One of the best hotel’s I have stayed in. The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes.

Very nice stay. My only concern was the flexible showerhead. - every night it sprayed in all directions causing excess water to soak the bath mat

Good location and clean inside. Quite noisy but not too much of a problem for us. Outside space could do with a clean and some furniture.

Nice place, surrondings a little poor. They only accept their currency and credit cards, no us dollars cash.

Need to take care a lot of the housekeeping

This apartment service is clean , quiet and has small kitchen for you just simple cook for short stay. There also has swimming pool, sauna room and gyms.

Excellent property that has all I needed. Just could not go wrong with this hotel. Has a pool, gym, kitchen and dining s in a quiet location. This hotel is not in Pattaya but ride sharing is always available and is very economical. I will stay here next time I come to Thailand.

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด มีอุปกรณ์ให้ครบครัน มีครัวให้ทำอาหารด้วย สะดวกสบาย ที่จอดรถอาจจะจำกัดหน่อย เพราะวันที่ไปพักได้จอดรถข้างนอกริมถนน แต่ก็มี รปภ. ดูแลให้ตอนกลางคืน

Good convenient location, close to the night action and heaps of restaurants arounds.

This hotel was good though there is bar near here. It was so noisy during the night. It was too hard to get sleep

Great Stay!

Excellent new extended stay property right in the middle of town. Friendly staff, a very well-designed studio, and a great location. Shopping, dining and nightlife are all within a few blocks. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice n clean

Nice new apartment/hotel in Sri Racha. Central location. Rooms are new, large and very clean. Great value for the money and a good option for short or long term stays in the area.

The property was great. Large two bedroom apartment. Only problem I had was the air conditioning in the main bedroom was not strong enough.

Room is acceptable just a bit small for the price i am paying, The breakfast was average.

This place would be more siuted to accomidation for work . Not ideal for a holiday stay . Over all Sriracha is industrial area my mistake for coming

transportation from hotel

Since taxi is no common around this area, hotel chartered car and driver. I guess they would be using Uber, but the charge was higher than expected.

Excellent Hotel - for business or pleasure

Hotel is well located, right in the centre of town, although the one-way system is confusing and poorly marked. Room facilities and comfort are excellent, reception staff courteous and helpful. There is a Coffee shop near reception which handles breakfast and is open all day. Hotel has safe and secure off-road parking facilities.

シラチャロビンソンから､歩いてすぐ､立地がとにかくよかったです。 食事に行くにもロビンソンに行くにも、徒歩で足りました。 部屋は綺麗です。思ったより広くてゆったりです。 プールもあります。今回2泊でしたが､もう少し長く滞在したいと思います。

良いホテルです　歯ブラシ　ボディシャンプー　カミソリは常備してない

Good quality, for reasonable price.

Again this year we visited this fine hotel. Everything was to our full satisfaction. Smiling and helpful service from the entire staff, from outside guard to cleaning and reception. If you valuate a good balance between price/quality I can strongly recommend Citadines Si Racha.

共用のサウナ、ジム、プール・洗濯機乾燥機がある。部屋には簡易キッチンがあり、大きい冷蔵庫や電子レンジもあるので長期滞在にも向いていると思います。近くにクラブがあるので物音で眠れない方ように耳栓の配布がありました。

良く利用しています。コスパはOKですが、近隣のバーの音楽が少しだけ気になります。 それを差し引いてもまた利用したいなと思います。

部屋はきれいに清掃されてました。洗面台とトイレシャワーの水圧が弱かったです。 フロントメンバーは、クールな印象で悪く言うと無愛想で笑顔はほぼ無い。 もう少しフレンドリーな感じだと良いのですが、、、

キングベットで予約したがシングルベッドが2台でした。ベットは着いていましたが、隙間が寝心地が悪かった

コインランドリー料金が高いと思います。

非常に満足

ゴルフ旅行で夜チェックインして早朝にチェックアウトしましたが、寝るだけでは勿体ないHOTELだったので次回はプールや朝食も楽しみたい

とにかく、部屋、設備等が綺麗です 特にサービスなどは無いが、快適に過ごせました

部屋が清潔でとても快適でした。スタッフの対応も良く、また利用したいと思いました。徒歩圏内にコンビニがあるのも良いです。

チェックインの対応も早くて、部屋のなかもとても清潔でいい部屋でした。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

コンシェルジュのサービスがgood

前回もシラチャの滞在に宿泊しました。 立地もサービスもよくコンシェルジュの方にもよくしていただきました。 次回もぜひ利用したいです。

アメニティも充実しており清潔感もあり、お値打ちな料金で満足です。ただ低層でワンフロアの部屋数が多く、エレベーターからかなり歩く部屋でしたので、それだけが残念でした。

イベント会場の真上でとても助かりました。お部屋も広く清潔で高級感あり。スタッフも親切でした。喫煙ルームのリクエストも通っていたので大満足です。シタディーヌが他の都市のホテルも同じクオリティなら、選びたいと思えました。ありがとうございました。

清潔で良い。朝食も美味しい。

快適でした

部屋が広く、とても清潔でした。 シャワーの湯も問題無く、大変快適に過ごせました。 場所もロビンソンの近くで便利です。 朝食無しのプランでしたが、1階のレストランで直接支払って朝食を頂きました。タイ料理も有り、とても満足な朝食でした。 シラチャへ来る際にはまた利用したいと思います。

Leuk zwembad op het dak. Wel in een nouwe straat. Goed winkelen en dicht bij het strand.

シャワーが水で風邪引きそうでしたが、フロントに伝えたらデラックスにアップグレードしてくれました。

快適な滞在でした

ホテルの近くに夜遅く(23時ごろ)まで屋外ライブをしているお店があるので若干騒がしかったですが、総じて快適に過ごすことができました。 レセプション前を通ればその都度スタッフさんが挨拶してくれるのが嬉しかったです。

また行きます！ バスローブかパジャマあったら更に最高です！

立地も良く、部屋も広くて快適でした。飲食店も徒歩圏内に沢山ありましたし、セブンイレブンもありました。部屋も使いやすくて快適。日本のテレビ番組も映ります。日本人には快適なサービスアパートです。

Hotellet verkade nyrenirverat och mycket bekvämt. Rummen rena o fina fina badrum. Hotell frukosten som är bland det viktigaste för min del var även den ypperlig. Även att det var ett stort antal idrottsungdomar där så fylldes all ting på utan att någon behövde vänta

今回宿泊した部屋ではWiFiがまったく使い物にならなかった。ビジネス利用が多いホテルなので、要改善。

施設は清潔でとても満足しました。

二人で予約したが、歯ブラシが一つしかなかった。 テレビとリモコンがつながっておらず、結果的にテレビセットを変えて、ようやく観れるようになりました。
