Very modern room with a huge bed. Very comfortable. Just a small area of mould at the bottom of the shower door. I did not have breakfast, so cannot comment.

Quite a place! Very clean and comfortable and it’s really cool you control room with an iPad. Staff was great as was location! 10/10 would recommend!

Modern and Friendly

The rooms are super modern with black out blinds, televisions, lights etc. controlled by the iPad provided. The bed is huge and very comfortable and the location is excellent - 5 minutes walk to the Glyptotek and Tivoli Gardens.

CitizenM is always an excellent property! The room was very clean and the bed was amazing! Excellent location. Close to everything! Would stay here again!

The staffs are very helpful and polite. The checkin and checkout are easy. We can store our luggage after check out in their luggage room. It is safe!

Amazing location! The ability to pick your view upon arrival was a fun surprise and the staff was wonderful.

Perfect location for a Copenhagen weekend. Very close to Metro. Great cafe o12 nearby dont miss that.

Overall very good hotel in great location in city centre. Reception on top floor with self check in. Smart room was good, with controls for lighting, curtains, tv etc all available on tablet provided in room.

I like the citizenM concept of hotel and prefer to stay at their hotels in different cities.

Perfect hotel for our stay, highly recommend. Amazing facilities, location and affordable.

Location is amazing and staff were friendly. Rhere were some building works nearby that started at 6.30am on two of the mornings. Lift glass with floor number smashed but that could have been waiting on being fixed. Place was clean and hardly saw anyone which was nice. Some of the technology in the room was a bit slow (tv starting up from the ipad) but other than that I loved the room. Housekeeping tried to enter the room on the sheduled morning before 9am which was a bit early. Nice shower. I would definitely stay again.

Location is excellent, and the price was more than fair considering that. Would stay here again. Only caveat is that access both sides of the bed might be preferable for some of us.

Super good location, best for solo travel, as the room is pretty small. But very clean. There is hardly any service. However, you can’t beat the location.

Great base for exploring Copenhagen. Central location, comfortable room and bed, and super nice staff. My only ding is having to use an iPad to control everything in the room; it's a bit slow and clunky but not the end of the world. Would recommend!

Great unique concept for checking in and out with fun smart rooms. Location is perfect and very convenient for Tivoli and the main shopping area.

The room is small, but it's very clean and modern. The bathroom has lights and the colour can be controlled via an ipad which is availabile in the room. The ipad is also able to switch lights on and off, roll up the blinds, etc. Very convenient. Location is great as well - walking distance to many of the main city.

Amazing service, as well as many more modern controls for your room! However be aware the bathroom is glass. So whomever youre with will be able to see EVERYTHING! Other than that we loved it!

Centrally located. Clean and well maintained. Difficult to find initially, the check in is on the 7th floor, once you get past the self check in and iPad that controls the lights and everything in the room, it’s a very good hotel.

Loved the vibes

This is a really quirky hotel and I loved the additional touches such as the books in the room. The branded toiletries and stationery made me smile and I loved the easy way to control lights, blinds etc. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue during my stay which was nothing to do with the hotel, but the staff went out of their way to help me in a time of need and I am very grateful for that.

We had an amazing stay. I mentioned it was my partners birthday and we got a fabulous room and some nice treats. The hotel is SOOO cool and in an absolutely perfect location. I very highly recommend

We had a lovely stay in Citizen M Copenhagen. The only thing I would mention is that the shower corners needed some attention, Very modern hotel with extremely helpful staff. Cammy was very helpful & welcoming in our arrival

I thought that maybe they could have changed the breakfast menu from day to day, but other than that we loved our stay

Beautiful location, everything is close bye.

Well appointed rooms in a central area of Copenhagen convenient to many sites and public transport. The rooms have fun design features operated through an included pad. Our room was quiet even though the hotel is on a central area. The restaurant/bar has an outdoor patio with great views. Added bonus was it was around the corner from outdoor music venue with a weekend festival.

Really nice hotel! Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad. Well designed, colors are black and white, Iike it.

Enjoy staying at Citizen M hotels, good location and amenities. Only down side to this one was the actual location of our room as we could hear the church bells going off every morning from 8am until midnight.

This hotel is centrally located and close to downtown Copenhagen. Room was clean and great luggage storage options. Staff was very friendly

The 7th floor view, vibe and staff were amazing!

Nice hotel, no tea or coffee facilities in room, and breakfast is overprices. you would expect at least it to be on par with holiday inn, but the only thing good was the fresh coffee

Great location for walking around the city and close enough to the metro and bus lines to get anywhere not nearby quickly and easily.

This is one of the best hotels in its price range I’ve stayed at. They make everything so accessible and convenient. High marks for the room technology, breakfast buffet and free storage lockers. Also, the staff is so warm, welcoming and eager to help.

