Nice spacious room. I book a 2 bedrooms suite, it big and very clean with beautiful sea view. The front desk staff were very helpful and honest, they wanted to show me a penthouse and a 2 bedroom suite to compare before I wanted to do the upgrade. The hotel staff allow my son to use the piano for a longer time. Housekeeping staff were very caring gave me more bottle of water and towels. I had the best customer service and support at Cicilia hotel. This hotel should get 5 stars.

Our room was amazing - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view. Buffet breakfast was good, staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was close to the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the Pools were nice.

So noisy

Generally a good stay. Few small issues but nothing earth shattering. Quite noisy outside at night but not really the fault of the hotel. For the cheap price of this stay one cannot really complain so overall it is recommended.

It was great staying at Cicila Hotel , the room we stayed at was comfortable and clean. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The only thing is that outside our room the hall way smelt really bad and out package included breakfast buffet so maybe making different food and making sure when guest are there to eat there is plenty of hot food available. Overall it was great our family loved using the pool and was comfortable stay.

Good location. Large rooms. Decent breakfast. It's a proper hotel unlike some other hotels in Da nang which are very cramped.

Second time staying at the Cicilia hotel. It is in a great location for access to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. The room was a good size and had a lovely balcony with a view down to the sea. Two small pools, but whilst we was there it was quiet, so easy to use. Breakfast can get a bit busy sometimes with buffet food running out. Just need to plan your time.

The room was amazing. We had a junior suite. It was nice coming home to a clean spacious room every day and fresh bottled water. Only problem was it was really noisy so needed ear plugs to sleep. The breakfast buffet was average / not super fresh but had plenty of variety. It was easy to check in and check out. Easy to book Grabs from and easy location to access local restaurants / the beach.

Our restroom smelled like an outhouse, our pillowcase and bedsheet was not cleaned and had dirty marks upon our arrival. The elevator was small, dirty and smelly. Breakfast cafe was cold, some staff was okay but some while others could be better. Front desk was really unorganize… had my passport with another guests information. Feedback: Need updated system for front desk and not deal with paperwork. Staff could be more attentive and provide better service. The rooms needs to be cleaned and changed before guests arrival.

All great! We had great ocean view in the room. The only thing not so great was that the pillows were a little too soft and we didnt sleep too well

I loved that its was 3mins walk to the beach. Beautiful decor lobby. Greeted by gentleman name Hoa with a big smile and welcoming. Offered a refreshing drink while waiting to checked-in. Frontdesk lady name Quyen with friendly smile greeted me. She was so professional and polite. She knew my Vietnamese wouldn't up to par, so she spoken English instead to make sure all my questions were answered. I ended up staying only 2nights here. Room was unreal, minus that I had to look at some restaurant grass backyard as my first view. 😃 Wish I had stayed here 4 days before. Will definitely stayed here in the future. This hotel breakfast is top notch, I pretty much ate bfast,lunch and supper all in the span of 4hrs. I didnt, but could of. Overall, I was pleased with all service that this hotel offered. I do recommend anyone coming to Da Nang to checkout this magnificent hotel. Can't go wrong with 3mins walk to the beach. Thank you again Cicilia!!!

We stayed for 1 week and found the Staff always friendly, courteous & Professional. A special thank you to Kim Anh? (Service Supervisor)….She always had a smile on her face and helped us with any issues or questions that arose. She is an excellent employee and made our trip even better. We will return 😊

Nice hotel to stay (safe & clean), near beach with in couple of minute walk.

The overall impression is not bad in terms of cleanliness, breakfast and the convenient location. However, they did not give me the room I booked (Premium Twin) at first but a much smaller room with no bathtub and balcony (Deluxe Twin). The receptionist advised me that what are shown in photos are for reference only, meaning not all the amenities I can see from the photos are guaranteed. But travelers can only distinguish different rooms by looking at the photos. They turned out to have offered two alternative options as I did not accept their first arrangement. The alternatives were better but they were unable to arrange one with a balcony because these rooms were all "fully booked". I was quite disappointed as I paid for both the bathtub and balcony. I had a strong feeling that they would like me to pay extra to upgrade instantly. Also, the floor in the shower room was extremely slippery that I fell down during my shower in the first night of my stay. Users please be careful. When I asked a receptionist for recommendations on local tours, s/he just responded that the weather is not good recently without providing further information.

good location, service could be improved

2 min to beach. Location is in an up and coming area with lots of renovation works around. Booked a junior suite room with sea view and was given a room that looked entirely different from the pictures and not as pleasing. Was told that there were 3 different design/layout for the junior suite. Requested for change of room and waited an hour for the replacement. Overall service was okay. Polite staff but did not deliver on certain requests eg. Delivery of the afternoon tea set to the room. Asked for it to be sent at 5pm and left in the room while we were out but it was never delivered.

