The hotel is not bad, but the ladies at the check-in counter were not especially friendly. They did not smile at all when we checked in and asked questions about the area.

這次是家庭旅遊四人房，房間很大浴缸很大，樓下有spa及兒童賽車場，女兒玩的很高興，接下來說一些可以改進的地方，員工訓練有問題，像check in時候，找我的紀錄找了一陣子，讓我以為是不是沒訂到，再來，房間的插頭蓋不見，代表平常沒有人在巡，杯子裡有灰塵，這也表示房間有一陣子沒使用或是檢查，都是一些可以自己要求的地方。

來礁溪就是要泡湯。 SPA的設施完善，美中不足的是: 來賓進行衝擊SPA時，水柱都會衝擊到他人。而且，明明有告示牌說明小孩勿進入，但是依然有小朋友在內游泳，工作人員就在旁也未有任何舉動。 早安豐盛。

Spa種類很多，有室內的親子設施很適合小小孩。飯店附近有很多美食及購物商店。飯店提供的早餐選擇也很多也不錯吃，唯一美中不足的是房間內沒有暖氣。
