I think need to improve the level 5 parking area. The parking bay drawing look like not so nice & small. And, at the parking area don’t see any security guard, look like no so save. For the hotel room, room inside is ok but the outside room need to tidy. The rest so far is ok. Thank you.

The apartment is clean and comfortable 👌

Swimming pool condition need better maintain, wiring of inner pool light loosen, pool cleanliness, walk ways to the room full of spider webs.

The location are convenient.

Pros: Fairly clean. Daily room service. Excellent staff. Spacious parking space. Cons: breakfast items not worth it. Can hear the nightclub sound from 12th floor.

Excellent service and fantastic room.

The mattress was too soft, the pillow as well. The room has a weird smell, not to my liking but overall condition is still ok. Price wise, considering the location and room condition, slightly over though.

I found he room new, large and clean with its own kitchen and living area. Hot water and air conditioning worked well although it was a bit of a pain walking out regularly to get water from the dispenser. What I cannot understand was the piss poor attitude of the staff. ZERO greetings from reception to security to service staff throughout my stay. Unbelievable! I know it is a Citadines and I am not overly fussed by these things, but this really stood out. I might stay again given the quality of rooms but would prefer another hotel if available.

All good during my stay. Very convenient, strategic location.

Rooms were spacious for a couple or solo traveller. Could fit a third person on the sofa too. Walkable to a large food centre nearby and there was also a massage place that was very affordable. Free parking but the main road was super busy and hard to exit onto. Love that they gave glass pitchers for you to fill up with the water cooler on the corridor, but the water flow was so slow, it took about 5 mins to fill the 1L jug.

Much to be liked and good value. Slightly noisy in room 3710 due to water piping above. Needs to be resolved.

Large room

Large room and comfy bed.

Fairly new and my family enjoyed the stay. The rooms are clean and kitchen are fully equipt with utensils. There was also a laundry machine. Comfortable bed as well. recommen to stay here.

Very good place to stay, opposite have a lot of restaurants, behind also, Very happening areas at night!! Just a walking distance. The stays is so comfortable, clean n safe! Slightly disappointed is the breakfast, paying rm20 extra for just a few choices and not very attractive foods. Btw overall is good enough👍👍

Good start but lots of room for improvement

Room & property are very nice. But I suspect management is suffering from a shortage of housekeeping staff. A number of items were not refilled when we checked in. Also no one came to offer to make up our room or change the linen on our 2nd day. However I think the property will do well since the other properties in the area are starting to feel old.
