The staff were helpful, the location was great, facilities in room were ok, views of tower were good. Decorative order very poor chipped and peeled paint, bathroom in poor condition decoratively. Hallway leading to room very poor eg carpet. Noise from other rooms very loud doors crashing. No instructions for safe.

I loved the hotel, I just wished they cleaned my room but maybe I didn’t put up a sign or something. The hotel was clean perfect location. Very walkable close to public transportation, near to food. The staff was friendly. The room spacious, I could even see the eiffle tower some From my room. I would definitely stay again.

We’ve been travelling through London and Paris for two weeks and this was my favourite hotel of all. We booked an Eiffel Tower view and were on the 6th floor. Despite thinking we would just get a glimpse of the top, we got a stunning view, which was even more beautiful at night when it was all lit up. The room was really spacious, with a kitchenette and desk area. There is a laundry (pay per use) at the hotel as well which was great. Shower was great. Walkable to lots of major sight-seeing places, and you couldn’t be closer to the metro - it’s right outside the door. Because of this, there is a little train noise when the window is open, but being winter our windows were mostly shut so this didn’t bother us at all.

A smart modern aparthotel in central Paris. Ideally situated for shopping, sightseeing, dining, transport. A huge Sunday morning market takes place just over the road, and the Eiffel Tower is less than 10 minutes walk.

Very noisy. Felt like the metro train was going straight past your room. Corridors dirty and unkept. Would not recommend or stay again. 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower was only positive. Much better out there for what I paid

Wonderful hotel in a great area. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, numerous restaurants and metro to take you anywhere you want to go in Paris. We will definately stay here on our next trip to the City of Lights.

The staff here work hard and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They are very helpful and maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere.

I have stayed at Citadines in London in the past and had a pleasant experience, that’s why I decided to book Paris location as well, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced, unwelcoming and lazy staff, no greetings wether I was coming in or out, the room was not ready at 3pm which is the check in time, they did not help us with the lugagge, at times they would leave the front desk unattended, and the front door does not open unless you swing your card, so if you were carrying something on your hands and couldn’t reach your purse to grab the card, you would be left outside until they decided to come back to the front desk, there is a coffee machine in the lobby, but they would never replenish the cups and sugar, wouldn’t change the towels or clean the room…it was just terrible… Zero stars.

It was my 50th birthday and Nes at the front counter made the stay much more memorable. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The property was centrally located. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend

Very nice

The property has excellent location, steps from the metro and plenty of dining options. Our room had direct view to the Tour Eiffel, spacious perfect for up to 4 people. The have complimentary machine coffee and other beverages in the lobby. We enjoyed the hot chocolate very much with the cold weather. The downside was the constant non stop train noise and vibration. Also they charge for cleaning but you can get your own towels and more on the second floor.

I satisfied this hotel. I can see the Eiffel tower at the living room. But, It took 20 minutes to go to the Eiffel tower on foot.

The metro is right across the street and plenty of good options for food and shopping near by . The room was a little cold but turn the heat up in the bathroom . And leave door open to heat the whole room. Coffee and hot chocolate station in lobby was nice to have avail at all times.

Had a great time. Hotel wasn't anything exceptional but served its purpose perfectly. Located in a great area very close to the Eiffel Tower. Metro available right out the door. Could hear/feel the train at night, but unless you are a really light sleeper, it shouldn't be an issue.

Clean, quiet at night, McDonald's is right by the entrance that open till 3AM in the morning. We arrived at the hotel around 11PM so few, limited options. There were multiple restaurants by the hotel, Starbucks, McDonald's, restaurants... French, Japanese, English, etc. and right next to the train station, can hear the train rumbling at night but got the back facing corner so it was quiet. Overall, great place to stay if first time in Paris due to location to transportation, restaurants that open till 2-3AM in the area, and 10-15 minutes walk to see that beautiful Eiffel Tower at night and daytime.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from both “Eiffel Tower View” and “Eiffel Tower View balcony” rooms. (And so worth it to see it sparkle at 1 AM!) Metro was right outside as well as a bakery and several restaurants. Easy, 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful to these English-speaking tourists. Beds were comfy and rooms had kitchenettes. Loved the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby!!

The hotel room (studio with kitchenette and twin beds) was exactly what was specified in my reservation. Maid service is weekly, but fresh towels and supplies are readily available at all times. The concierge staff are flawless. No request was ignored or for that matter denied. I got Covid near the end of my stay, and being in my 70’s I was concerned. Antoine not only called several listings online for a medical appointment, but he also translated their medical questions to conclude I needed to go to urgent care. He made the urgent care appointment, typed out the very complicated directions to urgent care (deep into the hospital campus) and then even went so far as to instruct me on how to check in on the automated screen (which of course was in French.) and he called a taxi, and instructed the taxi driver. The next day, he called my room to be sure I was okay. I certainly hope you don't get sick while in Paris, but if you're staying here, you will get the help you need. Just as a reference. When I asked the pharmacist who took the covid test where I could get medical help, she literally shrugged. So, yes I do recommend this hotel.

Everything was so close from our hotel, subway, restaurants, markets, bakeries, it was the perfect spot.

Metro station is in front of hotel. Grocery store is across the street. Very convenient.

Overall, it was ok. Location was great as it was near many things. Easy access to metro station. Staffs were not too friendly. That should improve!