I had a wonderful trip at Cicilia Da Nang. The room is clean with a nice view. Breakfast is excellent, especially some flavorful local food. The staff is friendly and supports me a lot. High recommend and will stay back on my next trip.

Decent hotel around the My Khe Beach area

Overall stay was pleasant but the surrounding area is full of construction and dust. The facilities in the hotel are adequate.

Nice staff but too many construction

We had a good stay. Nice staff at reception, housekeeping and restaurant. T’ung (hope I get his name correct) was really helpful with most of my request. Like to thank the hotel staff for organizing a nice birthday cake for my husband on his birthday. We had a nice room with partial sea view and a nice bath tub. But the hotel is surrounded with construction thus your windows are really dusty and the views are block. The drainage for the bath tub was also not working well. The TV programme is good, the shower is good, the Air-Conditioners is good and room is clean. The breakfast has a lot of variety but it doesn’t appeal to us as much as the tourist from Korean and China. It will be nice to have a more international appeal. The massage at Cicilla Spa is really good. My husband and I have chosen the Sport massage and it was really good. Our therapist Ms Thuyen and Ms Hang has both technic and strength. We highly recommend using them.

I would recommend to my friends for such warm and great experience during my stay. appreciate!

The Hotel was undergoing major work and was noisy and dusty, the breakfastvstopped at 9 am so noisy work could start and the noise went on late in the evening.. I should have been informed of this when booking! The pool was unusable because of the noise too!

THEY JUST DONT CARE

It was raining, raining hard! The only way we were going to get anything to eat was room service! 8:10 we order our hot and much anticipated meal.... we were hungry....we had waited out the rain for a couple of hours so we really started to feel the hunger! They just didn't bother!! They didn't bother to make the food! They didn't even call! They just didn't care!! You want to stay in a place like that?? After we went to bed at10pm, having fed on minibar chips and nuts, there was a knock on the door! "Room Service Sir".....knock.....sir...... I just rolled over, laughed and went to sleep

Nice surprise.

Last minute needed to stay in a hotel in DaNang. This was the closest. It was very nice, clean and friendly. I wish I had known about them previously. I would have stayed here. Will likely stay here again.

Close to the beach but far from the central hub

The hotel was not near central DaNang but did offer a scooter for $2/day. Breakfast was good but rooms small and construction all round the hotel. Also confused my name and had me pulled off a flight to give me something meant for another guest.

Spent 10 nights on this stay,, the hotel was heavily booked due to the lunar new year but the staff handled it very well specially at breakfast

Great and sweet staff and hotel !

The hotel is amazing with the sea view so you can wake up everyday with the nice beach :) The staff were so sweet that they can regconise you and speak Chinese. They also remembered my birthday and surprise me with birthday cake. Everything was great ! One thing is that there are constructions ongoing around the hotel, I hope the new buildings will not block the great view. It is not in city center so you will have to take a cab for 5-10minutes

Bang for the Buck!

My boyfriend and I were very happy with with the quality of the room. It was very spacious with a beach view. The hotel is literally a block from the beach. However, the area is busy with construction so was a bit noisy. There is a building being built that will obstruct this hotel's view of the beach which will be a crying shame. Unfortunately, due to the pollution/construction - my boyfriend and I did not make use of the hotel infinity pool on the 3rd floor. There is a "gym" at the hotel but included only about 5 machines...The hotel room was well maintained and clean. It is a great budget stay - it is about about 100K VND for cab rides into the city for the must-eats. We however, very much enjoyed our included massages (Back/Neck or Foot). The foot massage was phenomenal :) A general reservation I have regarding the hotel was the language barrier, but DO note the hotel staff were lovely and welcoming and did their best to accommodate us. Would stay again!

