The property is quite well done and unique but did have a few issues- Couldn't get the air to blow cold. Luckily it was not too hot in Oct so wasn't a big deal, Patio door top right hinge is not functioning properly so took me a while to figure out how to close it tightly and yes, I am familiar with the tilt out function. Water pressure was a bit low, and I ran out of hot water during a shower. The bed frame is a little squeaky. We meet the host, and she recommended a excellent family restaurant that we went to. the town is small so not a lot of night life, but we just wanted a hotel close to the airport as we were going home next morning, and it was only a 12min drive.

This is a very comfortable and well-appointed B&B. Very friendly and attentive host. Highly recommended

The Bed and Breakfast was easy to find and get in to. Host was very responsive. The room was very nice and clean. Arrangement for ride to the airport was easy.

Should be clearly defined as bed & breakfast

Modern clean bathroom but bed slats broke during use. No formal checkin only a cell phone. Breakfast was poor at best. Not recommended for the average traveler unless other arrangements get changed. Photo is from beach 2km away

A pleasant surprise

The host was responsive, clear and courteous. The room was actually a suite with kitchen! All sparkling clean. Lovely!

They were very accomodating with our needs. They greeted us upon arrival and were pleasant and helpful. They arranged for a shuttle to the airport. They were also very quick to respond to any questions we had via whatsapp.

Lovely little find - comfort and convenience.

We stayed for just one night at the end of our holiday before an early-ish flight from Palermo but would have been very happy to stay longer. The host was very friendly and the accomodation is very tastefully appointed as well as being spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is located a short distance from the main street which has a selection of bars and restaurants. Guests also have access to a small food preparation area. Breakfast was excellent h a self-service selection of bread, cheese, ham, pastries, fruit and yoghurt etc. The hosts arranged transfer to the airport which was completely hassle-free. Would highly recommend this place and would also consider returning - thanks for a great little stay!

Pleasant B&B in airport vicinity

Very pleasant B&B with nice rooms and bathrooms. The place is close to the Palermo Airport but also to several beaches in the vicinity. The main commercial street is just two blocks away which makes finding shops and restaurants pretty easy. The historic center of town is just a block away, too. Even though there is only street parking available, there is no problem finding a parking spot in this quite safe suburb of Palermo.

Lovely accommodation

Clean, well equipped facility. As well as your room you had access to a small kitchen area which had everything you needed to make drinks and prepare light meals. Close walk to the shops and town centre and 20 minutes walk to the beach. There is a bus that goes to Palermo and to the airport.

The property was very charming and roomy. We loved the feel of an authentic home. Check in was easy with a lock box. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying. Great restaurants at a walkable distance and the beach is a quick car ride.

This is my second time here and they continue with the best friendly service. They arranged a car to drive me to my Family’s town ( Santo Stefano) and was able to connect with them 🙏🙏🙏

This is my second time visiting here and the owner has been so help with any accommodations I request . Because of her I was able to locate my family in Santo Stefano yesterday.

We are 60 years old. Will not return there.

Beautiful very clean nice room. Needs soap dish in shower. The greeter was very helpful and kind. We felt a little unsafe in the environment surrounding the room. Totally different then any part of Italy We stayed in the last 17 days. 6 k from PMO airport. Excellent shuttle driver Damian but costly to go back and forth to airport but cheaper than taxie. More than the room. We only ventured out to get take out food and returned immediately. It was Saturday evening/night children running around everywhere. Saw one policemen. Only men sitting on the Main Street outside of bars. The pizza was delicious.

Estuvimos muy agusto en este alojamiento, la habitación era amplia, nueva y estaba muy limpia. Teníamos un balcón que daba a la calle y la habitación disponía de nevera y calentador de agua para hacerte infusiones, algo que me gustó mucho, ya que yo tomo cada noche. El fallo que le vimos a la habitación fué la ducha, apenas salía agua, no había presión. Un espejo grande en la habitación tampoco iría mal.En el desayuno sólo tenían dulces y en mi caso, no puedo desayunar dulces todos los dias debido a mi intolerancia, esto deberían arreglarlo e incluir algo salado, nosotros fuimos al super y nos compramos algo de embutido, eso si, los capuchinos los hacen muy buenos!! Se puede aparcar facilmente y gratis por las calles de alrededor. Es un alojamiento recomendable para estar en un pueblecito tranquilo y visitar comodamente la zona de Palermo.

A fuir absolument ! Aucune réception, aucun contact. Une navette promise pour aller à l’aéroport mais réservée avec….un jour de retard… Heureusement que nous avions senti les choses et que nous avons pris le large très vite !

Very unpleasant experience - be aware!

I had booked a room including "a very good breakfast". All was fine and I checked in with a door code late in the evening. When I woke up next morning I could not find any breakfast. So I called the landlord and she said there is no breakfast provided. When I said that I booked explicitly with breakfast included she simply replied: it is not worth it to prepare breakfast for only few guests outside of main season and I am first one to complain. I insisted on my breakfast. Then she started insulting me as a bad horrible German and that I should know that here is Sicily and rules are different there. She became very rude and unpleasant during this conversation... She refused to take over costs of breakfast in a bar closely and stated that she would return me 1 Euro (!) - because that is the equivalent of the value of the breakfast she provides.... I guess there potential guests should be informed about that extremely rude and questionable attitude and behaviour (and the value of her "very good breakfast")!

Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Ideal si tu vuelo sale temprano. Limpio, acogedor, desayuno bien. Aparcamiento fácil.

Séjour regrettable

Acceuil expéditif lors du check in, nous avions une impression de déranger. Merci de vous interesser à vos hotes, c'est un b&b pas un complexe hotelier. Pour bien ternir notre séjour, pas d'eau chaude ni d'eau froide à notre réveil, le propriétaire semble nous avoir coupé l'eau, faute d'explications sérieuses. Nous avons pris le départ pour l'aéroport sans nous doucher, celui ci ayant été rétabli très tardivement. Nous regrettons ce choix de séjour, un dédommagement.serait appréciable.