They were extremely noisy there with Air conditioning not working. They clean rooms only once a week. No water available. No cofee cups when asked they said get them on your own. Will never recommend

Perfect for our family trip

We enjoyed being close to everything, including an excellent boulangerie! Having a mini kitchen was great. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. There was a supply room with towels that you could pick up whenever needed. The bathroom water pressure and drainage were good. We really enjoyed the city life around the hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by cafe's, bars, restaurants, patisserie's and fast food options. A great department store a couple of doors down and the Metro train station is directly across the road. Free coffee, tea and water in reception is a great bonus but the best bonus is the stunning views of The Eiffel Tower out of the apartment windows, which is only a short 10 minute walk away

Loved our stay here. Beautiful view, staff were lovely!! Maybe just slightly out of the way to the big sites but there’s still heaps around the area and a train station right next to the building

Very disappointed in the property. We paid a lot of money to stay close to the E Tower but the property is run down, the pics on orbitz are misleading. The bathroom was a disaster the water from the shower goes everywhere and everything is wet once you take a shower. The pull out sofa bed had stains and possible mold on the cushions. I would like a refund for my stay. It is unacceptable to be advertising false pics and thoroughly disappointed by Orbitz doing business with such hotel chains. Please contact me.

Overall we had a pleasant stay! The unit was spacious and the kitchenette was a bonus. However, when we first entered the room it had a slight stench of sewage. It wasn’t unbearable so we did not bother to ask to switch rooms, mostly because we were exhausted from our 20 hr travel day. We only wish the room was equipped with a smart TV to access our online streaming services. The metro station was just right out the door and made getting around so easy. Many restaurant options and grocery stores are nearby too! I saw many noise complaints about the metro but we were on the opposite side so it wasn’t too bad. We did still hear and feel the rumble though. The staff were cordial and helpful.

The hotel is well situated for my plans during my two week stay. The staff are truly sublime.

Had a great time getting around Paris due to the proximity to many venues and a great Metro system for those not easily accessed on foot. Three metro lines make all the difference. Also must thank a very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay more enjoyable.

Although we had to wait to get our room ready, the view from our room balcony of the Tour Eiffel was worth every minute. Our room (508) was big enough and the amenities were useful. The staff (especially Ness) were very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back during my next trip to Paris.

We had a great four night stay at this hotel. All the comforts of home and the best view of the Eiffel Tower. You have to splurge for the Studio with balcony Eiffel Tower view but it was well worth it! The little table and chairs on the balcony looking at the tower was used everyday. If I can upload the video I took I will do it and you can get a look at the place before you pull the trigger. I read a few reviews from some people who mentioned the sound from the subway train. This is just people who have lived in a small quiet town and are not used to it. If you’ve ever lived in a large city anywhere in the world, you will get used to it quickly. Not to mention… that subway runs anywhere in the city and it is only steps from the hotel lobby! For 2 Euros! Also, they don’t come and clean the room unless you pay them to. So… you’ll just have to be courteous and live like a Parisien while you’re there. Pick up after yourself and you should be fine. If you need towels, sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper or pretty much anything else, it’s down on the second floor. Help yourself! There is a Monoprix (large grocery chain) RIGHT next door and a Fanprix across the street past the Metro. We used the kitchenette every day except for dinner which we went out for, nightly. Might I suggest Suffren, which is upscale with a great menu at decent prices. Not cheap but not through the roof. All that said, I urge you to book this hotel and that room in particular if it’s just the two of you.

If you like a quiet night sleep this is not the place for you - as the trains go by the whole building moves so your sleep gets disturbed a lot as trains go by every 5mins but location is excellent

Train rattles the room, others complaining

There is an elevated metro train that runs parallel to the building every 15 minutes that is very loud and rumbles the room. You cannot sleep. There's no view unless you like to look at a train. and the beds are hard as the floor. There's no housekeeping, but you can change your own towels. The breakfast was cramped and unappealing, so didnt use. Close to nothing. Stay off of Grenelle Blvd.

Front desk was very nice, great service. Beds were confortable and clean . The area was busy but also feel safe we walked around day a night and never felt unsafe. The location has easy excess to train .

Wow. This Aparthotel is amazing with the basic cooking equipment. You have a supermarket a few doors down and a Maccas next door. Great position to walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro stations to get you everywhere. This place will be perfect for the Olympics. Will definitely come again next year. Merci!!!!

Love the views

Check in process was smooth and very accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and they were still able to give us our room without extra charge. The area is perfect, lots of restaurants around it and a metro station right in front. The room was clean, in good condition and you could even see the Eiffel Tower from our bedroom window. The only thing to note is that this metro station is above ground and we could feel the trains come in so if you’re a light sleeper that might be a problem. For us we could sleep just fine though. Would definitely come back!

Plastic furniture says it all.

Location is the only positive about this hotel. Everything else is dated, it feels even creepy. But the worst of all is that plastic furniture makes not only look rooms cheap, they also make a horrible sound when dragged. From room upstairs or from anywhere that sounds is a nightmare. I gave up a city view bc looking for quiet room, but my entire week was ruined bc of those constant noises. Some staff was nice, some were not. Not a repeat sort of hotel for me.

Eiffel view is perfact

I like the location. But I didn’t like the fact they don’t clean rooms there daily .

The property was tired and the bed was very firm so both my wife and me were not able to sleep well. The room was also tired with chips out of the bath and flooring. Also lots of scuff marks on the skiting and lower walls indicating no renovation in a while. This together with the popcorn ceiling and older smaller TVs in the large rooms I dont believe it is worth the cost of the rooms. Still 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and 50-60 minute walk to Champs Elysee.

The property is in an excellent location - there is a McDonald’s and monoprix (supermarket) next door, metro opposite and 15 min walking distant to Eiffel Tower. There are also lots of nice basket ones and restaurants to explore. The hotel is in need of a serious revamp. Our room could have been cleaner but it was okay for the short stay we had.