A really great hotel close to a gorgeous beach

This hotel is very special, it is very luxurious at a reasonable price and the staff who work there are really wonderful! There is an amazing outdoor pool with a view of the beach and sea. The bed was large and comfortable and there was a truly awesome bath in the room that easily fits two...😉 Two areas that I might see improvement in are - there is unsightly garbage in nearby vacant lots that is an eyesore when looking out the window, it would only take a few hours of cleaning to make the area around the hotel more pleasant for guests. Another thing is the corridors have no lights always turned on so you end up fumbling in the dark for your room key, an automatic sensor would help a lot. All in all, a great hotel!!

Lovely stay

I stayed here for my birthday as I wanted a few spa treatments as a treat. The room was absolutly amazing with a sea view and a bath tub in the middle of the room. The hotel staff even brought me up a birthday cake to my room when they realised it was my birthday so very kind. you can rent a moped from the hotel very cheaply or get a taxi which takes about 5 mins to get to the town which has every resturant you could ever dream of. The town is beautiful too with the dragon bridge. You can also rent surf board and body boards from the hotel for the beach which is also just a 2 min walk away. The spa treatments are also very reasonably priced and very well done. Thank you for making my birthday so special.

Awesome room and hotel and staff!

I love this hotel and the studio room was amazing! Didn't expect it to me so big and the view is awesome. Bathtub in the bedroom with view on the sea!! And thank you for the super fast laundry service and friendly staff all around and especially Ms Thuy ;) I will surely come back again:) impress me next time more! The only downside I have is the food. The garlic bread should have herbs like thyme on top of it to make it tastier. The spaghetti bolognese needs some rework as lack of sauce, and dry, and the tomato base is weird. Etc

This is a brand new hotel located 1 block back from the beach, the facilities are excellent and the pool / bar area on the 3rd floor is very nice . The beds and pillows are very comfortable and was the best i en counted on this trip. The staff are very good and helpful,with the limited English they have which would be the only negative i would write but in saying this i will say it did not impact my stay in any way.

It should be a 3-star hotel. The room is so small.

Not bad at all...

Breakfast was good, close to beach,,, but the room was smaller than i expected from their pics. room was clean, service was OK. Nothing special but good enough.

Although this hotel is in a construction area the staff and the food and the beauty of the property more than make up for it. If I am in Da Nang I will stay here again.

A relaxing holiday

The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave suggestions for sight-seeing and local foodfare. When we asked where we could buy pate and the mini baguettes, the manager even offered to get the kitchen to freshly bake what we needed the day we check out of the hotel. We should have done just that cause we could not find those served in the hotel, anywhere else. It was also very nice to get a late checkout on my birthday and a birthday card as well. The only thing that could be improved is the bed frame. While the mattress was comfortable, the underlying bed board creaked as we turned.

Cicilia Hotel and Spa

The fridge in my room was not working, told the reception and they asked an engineer to come up to check immediately. He physically unplugged and swapped in a new one for us within the next 10mins, however, it still didnt work. No matter what, praise had to be given for their staff trying very hard to help and service. The 3rd floor where the swimming pool located is pretty comfortable, small but the on-duty staff provided sufficient service.

Great new hotel with a few start up issues.

Great hotel, but the rom was not clean. Dirty windows with lipstick kisses and hand marks all over. The shower was flooding so water was all over the bathroom. Beautiful hotel so once the small things are fixed and they get some more experience I would definitely visit again.

Some mishaps for a brand new hotel

The hotel was brand new (August 2015 when I went) but construction was not completed at the front of the hotel. However, we were not informed of this and walking to the beach everyday looked like being in a war zone. Additionally, the block of the hotel was under construction. So the road was not done and other hotels were being built at the same time and construction vehicles were constantly driving through. The hotel was brand new and the pool is great. Staff was generally attentive and nice. However, much of the thinking and operating style were very "old school Vietnamese", which was unfortunate. There were some pretty faulty designs, also very unfortunate given such a new and nice looking hotel. For example, the room is non-smoking, but people can smoke in the hallway and there was a large ashtray placed in front of elevator! I would challenge everyone to use the sink without spilling everything out. Also the clientele was interesting. Everyday, the bar, the lobby and the restaurants were all looking like day-care with kids running around and toys everywhere. And that's just to name a few here. Oh also, we asked for an hour of late check-out which was not available for both of the rooms we had. This would have been fine but we were informed that we could have late check-out (2 hours) only if we pay 1/3 of the daily room cost! I really wanted to like this place but just too many disappointing things.

