Modern, upscale, centrally located

Modern, centrally located, upscale. On the busy Gran Via but I didn’t have any issue with noise though my room was on the Gran Via. Would recommend.

For a 5 star hotel charging a lot of money, I would expect a different kind of service. Example, buffet Breakfast is 34 euros and the selection of food and beverages is the one you would find in a 3 star. The room is good but despite being in the 5th floor, gran via is very noisy at every hour of the day.

Property is beautiful and in a great location.

Front desk excellent customer services but housekeeping is very poor .they do not sweep floor and do not refill coffee supply everyday

Amazing location, very helpful staff. Walk anywhere, clean and safe area and shopping and restaurants everywhere. Nice room and staff is very attentive.

Staff very friendly

We had a wonderful stay at Circulo Gran Via -- the hotel is impeccably maintained, quiet, and is in an incredibly central location. We walked everywhere and only needed a taxi to get to and from the airport / train station with luggage. The staff was attentive and helpful. Only feedback about would be that the desk staff didn't follow up after requesting a restaurant reservation, and didn't provide more "local" recommendations for dinner when asked (sent us to a spot that was very touristy so we ended up finding another place on our own).

Property is in a great location accessible to lots of shopping and also restaurants. The restaurant on the property is great. However our room wasnt small it just has way too much bulky furniture in the room. I felt cramped. Tried to upgrade but it was costly. Great service.

Fantastic location and wonderful accommodations

Location was phenomenal. Staff was great. Hotel itself was very nice. Only downside was no noise at all in room. As no noise from a/c. With it being so quiet you could hear the street noise all night long. Like people partying and sirens off and on. It’s on a busy street so needs some kind of little noise machine to blend out the outside traffic and noise.

Immaculate Hotel

From the minute you arrive, you will be greeted by a very friendly and extremely professional staff. Anything you need is just a phone call away (dial 9 from your room). The hotel is impeccably clean, from the lobby, to the hallways, to the room. The room was very spacious and well decorated, every comfort is planned out. Circulo Gran Via is perfectly located to reach your destination by foot or by Metro. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby, it is quite difficult to find bad food anywhere.

Amazing Stay

This hotel is amazing. The staff was amazing, the room was amazing, and overall of i am to come back to Madrid, I will be staying at this Hotel. Even the valet was amazing. If your in town, you have to come here.

Beautiful hotel to stay at if they don't cancel...

Everything was as expected for an autograph collection hotel as far as the appearance, quality, and cleanliness of the hotel. The manger reached out before our stay asking us if we had any questions about transportation or if early check in was something we wanted if available, which I thought was wonderful service. Our bad experience was when I got an email from the same manager a few hours before check in informing us that they had overbooked and moved us to a "suite" at another Marriott owned hotel. While the other hotel was nice, it wasn't to the level of this hotel and I'm pretty sure the "suite" we may have been put in costs less per night that what we paid for our night at this hotel. To be notified of it within hours of check in wasn't right either. Fortunately, when I wrote back and let them know that I was unhappy about the situation and was adamant about staying at that the Círculo Gran Vía they found a way to accommodate us. When we got there the woman at check in said the manager wanted to come up and apologize. We waited for about 10 minutes and she never came nor did we ever hear from her. I wouldn't stay here again and probably wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend because of that experience.

Great hotel with awesome staff.

Can’t sing enough praises about this place. First off, the staff is top notch. Everyone we dealt with in every position from the front desk, bellhops, maid service, room service, car service were just the nicest, most helpful people ever. The rooms are really well designed and very comfortable and nice and clean. The chocolates they brought by every night were yummy as well. The location is right in the middle of everything so super easy to get to everything in Madrid. Only gripe is we’re the strong smell of perfume/cologne in the lobby and the water pressure is a little weak.

The property is attached to and shares various spaces with a Casino. Rooms, staff and location are very good but the Casino is mentioned as being "close to" the hotel. It is in and is part of the hotel, including on some guest floors. Even with card access security that wasnt expected

Solid hotel

Very nice property in good location. Room was spacious with nice details and very comfortable bed and sheets. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel

Lovely hotel - spacious, well furnished and styled rooms. Loved the private terrace. Very little to fault. Convenient location but busy. Unfortunately with road construction, can’t be dropped infrong of hotel but we were told beforehand.

great service in a great location

This is a great hotel, newly remodeled in the heart of Madrid. it is right off the main square and shopping area. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful with dinner recommendations and reservations as well as I would recommend getting any tickets from them as well. We got our Prado tix in advance and saved us from a line. coffee maker in the room is terrible. We thought the roof was coming down on us and did not even produce an espresso sized coffee

Simply just brilliant.

Brilliant hotel, great staff and splendid location. Just nothing to fault it. This will be my go to hotel for Madrid from now on. The staff we so helpful and the room comfortable, with excellent bathroom and really quiet.

Exquisite place to stay!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, definitely made us feel right at home. The rooms were pristine and constantly cleaned by the amazing staff. Front desk were extremely kind and helpful when it came to suggestions. Overall 100% satisfied, we have no complaints. Thank you to Juan at the front desk and the others once again!

Great Hotel

It was a great hotel for me for the following reasons: 1. Great Customer Service from Maria who checked us in and all the other staff we interacted with was great as well. 2. Hotel is beautiful. 3. Hotel is in the City Centre. You can walk to quite a few historic sites, shopping and restaurants. Very convenient. 4. The rooms are very spacious with great amenities more than most hotels. I loved this hotel.

5 star experience

Great location for tourists. All main attractions are walking distances. Very good attendeds, attentive and professional. Comfort rooms and wonderful shower. The experience is very close to a 5star hotel, including its downsides, like breakfast: too fancy, expensive and not practical "à la carte". A part from that, everything is great.

It was seriously the best experience I've had in regards to a hotel. The staff, our junior suite was amazing. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. The staff couldn't be nicer and so ready to help and made us feel super special. Trust me I've stayed in so many hotels and I know this one is special.

Wonderful modern hotel & location. Only gave a lower score on service because of the restaurant service & the rollaway bed mattress that is very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the staff is great & very helpful.

Simply wonderful!

We have a wonderful time! The hotel was simply perfect. From check-in to check-out the service was amazing. Staff was always at hand to answer any and all our queries. Room was luxurious and super comfortable with just enough space for everything.