I enjoyed my stay but found lots of hairs on the bed when I arrived. The staff addressed things well but disappointed in the cleaning staff. Breakfast is great here. Would recommend.

Loved the big bed and being able to control the lights/heat/tv with the provided iPad. Rain shower was amazing. Bathroom privacy not the best as the toilet area is enclosed in glass and sink in the main part of room. You will have to Chromecast your own Netflix etc. for entertainment. Area is super convenient to a lot of restaurants and shops and the metro. No free coffee machine, water, kettle provided. The water from the sink smells like sulphur (not sure if that's a hotel issue or a Copenhagen issue) There is a small fridge in the room mainly for drinks. Bed and pillows are super comfy and they have blackout blinds which helped us sleep well. We loved this hotel and will stay again.

I loved the modern art like Kaws and Keith Haring, it's like being in a modern art museum. The lobby is cozy with lots of seating which we used in the evening times as the room is small. Nice touches in the rooms like the school of life books! The buffet breakfast is delicious. Staff are very helpful with suggestions of spots in the area to visit and with helping us find whatever else we were looking for.

Great room controls with iPad

I recently stayed here for 3 nights & had an amazing time. The staff were very helpful & polite when I was checking in & out. The room was great, I loved the idea of using an iPad to control the lights, blinds, air-con & TV & the bed was very spacious & comfortable. It was a lovely hotel throughout, very clean & modern. Very good location within the city to shops, attractions & only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Overall, my stay was excellent, I would definitely stay again & would also recommend to family & friends for a stay in Copenhagen.

Great location. Located near the city center, with supermarket and convenient store within 5mins walk. The metro, main shopping street and Tivoli are also within 5mins walk. Train station is approximately within 10mins walk. Lots of dining options available nearby as well.

The location is great. The checkin in the 7th floor was different and fine but staff were never friendly and you literally have to ask to get service. The bed is against wall so your partner has to climb over you. The best part was the blackout blinds and pretty quiet room. Breakfast was too expensive so we didn’t try it.

Location is right at city center, walking distance to a lot of attractions and transportation including the central train station. Plenty of dining and shopping options. The room was a little cramped. Staff was nice and helpful.

Everything was Fantastic! Such a modern, fun, exciting, friendly hotel. The room, staff, comfort, access, breakfast (10/10 would recommend). Would definitely stay here again, worth every penny!

Great hotel- small room- but we didn’t plan to be in the room. Excellent breakfast- and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Citizen M is a tech savvy quirky hotel with a fabulous staff. We chose the breakfast option and the food choices were great. They also made wonderful lattes. Jann (not sure of the spelling) was so informative and helpful. The location is very convenient. The metro is right across the street. Tivoli garden entrance is right around the corner. The rooms are very functional and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. I didn’t hear any of my neighbors or street noise. I loved the little brightly colored animals that you could see on each floor from each of the elevators. The green penguin was my favorite. You could opt out of cleaning and they made a donation to a charity for each day you skipped. I would definitely stay here again. It is one of my favorite hotels.

Room was small but clean and efficient. Shower was great and window shades were great for keeping the sun out so we could get a good nights rest.

Good location with popular places.

Great 4 night stay.

Had an enjoyable for 4 nights. Hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the Town square with associated Metro and buses. Room is compact with square bed up against the window. Layout of bed is to sleep laying left to right but this does mean clambering over your partner to get out, however you can change this to front to back but then headboard and TV are in the wrong place. Wasn’t really an issue though. Shower was nice with both rainfall and hand held attachment and there was a small fridge, kettle and safe in the room. Check in and check out are done via a screen on the 7th floor but friendly staff are available to help out. All told we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if visiting Copenhagen as location is a perfect position for sightseeing.

I absolutely loved staying here. Hotel staff where so helpful. The room was comfortable and the bed was amazing. I had the best sleep ever. The blackout blinds made it easy to switch off into a deep sleep

We recently stayed at citizenM Copenhagen Radhuspladsen and had a great time. The hotel is located in a lovely area and is easily walkable to various attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I enjoyed their delicious and healthy breakfasts. The overall experience was great, and I highly recommend citizenM Copenhagen Radhuspladsen for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Copenhagen.

Good clean place at the heart of city. Only negative point is that if the tech doesn’t work it’s can be quite hard as everything is automated at this hotel.

Room light cleaning is not acceptable. Need cleaning of room everyday for multi day stay.

This hotel is centrally located , walkable to tourist sites and well priced. It is also clean with has a minimalist approach to decor . Overall I was able to walk everywhere I wanted, be entertained and enjoy great restaurants , as well