Nice hotel, but far fram most things

The hotel is very new, so it had some startup problems such as leakages and routines to be in place. The location is not far from the beach, but it is far to everything else and the surrounding is a construction site even the road to the hotel is just dirt road. Make note that the rooms with bathtub/shower combined lets water run in both showerhead and tap even if you only want the shower to work. According to the hotel and their technician, this is how it's supposed to work. I think the valve is just not installed correctly. Other than the above, the hotel is lovely. Breakfast had a great variety and the food was tasty. The manager and the staff were very friendly.

Could be better if staff spoke English

It was a pleasant stay overall but it started off on a bad note and didnt improve from then on. We arrived at check-in time (2pm) but was told that the room was not available and only got to our room at 3.30pm. Then we found that our shower was not working properly, and notified reception. They sent for a technician who fixed one part of it, but it was still not fully fixed. Water was coming out from the bottom tap AND the shower head at the same time. Because we could not communicate properly with him, we think he meant that it was supposed to be like this (which was really strange). We had to shower with really weak shower head throughout our stay. We did request to change our room but was told it was fully booked. It would have been a much better experience throughout, just that the staff were all still not trained in speaking English.

Great hotel with new facilities and a convenient location. The pool is good and it's only a short walk to the beach with restaurants.

me and my bf stayed three nights there and staffs were all friendly there. One drawback is the dusty environment nearby and very expensive to rent a bike through the hotel. So my bf went to another nearby hotel and rented one. breakfast was great and got a lot of choices.

トリプルの部屋に宿泊しました。 部屋は非常に綺麗で広く、3人で泊まるには十分でした。 場所も海の近くで、夜遅くまで開いてる店が多く明るいので、夜に出歩いていても安全に帰ることができます。 近くの海沿いにあったMaiaバーに行けたことは良かったです。 何か要望があれば部屋にまスタッフがきてくれるので、サービスも良かったと思います。 朝食も美味しかったです。 難点は、シャワーの流れが悪かったことと、朝食中にスタッフに圧が強めにレビューを書いて欲しいと言われたことくらいです。 あとは客室へのエレベーターが5つあり、自分たちの客室に行ける機が口頭でしか案内されないので、1番初めに辿り着くのに少し苦労しました。 案内人がいたら優しいかなと思います。

다낭여행가서 2번째 가는 호텔 위치도 괜찮고 가성비도 좋은 호텔 입니다

Unweit vom Strand, fast ideal gelegen unweit vom Flugplatz. 4 Sterne sind angemessen. Sehr gutes Frühstück als Buffet und Dachterrasse mit sehr schönem Pool und Bar. Vom Standard her ausgesprochen gute Wahl: Würde erneut buchen und auch länger bleiben. Sehr viel zu sehen in Da Nang: 55 Minuten bis Hoi An, wo m.E. zu viele Touristen sind und auch dort in Hotels bleiben. Mir reichte Tagesausflug. Sehr zu empfehlen das Cham Museum!

너무 예쁜 케이~ 비비안 고마워요~ 친절한 직원들이 호텔의 대부분의 미숙함을 채워준것 같아요. 낮가리는 제게 늘 밝게 웃어줘서 고마워요. 세면대 물빠짐과 수영장은 조금 더 관리가 필요 합니다.

Verste hotellet noensinne

Vi bestilte 4 netter på dette hotellet, men sjekket ut og klarte ikke å bo der lenger enn en natt. Rommet som vi fikk hadde en rar lukt og standarden på hotellet var ikke som beskrevet. Det var mye finere og rensligere på bildene enn i virkeligheten så det var en stor skuffelsen da vi ankom. Det kom gult vann ut fra springen på badekaret og vi turte ikke å dusje der. Bassenget hadde ekkelt grumsete badevann og ungene fikk vondt i øyne av å bade der. Sengetøyet hadde blodflekker og luktet ikke godt. Frokosten var tom allerede etter kl.09 så man må være tidlig ute for å få mat. Anbefaler ikke dette hotellet så styr unna!
