At first glance we thought we were staying at a cute B&B. Once we got settled in for the night all we heard was footsteps up and down the halls. We tried to turn on the ac to drown out the noise but it was so loud and obnoxious that we had to turn it off. In the mid morning we tried to take showers and we got luke warm water. I went down to get coffee that they wanted to charge $2 bucks for those little Kurieg cups. I most likely will not stay there again. Too bad bc it has potential!
Good price very clean will stay there again
The room itself was decently nice and clean. It was quite hot in our room when we checked in which unfortunately was close to when we went to sleep which made it hard to sleep. Overall check in/out was easy and the people at the desk were nice.
One coffee packet was not enough for two people. The drawer to the bureau won't stay shut. A little over priced for the value.
The AC was very noisy, probably could use a tuneup. Hot water was sparse. Room was very clean. We stayed there for convenience to where we were going to dinner with old friends.
Very disappointed
Shower head the size of a half dollar Water temperature lukewarm took me a half hour to rinse my hair out Bathtub very slippery almost dangerous On top of that they charged $2 for a cup of coffee at the checkout desk I won’t be coming back All this for $300 per night!
Staff was very friendly, room was great, food was delicious
Perfect
Very nice facility and staff
Its so beautiful and peaceful and staff is always so nice.
Restaurant closed
Restaurant was closed. Should have been advised before booking
It’s okay
Clean sheets and good quality toiletries.. ac was dusty and dirty as well as mold on the shower curtain ..good amount of space but idk for the price I expect more thorough cleaning
Staff was very professional and helpful. Easy check in, having restaurant on site was very convenient.
Beautiful space
I liked how close this was to the customer I was servicing. I didn't like is that there is no longer any breakfast, exercise equipment. The restaurant is only open from Wednesday thru Saturday for dinner only and there is not much around the area to choose from besides them. I think I was the only one in the hotel while I was there. It is a wedding destination setup with very nice landscaping.
Property is great. They do not have a restaurant anymore.
Very clean and comfortable. The restaurant exceeded our expectations — delicious! Highly recommend.
Lovely place. Nice restaurant.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the television and it was fixed right away. The room was very nice. Quiet, clean, comfortable with nice decor. Beautiful inside and out. There's an elevator for guests with mobility issues.
Nice country inn
Comfortable with out a lot of extras
Old fashioned a/c unit, very noisy Advertised continental bfast It was a pack of dry cereal. No ice, no outside liquor.
Rooms are very nice & bed was comfortable
It was a nice spacious room
I love staying here when I come back to Leominster because the location is ideal for me. The only thing I would complain about is the curtains are terrible in the rooms there is no way for you to sleep in it’s so bright in the morning. They definitely need to fix this issue. Other then that it’s a nice place to stay. It’s a older inn so it’s nothing fancy but it definitely a great clean place to stay.
they stay was nice and front desk was helpful and curtious
Chocksett all set!!
This was a very good stay. We arrived a bit later than we expected and the chef had gone home but another of the kitchen staff rustled us up a delicious burger in record time and the barman kept the bar open for us. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Sadly the TV did not work which I am sure was not normal and did not bother us. I know they will fix that soon. Altogether a very good, if short, stay.
Spacious and Cozy
Check-in was simple and the staff at the front desk was friendly. The building itself is a bit on the older side, but the rooms are quite spacious.
Very comfortable with friendly service. Beautiful large rooms.
Meh
The room was large but to what end I’m not sure. Lots of empty distance between this and that. I wanted a hot bath but the water was tepid and the drain plug didn’t work. The breakfast is pathetic at best. A few cups of sugary cereal and extremely dark roast coffee.
Disappointed for our travel purposes. Staff was friendly and kind. Would be great locale for wedding reception, but impractical for city stays. Restaurant was not open during our stay. Doors and walls offer no sound resistance.
Very beautiful and peaceful in the winter. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice.
Quaint and comfortable
We needed to find a dog friendly place in the area while visiting family and the Chocksett Inn was perfect. The room was large and comfortable and the staff were super helpful. We had a great stay.
Great little inn just off the highway. Excellent bar and restaurant on site.
Charming and cozy!
We had a great stay here! Super cozy and comfortable. Also be clean! Walls are a little bit thin, we could definitely here people moving around above us. Breakfast was super simple (bagels, cereal, oatmeal yogurt) but it met our needs! Loved having a kitchenette in the room.
We enjoyed our short stay staff was great and room very nice will go back
Great place to stay.
Great location and terrific value. Large clean rooms and very attentive staff.
Great restaurant! Clean room with nice kitchenette, friendly staff.
I wish I had been given a cheaper price room. Even $129 would be better than $159. It was only for 1 person. I don't know if $129 rooms were available???
"Breakfast" consists of cellophane-wrapped muffin or bagel, meh coffee, oatmeal / cereal bags. You must especially request hot water for your oats and... wait. Pretty skimpy overall.
Better than expected
The inn was beautiful! Rate was reasonable for this gem! Clean public areas and room. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Exceedlingly meh. Surly receptionist Saturday night, busted remote in the room -- and the decor was your basic Fairfield Inn. Not at all a match-up with the online photos. Where, come to think of it, we should've stayed. Oh, well.
Great place
Exceptionally clean and room was very nice.
Great Service!
Super cold and windy when I checked in. Being a historic building with single-pane windows, the first room's heating system could not keep up. They let me sample the heat in 2 other rooms, and moved me to a warmer spot right away. Excellent service!
Loved visiting this location again after so long. They've added some nice upgrades to the room.
The inn as well as the restaurant were fantastic! Very clean, updated, and had a great atmosphere. The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding! The only down side was that's there wasn't a lot to do in the area. We were specifically there for skiing at Wachusett so it worked out well for us.
Last minute trip for funeral
We arrived late as traffic was bad on our journey. Staff were pleasant, going above and beyond to ensure check in was efficient and painless to get us to our room comfortably. Room was spacious and very clean. No dust on vents, door frames clean, shower spotless. Breakfast was as described, nothing special, but included. Delightful!
Nice place, terrible breakfast!
Very nice. Wish they served a great breakfast. The “breakfast included “ listed on Hotels.com was a joke.total crappy cereal, plain bagels, coffee, juice.. very disappointing
Nice room, very quiet location, but footsteps of people walking upstairs was very apparent.

Inn is dated. Rooms are clean and simple. Did have the fire alarm go off just before midnight which resulted in a temporary, and inconvenient evacuation. While standing outside in the cold a member of the staff commented that "this happens often. Sometimes because of the rain, and sometimes because of the wind." This comment, while innocent, only made the situation worse and a bit more annoying. Would not be quick to rebook here.
