado, camas confortables, desayuno esperable por el precio pagado. A un par de cuadras hay una calle con restaurantes. A la par hay un oxxo 24 horas y una estación de gasolina. El estacionamiento es reducido.

Good budget option for downtown Cancun

This is a nice budget hotel and the staff were very friendly. However the first night we were given a room on the top floor and the air con units were making a lot of noise, I asked to switch rooms the next day and they did that for me. I would recommend getting a room on a lower floor as not only was it quieter the wifi signal was better.

The room was clean and comfortable, but very basic and very, very small. The shower was workable but not comfortable. The included breakfast was ok, but not great. It is a fine utilitarian hotel.

Very nice location, across the street of big mall, plaza Las Americas, and close to downtown and ease access roads to the airport.

We requested a accessible room because guest was wheelchair. Over phone hotel.com person promise me wheelchair room on ground floor. But hotel give us room on third floor and zero accessibility to bathroom.

This hotel is located right in front of Las Americas Mall, where you can find many things. Rooms are very small but if you are out most of the day you won't need too much space Staff was nice and helpful, internet WiFi was ok and the breakfast was good enough, don't expect anything fancy

Convenience location to drive in and out from town, straight line from/to airport, however parking is limited, if you late the car will sleep on the street, lol, but guard will watch it.

Room was very small, but main problem was humidity with no ventilation. My clothes got completely wet for the humidity in the room, despite the ac. Walls, floor, doors were wet for condensation. Odor was also terrible. Room was clean. I would not recommend it.
